Hey everyone, Poke'boy24 here with a new One-shot Story to celebrate Scoobtober since it's getting close to the Franchise's 55th Anniversary with this Story being a Canon featuring the two Movies of Ghoul School and Reluctant Werewolf since I've been binge watching some of the old Scooby Doo Series such as the New Scooby Doo Movies, the Scooby Doo Show, the New Scooby Doo Mysteries, etc.
Plus, I've been reading some Scooby Doo Fanfictions on Archive of Our Own during the time Cloudflare been messing up Fanfiction and being a Fan of Scooby Doo growing up and decided to start doing some Stories on this Series since I've done a lot of Pokemon and Naruto Stories so this with be something new yet familiar.
Anyway, this with be about the Grimwood Girls watching the Monster Road Rally since this timeline will be a year after Ghoul School so here is this little piece called The Grimwood Girls watches the Race…

… Not the most creative Title I know, but besides all that I DON'T own Scooby Doo since all rights belong to Hanna-Barbera because if I did, Scott Menville would've voiced Shaggy in APNSD while Matthew Lillard voiced him in SaSDGaC since their voice acting would've been perfect for those Series.

Lightning lit the skies above Miss Grimwood's Finishing School for Ghouls as the Students were getting comfy in front of a Crystal Ball.
First was Sibella, a young Vampiress with Lavender-colored skin, Green eyes, two-toned Purple hair twice as big as she is as she also wore Red Lipstick and Aqua Eyeshadow as her outfit consist of a Dark-purple Dress with knee-high slits as well a Red Sash tied around her waist as well matching-colored Flats as she sat upon a couch.
Next was Elsa Frankenteen, a young Frankensteins Monster who was the tallest of the group with Pale-greenish skin with Black styled in an up-do with White streaks on the side, a bit of a heavy brow over her Onyx eyes, freckled cheeks, and bolts in her neck as well stitches around her body as her outfit consist of a Dark-green Dress over a Olive-green T-shirt, and chunky Brown Sandals as she was positioning a large panel of magnifying glass over the Crystal Ball in order to make the visual large enough for everyone to see.
"Fangtastic work Elsa, this will make the showing of the Race much clearer for all of us to see." Sibella said thanking her friend for getting the Crystal Ball up as they were going to watch one of her Father's Races.
"Yeah, and it only took me accidently breaking seven other panels to get it set up just right." Else sheepishly said since she some time forgets about her own strength when handling delicate objects, like glass.
"Guess you should take a break from breaking AH-HAhahahah! !~" a familiar voice joked with a shrieking chuckle as another Student phrased through the ceiling.
This was Phantasma, Phanty for short, is a slender Phantom with transparent Bluish Ectoplasm, White hair styled in a sideways Fringe and a large Blue streak, and wide eyes with dilated pupils as her outfit consist of a simple Light-blue tattered Dress and White high-heeled Cowgirl-boots as she floated above the couch lying on her front with her hands under her chin.
"So, Bella, think your old man got any new Monsters to participate in this year's Race?" the Ghost Girl asked with her trademark silly smile wondering if any new Monsters were racing this year like maybe a Monster from Greek or a Yo-kai from Japan.
Resting a finger on her cheek, the Purplette Vampire hummed in thought before speaking. "He didn't say anything about any new Monsters, but his servant Wolfgong informed me about the Werewolf, Wolfie, retiring as well getting a new Werewolf to replace him." She said since while as dimwitted as well how poorly her Father treats him, she's quite fond of the goofy Wolf-like Creature.
""A NEW Werewolf?!"" Both Elsa and Phanty exclaimed with little surprise as the latter giggled.
"AAAOO-oowwww! !~ What's this about a new Werewolf! !" a gruff voice howled as the remaining two came in with snacks.
The one who howled was Winnie, a tomboyish Werewolf covered with Light-brown fur, except for her hands and feet which were more Tanned, curly Orange hair, and Yellow eyes with Red pupils as her outfit consist of a Sleeveless Blue Dress with a Light-blue Bowtie around her neck.
Following her was the youngest of the group, Tanis, a cute little Mummy wearing her Bandages as a Dress with a single strand hung behind her head like a Ponytail as the only noticeable things about her were her large Blue eyes as well a Dark-pink Bow on top of her head.
"We haven't missed the beginning, have we?" the little Mummy asks tripping over her loose bandage but was luckily caught by Sibella as she doesn't want to miss seeing her Mummy-Daddy.
"Not yet, Tanis, since we were just about to turn on the station." The young Vampiress assured her young classmate as the group gathered on the couch and turned on the Crystal Ball as the image of Count Dracula and his Girlfriend appeared.
"Hey Sibella, your Dad looks as green as Moss Casserole Ah-hahaha~" Phantasma chuckled seeing as her friend's Dad now had Greenish colored skin unlike the last time, they all saw him at the school's last Open House.
"He did say he was trying some new Sunscreen, guess it has a bat side effect." Sibella said with dismissively as she was bitter that her Father divorced her Mother for some airhead.
Everyone quieted down as they listen to the line-up of Monsters racing.
"{It's a picture postcard day for the great annual Monster Car Rally, plenty of Lightning and Fog!}" The Count opened up as lightning flashed in the sky while thunder boomed in the background. "{In just a little vhile, all the creepy Creatures of my Realm vill be racing for the convective Monster of the Year Trophy.}" He announced letting everyone know that the Race will be starting soon.
"{That's right Dracky, and I'll be here to do all the Colors like there's some Brown, and there's some Grey, and there's some Green.}" Vanna Pira added saying some colors getting a snicker from the Werewolf.
"Looks like your new Stepmother going to be very colorful, ey Bellie~" Winnie snickered with an amused grin as Phanty chuckled while Sibella snapped towards both of them with an irritated leer at the little joke her friend made about her Father's Girlfriend calling her that as a nickname.
Covering the Purple-clad Vampiress with his cape, Dracula continued on with the broadcast. "{The Pleasants are pouring in by the thousands, and boy, are they excited! Just listen to that crowd!}" He announced as the camera turned towards the "excited" Pleasants.
