Just some random idea I had

It's the first day of Miyajo Cultural Festival. Not wanting to disrupt the 100% possibility that everyone's going to stare—and possibly disrupt other guests—to see Shizuku the next day, Shizuku and Airi decide to walk around their school Cultural Festival.

After visiting other attractions, they arrive at 1-A haunted house.

"A fairy tale haunted house…?" Airi makes a bewildered look as she stares at their flyer. ""Little Red Riding Hood and the Young Goats' Slightly Scary Forest Adventure"... What does that even mean…?"

"Now that I think about it, Shii-chan did mention something about it," Shizuku said. "And if I'm not mistaken, she's going to be a wolf!"

"I see… Eh?" Airi looked at the exit and saw the 1-C trio, she immediately called out to them. "Haruka! Ichika-chan! Saki-chan!"

The three of them turn their heads to see the 2-D duo. "Ah, Airi-senpai!" Saki quickly makes her way to the duo.

"Airi-senpai, Shizuku-senpai, are you two going to the haunted house?" Ichika asked them.

"Of course!" Airi answered. "You guys just finished experiencing it right? How was the experience?"

"Ooh! There was this cute wolf at the beginning! And the more you progress, the scarier it becomes!" Saki answered quickly.

"Ah, the cute wolf is Minori, so you can say hi to her on the way!" Haruka added.

"Ah, Minori on shift? That'll mean Shii-chan is working too!" Shizuka said excitedly.

"Shiho-chan on shift?!" Saki exclaimed in surprise. "Which wolf is she?!"

"Isn't she—" Ichika was about to say before she got cut off by Airi.

"Alright, that's enough spoiler," Airi said. "We still want to experience it ourselves. And maybe spot Shiho-chan too."

"That's understandable," Haruka said. "In that case we should take our leave."

"Eh? Already?!" Saki's mood goes down.

"Hey now, we still haven't seen 1-B play," Ichika said. "We should go there next."

Saki's mood improved greatly after that. "You're right! Shizuku-senpai, Airi-senpai, bye bye!" Saki waved enthusiastically at the duo while shouting, "Hona-chan, Emu-chan, we're coming!!!"

After waiting in line, it's finally the 2-D duo turn to enter.

"Shizuku-senpai?! Airi-senpai?!" The person in-charge shouted in surprise.

"Hehe, hello," Shizuku waved. "Both of us would like to enter please."

"O-of course! Please pick a hat!"

"There's no need to be nervous, you know," Airi told the girl. "Can you tell us what happens if we choose a specific hat?"

"O-of course!" The girl quickly explains what happens if you choose a specific hat.

"I see. Shizuku, which one do you want to pick?"

"Hmm… I think I'm gonna be a hunter. How about you?"

"The hunter? Then I think I'll be Little Red Riding Hood."

"Here's your hat," The girl handed them their respective hat. "And Shizuku-senpai, here's your gun!"

"Thank you," Shizuku said. "Ah, is Shii-chan currently on shift?"

"Shii…chan…?"

"Ah, she means Shiho-chan!" Airi quickly clarified to the confused girl.

"Shiho…? Oh, you mean Hinomori-san!" The girl realised. "Yes, she's currently on shift now. May I ask why you ask?"

"She just want to see her sister…?" Airi looked at the girl. "Why do you look so shocked?"

"A-ah! I never thought that the rumours were true!"

"Rumour?"

"Y-yes! There was a rumour going around that Hinomori-san and Shizuku-senpai are related!"

"How is that a rumour?" Airi asked. "The characters of their last name are literally the same!"

"I just chalk that up to coincidence. Hehe…" The girl admitted. "Plus, she never talks about having a sister and Shizuku-senpai and Hinomori-san personality are way too different! One is an idol while the other one somehow makes the entire class afrai—"

"—Alright, I think it's time for us to enter!" Airi cut the girl off. "Not gonna keep the line waiting right?" Airi asks with a wink.

"Ah, you're right!"

Yes!

And with that, the 2-D duo quickly enter the "Little Red Riding Hood and the Young Goats' Slightly Scary Forest Adventure".

Entering the haunted house, two things immediately hit them. The place is dark—which is to be expected since this is a haunted house —the other one is the decoration is cute.

