10:56 A.M. – Location Unknown
She knew she couldn't stay in the hyperdimensional pockets forever.
If she was gonna ask for help, she needed to stop running and find the spies.
During her travels, she had continually used her Wondercube to review the spies' exploits, and the more she watched, the more she knew that they were probably the only ones she could trust to help her.
And she hadn't heard a peep out of them, given that the Wondercube could also detect any of their signals from anywhere.
She wanted to believe that this was a good sign.
After a couple more seconds of thought, she decided that now was the time.
She walked up to a nearby sewer door and tapped it twice with her Wondercube, opening up another portal that would allow her to exit the pocket and enter another.
She was just making quadruple sure they couldn't follow her. After all...
Shaking her head again, she crossed through the portals, hoping to find the right time to meet up with the spies.
Everything was riding on her. The fate of this world, and possibly all worlds.
Because she didn't want to think of what would happen if he was set free.
She knew what would happen if that happened.
It would be the end of everything.

Mat49324 and The Blue Time Ranger are proud to present:
Totally Spies: The New Adventures
Episode 92: Presidential Panic
Story Rated: T for Teen
Story Created: October 27th, 2023
Story Summary: The one-hundred and twenty-sixth co-op project between Mat49324 and The Blue Time Ranger, and episode ninety-two of our mission-based series Totally Spies: The New Adventures. The spies are in for quite the surprise when they head to W.O.O.H.P. for a mission and discover that their "client" is actually Madison, the former president's daughter now all grown up! This isn't the time for happy reunions, sadly, as her father has been kidnapped by the dastardly Mrs. Quivers and Lenore von Schram. While on the case, though, Madison seems to disappear, but it's quickly revealed she actually got caught up in the antics of a strange girl who claims to have escaped from somewhere and needs help. Can the spies protect Madison and find her father, can they take down Quivers and Schram before they decide to play dirty, and can they unravel the secrets of the mysterious genius Henya?
Author's Notes from Mat49324: This is now our fourth project of season 8. Hopefully this'll send you down memory lane with some characters like the President in the series, and the daughter Madison for starters. We've got a whopper of one project coming up which won't involve any water like the last two projects have. This time, we've got a good one titled Presidential Panic. I've not much else to say... other than here's The Blue Time Ranger for anything he'd like to say.
Author's Notes from The Blue Time Ranger: Nine to go! In today's caper, we have a returnee from season 2 of the OG show making her New Adventures debut, along with a villain who's only had a small role in New Adventures season one and a villain who hasn't been in The New Adventures at all! I figured it'd be fitting for Quivers to show up again with Madison back in the picture. As for our mysterious escapee, we're gonna learn what her deal is later in this story, but for now, let's get down to business! ROLL IT!
And Now, the Obligatory Disclaimer: Mat49324 and The Blue Time Ranger do not own anything related to Totally Spies or any of its affiliations. It belongs solely to Marathon Media Group, Image Entertainment Corporation, Vincent Chalvon-Demersay, and David Michel. The only things of this story we DO own are any characters or locations created by us truly for the story. Besides, if we did own Totally Spies, which we don't, why would we be writing fiction on a fan site?
Act 1: In Service To Your Country
12:54 P.M. – The Spies' Beach House
Nick heard footsteps rapidly descending down the stairs, and he knew what that meant. So, naturally, he stepped to the side when May raced down the stairs already decked out in her two-piece orange swimsuit.
"PIRATE DIVE!" May shouted as she cannonballed into the pool in her usual bombastic way. This time, however, there was nobody already in the pool for her to accidentally dive on top of, as the rest of the spies were all getting ready for a pool day in their own ways.
After all, this was probably going to be the last major pool day of the summer before it was time to head back to Malibu University, so they decided to take advantage of every moment they could before they were dragged back into the diabolical clutches of school.
Before long, the rest of the spies had all made their way into the pool and the fun began in earnest.
Britney quickly found herself dunked underwater courtesy of May as revenge for getting dunked herself on their previous pool day.
