Sophia and Naruto approach the fence and take a look inside, it's a wide open field, the only problem is it's filled with walkers.
"How are we going to get in?"Sophia asked.
Naruto, much to Sophia's amazement, suddenly just picks her up and he jumps over the fence in a single leap. A walker approaches them and puts its face up against the fence, attempting to attack the pair.
"Alright Sophia, you're going to stay behind these fences. I want you to make some noise and distract as many walkers as possible. I'm going to go in and clear the field" Naruto states, Sophia nodding along.
He jumps over the second fence and starts to take out walkers with ease, landing direct hits with his shurikens and taking out the ones up close with his kunai.
Sophia does as Naruto said and manages to attract a few walkers to the fence and away from Naruto.
She couldn't believe it herself, Naruto was clearing the field like it was nothing.
Sophia stood face to face across from a walker, she had come to the realization that she was no longer afraid of them.
Naruto had changed her, she wasn't anything like what she was before she met him, scared and lost.
She often prayed in hopes that her mother had found the strength to survive like she had.
In no time Naruto had cleared the entire field and Sophia opens a gate coming across.
The two celebrate and take advantage of their newfound surroundings by stretching and enjoying the open space.
"Are you planning on clearing out the inside as well?" Sophia asks Naruto.
"Yeah, let's hope there's nothing too crazy in there" answers Naruto.
Suddenly Naruto senses various different chakras all making their way towards the prison.
"Someone's coming," says Naruto.
"What do you mean, who's coming?" Sophia questioned.
"I don't know but there's a lot of them. I want you to get up into that guard tower and wait for my okay, got it?" Naruto says.
Sophia doesn't question him and goes up into the guard tower.
The group made up of: Rick, Hershel, Daryl, Maggie, Glenn, Lori, Carol, Beth, T-dog and Carl begin to close in on the prison.
Rick and Daryl were dumbfounded, they could've sworn this entire field was swarming with walkers.
Had this blonde man cleared the entire field by himself or are there others they haven't seen yet Rick questions to himself.
Daryl, also thinking the same thing, speaks up and says "You think there were others with him that we missed?".
"I don't know," Rick responds. "Let's just play it cool, we saw he was with a little girl so let's just wait and see how he reacts".
As they approach the main gate Naruto also makes his way towards it and stands across from the group, waiting to hear what they have to say.
The atmosphere is tense and no one speaks for a while.
Not liking this silence, Naruto is the first to break it by asking out loud, "Is there something you need?".
Rick speaks up and says, "We passed by here earlier and saw you were clearing the field by yourself, so we regrouped and thought we'd come to lend you a hand but you seem to have it taken care of".
"Did you really do this all on your own or are you in a group with others?" asks Daryl, minor hostility in his voice.
Naruto doesn't like what he senses from Daryl, he appears mistrusting, almost paranoid but he also senses his desire to protect this group.
He senses everyone's desire to protect each other, but most importantly his eyes meet with Lori's and he notices that she is pregnant.
Lori is taken back by Naruto's eyes, they were blue just like her husband and sons.
"We saw a little girl earlier here inside the fences, was she with you?" Rick questions.
"Yeah, I ran into her a while back, she was all alone and it kind of felt wrong to just leave her there, you know?" Naruto answers his guard now lowered after seeing a pregnant Lori and the little boy, Carl, next to her.
He could tell that these were just scared people, also looking for a place to call home.
"We came across this place after our last base got overrun by a horde of walkers and I decided to clear it seeing as it seems like a perfect place to bunker down, don't you think?" asks Naruto.
Rick and the group begin to feel a small sense of relief believing that they may see eye to eye with this man after all.
That moment is short lived however as walkers begin to approach the group.
Daryl, Glenn, Maggie and T-Dog all get into formation ready to hold off the walkers for as long as they can.
Rick begins to make his plea to Naruto, mentioning how they've been on the road for too long and that his pregnant wife is due any day now.
Naruto had no reason to say no.
Maybe if they didn't have a pregnant woman and little boy he could say no but even then he knew that these were good people.
Given that they knew nothing about him they could have easily thought that they could overpower him, like the last group did, and force their way in.
Seeing Carl and Lori though made up his mind and he opens the main gate.
The group begins to file in with Glenn and Daryl staying back to close the gate.
"Thank you. I'm Rick, Rick Grimes. This is my son Carl and my wife Lori" he says, extending his hand for a shake.
