Andrew S. Swann was a British 26 year old who gained the American military ranks: Fleet Admiral, and General of the Air Force. An incredible and seemingly impossible feat for someone in the 21st century to have gained 2 of the 2nd highest ranks of the United States military.

He guided all four fields in the battlefield with quick succession with his many detailed plans and contingencies with the help of all the Admiral and Generals of 4 of the different military branches of the US. Swann spent one-half of the time in the USS Nimitz taking command of the Navy to take total control of the seas, and the other half to train up and personally help the Air Force dominate the skies. The efforts of him and everyone in the military have been noticed and well-received, immortalizing him, the soldiers of the Army and Marine Corps, the sailors of the Navy, the airmen of the Air Force, and the commanding officers of the aforementioned branches. Immortalizing them through the internet into the records of human history as legends.

His feats weren't limited to the United States however, he has been a commanding officer of the British Royal Marines, an expert negotiator of the people in different nations, National Hero and designer of the Philippines, he had massively reduced the scale of the Mexican cartels, ceased all of the human trafficking rings with the Army, solved Japan's problems regarding the working conditions as well as the alarming rate of forced prostitution, and many more in more nations. As a result of his actions, he has been awarded many ribbons and badges, three of them being The Medals of Honor of different branches of the military.

At the age of 112, he awaited his death lying comfortably on a hospital bed with life support, surrounded by friends, family, and many people from the militaries of different allied nations; he then died with a smile on his face at 11:11, November 11, 2127. Nation-wide funerals were held for him in many different nations that he had helped and visited. His deeds, and many others, will never be forgotten. Swann's body may have died in his world, but his soul remains, and a new beginning will be made for him in another world, a world that has stuff he was very familiar with: Azur Lane.

Swann blinked his eyes repeatedly to wake himself up as he heard the sound of waves crashing on the sand and felt warm sand on the back of his coat. He sat up with a groan and immediately knew something was wrong. Instead of panicking, he took a deep breath and calmly inspected himself. His hands and the feeling of his muscles and bones indicate he's back to the age of between 16 and 24, He saw his uniform and noted it was his Fleet Admiral uniform. how quaint.

He looked to the body of water around him, deducing that he is surrounded by an ocean on an island. He let out a sigh as he pondered what to do without any resources, before he saw a book laying beside a palm tree. Curious, he stood up and walked over and opened up the book, the contents surprising him, none more so than the highlighted text.

General of the Armies, Andrew S. Swann. Welcome to the world of Azur Lane! You may have already guessed that you were transmigrated when you looked at your hands, and you'd be correct! Now, I'm not going to leave you entirely empty, and as a reward for your deeds in your world, I decided to give you some powerful abilities. I'll leave it to you to find them all :) - Nimitz Ashari

Swann let out a sigh as he read the note, a headache slowly coming to him as he thought of what he DOES have. He thought of creating a black umbrella with intricate designs on it, and to his surprise, the same umbrella materialized in blue pixels on his hand. He then thought bigger, to see how far the limit would be. He thought of his old Aircraft Carrier, the USS Nimitz. He then thought of it being here within his immediate vicinity, complete with all of the parts that makes it function. To his delight, the aircraft carrier is there, completely materialized in under 15 seconds as it was 40 meters from his position on the water. "So there's either a very high limit, or there isn't one at all... this is very nice." Swann thought to himself as a smile crept up on his face. He created a handheld mirror on his hand and took a look at his face. So he's 19 years old, neat.

Swann closed his eyes and made a decision, he'll make a base, but with the elements of those of a Naval and Air base here with a nuclear fusion reactor hidden deep underground. "Alright, time to go to work." Swann thought to himself as he dematerialized the carrier and mirror in red pixels at a faster rate then it was being created, and began materializing the foundation of the base, the material being the Roman Concrete due to how long it has stood against the test of time in his world. Once it has completely materialized, he then moved onto the layout of the base. He made the area of the surface very large, in case the place would be full of people. He doubted that would happen, but there's always a chance it would.

It took a week to completely create and modify the entire base to his liking. The reactor is safe underground after digging it up and connecting it to various things that need power such as lights as well as the various kitchen equipment, the docks are spaced out so 2 large ships can fit inside each space, the entire building is artillery-proof due to his concern that it would likely not survive without the added protection to the materials for some reason (yes, including the furniture), the halls and bedrooms are designed, the runway for various aircraft was complete, and the control center is finished. Now that the base is up and done, all he needs is people to live here. Sure the base is self-sustaining, but it'll get boring when there's nobody to live with.

Well, this is certainly interesting. Never thought I'd make a fanfic at all, due to how bad I think my writing is...
