This is a remastered story of chapter six of my "Tiny Toon Adventures: Tooney FanFiction Series". Enjoy.

Shirley was browsing the video game store. She had saved enough from her fortune telling job to get the newest video game everyone is going crazy over. A creating game called Craft the Blocks.

"Looks like you're getting in on the craze of the game." Chuckled the store cashier. "I hear some students have been skipping school to play this game."

"Like, at least it's not Fortnite." Shrugged Shirley. "Two of my friends gave me some instruction guides for the game or some junk."

As she walked out of the video game store, it started to rain, rather heavily if I may add. Her aura came out and opened an umbrella over the both of them.

"What are the odds that it rains as soon as I walk out of the store?" Shirley asked as her aura shrugged.

Shirley just took five steps when she heard whimpering from across the street. Her aura pointed her across the street to find Furrball in his cardboard box, which was beginning to dissolve from the rain.

"Like, poor Furrball." Shirley said to herself. "He doesn't deserve this."

She was about to go across the street to talk to Furrball when speeding cars zoomed across the road.

"There must be a Left or Right concert or some junk!" Shirley groaned.

She used her psychic abilities to levitate each of the cars in place in the air, which resulting in car horn honking and shouting galore.

"Like, drive somewhere else!" She yelled, trying to be heard over all the noises.

Now that the road was clear and safe to cross, Shirley walked across the street and over to Furrball, who was dripping wet from the rain and was shivering from the cold. He looked up at Shirley with a face that was saying "I have been through too much."

"Like, you don't have to stand out in this weather." Shirley informed him in a consoling voice. "I recently just got the new Craft the Blocks game and plan to stream it when I get home. Instead of standing out here in the rain by yourself, how about you come with me and we can stream the game together?"

Furrball looked up at Shirley with a hopeful look on his face that was reading "Really?"

"Like, I'm not gonna let you be out here in the cold by yourself." Shirley added. "And besides, we haven't hung out before, so this is a good opportunity to change that fact."

Furrball threw his arms around Shirley almost immediately after she finished talking. She could tell he was grateful for her offer.

"Okay, like, take it easy." She chuckled. "I don't want Fowlmouth or Plucky seeing you hugging me or some junk."

Furrball released Shirley from him, and the psychic duck lead the blue cat to her home.

Shirley lead Furrball into her room, and levitated two cups of cocoa into the room.

"My parents are mostly busy with their jobs or some junk." She explained.

Furrball took a sip of his cocoa, and nodded his head in understanding.

"Don't mean to be rude or some junk, but do you speak?" Shirley asked, in a friendly tone.

The blue cat placed his cup of cocoa on a table, and sighed.

"I mostly choose to remain silent." He said, much to Shirley's surprise. "Mostly because I'm too shy to talk to others, and I haven't really gotten on with most people. You, on the other hand, are being really nice to me, so I'm opening up to you."

Shirley couldn't believe it. Perhaps if she had taken notice of Furrball's absence from the group at times, aside from the occasional join in, she would've wanted to talk to him sooner.

"I'll tell you what." She offered. "Just about everyone at ACME Loo is going to be watching our stream. Perhaps if you talk on camera and express your feelings, the others may want to hang out with you more."

"I... I don't know, Shirley." Furrball confided. "I would be talking in front of everyone at our school."

Shirley put her hands on Furrball's shoulders and looked him straight in the eyes.

"It's going to be okay, Furrball." She said, meaningfully. "I totally promise you."

She booted up the game, finished her cocoa, and started the live stream.

"Like, hi everyone." She greeted when the stream started. "Today, I'm playing Craft the Blocks with Furrball or some junk. Like, say hi, Furrball."

"H... hi." Furrball said, bashfully.

The comments have been flooding with several of the classmates surprised to hear Furrball speak.

"He's been shy to talk to you guys, so I'm supporting him." Shirley added. "And Furrball, I have some tips here on how the game goes. I got it from Babs and Fifi or some junk. Look through it if you need any help, or just ask me."

In the game, Furrball was trying to harvest wood from a tree, but he kept pressing the button when he should've been holding it down.

"Furrball, you've totally got to hold the button down the harvest the wood." Shirley explained to him.

He held the button down, harvested the wood, and smiled at Shirley in appreciation.

"I can already see how popular this game is." He said. "It's already way better than Fortnite."

"Like, yeah." Shirley agreed. "Everyone at ACME Loo is going crazy over this game."

"Well, I'm sure our stream will be as amazing as you are, Shirley." Furrball replied.

Shirley was immediately surprised by Furrball's words. She hasn't received a compliment like that from anyone.

"You've been so nice to me, and I can see why Babs and Fifi hang out with you." Furrball continued.

A blush started to appear on Shirley's face across her bill.