Daryl, Glenn, Maggie and T-Dog all introduce themselves as well.
I'm Hershel, these are my daughters: Maggie and Beth," Hershel says introducing Beth to Naruto.
Carol is the last to introduce herself, Naruto finds her familiar but he's not quite sure why.
Finally Naruto introduced himself, "My name is Naruto Uzumaki. It's nice to meet all of you. t's been a while since I've been around this many people. I haven't been for a while now".
The group shares a light chuckle, "Looks like Glenn has a new Asian buddy" said Daryl.
"Funny Daryl," Glenn says, punching him in the arm.
"I guess we should get started by setting up camp; we can swap stories then. Just so you know though, I'm planning on moving inside of the prison tomorrow" Naruto states.
"Not by yourself I hope" mentioned Rick.
Rick planned on doing the same thing, and was surprised that Naruto had not only wanted to do the same but also planned on doing it on his own.
"I'm not gonna ask a group of strangers I just met to risk their lives following me on one of my crazy ideas. So yeah, I plan on going in alone" says Naruto.
"That's suicide though; even with a group it would be difficult" chimes in Hershel, but Naruto waves him off.
"Suicide runs are a sort of specialty of mine, that's kind of how I cleared this field in the first place. I figured that this place would be a good place to start up a small community or something eventually, though I had no idea that I'd be having company so soon. We can't stay outside forever, so the sooner the better, right?" Naruto answers.
"It would seem like we're on the same wavelength so far. As thanks for letting us in, we can help you clear out the prison and cell blocks" Rick states, as he notices Naruto giving him a thoughtful glance.
"You know what? I've been thinking. If anything happens to me I'll need someone to look after my friend. I don't know you guys very well, but considering some of you are parents I don't think it's a bad idea. You guys are a strong team, can I trust you all to make sure she's safe?" Naruto asks.
"We'd be happy to look out for her, though it would be nice if we could meet her," says Lori, chuckling a bit.
Naruto suddenly remembers that he had told Sophia to hide.
He turns around to the guard tower and shouts, "Sophia you can come out now, it's safe!".
The group are in disbelief, not sure if they heard Naruto correctly.
"Sophia?" Carol says barely above a whisper.
"Yeah, that's her name," Naruto says, but it falls on deaf ears as the door to the guard tower opens, and out steps Sophia into the sun.
Sophia puts a hand up to block the sun's rays and can barely make out the faces of the group.
It takes a moment for her to recognize them, but there is no mistaking it once she does.
Once her eyes adjust she can see Rick and Lori standing next to her friend Carl.
She sees T-Dog, Glenn, Daryl, and a few other faces that she isn't familiar with.
But they all disappear into the background when she sees Carol running towards her.
"Sophia!" Carol cries out with tears streaming down her face, running as fast as she can towards her daughter, the very one who she never thought she'd see again.
In this very moment of shock and disbelief, she would not recognize her own daughter were it not for the memory of her maternal instincts.
"Mom!" Sophia shouts in disbelief.
The group are not even sure if what they see before them is real.
It was like a small glimmer of hope they had thought died out long ago, suddenly came back to them.
They didn't move a muscle as Carol embraced her long lost daughter in her arms, not wanting to disturb their reunion.
Tears stream down the faces of all the women, and a few escape even the eyes of Daryl.
Naruto can hardly believe it himself, this was entirely unanticipated, and ironic too. Just a few hours ago he decided to stop looking for a suitable group to leave Sophia with and instead build a community where she would be safe, then out of nowhere who else walks through the gates but her own mother.
Night falls and the group make camp in the field, they are gathered around a fire, "Just like mom used to make" Glenn says as he eats something, earning a smile out of Maggie.
Lori eats and looks at Rick who's standing watch next to the fence, but the group can barely keep their eyes off the mother and daughter fast asleep in each other's arms.
The group spent most of their time questioning Sophia on how she managed to survive while exclaiming how glad they were to see her alive.
Sophia said that she was saved by Naruto, which drew their attention to him.
The group were all interested in learning as much as possible about Naruto.
"Well, it's been quite an unexpected journey so far. For starters I'm not really from around here, I'm from a village where we are trained from a young age to become shinobi" Naruto explains.
"What's a shinobi?" Beth asked, the whole group also wondering the same.
"A shinobi is a Japanese word that refers to a ninja. Shinobis are trained in stealth, espionage, and combat" answers Naruto.
