Enjoy.

Deep in the cosmos of the universe, their existed Two Worlds that were similar, but different. These world's existed in different galaxies, in different parts of the universe, but if there was one thing it had in common, it would be both of them had the species known as humanity.

These worlds were known as Earth and Remnant.

Both of these worlds were populated with creatures known as humans, with Remnant having a subspecies of humans known as the Faunus.

These world's had civilizations where humanity prosper, allowing it's population to thrive in an otherwise cruel existence. But there was one major difference between the humans of Remnant and the humans of Earth, and that would be the creatures that live side by side with them.

On Earth, their existed creatures known as Pocket monsters, or we're better known as Pokemon. Pokemon are creatures that are like animals, but they can harness the very powers of nature like fire, water, grass, electricity, earth, etc. Pokemon come in all shapes and sizes, with some Pokemon looking more like everyday objects like a teacup.

A long time ago, Pokemon used to be dangerous creatures that constantly threaten the settlements of humanity, but ever since the discovery of the pokeball and the Pokedex, that has changed. For many years Pokemon and humans have lived side by side one another in almost perfect harmony, with the exception of a few bad eggs on both sides here and there. Pokemon learn to trust humans, and humans learn to trust Pokemon.

This was mainly due to one thing Pokemon and humans had in common, the love of battle!

Like humans, Pokemon love to battle as it was in their very nature, literally ingrained into their DNA from their great ancestor, Mew! This cause Pokemon to have a mentality where only the strongest could survive. Pokemon viewed each other based on their power level, and almost nothing else. Some Pokemon did not like the battle, but most loved the thought of fighting each other for the chance of getting stronger.

During the time Sinnoh was known as Hisui, Pokemon discovered that by joining a human, the process of getting stronger happens at a much faster rate. Since then, Pokemon have regularly running to humans to see if they are worthy of capturing them and training them.

This eventually led to the profession known as a Pokemon trainer, or a human that captures and trains Pokemon for the purpose of competitive battle!

This also led to the creation of the Pokemon League, an organization dedicated to making sure that competitive battle is as safe and as interesting as possible!

Sicne then, many humans decide to at least become a Pokemon trainer once during their lifetime, exploring the world and seeing what it has to offer them with their Pokemon by their side. Many humans start out at a young age, feeling that they should enjoy life while they're still young. Some wait until they're a little older, as the world of Pokemon can be cruel at times.

Most of the time it is safe, as the Pokemon League has established places called Pokemon Centers, hospitals that are able to treat Pokemon at a very fast pace. Minnor injuries and even a few risky interest can be healed within a few seconds thanks to the advancement of medical technology, but even that has it limits at times. Still, both Pokemon and Pokemon trainer have guaranteed safety nets in the world of Earth.

That is unfortunately not the case for Remnant!

Instead of Pokemon, humanity and the Faunus have to deal with monsters made out of darkness, known as the creatures of Grimm.

Like Pokemon, creatures of Grimm come in all shapes and sizes. The main difference between the two is that they do not get along with humanity at all!

Grimm constantly seek to destroy humanity, and we'll do anything to kill humans and/or destroy what humanity has built. Because of this, many human civilizations have built walls around their settlements, to keep the constant threat of Grimm out of them!

The four largest settlements are known as the Kingdoms of Vale, Vacuo, Mistral, and Atlas, formerly known as Mantle. These settlement screw so large that they eventually became Kingdoms, but despite being known as Kingdoms, they are ruled by counsel instead of a form of royalty.

One of the reasons why humanity has constantly survived the constant threat of Grimm was discovery of a rare mineral known as Dust, which is basically a crystal that has the harness power of nature!

It is because of Dust that the four Kingdoms have prospered to an era of peace, with many of the everyday civilians giving Grimm little mind. But to ensure that this piece continues, special warriors constantly patrol outside the kingdom to cut down any Grimm threat that may rise.

These warriors are known as the huntsman, elite warriors that have existed long since humanity was established. They all the best of the best when it comes to taking on and defeating Grimm. Many huntsman use specialized weapons known as mechashift, weapon that is a combination of a melee weapon and a firearm. Some still use more traditional weapons like swords, but that is rare nowadays.

To ensure that there's always a new generation of huntsman, special schools have been established throughout the kingdoms to ensure that there's always a next generation of elite warriors ready to protect humanity.

There are many training schools throughout the kingdoms that compare aspiring huntsman to get into the four most elite huntsman schools in the whole world.

Beacon Academy.

Haven Academy

Shade Academy

Atlas Academy.

These huntsman schools are the for accepted schools that will allow a huntsman and training to become a full-fledged huntsman after a full 4 years of education. These schools also teach other things to students like history, math, science, linguistics, and how to properly fight.

This is to ensure that an aspiring huntsman is not only an elite warrior, but also a functional being.

Through different circumstances, humanity of Remnant and humanity of Earth have grown differently, but are similar in many ways.

The occupation of Pokemon trainer and Huntsman are honorable professions that many seek, but rarely thriving.

Both are occupations not for everyone

And both occupations have never intertwined with one another.

Until one day a special young man will be called forth to protect the Pokemon world from a threat from beyond the stars.

This young man who always aspire to be a huntsman will be called for a different calling in life. Will he answered the call or deny what Fate has in store for him?

Life has never been fair for this young man, as his dreams have constantly been denied by others. So it is understandable that even Fate may have a hard time convincing this young man to fulfill his destiny. But maybe at the same time it will not gym in the right direction.

Who is this young man?

Well all his life he's been an underdog known as...Jaune Arc...