""""{Yay…}"""" they all "cheered" as they were all just bursting with "excitement".
"Wow, and I thought I was dead inside, and outside AH-Hahahahahah~" the Phantom of the group shrieked at her own joke.
"Maybe they just haven't had their Coffin-grounded Coffee and Cobweb Cakes?" Tanis said thinking that the crowd just hadn't ate breakfast yet.
"{Attention Ladies and Gentle-Monsters, the 753rd annual Monster Rally is about to begin!}" The sudden announcement got their attention as the line-up began. "{Introducing, number one, Frankenstein, and Repulsa, in the Freaky Frankenwagon!}" he announced as Elsa's parents drove up in their vehicle.
"Yay Dada, the Frankenwagon looks all charged up!" the young Frankenteen cheered seeing that the vehicle she and her Dada built together looks great.
"{In position number two, Swamp Thing, in the Slime Speedster!}" Dracula announced as the Plant-based Creature waved. "{Number three is the Vitch Sisters in the Cauldron Coupe!}" He added as the Sisters waved before rear ending against the rear end of Swamp Thing's car.
""{GET THAT THING OUT OF HERE! !}"" Both Witches yelled as the Swamp Creature drove forward with his rear bumper sticking to the vehicle behind him as the muck tore off along with the Witches' Dresses leaving them in their undergarments as Elsa quickly covered Tanis' eyes.
"What happened?" the little Mummy Girl asked wondering why her very tall friend covered her eyes.
"Trust us when we say that this is something you are not old enough to see." The Frankenteen said as the line-up continued after the Witch Sisters used their wands to conquer new Dresses to cover themselves as she removed her hands so her younger classmate can watch again.
"{Next is Mr. Bonejangles in the Bone Bomber!}" Count Dracula announced next as the Skeleton waved to the watching audience before his forearm fell off but quickly caught it with his other hand as he continued waving.
"Now that's quite the hand off AH-Hahahah~" Phantasma laughed amused at her little joke.
"{And here comes the Mummy, in his Mummymobile!}" The Vampire announced as Tanis' Father drove up, waving to the crowd as the little Mummy cheered upon seeing her Mummy-Daddy. "{And here is Dr. Jackyll/Mr. Snyde in the Split-Personality Special!}" He announced as the Doctor drove in a vehicle which was literally half modern and half historical as the driver changed forms showing both his Human and Monster sides. "{The Dragonfly, in the Dragon Dragster!}" He followed up as the Insect-dragon's vehicle flapped its wings. "{And last but not least, Sha-gee the Verewolf, in the Verewolf Vagon!}" He finished getting Winnie to scowl.
"Leaving us Werewolves for last, no wonder the last one retired." The furry Orangette grumbled with her arms crossed.
Sibella, on the other hand, scratched her head as she realized something. "Hey, is it just me, or does the name sounds familiar?" she asked getting everyone to think about it for a moment.
Before they could continue to think on the name, the Werewolf Wagon drove from around the bend, making all sorts of sounds that it has never made before crashing into all the other vehicles making everyone wince and cover their eyes. "{Oh no~no~noooo…}" the crash made Dracula whimper upset.
"{There, there Dracula…}" Vanna Pira assured him with a comforting manner.
"{Hoo~hoo… It's enough to make a grown Monster cry…}" he sobbed as each of the Monster Cars were piled against each other as the Monster glared back towards the Werewolf.
"Talk about a crash course Ah-huhuhuhu~" the Phantom giggled but quickly stopped herself seeing that this wasn't the moment for jokes.
The Ghouls then look back to the screen seeing this new Werewolf was tall, skinny, and lanky as he was covered with Dark-brown fur, has a Tan-furred muzzle, and Red eyes as he was dressed in a Blue Tracksuit with White stripes as well a matching Helmet over his head, but what really surprised them was the familiar Great Dane besides him.
"{Aha… Like, sorry, I don't quite have the hang of this thing yet. Aha-ahahahaha~…}" the Werewolf sheepishly apologized with a nervous chuckle.
"{Reah, Ahehehehe~…}" the Great Dane also apologized sticking his head out the window making all of them widen their eyes.
"""""COACH?! ?! ?! ?! ?!""""" The Ghouls all exclaimed in shock and surprise seeing their old Gym Teacher from last year.

After a brief intermission to get all the Cars repaired and realigned, Sibella, Winnie, Elsa, Phantasma, and Tanis were still shocked seeing their old Coach participating in this year's Race, and that he's a Werewolf!
"I can't believe Coach is a Werewolf since he didn't smell like one!" the young Werewolf Girl howled pacing on all fours wondering just how or when her old Gym Teacher got turned.
"Maybe he was bitten sometime during the year we've last saw him." The Frankenteen theorized since there were only three ways to become a Werewolf and that was either born into the linage, bitten and/or scratched by a Pureblood Werewolf, or has been cursed and seeing this was their Coach, the second option was more likely.
"But, why Mr. Rogers, why him?" the little Mummy asked feeling conflicted since while she wanted to watch her Mummy-Daddy win, she also wanted to cheer for her Coach since this was his first Monster Race as well everything, he and the Dogs did for them from helping them win against Calloway to even saving them from Revolta.
"This is quite the hairy situation, and I mean hairy, Ah-huhuhuhuhu~" the Phantom chuckled as she just couldn't help herself but make a joke.
"I'll have to have a word with Daddy after the Race." The Lavender-skinned Vampiress said wanting to get to the reason why her Father choose Shaggy as a replacement Werewolf.
"{Can I shoot off the starting gun now Dracky, huh, can I?}" Speaking of her Father, his Girlfriend asked waving the starting pistol as he held his hands up defensively.
"{Be careful, just a minute!}" He told her gently pushing the pistol away. "{I can't have Sha-gee fouling up everybody's Cars again.}" He said before disappearing within a puff of smoke.
"Maybe you should've had the Car checked out or maybe at least let Coach get some practice with it first." Winnie scowled with her arms crossed since the Werewolf Wagon doesn't seem to be acting as its usual self as well Shaggy not being familiar with any of the controls before her classmate's Father reappeared in a puff a smoke.