"So you were a soldier?" asks Glenn.
"I guess you could say that. I've used my training so far to move around quietly and avoid the walkers. When I found Sophia she was alone so I brought her along with me. We've been traveling around from neighborhood to neighborhood scavenging for supplies and I've been keeping her safe from the walkers" says Naruto.
"Where did you find Sophia?" Carol asks, careful not to disturb her sleeping daughter.
"In the woods not too far from a suburb about a couple of miles away" answers Naruto.
Daryl knew exactly where Naruto was speaking of, and couldn't believe just how close he was to actually finding Sophia.
Rick begins to make his way towards the rest of the group and takes a seat.
"Do you have any friends or family?" Maggie asked Naruto.
"No, I've been an orphan my whole life; I've never met my parents. The village I was born in took care of me for most of my younger life, but as I got older I wandered around a lot" Naruto answers.
Daryl relates to Naruto and on a subconscious level already considers him a friend.
The parents of the group feel a tug at their heart strings knowing how lonely he must have felt at the time.
They all feel they understand how strong Naruto must be, if only just a little.
"Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter. I can't explain just how much it means to me. I thought we lost her forever. Thank you Naruto" expresses Carol.
Naruto gives a big smile and the group can't help but be affected by his positive energy.
Finding Sophia meant more to the group than they'd originally thought.
"Tomorrow we'll pile the bodies together. We should keep them away from that water. And if we can dig a canal under the fence, we'll have plenty of fresh water" says T-Dog.
"The soil is good, we could plant some seeds, grow some tomatoes, cucumbers and soybeans" adds Hershel while looking at Rick.
"This will be a good place to have the baby. Safe" mentions Beth to Lori.
"Today was a great win. But we gotta push just a little bit more. Most of the walkers are dressed as guards or prisoners, looks like this place fell pretty early. Could mean the supplies may be intact. They could have an infirmary and a commissary. Weapons, food, medicine! We have a big day ahead of us tomorrow. Tomorrow we'll make our way into the prison. Rest up guys, you'll need it" Rick explains to the group.
With that Naruto lays down on the ground and falls asleep almost instantly. On that night the tides had finally shifted, if only just a little, but it was enough.
The sun rises on the camp. Naruto is already up ready to greet everyone.
He always got up early these days, never knowing if he would live to see another sunrise made him feel obligated to do so.
Naruto almost made his way towards Sophia out of habit, until he sees her with her mother and decides not to disturb them.
The rest of the group gather around and try to get to know Naruto a little better, likewise so does Naruto.
The only vital information that Naruto reveals is that he isn't from this country, which most of the group assumed anyway.
Carl approaches Naruto holding him back for a minute and asks, "You said your name was Naruto right?".
"That's right, yours is Carl right?".
"Yeah, I didn't really get a chance to say it last night, and I know you've heard it from everyone else already, but I just wanted to say thanks, for saving Sophia. Our families met on the road while trying to get out of the city, and we became friends. Everyone had given up on finding her. Having her back, it's like having a reason to fight again, you know?".
Naruto listens with genuine interest to Carl even though it was true that he heard everything he had to say from everyone else in the group, but Naruto knows just how important it is to take the time to listen to kids when they voice an opinion or concern.
"I'm glad she made her way back to her friends and family, I know what it's like to lose your friends. It sucks. Sucks real bad. I'm glad you don't have to deal with that again at the moment. Protecting kids your age is the biggest priority, that much hasn't changed" says Naruto.
"I can take care of myself, I'm a pretty good shot you know" Carl says confidently.
Naruto smirks and punches Carl in the arm lightly. "I bet you are, you'll be even stronger than your dad in no time" he says.
Naruto makes his way towards Rick and Hershel, who are discussing the plan on how they're going to move in on the prison.
"The warden's offices would have info on the locations of weapons, food and medicine!" states Rick. "We're dangerously low on ammo. We'll run out before we make a dent" says Hershel.
"We gotta go in there. Hand to hand" Rick answers.
Naruto is listening keenly and decides to ask more about their abilities as a group.
"I've been the leader of the group for some time now, so I try to learn a little bit of everything I can. I usually take points and I'm good with a gun and going in with a knife" claims Rick.
"I'm pretty well rounded, I can use a gun but I prefer using my crossbow, it's a lot quieter, and I can use my knife for all sorts of things" adds Daryl.
"I'm good at doing supply runs and getting around town. It saved Rick more than a few times, that's for sure" states Glenn.