"Remember, payback's a bitch!" May laughed, only to find herself getting drenched by a large wave coming from Haruka.
"And so is karma, if you remember correctly," Haruka chuckled.
Sam and Mat both tried sneaking up on Haruka, but she dove underwater before they could get too close to her. Haruka resurfaced behind them, ready to do her classic up-and-over...
...only for Sam and Mat to both jump out of the water and backflip to do a double handstand on Haruka's shoulders that pushed her underwater.
"Wow, talk about a turnaround," Alex giggled.
"She should have learned by now that the up-and-over isn't gonna work on those two anymore," Nozomi chuckled.
"I'm just glad that you haven't been soured on pool trips after what happened to you and Nick last time, Haruka," Melissa quipped.
"Hey, those nuts in our rogues' gallery can do their worst," Haruka proclaimed. "I'm never going to pass up a pool trip."
Just then, a loud beep caught the spies' attention, and Bridget was the first to notice that the water was starting to swirl around.
Nick reacted without thinking, raising his right hand to surround all thirteen spies with a psychic bubble and lift them out of the water so the whirlpool didn't catch them.
Eventually, the whirlpool stopped and a large metal tube extended outwards from behind the fence.
"Once again, a bad guy wants to stop us from having pool fun," Blaine sighed.
"Hey, we can go right back once we're done with whatever nutball is on the loose today," Nick replied as the spies all jumped one by one into the tube.
After the customary tube slide that they'd done so often, the spies all landed in Jerry's office, changing into their spy suits after landing.
"One last summer beatdown is in order, huh, Jer?" Clover chuckled. "Who's the lucky winner today?"
Nick then noticed that, aside from Jerry and RiCO, there was someone else in the office with them, and she appeared to be about eighteen years old, with short, chin-length purple hair in a bob similar to Alex's, but with bangs.
"...hold the flip-truckin' phone, is that who I think it is?" Clover gasped.
"Oh, my gosh, it's Madison!" Alex exclaimed. Madison was the daughter of the previous United States president who Sam, Alex and Clover had been assigned to babysit when Jerry and the president had gone for a fishing trip, and though she had been bratty and cocky at twelve, they'd attributed it to the life she'd had growing up with the secret service, and after being kidnapped by her former nanny Mrs. Quivers and saved by the spies, she had grown to respect them.
"Wow, it's been a while, hasn't it, Madison?" Sam stated.
"Tell me about it," Madison admitted. "Time really flies sometimes, huh?"
"Oh, don't I know that," Nick chuckled.
"While we're here, I just wanted to apologize again for the way I treated you three so long ago," Madison stated.
"Hey, people grow up, Madison," Mat replied. "It's no problem, really."
"But onto the more pressing matter, did something happen, Madison? Is that why you're here at W.O.O.H.P.?" May asked.
"To make an extremely long story short, my father's been kidnapped, and W.O.O.H.P. was the only one I could turn to for help in finding him," Madison responded.
"And if I remember six years ago correctly, I'm going to guess that Mrs. Quivers is involved somehow?" Sam wondered.
"You'd be right on the money, Sam," RiCO answered, waving her hand to change the office viewscreen to a mugshot of Mrs. Quivers and another villain, Lenore von Schram.
"Wait, wait, isn't that the nutty old bag who tried to kill that guy from 'Days of Our Spies'?" Alex gasped.
"Is that show still on?" Britney asked.
"Yeah, but it's getting weird in recent episodes," Clover responded. "I'm not sure if I can explain it well without melting your brain..."
"Where was the last place you saw your father, Madison?" Nick asked. "We might be able to figure something out if we retrace our steps."
"The last place I remember seeing dad was on our trip to the Washington Monument," Madison explained. "I went to the gift shop to get something, but when I came back, he was gone."
"Then that should be our first stop," Sam proclaimed. "Let's get moving, everyone!"
After collecting their gadgets, the spies and Madison all went to board the Skyskimmer so they could take off for the Washington Monument.
"So much for that last summer pool day," Clover sighed to herself.