"{All the necessary repairs have been made, the Race is once more ready to begin!}" Dracula announces as every vehicle as revved up and ready to begin at the sound of the starting pistol. "{The crowd is going vild with anticipation!}" He exclaimed as the crowd gave monotone cheers as he appealed before them demanding they cheer louder, which they failed to do making him groan in annoyance.
"Seems like that wild crowd is more of a mild crowd, AHA-hahahahaha~" Phanty joked with a chackle.
Appearing back in the broadcasting stand, the Green-skinned Vampire announced the start of the Race. "{Lets the Race, begin!}" He announced as Vanna Pira bend over with the pistol raised as she closed her eyes and plugged in an ear as she unknowingly lowered the pistol aiming towards Dracula and shot it off.
Once the sound of the pistol was heard, every Car raced off except for the Werewolf Wagon which seems to be stuck in place.
"Hey, what is that Chain tied to Mr. Rogers' Car?" Tanis asked noticing a chain tied on the rear axle of the Werewolf Wagon as well the front leg of the Broadcasting stand.
"I sense sabotage…" Winnie growled watching as the Car her fellow Werewolf was driving finally drove forward tearing the chain off as well collapsing the stand leaving the Purple-had Vampiress confused while Dracula looked livid.
"{Oh, that Brunchie and Crunchie!}" He sneered grabbing the pistol from his girlfriend's hand and aimed it towards the Hunch Bunch who smiled noticing the bent and tied barrel of the pistol as the Vampire pulled the trigger only to shoot himself.
""""{YAAYY! ! YAAAAYY! !}"""" This gotten the crowd to actually cheer with actual excitement.
"{PIPE DOWN! !}" He demanded since now they decided to cheer while his hair was messed up as well his cape tattered.

The screen then shows the sky footage of the Race with both Elsa and Tanis' Fathers trying to drive past the Dragon Dragster.
"{Vell fans, the Race is underway with the field tightly packed while the Monsters jockey for position.}" Dracula announced before chuckling. "{All except for the Verewolf Vagon vhich trails badly.}" He added finding amusement that Shaggy was stuck in last place making Winnie growl since he was taunting her Species.
"Oh, don't get your fur in a twist Winnie, I'm sure Father is just making some lighthearted humor." Sibella said calming her friend down since while tension between Werewolves and Vampires were still heavy, the weight has lifted some over the last few centuries.
"And it looks like Coach is doing some on the go engine work." Elsa pointed out as they saw Shaggy climbing out of the driver seat with Scooby taking the wheel as he opened the hood and worked on the engine getting the Werewolf Wagon to quit making those wield sounds as the Car literally howled and speed up.
"{The Monster Cars are still closely packed in. But vait, vhat this?! Oh no, the Verewolf Vagon comes out of nowhere to take the lead!}" Dracula announced as the Werewolf Wagon sped past the other Racers taking the lead. "{Take over darling, I'll be right back.}" he said handing the mic to his girlfriend.
"{This is Vanna Pira again with some more color commentary. There's some Orange, and some Red, and some more Red…}" the Vampiress began but was quickly drowned out by Winnie's excited howling.
"AAA-OOOOOOWWW! ! That's it Coach, show them how a Werewolf leads a pack! !" the Orange-haired Werewolf howled leaping up with a backflip seeing that not only has her old Gym Teacher taken the lead, but also fixed the Werewolf Wagon making it sound better than it ever was.
Sadly, what excitement that was felt quickly died double over when Dracula suddenly appeared on screen. "{I thought you two fixed that Verewolf Car so that it couldn't vin!}" He yelled scolding the Hunch Bunch not noticing that they were still rolling and that everyone watching had just heard him admitting to sabotage.
The Grimwood Girls were left speechless as their Werewolf friend was now snarling in anger. "Fixed? FIXED?! You mean that every Race my kind hasn't won is because everything was fixed!?" she shouted turning towards Sibella with her fangs bared. "And you knew about this the entire time!" she roared about to tear into her classmate if she wasn't being held back by Elsa.
"{Uh, yes Master, but Shaggy unfixed it.}" Brunch said with a nervous tone since their new Werewolf has undone their sabotage.
"{Then you un-unfix it!}" The Count demanded before puffing away.
"{Very well, Crunch, tacks away!}" the Monocle-wearing Hunchback commanded as his partner repeated and pulled a lever dropping thousands of tacks onto the road as the Werewolf Wagon suddenly made a sharp turn driving off a cliff.
"OH NO, SHAGGY, SCOOBY! !" Tanis cried out covering her eyes getting the Werewolf to replace her anger in thread as their Teachers from last year were now literally hanging from a cliff.
"{Calling the Hunch Bunch, did you disable Sha-gee's Car yet?}" Dracula questioned making Sibella upset that her own Father was purposely sabotaging her old teachers.
"{Right-o, indeed we did. Our shower of tacks took him right out of the Race.}" Brunch answered before multiple loud sounds of tires popping caught their attention as the screen shifted to all the other Monster Cars with their tires all popped. "{And, unfortunately Sire, it took all the others out as well…}" he added seeing that their little tack attack has backfired.
"{That Hunch Bunch would break my heart, if I had one.}" The Vampire whined palming his face.
"Not to mention leaving our Teachers with a cliffhanger Ahu-huhuhu~" Phantasma shrieked not even meaning to make a joke as the branch holding the Werewolf Wagon snapped causing the Car the plummet down as they can hear Shaggy and Scooby scream their goodbyes before the Car suddenly stopped just before hitting the chasm as they were raised up via magnet operation by Scrappy and some Human Girl.
"Thank Science for the power of magnets." Elsa sigh feeling like her heart was going to restart.

After another intermission, the Race was back on as every Car had gotten new tires.
"{Vell Monster motor fans, all the cars are back in the race once again. All except for the Verewolf Vagon vhich has regrettably, eheheheh~, dropped out.}" The Vampire announced finding amusement within his own joke only for Shaggy to race right past him making him choke on dust. "{Oh no, Sha-gee, Vhere did he come from!?}" He questioned since his minions told him that the Werewolf drove off a cliff.