"I was a veterinarian, so I'm the medic of the group. I've been teaching my girls along with Carol as much as I can" mentions Hershel.
Naruto nods, thankful that there was a proper medic in the group.
His knowledge of first aid could only get them so far, and was glad that responsibility wasn't something he would have to worry about.
"Aside from that the rest of us have learned to shoot pretty well, and we've gotten used to using other weapons when guns aren't an option" finishes T-Dog for the group.
"Alright then, it's time to get to work," says Naruto.
Everyone agrees silently and they begin heading up to the gate of the courtyard. Sophia walks in step behind Naruto out of habit, but Naruto nudges her in the direction of her mother.
It feels a bit awkward, but there will be time to break such habits over time.
The group pauses as they arrive at the gate to iron out the details of the operation.
Rick begins to lay out the plan, "I got a look and saw another gate inside of the courtyard; we need to close it off to improve our chances of clearing the area. We'll move in on it in a formation, then Daryl and I will close the gate. Afterwards finishing off the rest of the walkers shouldn't be a problem. T-Dog, you'll take the left flank. "Glenn and I will take the right flank and our six" Maggie adds, knowing that this is the typical formation they take during most operations.
"That's as good a plan as any. Stick to it and hold formation and we'll all be fine. I'll head into the courtyard right behind you, picking off any strays along the way. When Rick and Daryl move in to seal the gate I'll cover the exposed flank. Don't take any unnecessary shots; you could hit one of us by accident" says Naruto.
Naruto relied on his kunai and shuriken, they would be his only option in terms of weaponry, which would be more than enough.
The group look around at one another to confirm, and then finally back to Naruto. He nods and opens up the gate, allowing Rick, Daryl, Glenn, Maggie, and T-Dog to funnel inside with their formation.
Naruto follows them inside. Walkers growl, moan, and limp their way towards the group.
A walker wearing a blue jumpsuit, standard for prison inmates, makes the first attempt on Rick and is quickly taken down by his machete.
With the other half of the group making noise some walkers gather by the gate ignoring the group going in. These are killed through the holes of the fences by various blunt objects.
T-Dog stabs a walker, Daryl, Rick, Maggie and Glenn do as well. They all start stabbing walkers in the head.
Screaming as they move towards the prison. While they do this, Hershel, Carl, Carol, Lori, Sohpia and Beth try to draw the walkers to the fence in order to stab them through the wire.
The squad moves towards their first objective.
Some of the walkers were previously riot patrol men and are clad with protective gear, including helmets and face masks.
They have gloves as well which means they are no immediate threat, but they still hinder progress.
Naruto yells out saying to knock them down so he can take care of them himself.
They do just that and arrive at their objective in no time at all.
Rick and Daryl move to close a gate inside the courtyard, separating them from more walkers that pose immediate threat.
Naruto moves up, throwing three shuriken at three different walkers that were closing in on Rick's exposed flank.
Each one takes an accurate hit to the head, killing them instantly.
Using a pair of handcuffs Rick and Daryl successfully seal the gate inside the courtyard.
There were nearly two dozen walkers behind that gate at the moment, which would have been a problem had they not sealed it off.
With only about a dozen walkers left, the group falls back in their original formation to ensure their safety.
Naruto wastes no time in dispatching the remaining walkers, driving his kunai into their skulls with great speeds, he moves on from one onto the next.
In a matter of time the group takes the courtyard.
With only one walker left, the rest of the group takes a moment to catch their breath, with the exception of Naruto who decides to show off.
He turns to Maggie and says, "you want to see something cool?".
Maggie looks at Naruto bemused with what he could be plotting.
Suddenly Naruto with one kick sends the walker high into the air, leaving it to come crashing down, head first into the floor killing it.
Maggie is impressed, did he seriously just send a walker flying into the air with a kick, she thought to herself.
"We did it! That was much easier than I thought it was gonna be!" exclaims Glenn as he comes towards Maggie for an embrace. They hug and kiss.
Meanwhile Rick waves over to the rest of the group signaling that it's safe to come into the courtyard now.
T-Dog goes around gathering a few riot shields, as they could prove useful later on.
Naruto goes to recover his shuriken, when he is spotted by Daryl.
"That's an odd choice of weapons," he tells Naruto.
"Really? I find them just perfect," Naruto answers, showing off his kunai.