"True, but hopefully we might get a lucky break and come back mid-mission," Haruka replied, trying to be optimistic.
"Totally," Alex quipped.
Dawn and May secretly hoped Haruka was right because they had called the next car wash battle after Sam and Alex did the last one; otherwise, they'd have to wait until next summer.
"Can you tell us where you last were, Madison?" Mat requested.
"I know exactly how everything unfolded," Madison stated.
3:32 P.M. – The Washington Monument
"Okay, can you walk us through your events?" Bridget asked when they had landed and made it to the last location.
Madison then led them to the gift shop where she and her dad last were.
"My dad was taking a call when he gave me some money to go to the gift shop," Madison explained. "I was at the checkout counter when it all happened."
"Looks like somebody was here," Britney remarked.
"What'd you find, Brit?" Clover wondered.
It turned out to be a ski mask.
"Why does this look familiar?" Alex asked.
"That's the same ski mask that Lenore was wearing when we went after her!" Sam exclaimed.
"Is there anything indicating where the former President could have gotten to?" Nick asked.
Sam reached inside to feel for anything since anything WAS possible, after all.
"Nothing," Sam told Nick.
Clover sighed in slight frustration.
"Anything else you remember, Madison?" Melissa wondered.
"I thought I saw someone running away from the monument in a weird way, but I didn't get a good look at who it was," Madison replied. "Though I think that's what might have tipped me off that something wasn't right, so that's why I went back to find my dad."
"Okay then," May replied.
"Maybe my dad's phone should shed some light on a lead," Madison suggested.
"That was going to be my next question to you," Dawn laughed.
"Let's hope that leads us somewhere," Mat stated.
Sam got out her X-Powder to inform Jerry and RiCO of Madison's clue.
"Have you found anything else otherwise?" Jerry asked.
"Only Lenore Von Schram's ski mask from before," Mat replied.
"Nothing in there, though," Sam added.
"I see where this is going," Jerry replied. "Why don't you spies come home and we'll call when RiCO and I fill in some more blanks."
"AWESOME!" Alex and Clover cheered.
"What about my dad, though?" Madison proclaimed.
"W.O.O.H.P. satellites have detected no danger regarding your father, Madison," Jerry answered. "Plus, RiCO and I have a few extra questions ourselves."
"I'll try to answer them as best I can," Madison stated, only to suddenly trip and fall into a strange hole in the ground.
"Oh, no you don't!" Nick shouted as he dove into the mysterious portal just as it closed, leaving the spies worried what had just happened.
When Nick finally landed, he found himself in what appeared to be a futuristic factory of sorts, complete with pressure pounders and conveyor belts of varying size.
"Okay, if that don't beat all," Nick quipped. "Madison, are you okay?"
"I think so," Madison answered as she stepped out from behind a nearby wall. "What the heck just happened?"
"I'm not entirely sure myself, but I'd stay on guard if I were you," Nick responded. "I have no idea where we ended up..."
As Nick and Madison began to explore the factory, Nick kept his psychic radar active just in case, as he wasn't entirely sure this was something that Quivers and Lenore would do.
And if he knew the particular pattern by now (which he liked to think he did), then it would only be a matter of time before...
Nick noticed movement nearby and motioned for Madison to get behind him, raising his hand towards whatever he'd seen.
"I know someone's over there," Nick proclaimed. "Are you friend or foe?"
"I-I'm sorry! Please don't hurt me!"
The owner of the voice stepped out from behind a computer console, revealing herself as a girl of about seventeen years with amber eyes and long, wavy white hair with multiple hair pins, and wearing a purple jacket with black and gold accents, as well as holding a mysterious glowing cube in her hands.
Nick lowered his hand when he realized that he recognized this girl as the same one who'd used her mysterious cube to destroy the ice dome that Gelee had trapped himself and Haruka in during the spies' previous caper.
"...it's you," Nick gasped.
"Um... ooh, boy, how do I say this?" the girl stuttered, clearly trying to think of how best to say this, before composing herself. "My name is Henya, and I need your help."