"Stop it, Furrball." She bashfully smiled. "You're totally making me blush or some junk."

"How can I stop?" Furrball asked. "You're cool, kind, and I definitely see why you, Babs, and Fifi call yourselves the Amazing Three."

"Furrball..." Shirley replied, her beak now completely red from Furrball's words. "You're, like, too sweet."

"I-I am?" Furrball asked, pleasantly surprised from Shirley's replied.

"Yah." Shirley replied, honestly.

Nighttime fell in the game as Shirley was building a shelter and Furrball was collecting crops. A zombie approached Furrball, startling him.

"Eek!" He exclaimed.

"You've gotta fight it, Furrball." Shirley informed.

Furrball fought the zombie and it ended up disappearing.

"Way to go." She praised. "Just don't eat the rotten flesh."

Shirley then screamed as a spider was found in the shelter she was building. She quickly equipped her pickaxe and finished the spider in three attacks.

"That was rather impressive." Furrball informed, before his stomach started rumbling.

"Like, I have some chocolates here." Shirley informed, levitating the chocolates between them. "Let's split them while streaming."

Furrball sniffled a little. He wanted to hug Shirley for her kindness, but was worried that she would become embarrassed on the stream.

"You're too kind to me." He smiled. "I feel like I'm taking advantage of you."

"But you're not." Shirley smiled. "We're two friends playing a game together."

It was at that moment when the both of them heard a spinning noise. They thought that the rainstorm outside was going to become a hurricane, but the door burst open and Dizzy spun into the room.

"Dizzy?" Shirley asked. "Like, what are you doing here? Me and Furrball are streaming."

"Me saw you two act on stream!" Dizzy cackled. "Are you two dating?"

Furrball blushed with embarrassment.

"Like, no!" Shirley exclaimed. "I got the game and he was by himself in the rain and I felt bad for him so I invited him here!"

"But you were blushing!" Dizzy snickered. "So you must like him!"

"I was just complimenting her!" Furrball protested.

"Suuuure!" Dizzy replied, grinning widely. "But anyways, me want to watch you two play game. Dizzy getting game tomorrow."

"Ugh, fine." Shirley groaned. "Just try not to be a nuisance or some junk."

She set the game to "Do Whatever You Like" mode, and loaded her inventory with various coloured blocks.

"Among the instruction guide I got from my friends is how to make statues of us." Shirley informed. "Fifi added it."

"That's actually really cool." Furrball replied. "Or should I say, that's totally cool or some junk."

Shirley was trying to smother her snickering.

"Why are you talking like that?" She asked.

"I'm trying to do an impression of you." Furrball explained. "Because you, like totally, speak like this or some junk."

"You're not funny." Shirley giggled, although she did find the impression humorous.

"Make a statue of Dizzy!" Exclaimed the purple food-addict. "Make a statue of Dizzy!"

"Like, could you be any louder?!" Shirley bellowed.

She quickly calmed herself and turned to Furrball.

"Watch and learn, Furrball." She said.

She started placing blue blocks on the ground and began the statue she planned to make.

"Furrball, get your girlfriend to make statue of Dizzy." Dizzy requested.

"She's not my girlfriend, Dizzy!" Furrball snapped.

"But me see you make her blush!" Dizzy laughed. "It too obvious!"

"Stop it, Dizzy!" Furrball hissed, his face turning red from agitation.

"Stop?" Dizzy chuckled. "But me not want stop."

"Dizzy, when somebody tells you to stop, you do that." Shirley scolded.

"But not Dizzy." Dizzy replied.

Furrball sighed in annoyance.

"Dizzy, Shirley and I are NOT dating!" He said, bluntly. "She took pity on me because my cardboard box dissolved in the rain and I was all by myself! So stop agitating the both of us, or so help me..."

Before Furrball could continue his tirade, Shirley gave his shoulder a little tap to get his attention. When he turned to her, he saw on the monitor that she made a statue of him. Furrball was absolutely amazed.

"W-wow!" He exclaimed, happily. "This is amazing!"

"Think of it as me commemorating our new friendship or some junk." Shirley replied, smiling at Furrball.

Furrball added colour blocks to his inventory. But before he could begin, his controller went dead.

"Aw nuts!" He exclaimed.

"Like, don't worry about it." Shirley replied. "Here, you can borrow my controller."

Furrball smiled gratefully. He reached for the controller, only for his hand to inadvertently touch her hand, causing him to blush on surprise. Shirley handed Furrball the controller, allowing him to begin his statue.

"Me saw your hands touch!" Dizzy cackled.

"Dizzy, if you imply we're dating one more time, I'm gonna flatten you with a frying pan!" Shirley threatened.

"Aw come on." Dizzy replied. "Me just having fun."