"{Oh Dracky, don't you remember?}" Vanna Pira said turning towards him as she began retelling how this all started. "{See, you needed a Werewolf in the Race, so you sent the Hunch Bunch over-}" she began before her boyfriend got in her face.
"{Never mind, sheesh~}" Dracula groaned rolling his eyes.
"Wait, he ACTUALLY sent the Hunch Bunch after our Coach?!" Sibella exclaimed in shock that her own Father would actually send those two after Shaggy just to make him participate in this Race.
"I'm starting to think that Coach didn't even get a choice in becoming a Werewolf." Winnie commented since becoming a Lycanthrope was a matter of free choice since she's starting to think Shaggy has been turned against his will.
"Hey look, the Werewolf Car is flying!" Tanis called as they all watch as the Werewolf Wagon sprouted out a tail spinning it like a propeller as they flew over the other Racers and into first place, much to the annoyance of Count Dracula.
"{Oh my! I've seen Cars with tailfins, but tail spins. How cute!}" the Vampire Woman gushed finding the action adorable.
"{Cute, shmoot! Sha-gee is out in the lead again!}" Dracula complained since he needs Shaggy to lose as the other Monsters were battling it out for second place with the Mummy ensnaring the Dragon Dragster by its tail and pulling it back pushing his Mummymobile up in front. "{Vhat's this, the Mummy pulls a dirty trick and retakes the lead. I like that.}" He announced liking the little trick Tanis' Father pulled.
"Yay Mummy-Daddy!" the little Mummy Girl cheered seeing her Father now behind her old Coach only for her excitement to crumble when the Cauldron Coupe pulling up next to him before one of the Witch Sisters smack her broom against his rear end launching him forward too fast making him spin to a halt.
"{The Vitches break out in front vith another dirty trick! Oh ho, I like that!}" The Green-skinned Vampire announced before seeing Swamp Thing bringing up the rear. "{Now the Slime Speedster is challenging the Cauldron Coupe.}" he added as the slimy vehicle sprouted out a barrel firing slime at the rear right wheel gunking up the rear axle causing the Witches to shall as well allowing him to past them. "{Oh-ho, I really like that. The Swamp Thing takes the lead!}" He announced only for his girlfriend to correct him.
"{But Dracky, that's not true. Swamp Thing's not in the lead. That Hairy Hunk Shaggy's way out in front, see?}" Vanna Pira said with a dreamy tone while pointing out towards the Werewolf Wagon which was still ahead.
"{HAIRY HUNK? You know, you're beginning to bug me!}" Dracula scowled feeling even more annoyed that his Girlfriend was gushing on his reluctant Werewolf.
Also annoyed by her comment with her Coach was Sibella whose left brow was twitching seeing that the older Vampiress was now crushing on her Coach which she finds more irritating.
"What does she mean by "Hairy Hunk"? I mean I get the hairy part since Mr. Rogers a Werewolf, but what does Hunk mean?" Tanis innocently asked with confusion making her older friend look elsewhere with slight blushes.
"It means that she prefers Shaggy over Bella's Father, no offense Bella." Phanty said with a slight chuckle before watching their Coach suddenly stopping allowing all the other Cars to pass by.
"{Vhat's this, the Verewolf Car have shall! The entire field has passed him, vhat a pity.}" Count Dracula said with amusement only for all the other Racers to get flung back by a large Spider-web launching them all pass Shaggy and Scooby before colliding into a mass pile-up.
"Ahu-huhuhu~ Talk about a real fling, Ahu-huhuhuhu~" the Blue-tilted Phantom giggled while Dracula yelled out the Hunch Bunch's names in fury.

After another intermission of quick repairs, all the Monsters were back in the Race.
"{Hi there fast-car fans, Vanna Pire here pinch-hitting for Dracula. Everybody's really giving it all they've got to win that Monster of the Year Trophy. And can they drive! I mean, talk about skill, just look at those clever moves. Why, it's just poetry in motion.}" She announced as Mr. Snide was spraying the Frankenwagon with oil as well the Mummy releasing a swarm of Locust upon the Dragon Dragster while Mr. Jangles shot bones against the Cauldron Coupe. "{But I don't think it will make any difference how good the Monsters drive because that Cutie-pie Shaggy is way out in front! All that could keep him from winning now would be if he got lost or something, ah-hahahaha~}" she chuckled jokingly since the new Werewolf was keeping a far lead.
"Yeah, what are the chances of Coach getting lost on this track!" Winnie chuckled with a grin since her Coach was doing very good for his first Race.
"Not unless Sibella's Dad pulls another trick to sabotage again." Elsa commented as her Vampire friend's Father vanished in a puff of smoke before reappearing after a few moments.
"{This is Dracula again Racing fans. All the Monster Cars have gone ahead of Sha-gee vho took the vrong turn down the Tar Pit Trail.}" He announced getting Vanna Pira to react in shock and horror.
"{The Tar Pit Trail? AH-NO! That's the road to where the Schlock Mess Monster lives!}" She exclaimed with worry since Racers who've gone down that road never came back.
"{The Schlock Mess Monster? I didn't know that… Uhahahahahah!~}" he said with false ignorance before chackling madly as he had just sent his new Werewolf to death.
To say the Grimwood Girls were horrified to hear that, and not in the good way, as Tanis was crying that her old Teachers were now dead.
"That's low for your Father Bella, even for us." Phanty said with a grim tone not even wanting to make a joke or quip since once the Schlock Mess Monster caught something, it never lets it go.
"{Vell Fans, now that Sha-gee seems to have gotten lost, eheheheheheh~, the race is really getting exciting.}" Count Dracula said with a chuckle before a Red Car race through the others in the other direction. "{Vait a minute, vhat vas that Car doing?!}" he demanded seeing the sudden intrusion.
"{Oh, I think was doing at least Eighty.}" Vanna Pira answered thinking he was asking how fast the Car was moving.
"{No, no~}" he whined since that wasn't what he meant.