"All right, then, what's the problem?" Nick asked. "...actually, on that note, maybe we should get out of this place first so the others can hear this."
"I think so, too, since I've been looking for all of you specifically," Henya answered, tapping a nearby security door with her Wondercube and creating a portal back to the Washington Monument. All three of them jumped through and landed safely, much to the surprise of the rest of the spies.
"Okay, I'm sorry if I'm confused, but..." Haruka wondered, only stopping when she noticed Henya standing there. "...h-hey, you're that girl who freed us, right?"
"Yeah, that was me," Henya replied just as the spies' Skyskimmer parked near them. "I did promise an explanation, but let's get back to wherever you're going first."
As the spies and Madison all boarded the Skyskimmer, Henya kept glancing at the spies and how close-knit they all seemed. That thankfully allowed her to relax, knowing she'd made the right choice in seeking them out.
4:08 P.M. – The Spies' Beach House
"EAT HOSE, SUCKA!" May shouted as she moved to spray Dawn with the hose, only for Dawn to tuck and roll to the other side of the car.
"They get pretty lively when it comes to stuff like this, huh?" Madison chuckled as she watched from the living room. The spies were already preparing for some more pool time, and May and Dawn had elected to have their car wash battle now, knowing it'd be the last one they could do this summer.
"If only you could have seen the other car wash battles we've been a part of this summer," Sam chuckled. "Oh, man, those were crazy."
Henya was already in the pool area, just sitting on one edge of the pool with her feet dangling in the water while she waited for the spies to all jump into the pool so she could tell her story.
When they figured they'd had enough fun with the hose, both May and Dawn ran back into the pool area, changing into their swimsuits on the way, and both cannonballed into the pool together (May decided not to make it a random Pirate Dive this time around so as not to scare Henya off).
"Ah, the last vestiges of summer," Clover chuckled.
"So, I think we'll be here for a bit while Jerry and RiCO figure things out," Nick quipped once all of the spies were in the pool. "So, then, Henya, what's your story, and why exactly were you looking for us?"
Henya punched in something on her Wondercube to make it display a holographic image of... that place.
"So, then," Henya stated. "My name is Henya, and I escaped from this place... The Society. It's a facility that supposedly takes in 'extraordinary children' and trains them to use their talents for the good of the world. ...but I know better. I've seen the true horrors of that place. After about two years there, I eventually discovered that the true purpose of the Society... is to raise an army of subservient super-soldiers to carry out their leader Decimus's will with their unique talents. Basically, he wants to take over this world and possibly all worlds."
"Yikes, that leader guy sounds like a nutcase," Alex quipped. "And we've dealt with some real nutcases before."
"So, where is this guy right now?" Sam wondered.
"Thankfully, he's sealed away deep below the Earth," Henya responded. "That's why the Society was founded in the place it was, since he's trying to direct his followers to take measures to free him. Apparently, despite being sealed away, he can communicate with all of his followers, but that's all he can do while he's trapped down there."
"You mentioned that you escaped from the Society," May stated. "What's your talent, Henya?"
"I was recruited because of my intellect," Henya replied. "Like a few other 'smart children' there, his followers believe that intellect like mine could be used to research ways to break Decimus out of his seal. But I think they didn't realize that I'd be smart enough to figure out the truth behind the Society, and that's why I fled."
Henya gestured to her Wondercube. "In case you were wondering about those portals I created, they're 'hyperdimensional pockets'," Henya explained. "In simple terms, they're basically portals between reality that my Wondercube can create, that are virtually untraceable. I've been hopping between different pockets in order to cover my escape from the Society in hopes of finding someone that could help me."
"And what, exactly, do you need help with?" Mat wondered.
"I had to leave a lot of my friends in that place behind to make my escape," Henya answered. "And I'm worried about them, especially considering the whispers I've been hearing. We absolutely, absolutely cannot allow Decimus to break his seal and escape into the world. If that happens, we're all doomed."
"Yeesh, that sounds like a scary thought," Nick quipped. "Is there anything we can do to help you out?"