"They're lightweight and easy to carry. Plus, they're versatile. I can use them for both long-range and close combat".
"Yeah, I saw you use those in action. They're pretty effective. It's smart to carry around weapons like that" says Daryl.
"Kind of like your crossbow. No need for bullets or ammo. You can just reuse the arrows over and over again" adds Naruto.
Daryl proceeds to go and recover his arrows as he normally does, but finds something that catches his attention.
He takes a closer look at one of the walkers, and notices something different about it.
"Hey guys take a look at this" says Daryl, calling over the rest of the group.
"This one's a civilian, how do you suppose it got in here?" he asked.
A valid point, to which Naruto already knows the answer.
"There's a good chance that there could be walkers from outside the prison that found their way inside" Rick adds.
"The south wall of the prison is partially destroyed, along with a hole in the surrounding fence" says Naruto.
"I took a look around last night and saw the southern side was compromised. But we should be able to clear portions of the prison, securing one cell block at a time. I'm with you if you guys want to push inward" he asks .
The group takes a moment to contemplate, but Rick decides for them.
"We've come this far already. This place could be a gold mine with food and medical supplies. We just need to push a little bit deeper. Take at least one block today" says Rick.
Naruto nods and the group waste no time arguing. They make their way inside through a side door that was also gated.
As they make their way inside they do their best to stay silent as they turn each and every corner.
Eventually they arrive at a room that leads to a block of holding cells.
Lori, Carl, Sophia, Carol, Beth and Hershel all wait outside as the main group clears the cells.
Surveying the area to make sure there are no other exits or entrances, Rick makes his way into the warden's office and retrieves a pair of keys from a guards body, careful to make sure it wasn't a walker.
They advance to clear out the cells of any remaining walkers. Rick, Glenn and Maggie take the first level of the block while T-Dog, Naruto and Daryl take the second level.
T-Dog and Naruto move right on to clear each cell.
There were only a few walkers left, most of which were locked inside the cells.
"First level cleared!" calls out Rick.
"Second level cleared" Daryl answers back.
He along with the others regroup back down to the first level.
Rick lets in Lori and the others waiting.
They begin to clean up the cell block, scrubbing down the walls as best they can and taking out the bodies to burn.
They each take a cell for themselves, with Rick and Hershel's family taking the first level and everyone else taking a cell on the next level, with the exception of Daryl who takes the perch.
Naruto takes the cell that's furthest away from the others.
Everyone is finally settled in and meets again on the first floor.
"Great job guys, you made it a little too easy. A little boring actually, kind of disappointed. But anyhow, I want to push in further to make sure we don't have any surprises in store. We need to scavenge for supplies, primarily food and medical supplies. Most importantly we need to secure that exit in the back end to make sure we can definitively clear out the prison for good. I'll take the lead this time, any volunteers?" Naruto asked the group.
"I'll go, my riot shield provides decent cover for you" says T-Dog.
Daryl and Rick also volunteer.
"I'm going too, can't let a stranger risk his life for my family, no matter how nice he is" mentions Glenn.
"If Glenn goes then I am too" adds Maggie.
"If Maggie's going, I'll be right behind her" says Hershel, much to Naruto's disapproval.
He could understand the need to go in to protect his daughter, but he cannot allow that.
Strategically it would be detrimental, and can prove disastrous down the road.
"I'm sorry Hershel, but I can't let you go in with us. You're the medic, it's not your responsibility" protested Naruto.
Hershel takes slight offense to that.
He understands it's nothing against him, but even still he won't have anyone taking his responsibilities as a father lightly.
"It's not open for discussion son, I'm going to keep my daughter safe and that's all there is to it" says Hershel.
Naruto inhales, looks over to Maggie and Glenn, and exhales. "Hershel" Naruto says, "you will keep her safe, but if you go in there and something happens to you then what?".
"Better me than her," says Hershel.
"Daddy please, just let us handle this" interrupted Maggie.
Glenn jumps in as well, "I'll make sure I protect her with my life Hershel, you know that".
"Listen to him, Hershel. Nothing is going to get passed Glenn; I can see that you trust him. But if you go in, and you go down, you won't be able to protect anyone anymore".
As tactical as Naruto meant it to be, it comes off a bit morbid.
"If anything happened to her, and I wasn't there I'd never be able to forgive myself" Hershel shows no sign of backing down, looking Naruto square in the eye.