"{Eighty-five?}" She guessed getting her Boyfriend to hum.
"{Her brain is running on empty.}" He commented wondering why he began dating her.
"You were the one who chose the Flossie over Mother Daddy~" Sibella said with a slight hiss as she crossed her arms and legs while narrowing her eyes towards her Father as she's defiantly telling her Mother about this.
"Hey, wasn't that the same Car with Scrappy in it?" Tanis asked remembering seeing that same Car that rescued her old Teachers making Elsa realized something.
"Yeah, and maybe they're going to rescue Coach from the Schlock Mess Monster just like they did when they drove off that cliff." The Frankenstein Girl stated since their former Teachers were going to need all the help they can get.
"{The Race is really heating up now fans as Dragonfly in the Dragon Dragster pulls into the lead, followed by Frankenstein and Repulsa in the Freaky Frankenwagon and Mr. Bonejangles in the Bomb Bomber.}" Dracula announced before the Werewolf Wagon sped pass them retaking the lead. "{Oh no, Sha-gee again?!}" He exclaimed in shock seeing that he had escaped the Schlock Mess Monster.
"AAAWWW-OOOOOOWWWW! !~ Way to go Coach! AAAAWWWOOOOOOWWWW! !~" Winnie howled as she flipped in excitement seeing her fellow Werewolf still in this Race.
"Look like sure avoided that Schlock Mess, now they're really ahead by miles. Aha-hahahahahah~" Phantasma laughed as her Teachers were really pulling ahead as she took off her own head and toss it up before reconnecting back on her shoulders.
"{Wow~ He makes the others look like they're standing still.}" The Vampiress commented with amazement seeing the cute Werewolf taking a massive lead.
"{I'll fix that!}" the Green-skinned Vampire declared as he appeared on the hood of the Dragon Dragster yelling at all the other Monster demanding that they drive faster, which they did, as he was launched off Dragonfly's Car soaring over the Frankenwagon before grabbing hold of the rear roof of the Split-Personality Special.
"Sibella, your Dada has to be crazy doing all of this to sabotage Shaggy!" Elsa exclaimed with dread watching as all the Monster were speeding towards a railroad crossing with an incoming Train.
"Well, if that collision with the Train doesn't knock some since into him, then nothing will." The Lavender-skinned Vampiress said as everyone wince and covered their eyes seeing her Father getting knocked off the roof of Dr. Jackyll/Mr. Snyde's vehicle by the rail-guard and into the incoming Train.

After another intermission, the Race was back on.
"{Hi Monster Racing Fans! Vanna Pira, pinch-hitting for Dracula, who is… um… what you call it, decomposed.}" She said as her Boyfriend suddenly appeared before her.
"{Not "decomposed", indisposed! Sheesh~}" he corrected with annoyance as he was getting treatment for his accident with the Train.
"{Yeah…}" his Girlfriend trailed before getting back to announcing the Race. "{Anyhow, the Race is really heating up. Frankenstein and Repulsa are closing in on Shaggy in the Werewolf car!}" She announced as Elsa's Parents were pulling in behind Shaggy only to suddenly lose distance.
"Guess Dada stepped a little too hard on the gas again~" the young Frankenteen said palming her forehead since she and her Father had just repaired that peddle.
"Hey Elsa, what's that thing coming out of your Father's car? Looks like a giant Bolt." Tanis asked getting the tallest Ghoul Girl to look back at the screen to see something she had added to her Father's Car.
"Oh, that's just something I so Dada would have encased he needed a recharge-" she began only to widen her eyes as her Dada zapped the Werewolf Wagon making both Shaggy and Scooby yelp out from getting electrocuted.
"Talk about a real shock, Ahu-huhu~" the Phantom Girl chuckled only to wince as her Teachers were once again zapped a few times as they barely dodged another strike with hit a couple trees before they crumble to ash as they chased them off the track.
"Just how much voltage are they using?! ?!" Tanis cried as her friend's Parents pursued their Teachers over a Mountain path as the barely managed to avoid another zap which hit the bridge causing them to fall into the murky river below.
"…" not even wanting to say the amount of voltage her Dada was using, Elsa collapsed on the couch breaking it under her dense body.
Once the Werewolf Wagon got back on the track, the other Monsters drove pass them before spring-launching themselves back into first place where Tanis' Father tried to ensnare them as well blocking their view of the road.
"Why Mummy-Daddy, why?~" the little Mummy Girl whimpered bawling her eyes out seeing that her Father was also trying to harm Mr. Rogers.
"Grr… Why is everyone trying to gang up on Coach?!" Winnie growled not liking how all the other Racers were going out of their way to take the lead. "I know in this Race, its anything goes, but they are starting to take this a little too far since it's bad enough that your batty old man was doing the sabotage!" she snarled turning her attention towards Sibella.
"Well, I don't know why Daddy is doing all this since this year's Race isn't fangtastic!" she hissed back as Shaggy and Scooby were shrunken by the Witch Sisters as well nearly ran over by the other Racers.
"{Vell, vell, it's a real Race once again as the Verewolf Car has shrunk from the battle, heheheheheheh~}" Dracula announced with a chuckle as he turns towards Vanna Pira. "{I've said, "Shrunk from the battle", get it?}" He repeated his little joke as Phantasma was giving a silent chuckle but was still very distraught.
"{Get what?}" The Vampiress asked with confusion not getting it making him groan.
"{Anyhow, the Vitch Sisters are still out in front.}" He announced as suddenly Frankenstein and Repulsa emerged out from nowhere after getting out of the river. "{And here comes the Freaky Frankenwagon back into the Race. The crowd is electrified!}" He announced but the Pleasants just stood there motionlessly. "{I said, "The crowd is electrified"!}" He repeated as Frankenstein zapped the crowd with electricity.
""""{YAAAAYYYY! ! ! !}"""" They cheered with sudden fully charged excitement with the Count commenting on how he liked that.
"{And as for the poor, little, teensy-weensy Verewolf Car…}" he began only for Vanna Pira to suddenly laugh. "{Vhat's so funny?}" He asked wondering what she was laughing about.