Of course, Henya couldn't believe what she'd just heard. "Y-You... you're all so willing to help me, despite just meeting me?" Henya gasped.
"You wouldn't be the first mysterious person we've helped out with their problems lately," Bridget chuckled, reminiscing on Momo and Ashley.
"And besides, we're agents of W.O.O.H.P.," Blaine proclaimed. "Helping people with their problems when it comes to insanely evil people is just what we do!"
Despite her earlier worries, Henya couldn't help but smile, understanding now that her worries were probably pretty unfounded.
"Thank you, everyone," Henya stated. "I knew I made the right choice in searching for you."
"Oh, that's one thing I was wondering about," Clover asked. "Why us, specifically?"
"There's a massive database back at the Society that records real-world events," Henya replied. "I downloaded what I could to my Wondercube before I made my escape so I could use it to search for someone who might be able to help me, and that's how I discovered all of you."
"Um, sorry to interrupt your story, miss Henya, but I think we've got some uninvited guests!" Madison called out from the living room when she noticed two suspicious people standing outside the door to the beach house.
And sure enough, it was Mrs. Quivers and Lenore von Schram.
"Well, well, you've certainly grown a spine since our last meeting, haven't you, Madison?" Quivers laughed, only to find herself blasted backwards by a three-way shot from Sam, Alex and Clover, all wielding Cyclone Blast Hairdryers.
"Maybe Madison isn't any of your business, you witch?" Alex shot back.
"It is when we've got her precious daddy as our hostage," Schram cackled. "Now, if you'd kindly hand her over before anyone else gets hurt..."
"Out of the question!" Nick shouted, his psychic aura flaring to life around him in response.
"...whoa," Madison gasped, having not seen Nick's psychic powers before.
Henya stepped up to fight as well, brandishing her now-glowing Wondercube.
"You two should never have come out of retirement, because now we're about to bring the thunder down for what you did," Nick proclaimed. "Everyone, let's get 'em!"
"That's two times villains have made house calls to us!" Clover chastised.
"And we're going to keep it that way!" Haruka proclaimed.
"Damn right," Nick remarked as he immediately fired a Final Shine Attack at von Schram and Quivers. They both landed on the street; fortunately, no cars were coming in either direction.
"No idea how you were able to track us down, but we're ending this here and now!" Mat added.
"We didn't have to..." Quivers sneered. "We just followed your new accomplice..."
Henya didn't need five seconds to realize she had been followed.
"There was no way you could have followed me!" Henya complained.
"Well, we just did," Quivers sneered again as both she and von Schram got off the street.
Henya then threw her Wondercube at Quivers and von Schram before they could even draw first blood. It created an explosion in front of the two villainesses almost immediately. Fortunately, the spies' beach house was intact while Quivers and von Schram were covered in soot.
"You people are something else..." Haruka groaned.
"Totally," Clover stated, centering her attention on Lenore von Schram. "How you got released from the mental asylum from Days of Our Spies is beyond me!"
With that, some of the spies began firing Laser Lipstick shots at Quivers and von Schram to make them "dance."
"I'm on board with Clover there," Sam quipped to Lenore.
"It's one thing to watch a TV show religiously, but you took things WA-AY too far!" Mat exclaimed.
"Now, you better tell us where my dad is if you want them to stop!" Madison demanded.
As it turned out, both Quivers and von Schram took wrong steps and fell flat on their backs.
"Call that the start," Bridget replied. "We got more where that came from..."
"I know this is two times in a row, but I'm already fed up with villains making house calls!" Nick exclaimed. "It's one of the most overused clichés out there, and it's one that I'm clearly sick of!"
Nick lunged forward as Quivers did, the two of them clashing a few times before leaping back.
Lenore attempted to pounce on Nick while he was busy with Quivers, though Henya was already on her, swinging her Wondercube like a weapon and leaving blue trails of light with each swing. Lenore couldn't keep up and was eventually knocked back down.
"Ah, so you can fight," Lenore mocked.
"Don't ever mess with the Wondercube," Henya taunted.