"Well we totally don't see the fun of your antics!" Shirley replied. "Your constant suggesting that we're a couple is mondo-negataro!"

"Hey Shirley." Said Furrball, giving her shoulder a single little tap like she did to him earlier.

Shirley turned to him and what she saw on the monitor made her jaw drop to the ground. Furrball made a statue of her in the game that is not only bigger than the statue of Furrball she made, but also has way more detail.

"Furrball, h-how did you make this?" Shirley stammered in astonishment.

"I had a good teacher." Furrball smiled.

Shirley frantically looked through the instruction guide to find how to make detailed statues.

"But there's nothing like that in the guides!" Shirley replied.

"Who said anything about the guides?" Furrball replied, smiling at Shirley.

Shirley's astonished face quickly changed to that of utter joy. She quickly threw her arms around Furrball.

"You're totally cool and awesome!" She happily exclaimed. "If I had known you were this cool, I would've hung out with you sooner."

Furrball reciprocated the hug, while neither of them were aware that Plucky and Fowlmouth were spamming angry comments on the stream. Dizzy's grin was reaching the ceiling as he watched Furrball and Shirley hugging.

"Anyways, I think that should do it for the stream or some junk." She said, after ending the hug.

"Hold on!" Dizzy intervened. "Dizzy thinks you two should do one more thing before ending stream."

"Like, what is it, Dizzy?" Shirley asked, suspiciously.

"Me thinks you two should kiss!" Dizzy informed, desperately trying not to laugh. "You know, for viewers."

"What?!" Furrball exclaimed, his face turning crimson.

"Dizzy!" Shirley yelled, trying to resist slapping Dizzy silly.

"Come on, do it for viewers." Dizzy replied.

"Why?" Asked Shirley. "So there can be an uproar in the comments? Or so our classmates could start shipping us or some junk? Besides, Plucky and or Fowlmouth could totally be seeing this! They would go crazy if me and Furrball kissed!"

What none of them realised is that the aforementioned chicken and duck were watching the stream, as they were spamming more angry comments until they both eventually got blocked for spamming by the auto-mods.

"Think of viewers; they probably want to see it." Dizzy replied, persuasively.

Shirley looked at Furrball, then at the comments, and groaned.

"Fine, I guess." She said, as she read through the comments made regarding the idea for her and Furrball kissing.

Furrball was immediately surprised when Shirley agreed. She walked over to Furrball and held both sides of his cheeks.

"It's going to be okay, Furrball." She said to him, telepathically. "I know this is your first kiss and it's mine as well, but let's just make it platonic. Besides, I'll take kissing you over those other two any day. Would it be okay with you if we kiss?"

Furrball took a deep nasal inhale, exhaled through his mouth, and nodded.

"Well, pucker up cat." Shirley replied, in her normal voice.

The two of them moved their faces closer to one-another's before they started kissing. Furrball holding Shirley by her back and back of her head, and Shirley holding Furrball by both of his cheeks. During their kiss, Shirley could smell Furrball's tuna breath, but she wasn't going to make any comments about it during or after because of their interactions today. Eventually, the kissing stopped.

"Is everyone happy now?" Shirley asked the viewers.

"Haha! Dizzy got that on camera!" Dizzy cackled, holding a video a camera before spinning away.

Shirley levitated a large frying pan, and used it to flatten Dizzy.

"Remember what I earned you earlier." She said, as the flattened Dizzy floated away in the wind.

She then went to her monitor and ended the stream.

"Like, that was totally fun." She said.

"It was." Furrball replied.

Suddenly, there was a loud boom as thunder flashed outside, startling Furrball.

"Well, I'll see you around." Furrball sighed. "Thanks for inviting me."

Shirley put her hand on Furrball's shoulder as he went to leave the room.

"Like, I can't let you go back out in this weather." She said. "Why don't you stay here? At least just for tonight."

"But what would your parents think?" Furrball asked, cautiously.

"Like I said earlier, they're too busy with their jobs." Shirley explained. "I'm sure they won't mind."

Furrball happily accepted Shirley's invitation. Later that evening, as Shirley was getting ready for bed, Furrball curled up in a ball on the floor. Shirley saw that and was having none of it. She levitated Furrball onto her bed.

"That floor is too uncomfortable for you." She said. "Come share my bed. It's warm and comfortable."

Furrball looked at Shirley with a face that looked like she just saved his life. As Shirley was getting into her bed, Furrball did something that really surprised her. He leant in and planted a kiss on her cheek, causing a small blush to appear on her face and her to be surprised.

"That was a thank you for everything you did for me today." He informed, snuggling into the bed.

Shirley smiled, and gently pet Furrball as he drifted off to sleep before closing her eyes and drifting off to sleep herself. About his tuna breath, she'll save telling him for another time, but not tonight.