"{"Shrunk from battle", I just got it. Ah-hahahahahahah~}" she laughed now understanding his earlier joke.
"{Her minds vanders and she just goes along for the ride.}" He commented with annoyance before noticing something. "{Vait a minute, vait a minute, vhat's this?}" He questioned seeing Googie and Scrappy pulling up to the shrunken Shaggy and Scooby.
"{It's Shaggy's pit crew.}" Vanna Pira answered revealing the two who been helping the two during this entire Race.
"{They're the pits all right. Hahaha~ Just look vhat that little mutt is doing.}" He said pointing towards Scrappy using a push-pump on the Werewolf Wagon.
"{He's trying to pump up that little car. Heheheheh~}" she commented with a giggle finding it adorable.
"{How pathetic~}" Dracula dismissively mocked the little Dog's attempt only to recoil seeing that it was actually working as Shaggy, Scooby, and the Werewolf Wagon was back to their original sizes.
"Now that's what I call pumping thing up, Ahu-huhuhuhuhuhu~" the Phantom Girl chuckled seeing that their former Coaches were back in this Race.
"Haha~ you've said it Phanty, now Coach can go and reclaim his spot in front." Winnie yipped since her fellow Werewolf has a lot of ground to make up.
"{Vell Fans, the competition for the Monster of the Year trophy is getting even tougher. The Dragon Dragster is lashing out at the Mummymobile.}" Dracula announced as the former's tail smacked against the latter's hood. "{The Frankenwagon and the Slime Speedster are in a real flap.}" He continued as Swamp Thing sprayed slime upon Frankenstein's car pushing him back before he revealed a giant spatula which he used to flip the Swamp Monster behind him. "{And Bonejangles and Dr. Jackyll are each trying to get an oily lead.}" He added as the two were pelting each other with Bones and Oil. "{I said, "oily lead", get it?}" He once again joked.
"{Get what?}" His Girlfriend asked once again completely aloof towards his jokes.
"{Stay vith me, I've vant to be alone~}" he sarcastically said with annoyance as Shaggy zigzagged around the other Racers to retake the lead.
"{Oh, look Dracky, that precious Shaggy is way out in front. Oh, he's so cute in his fur!}" Vanna Pira gushed as the camera closed in on Shaggy and Scooby. "{I wish I had a fur, Dracky honey, will you give me a wrap?}" She asked wanting to have a hug.
"{Oh-hooho~ You're going to get a vrap all right! Pow, to the Moon!}" He snapped at her with annoyance.
"Heh, guess your Dad's Girlfriend digs Werewolves over Vampires." Winnie commented with a grin much to Sibella's annoyance/embarrassment since her Father's airhead of a Girlfriend has been gushing over her old Coach during this entire Race.
"{Vell, vell, it looks like the Vitch Sisters in the Cauldron Coupe are making another challenge for the lead.}" the Green-skinned Vampire commented as the Witch Sister attempt to freeze the Werewolf Wagon only to have their own magic reflected back at them encasing them within a giant snowball which rolled back downhill colliding with the Bone Bomber, Split-Personality Special, Mummymobile, and Dragon Dragster causing them all to roll back and crash against a cliff-wall.
"Ahu-huhuhu~, talk about going downhill~" Phanty crackled with amusement while Tanis had her eyes covered not wanting to see the wreck her Mummy-Daddy just got in.
"{You vackly Vitches! Vhy don't you learn to hit vhat you aim at?!}" Dracula yelled furiously getting him pelted in the face with cold shush. "{I had to ask…}" he muttered since he was asking for it making everyone watching laugh.

After yet another intermission to get the frozen Cars unfrozen as well repaired, the Race was once again back on.
"{Hi horrible Hotrod fans, Vanna Pira subbing for Dracky.}" The Purple-clad Vampiress announced as she continued. "{Well, all the Monster Cars are back in the Race again. But Shaggy is so far out in front, it's going to take pretty weird to catch him.}" She said and weird something did happen as the Werewolf Wagon was suddenly being pulled over.
"Oh, come on~ Just how low is your Dad going to go Sibella~" Elsa groaned getting the young Vampiress to palm her face as her Father was now impersonating a Transylvanian Highway Patrol Officer and took the engine to the Werewolf Wagon.
"Hey Elsa, are motors supposes to do that?" Tanis asked as the engine to the Werewolf Wagon turned on pulling Dracula along with it yanking him towards the other incoming Racers before sharply turning into a field of Ragweed as he crashed against a boulder.
"Ahu-huhuhu~ Guess Coach must've learned some stuff from us just as we've learned from him!~" the Phantom Girl shrieked with amusement as her friends, even Sibella, were chuckling at the misfortune of the Vampire Lord.
However, with no engine, all the other Racers easily passed Shaggy and Scooby.
"{This is Vanna Pira again fans, All the Monster Cars have passed Shaggy! And with no motor, it looks like he's out of the Race.}" She sadly announced with a severely bruised Dracula standing beside her.
"{Yes! And now that he can't vin, Sha-gee will be a Verewolf forever, and under my power. Muhahahahah~}" the Count manically laughed revealing that he had forced Shaggy into being a Werewolf against his will.
"Grr~ I was okay with Coach being just like me. But your Dad has crossed a line making him a reluctant Werewolf." The furry Orangette growled since the Vampire has really gone crazy forcing someone into becoming a Werewolf.
"{But wait! Googie and Scrappy have just arrived with a spare engine.}" Vanna Pira announced as the Woman and Puppy pulled in with a spare engine hooking it in allowing the Werewolf to drive again. "{Shaggy's back in the Race.}" She cheered as he drove to reclaim first place.
"{Geez Scoob, I hate to think where we'd be if anything happened to Googie and Scrappy.}" Shaggy said never noticing the camera zooming in on him and the Great Dane feeling very worried about what might happen to them if they don't win this Race.
"If anything happens to any of you Ghouls, I'd start mauling without even a second thought." Winnie admitted with a snarl as she bared her fangs and flexed her claws.