"This isn't over, spies," Quivers growled. "We still have the former President in our clutches after all!"
That's when Lenore used her machine gun on the spies; they all jumped out of the way.
"That's not wise to do that in a residential neighborhood, you know," Dawn told them.
Mat, on the other hand, went over to Madison to protect her from Quivers and von Schram trying anything sleazy.
"Maybe you could use another explosion!" Henya exclaimed and hurled her Wondercube at them again.
After Quivers and von Schram were covered in dirt once again, they were above and beyond angry.
"This isn't over yet!" Lenore growled as she threw up a Hail Mary with her machine gun on all the spies so she and Quivers could retreat.
That was when Sam's X-Powder chirped.
"What's the word, Jer?" Sam wondered.
"How's the mission going, spies?" Jerry asked.
"We got another house call again, for starters..." Blaine started.
"Yes, we'll work on that for you," RiCO chimed in.
"You filled in any blanks at all?" Melissa asked Jerry and RiCO.
"Yes, we have done so," Jerry replied.
"Well, let's hear it," Britney quipped.
"We decided to check out your father's phone as a possible lead on his location, Madison," RiCO answered. "And it looks like we've narrowed his location down to somewhere in Grand Rapids, Michigan."
"Wait, you mean he's at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum?" Bridget gasped. "That's... accurate."
"You know that place, Bridget?" Alex wondered.
"Yeah, I went there on a field trip with my old high school track team once, when we had a race against a Michigan team," Bridget quipped.
"Guess that's where we're heading next," Sam stated. "You're more than welcome to join us, Henya."
"Yeah, I think I'll do that," Henya responded, priming her Wondercube as the Skyskimmer parked nearby for the spies to board.
5:42 P.M. – Grand Rapids, Michigan
The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum
"Ah, Grand Rapids, you're just like I left it," Bridget quipped as the Skyskimmer touched down so the spies could begin their investigation.
"Any sign of his signal, RiCO?" Alex asked.
"Just follow the blinking light," RiCO replied, a map of the area displayed on Sam's X-Powder.
As the spies approached the museum, Nick glanced behind him, having sensed something nearby.
"Madison, to your right!" Nick exclaimed, and Madison listened, diving away just as one of Quivers' mooks attempted to jump out of a nearby bush and ambush her.
"Just stand still, little girlie, and make this easier on yourself," the mook laughed as he and a bunch of other mooks approached.
To the mook's surprise, though, Madison responded by standing her ground and whacking the mook with a flying kick to the face, sending him crashing back to the ground.
"Nice move, Madison!" Alex laughed.
"I did learn how to defend myself, after all," Madison quipped.
"But can you handle all of us?" one of the other mooks chuckled as they all began to advance.
"That's what we're here for," Nick retorted. "Madison, jump!"
Madison did so, jumping the instant Nick slammed his hand into the ground so that his Zero Gravity wave passed by her and underneath the mooks, causing them to start helplessly floating in the air.
"You know, I didn't get to ask this earlier, but... are you a psychic or something?" Madison asked. "Because that was cool."
"You know, I'm used to everyone just kinda accepting that I've got psychic powers nowadays," Nick chuckled as he blasted another pair of mooks away.
Nozomi let a quartet of mooks surround her before jumping onto her hands and spinning around with her feet extended, kicking away any mook that tried to get close to her.
A group of mooks jumped towards Alex, but she blew them all away with a Sonic Disintegrator Boombox.
Even Henya got into the action, swinging her Wondercube around her and driving mooks back one by one.
Eventually, the mooks decided to beat a hasty retreat.
"Yeah, come back when you don't suck!" May exclaimed.
When the coast was clear, the spies all headed into the museum in hopes of finding Madison's father before something happened to him.
After a few minutes of searching, the spies eventually found something suspicious in the form of a door that was locked behind a computer console.
"Welp, if that isn't suspicious..." Mat quipped.