"Wow… They manage to make the forest feel like it came out of a fairytale!"

"Right!" Shizuku giggled.

Just then— *Howl* —the two of them turned their head to source of the sound and saw a cute wolf.

"So this is the cute wolf Haruka and the others are talking about!" Airi realised. "The costumes are really cute!"

The wolf heard the compliment and howled happily.

"Hehe, the wolf acts just like Minori-chan," Shizuku said.

"What do you mean "act just like Minori-chan"?" Airi asks incredulously. "She is Minori!"

"Ah, you're right," Shizuku said. "Minori-chan, can you let us pass?"

The wolf shakes her head vigorously.

"Why?" Shizuku asks sadly.

The wolf points to the gun Shizuku is holding.

"Oh right, the girl at the front said the hunter needed to shoot the wolf," Airi said in realisation.

"Eh?! If I shoot the wolf, wouldn't they get hurt?"

"The girl said all you need is to say "bang!"" Airi said. "It's not like they put actual projectiles inside those toy guns. Right Minori?"

The wolf nodded her head and waited for Shizuku to say the magic word.

"B-bang!" Shizuku said after a moment.

The wolf let out a whimper and quickly scurry away.

"Oh no… Did I make Minori-chan sad?"

"No. I think that's the scripted response she needed to follow."

The two of them continue onwards. And like Saki said, the atmosphere is scarier the further they move onwards. Along the way, they encounter many wolves—an unfettered wolf, a mischievous wolf—and Shizuku's refusal to shoot them.

*Growl*

"H-hey… Doesn't that sound…real?" Airi asks in a shaky voice.

"You're right…but isn't this—"

Before Shizuku could finish, the wolf started to appear.

"AHH!!!! It's a zombie—"

"Shii-chan~!" Shizuku immediately calls out to the wolf.

The wolf seems to gag a little.

"Oi Shizuku, don't ruin the immersion!"

"But… It's Shii-chan!" Shizuku hugged the wolf which had a hard time moving.

The wolf looked at Airi and she immediately realised what the wolf was saying through the growls.

I want her off me now . Shoot me already…

"Shizuku, how about you shoot Shiho-cha—I mean the zombie wolf?" Airi suggested.

"How can you say that, Airi-chan?! She's my sister!"

"You need to or else we won't be able to leave…"

"It's fine! I'm with my Shii-chan!" Shizuku said resolutely.

"How about the other customers that are waiting to enter?"

"You have a point…" Shizuku became crestfallen. "I'm sorry Shii-chan. B-bang!"

The zombie wolf immediately ran away faster than they thought was possible.

After they exit the haunted house, Shizuku is still crestfallen.

"Come on, cheer up Shizuku!" Airi said.

"How can I cheer up when I shoot my sister?" Shizuku weeps a little.

"Shizuku-chan! Airi-chan!" A voice called out.

The two of them turned their heads and saw Minori along with Shiho and Kohane walking towards them.

"Shii-chan! Minori-chan! I'm sorry for shooting you!" Shizuku shouted much to the shock of everyone present.

"Oi oi, lower your voice, Onee-chan…" Shiho said exasperatedly. "There's people here."

"Shii-chan!" Shizuku immediately hugged Shiho much to the latter annoyance.

"I told you not to hug me in public…" She said but made no effort to try to get out.

"Hehe, Class 1-A did an amazing job in there," Airi said. "Especially the howling and set."

"Hehe, thank you," Minori giggled. "But you should thank Shiho-chan! She's the one that helps everyone with the howling, she also paints the later part of the set!"

"I can't take all the credit…" Shiho said with a sigh.

"But it's true! You especially help me with the howling!"

"Oh, how so?" Airi asked.

"Well…" Minori started to narrate some behind-the-scenes of the haunted house and how when Minori is stuck holding some pieces together Shiho offer to feed her some cookies. "But she won't feed me or let Kohane-chan do it if I don't perfected the growling."

"Oh. I see…!" Airi slowly turned her head towards the Hinomori siblings.

"Shii-chan!"

"No!"

The ending is kinda rush right? There's supposed to be an extra scene where Shizuku drag Shiho to enter the haunted house together but I decide to scrap it