"That's fangtastic to hear Winnie since Daddy is taking things too far." Sibella commented as they all watched as Mr. Snyde created a Chemical Creature as their Coach stepped on the gas speeding pass all the other Racers reclaiming first place with Googie and Scrappy driving right beside them.
"Oh, come on, not those two again!" Elsa called out in irritation as the Hunch Bunch flown over in the Batcopter grabbing the Red vehicle and carried them off towards Lava Pit Lake.
"GRR~ Now, Dracula has gone too far since you don't mess with a Werewolf's Pack!" the Werewolf Girl snarled in rage as their Coach pulled a wheelie to turn around to drive after them.
"{Vell now, it looks like Sha-gee is setting a new course speed record. Unfortunately for him, it's in the vrong direction!}" Sibella's Father snarkily remarked as the Hunch Bunch arrived at Lava Pit Lake as they released the cable dropping Googie and Scrappy downward if Shaggy haven't activated the Werewolf Wagon's jaws to chomp down a tree to catch them.
"Now that was some hot chatter, Ahu-huhuhu~" Phanty chuckled as she just couldn't help but joke after seeing her Coach save his friend from dearly dying in lava.

"{Vell fans, the tension is mounting as the Race for the Monster of the Year trophy gets more and more exciting by the minute.}" Dracula announced as he gave the play by play. "{The Mummy has the Bone Bomber tied up.}" He joked as the rear axle of the Skeleton's Car was being ensnared by the Mummymobile. "{The Frankenwagon is jolting the Slime Speedster…}" he added as the Swamp Thing's car was getting zapped by Frankenstein's Lightning Bolt. "{And the Vitch Sisters are sideswiping, I mean, side-sweeping the Split-Personality Special.}" He finished as one of the Sisters was swiping her broom at Dr. Jackyll making him duck under each swipe.
"{Ooh, are they ever going fast!}" Vanna Pira commented seeing just how fast everyone was driving.
"{Yes! It's a torturous pace, my favorite kind.}" He commented before loud skidding and crashing was heard making his Girlfriend gasp. "{Vonderful! A million-dollar pileup.}" He announced seeing all the Monster Cars piled upon each other heavily damaged as well smoking.
"I'd watch that for even a thousand dollars, Aha-hahahaha!~" Phantasma chackle lazily kicking her feet seeing such destruction.
"{Drackly, you've never seen a million dollars.}" His Girlfriend commented since she never seen much of anything outside the Castle.
"{So vhat, it looks like something I've never seen before.}" He retorted as the Werewolf Wagon drove by the pileup. "{And there's goes Sha-gee back into the lead…}" He announced before quickly realizing what he had just said. "{VHAT? Sha-gee…}" he exclaimed surprised as well seeing his two friends driving by the pileup as well. "{And those two?!}" he added as he thought the Hunch Bunch has taken care of them.
"{Didn't you tell the Hunch Bunch to get rid of them?}" The Vampiress asked having overheard her Boyfriend ordering his hunchbacked minions to do something.
Groaning in fury, Dracula spoke out his displeasure. "{Just vait until I see Crunch and Brunch vhen I chew them out.}" He declared before hearing Brunch.
"{I'm afraid you'll have to get in line, Sire.}" The Monocle-wearing Hunchback spoke as the screen shifted up to show the Hunch Bunch flying overhead as they were being attacked by a swarm of Vampire-bees.
"Talk about getting chewed out, Aha-hahahaha~" the Phantom Girl laughed enjoying the Dou's suffering.
"Those Bees aren't going to be the only ones taking a bite out of them." Sibella swore with a hiss as she was really going to give her Father a piece of her mind.

After yet another intermission for repairs, the Race was once again back on.
"{Vell Fans, the Monster Cars are rolling again, and the action is getting very rough.}" The Green-skinned Vampire announced before giving the play by play. "{The Frankenwagon is in a duel with the Split-Personality Special!}" He called as both Frankenstein and Dr. Jackyll had their Cars welding Swords. "{The Mummymobile is tangling with the Slime Speedster. And the Bone Bomber is taking a licking from the Dragon Dragster.}" He added as the former two were getting tangled against each other while the latter was getting repeatedly smacked back by Dragonfly's tongue.
"Talk about taking a licking, Ahu-huhuhuhu~" Phantasma laughed as she once again couldn't help herself.
"{But Dracky, Shaggy is way out in front.}" Vanna Pira stated as the Werewolf was way ahead.
"{Not for long! He's about to run into hard opposition. Heheheh~}" Dracula said with a chuckle since this Race is nearly finished.
"Just what now!?" Winnie snarled since her classmate's Father just can't seem to just give up.
"Maybe it has something to do with that Cement-mixer?" Tanis pointed out questioningly as they saw the Hunch Bunch on top a hill pouring down cement which barley missed Shaggy and Scooby but instead caught the Which Sisters as well her Mummy-Daddy making them lose their wheels.
"{OOOOooohh… That Hunch Bunch!}" He furiously shouted before turning into a Bat flying off.
"{I just knew someday they'd drive him batty! Ahahaha~}" the Purple-clad Vampiress joked as she chuckled getting groans from the Peasants.

After yet another intermission for repairs, the Race was once again back on track.
"{Good news fans, the Monster Cars are back wheeling again.}" The Vampiress announced as she gives the current update on the Drivers. "{The Cauldron Coupe is burning rubber. The Slime Speedster is running flat out, and I mean flat! And the Frankenwagon is tearing up the track. But they're still way behind Shaggy.}" She announced before releasing a disappointed sigh. "{Too bad, it looks like he's going to win, and not be a cute Werewolf anymore.}" She stated which caused the Grimwood Girls to realize something.
"Um… We still want Mr. Rogers to win… Right?" Tanis questioned with some uncertainty as the others thought about it.
"Well… Yeah. If Coach wins, then that means he'll be Monster of the Year." Elsa said now feeling uncertain herself.
"I mean, yeah, Coach wins and that means he'll get to return to normal." Winnie said with her ears drooping since while she was happy seeing her old Teach like her, he was still a Reluctant Werewolf meaning he didn't choose to become like them.