"Don't worry, RiCO to the rescue," RiCO giggled as Nick held his X-Powder towards the computer lock so that RiCO could do her thing. It didn't take more than a few seconds for her to crack the code and break the computerized lock so that the door would open, but then they were met with another, much more distressing sight.
The former president, Madison's father, was strapped to one of the statues in the display area, and placed around him were three bulky-looking bombs.
"Oh, geez," Britney stated.
Melissa took a step forward to try and figure out how to disarm the bombs, but when one of them started beeping loudly in response, she quickly jumped backwards, and the beeping stopped.
"It looks like they're proximity-based," Sam noted. "They'll probably go off if we get too close, and that means we might get caught up in it if it does."
"We might be in a bit of a pickle, then," Bridget replied. "I don't think even my Sonic Mode speed could save us in that situation..."
Nick, however, had clenched his now-glowing right fist tightly.
"You got a solution, Nick?" Nozomi asked.
"It's one I haven't used in a while," Nick admitted. "But it might be our only way of getting him out of this."
Nick raised his glowing hand and snapped his fingers, causing a bubble of golden light to expand outwards from his hands until it covered everything in the immediate vicinity, including the bombs. Time seemed to grind to a complete halt for everything within the bubble except for Nick.
"Man, it's been a while since I've had to do a time freeze," Nick quipped. "But let's just take care of business first."
Nick quickly ran forward to snatch the three bombs off of their perches and corral them in a psychic bubble, then dash outside into open space (which, thankfully, was on the very edge of his bubble) so he could toss the bombs into the air and obliterate them with a Final Shine Attack, the explosion happening high in the sky away from the museum.
Nick then snapped his fingers to undo the time freeze, and the bubble vanished, returning everything to normal.
"There we go," Nick quipped. "The power to freeze time. Is there anything it can't do?"
Nick fired a few psychic bolts to sever Madison's father's bindings so that Madison could rush up and hug her father tightly.
"I don't know how you got me out of that, but thank you so much for that," Madison's father proclaimed.
"Just doing our civic duty as agents of W.O.O.H.P., sir," Nick responded.
Just then, Nick picked up a pair of devious thoughts approaching the museum and motioned for everyone to stay quiet so they could ambush them.
"Did you hear that explosion, my dear?"
"Oh, you bet I did. That can only mean that the spies were too late. Ooh, I hope that blast took at least a few of them with it..."
Just as Quivers and Lenore stepped into the museum to assess the "damage", Henya jumped forward and swung her Wondercube down, sending out a wave of icicles to batter at the two villains before knocking them back to the ground.
"Surprise," Henya taunted.
"Wh-what the hell?! How in the hell did you get past our bombs?!" Quivers shouted. "They were rigged to explode the instant one of you even got close to it!"
"You seem to have forgotten all of the fancy things I can do with my powers," Nick taunted. "Then again, it has been quite a while since the last time we scrapped with you, Quivers."
"And now we're gonna mess you up for what you did," May quipped as she activated her Emergency Gadget Transporter to summon her trusty anchor to her hands.
"Isn't that anchor kind of overkill, little pirate lady?" Lenore cackled.
"On the contrary, you old bat," May taunted, spinning her anchor in her hands. "You're about to learn just why this is the perfect tool for dealing with loonies like you two."
"Madison, you and your dad should get out of here before this gets ugly," Mat proclaimed.
They didn't need to be told twice, as both Madison and her father took this opportunity to dash past the villains, May swinging her anchor to scatter Quivers and Lenore to give them some room to do so, running out to the Skyskimmer parked outside.
"I'll have the Skyskimmer take them both back to W.O.O.H.P. for safety," RiCO stated from Sam's X-Powder. "You all just mess those two up good!"
"Oh, trust me, RiCO, that was always the plan," Alex quipped as the spies and Henya prepared to face off with Quivers and Lenore once again.
To be continued...
Next time...
Haruka: You've got some nerve going after a president, you clucks.
Quivers: Oh, why don't you tell it to someone who cares?
Clover: That's exactly what we plan to do!
Britney: Wait, what the heck is that?!
Henya: Don't worry, I've got this one.