Naruto contemplates this, he can tell most of the group is divided on the matter; the parents agree with Hershel while the others take the more tactical stand.
Naruto finally gives in and agrees to let Hershel go.
With the matter settled, the group turns to Naruto for the plan of attack.
"Alright, we'll move in a linear formation this time going down and through the hallways. I'm taking point, Daryl and Rick you're right behind me, Glenn and Maggie take the rear, and mark the walls so we can find our way back. T-Dog and Hershel give support to both fronts as needed. Keep your lights either on the ground or on the opposite wall. When I signal 'hold', keep your lights on the back of the person in front of you, except for Glenn, watch our six. We move quickly and quietly. Are we ready?"
Naruto takes a look around and the group gives him a confirming nod. "Let's move then".
Carl opens the gate for the group and they exit back into the hallway.
Carl closes the gate behind them and walks back over to wait with the rest of the group.
"They'll be fine right?" asks Carl.
"Don't worry about your father sweetie; he and the others have gotten really good at this. They'll protect each other" Lori reassures her son.
Beth walks over back into her cell and the children go with their mothers.
We cut to the group charging through the dark hallways, staying in formation, Naruto setting the pace.
He checks every single corner quietly before moving on, and Glenn makes sure to mark each corner with paint from a spraycan so they can find their way back.
The floors are littered with bodies that are presumed dead.
The mission is to secure the prison, so there can be no assumptions. "If you didn't kill it yourself, assume it's alive" Naruto whispers quietly to the group.
They don't want to be caught by surprise.
Arriving at a three-way intersection, Naruto signals to hold position and they follow suit.
He checks to the left and it's clear.
He then checks to the right and quickly ducks back behind cover.
Turning back to the group he signals to turn back.
Glenn, now taking point, begins to head back to the cell block, he holds at the upcoming intersection and peers around the corner, only to be greeted by a horde of walkers that wasn't there before.
Glenn quickly stabs the walker with his metal pike, but it's too late, they now have the full unwanted attention of every walker in the hallways.
"Run!" Glenn yells out and the group gives no hesitation to follow.
Moans and groans close in from behind them, they do not stop to try and thin the herd.
Glenn turns the next corner and runs into another horde down the hallway.
"Turn back!" he shouts.
They do but before they can get far a small group of walkers comes out of one of the doors in the next hallway, effectively cutting off Maggie and Glenn from the rest of the group.
Glenn and Maggie manage to fight off the few walkers that came out of the doorway before the horde behind them can catch up to them.
Seeing that both sides are cut off by walkers, they head into the doorway where the walkers that cut them off from the group came from.
"Through here, go! We'll catch up with the rest later!" Maggie obeys and Glenn closes the door behind.
Hershel is the first to notice Maggie and Glenn missing, as a result he ends up wandering away from the main group.
Naruto finally notices that the group is short three members, and by the time he mentions this the horde of walkers have already managed to throw them off their known paths and have forced them to go into unmarked territory.
Not paying attention to the walkers on the floor, one manages to get a hold of Hershel's leg and bites him.
Hearing Hershel's screams Naruto rushes over with the rest of the group finding him on the floor. Rick screams 'no' and shoots the walker with his revolver.
Maggie and Glenn also hear all the commotion and arrive, horrified to see Hershel bitten.
The group panic as to what their next move is going to be. Naruto thinks fast and picks up Hershel himself, leading the group in a different direction.
As Naruto turns the next corner, he sees another horde of walkers.
Both sides being cut off, Rick notices double doors secured with chains and a pad-lock.
"This way, through here!" he shouts. T-Dog wastes no time in breaking the lock on the door, opening them and shouting "Let's go hurry!".
The remaining group members file inside in a hurry and T-Dog closes the double doors and secures them as best he can by putting his crowbar through the door handles.
Naruto drops Hershel and tells Maggie and Rick to hold him down.
"What are you doing!?" worriedly asks Maggie.
"Only way to save his life, hand me your belt" Naruto says as he takes Rick's belt and ties it above the bite mark.
Maggie is skeptical about this but Rick reassures her this would work and with one clean strike Naruto amputates Hershel's leg.
"He's bleeding out", calls out Naruto as he tries to stop the bleeding.
Suddenly the group hears an unfamiliar voice, "Holy Shit", they hear.
Upon hearing this, the group turns around drawing their weapons without missing a beat.
To their shock and surprise, they find the source of the sound.
It was coming from a small group of inmates, survivors of the prison.