"But then, if he loses, does that mean we might get him back as a Teacher?" Phantasma brought up without her usual insane quirkiness.
"It would be fangtastic to have him here back at Grimwood, but…" Sibella began but trailed off with her arms crossed as she was having mixed feelings.
On one hand, should Shaggy win, he'd be returned back to normal.
While on the other hand, should he lose, then maybe she could have him transferred back to their School as well away from her Father's Girlfriend.
The Ghouls were then snapped from their thoughts when they heard Dracula screaming as he was eaten by a giant Man-eating Plant, spat out, and then ran over by Shaggy making them chuckle at his karma.
"{All right, that tears it! No more Mr. Nice Guy! I am going to unleash G.K.!}" he declared shocking everyone, including the Man-eating Plant who was literally just sprouted.
"No… H-He wouldn't? … H-He couldn't?!..." Sibella said with wide eyes fill with shock and horror that her Father would unleash him onto her former Teachers.
"Um… Bella?" the Phantom Girl called waving a transparent hand in front of her friend's face.
"Who's G.K.?" the little Mummy Girl asked as the others were wondering the same thing.
Everybody soon got their answer as a King Kong version of Genghis Khan, or the other way around, appeared on the screen beating his chest as he picked up the Werewolf Wagon letting all the other Racers drive by him as Shaggy and Scooby were screaming in terror.
"{At last, Sha-gee is out of the Race for good! Now, to the finish line to flag the vinning Monster!}" Dracula victoriously declared as he disappeared back to the starting/finish line leaving the Werewolf and Great Dane at the mercy of the hairy giant.
Laughing at his latest catch, G.K. took out a panicking Scooby. "{NICE DOGGY! ! GUCCI-GUCCI-GOO~}" His voice boomed as he dropped the Car and dangled the Dog by his tail.
"TH-THIS IS JUST TOO INSANE! !" Winnie howled whimpering as she listens to one of her former Teacher yowls in horror.
"Why them, why them!? !?" Tanis whined covering her eyes not wanting to watch as G.K. played with Scooby as this was scarier than when they were captured by Revolta.
"{Here they come, fans, down the home stretch. Looks like it's going to be a photo finish!}" Vanna Pira announced as her Boyfriend was getting his photo taken. "{It's neck and neck, I mean, wreck and wreck! But what's that?}" She suddenly gasped seeing something approaching from the distance. "{It's Genghis Kong coming on fast powered by Googie and Shaggy.}" She announced causing the Grimwood Girls to look at the screen.
"AAAWWW-AAAOOOOOOWWW! !~ Way to go Coach, AAAWWW-AAAOOOOOOOOOWWW! !~" The Werewolf Girl howled as they watch G.K. being pushed forward collapsing on top of the other Racers…
CRAAAASSSHH! !~
The resulting crash made they wince and cover their ears because of how loud in was, even through the broadcast.
"Talk about a real gong of Kong, Aha-hahahahah~" the Phantom Girl chuckled seeing every other Car squashed under G.K.'s massive body allowing Shaggy to drive pass them as well cross the finish line.
"{Shaggy wins!}" The Vampiress announced get the crowd to cheer as the Ghouls hugged each other, with some difficulties involving Elsa's strength, Phanty's intangibility, as well as Tanis' bandages getting tangled.
"{SORRY~}" G.K. apologized to all the other Monsters for squashing their Cars.
"{Congratulations Shaggy, you are the Monster of the Year.}" Vanna Pira cheerfully announced about to hand over the Trophy to the Werewolf as he was now out of the Tracksuit and back in his regular Red Shirt and Blue jeans.
"{No vay!}" Dracula protested snatching the trophy from his Girlfriend as she was going to protest.
"{Like, that's okay.}" Shaggy spoke raising an assuring paw. "{I don't want to be Monster of this year, or any year. I just want to be changed back to myself.}" He politely declined the title as well the trophy since he was only holding up his end of the deal with the Count.
"{Rand go rome~}" Scooby added reminding his buddy the other part of the deal.
"{Yeah, and go home, like you promised.}" The Werewolf added since he had kept his end of the deal.
"{Never!}" Dracula reluctantly stated since he was never going to let him, or his friends go.
"{But you promised. I won the Race, you promised!}" Shaggy argued since they had an agreement.
"{I am so sorry, but there's no vay to change you back.}" The Vampire lied, which his Girlfriend caught onto.
"{Oh Dracky, that is a monster fib. It tells right here in The Grimness Book how to turn a Werewolf back-}" She began holding the book as her Boyfriend furiously snatched it from her.
"{Give me that! Right to the Moon! Bang! Zoom!}" He threatens as the Great Dane snatched the book from under him leading to a game of keep away.
"Grr~ who does your batty old man think he is~" Winnie growled glaring at Dracula through the screen.
"Someone who is dishonoring the Dracula name~" Sibella said with a hiss as they watch Scrappy snatch the book from her Father, leading him to pursuing their Teacher.
"Now that really got to, suck, Ahu-huhuhuhuhu~" Phantasma joked seeing her friend's Father trying to suck back their former Coaches with his "Drac-vac" only for them to make a turn making a large boulder get caught in the suction leading to his "Dracmobile" getting squeezed like an Accordion.
This setback didn't faze the Green-skinned Vampire as he had his Hunchbacked minions bring his "Batplane" as he pursued them once again through the air firing fangs at them.
"Why is your Daddy being so mean to Mr. Rogers, Scooby, and Scrappy Sibella?" Tanis asked with a whimper seeing her Friend's Father now ensnaring their Former Teachers within a tornado sending them through the sky.
"I don't know Tanis, but Father is going to get a bat ear full when I tell Mother." The Vampiress swore watching as her Father was then struck by lightning.
"I can say that this is defiantly going to be a serious topic the next time our Families visit." Elsa stated as the rest of the Grimwood Girls nodded as they have a lot of questions about this year's Race.

Finally, another Story gets completed as this one really took a while, but it's done now, my first ever Scooby Doo Story for Scoobtober.
