"However you know that Alan was always with me after the attack." I argue

I want to argue more but someone grabs my arm . I tilt my head . He is looking at me . He has light skin color， he has brown eyebrows and eyes . His beard around his chin are also brown . He has stripped black tattoos on his neck and his back of his palm. He is a dauntless leader—— Alan Davis
"Delia let's us go through the test. It will be fine ." Alan kisses my cheek."As the mafia boss of dauntless， I will go first."
"Sure mr Davis ." Jack kang nods
Jack kang's secretary rose， the daughter of max walks toward Alan . I stop her before she can reach the needle. I am worried that she will hurt him
"Let me do it. I am still the ambassador of Candor ." I smirk
I take the needle out and lightly stick into Alan's neck . Alan shivers and I kiss his chin to calm him down.
"It will be over soon." I say
"Let the truth set you free ." Jack kang snorts ."I will ask you a series of simple question to test how did the truth serum settled in okay?"
"Sure ." Alan closes his eyes and then opens
I clinch my fist . I don't want to see him getting hurt.
"What's your full name please ." Jack kang says
"Alan Davis ." It is vey simple question so Alan doesn't seem to struggle with it
"Which faction did you come from and which faction did you end up with." Jack kang raises his eye brows
I don't know that Alan is transfer or dauntless born .
"I was from Candor and I chose dauntless ." Alan gasps
"So now it is matter of loyalty question. Why you chose dauntless." Jack kang retorts
"Jack， can you please stop!" I want to cry . I know that Alan was afraid of his father from his fear landscape .
Jack doesn't talk to me anymore . His eyes traces on Alan

"I did partially but I didn't kill anyone or help them with actual effort because myself is divergent as well. I did want to leave but I didn't. However I met this girl and I fall in love with her ." Alan smiles blindly
"Who is that girl?" Jack kang lifts his chin.
I don't know whether that girl can be me or someone else
"Delia prior， I love her so much that I can't leave her alone there with them." Alan says
"So mr Davis what is your biggest regret?" Jack kang nods at me
"I don't regret anything. I never regret sending Delia to Candor because I was protecting her . What I regret if I must say something is that I regret that I didn't do that to my best friend Amar . I should have protect him." Alan is crying
Amar and Alan are best friend . Amar was my best friend fiancé but he dead because of being divergent.
"Thank you for your honesty， your conclusion is that you are not guilty of the attack." Jack kang pats me on my back
I rush toward Alan . He leans against me . I help him to sit down .
"Alan it's fine . Everything is over now ." I kiss his forehead ."You did good ."
"I know that Delia . I love you." Alan kisses me
I sit down beside him. Everyone go through the test even Abby. Abby and Sasha are best friends as well . They were in the same initiate class together .
Max and Eric are both found guilty . Evelyn wants to execute them.
"Stop." I stand in front of Evelyn."No matter what max and Eric are still dauntless. It is our right to execute him not you."

A large group of people step up . Only a little amount of them stay behind . Evelyn doesn't believe it

"Do you know about abnegation's memory serum ? They dump the memory serum into your meal and you forgot everything Evelyn." I cough a little ."So now， you want to fight us， go ahead."

"Jason， escort Eric and max back into dauntless compound . Jack， I need some truth serum with me ." I say ."I declare that I am no longer your ambassador ."
"I will help." Jack raises his hand to surrender
I accompany my people out of factionless headquarsr . Tris walks beside me . She is injured so I help her with the walk. Alan grabs my hand into his hand
"Delia ， are you okay?" Alan brushes my hair ."He didn't do anything to you right?"
"No he didn't . I am fine ." I nod at him."I heard that you confessed to me that you love me ." I giggle
I see Jason walker's shoulder shivers . I know that he is still having a crush on me but I can't let Alan know .
"So you said that you were from Detroit . How is that possible ?" Maria looks at me
"Yeah I know that is impossible but mom gave me birth there when she just visited . She can't bring me back into Chicago otherwise people will ask question so she has to give me to my grandma ." I roll my eyes ."Clearly she loves you guys more than she loves me ."
"That's not true . Mom was always sad about you." Caleb chokes on his word
I look at Caleb. He is the traitor . More traitor than max and Eric .
"Why is he out?" I look at tris
"Delia , father and mother will want us to do this ." Tris sighs
"I was never a truly abnegation so I don't care what they said . I was raised in dauntless for 16 years before I enter Chicago ." I roll my eyes . "How much do you think that I know about my parent? They are dead to me from the beginning."
I am over emotional right now . Alan grabs my hand tight. We return to dauntless compound . Eric and max are in the prison . I don't want to look at Caleb
"If you want him to stay, let him stay as far as from me ." I wave at them
"I am sorry Delia. I am really sorry." Caleb is crying.
"Shut up Caleb , I hate you. I hate you so much." I yell at him. "You nearly kill Alan and tris ."
Alan went to rescue me and tris with four . Caleb set up all the trap and nearly killed four and Alan.
"I didn't want to do that . I didn't even know the truth sister." Caleb kneels down in front of me
"Delia we should talk okay?" Alan gently brushes my hair away. "Tris just brings him away."
Alan nods at tris . Tris drags Caleb away from us . Now I and Alan are alone Together
"Delia , you have to calm down okay?" Alan hugs me .
"I just can't believe it." I grab his shirt.
"I am fine Delia . I am not going to die . I will survive for you." Alan brushes my lips slightly with his finger tips .
I nod at him. I believe that he will protect himself but I can't believe that Caleb actually betrayed us .
"Alan , I just don't know why mom will abandon me in Detroit." I shake my head
"Maybe we can find out why. We can't stay here any longer ." Alan says
"Yeah I know . We should leave after tomorrow . Sasha will come with us right? We can't leave your sister here ." I smile .
He nods at me . We walk back to cafeteria where everyone are gathering. I try to calm down when I see Caleb.
"So I have an announcement." Alan claps his hand
Zeke and Uriah stop talking with their mom. Hana looks at us
"So we should leave Chicago tomorrow and we will go to Detroit for refugee . All of us go ." Alan says coldly
"However Shauna's leg." Zeke shakes his head
"In Detroit there is a special medicine which can help her to walk again. So we need help from everyone to bring Shauna out safely so she can walk after using that medicine ." I nod at Zeke
Everyone are silent now . Four stands up
"How do you know that you can get it." Four shrugs
"I am the ambassador so I can talk to the leader of erudite ." I smile at him . "It's a deal."
