Transformers Prime: A New Adventure.

Chapter 110: Tremendous Losses.

One day, Voltbreaker, Dwojra, Stonejumper, Tyra Kinetic, Rave Electro, Ivory Gale, Dana Stick, Malak Steel, and Maura Wind were in their motorcycle modes driving through the deserts of Oregon for Energon.

But then, they sense eighteen Decepticon signals behind them.

And who appears behind them are none other than Fieryrunner, Rhinoboom, Groovecrack, Retroglide, Grizzmine, Rhinobot, Megahorn, Topkick, Cannonclash, Skytracks, Botanisling, Autolight, Slipcrush, Meltstop, Hightwitch, Photonhead, Lazerload, and Shockcycle, eighteen Decepticon assassins who are the distant relatives of Flamewar and Slipstream.

Stonejumper then contacts the base and says, "Stonejumper to base: we're being followed by eighteen new Decepticon assassins called Fieryrunner, Rhinoboom, Groovecrack, Retroglide, Grizzmine, Rhinobot, Megahorn, Topkick, Cannonclash, Skytracks, Botanisling, Autolight, Slipcrush, Meltstop, Hightwitch, Photonhead, Lazerload, and Shockcycle. We have reason to believe that they have orders to kill us or take us prisoner to lure out our parents and to lure Slipstream into the open."

Ratchet then says, "Roger that, Stonejumper. Hold them off until reinforcements can get to your location."

Stonejumper replies, "Understood, Ratchet. And just in case we don't make it out alive, it was an honor serving the Autobot cause in the name of freedom, justice, honor, and nobility."

Stonejumper clicks the commlink off before Ratchet can even reply.

Tyra then activates her Stealth Force Mode and fires her machines guns and cannons at the eighteen Decepticons while driving backwards, and this causes the Grounders to crash into each other as they tried to evade the metal projectiles.

Dwojra fires her medium-sized rocket launchers at the Fliers, and they try to evade the rockets, but because they were heat-seeking remote control sticky rockets, the task of evading the rockets proved to be difficult.

Voltbreaker fires her side and rear blasters at the Grounders, further impeding them from gaining on her and her sisters.

The nonuplets drive off the main road and into an open clearing of desert miles.

But then, the Fliers come after them.

The Fliers fire their missiles, but Dwojra transform jumps into the air and deflects the missiles while slicing them in half.

The Fliers evade the missile halves, but only Photonhead gets hit by a missile half without being shot down.

Even though the Autobot younglings were outnumbered, they didn't go down without a fight.

The eighteen Decepticons were knocked out at the end.

Then, they detected an Energon signal from a nearby cave.

Rave then says, "We hit the motherload."

The nonuplets high-fived each other, but then, they dodged out of the way when Blackout, Grindor, and Chopter's distant relative Heatclash appeared charging his Energon Pulse Cannon.

Stonejumper fires a napalm blast into Heatclash's cannon, blowing it up.

Heatclash angrily fires bullets and rocket grenades at the nonuplets.

Just then, the eighteen other Decepticons appeared, and in a similar style to the Forest Battle in Transformers Revenge of the Fallen, the Autobot younglings damaged the nineteen Decepticon soldiers.

But then, Heatclash defeats them all against all odds with ease, because of how big, durable, and skilled he is, next to Chopter, Grindor, and Blackout.

In two minutes, the nonuplets woke up to headaches and Energon leaking from their external wounds sustained in the arduous fight.

Then, they heard beeping noises all over the mine, and they realized Heatclash and the others rigged the mine with bombs for one purpose: to kill them, even despite Megatron's desire to re-recruit Tyra Kinetic, Rave Electro, Ivory Gale, Dana Stick, Malak Steel, and Maura Wind into the Decepticons.

The nine sisters grab each other's servos and they each profess their love for each other.

Then the Energon mine explodes.

Twenty seconds later, a Ground Bridge opens and out comes the entire Autobot army.

They search through the debris, but they only find the younglings' corpses.

Fortressimus and Paywind each take one daughter in their arms, holding them bridal style.

Fortressimus fell to his knees before roaring in rage like The Incredible Hulk from the eponymous 2008 film after his victory against The Abomination, and his roar is a sonic roar so loud that even Transformers all across the universe heard it.

Later, the Autobots prepared nine burials for the younglings.

The outside was raining with lightning storms, brought on by the fact that Fortressimus was among the only few Autobots who can control the weather.

The four quadrillion, two thousand, nine hundred and sixty-three Autobots gathered around in a lot of circles of multiple angles, with each Autobot in the outer circles visible from the inner circles.

They all looked down in sadness, and Optimus stood on the farthest left side of the circles.

The humans and techno-organics were all wearing black with umbrellas to be shielded from the rain, as is the United States custom to wear black during a funeral and to have an umbrella if the funeral takes place on a rainy day.

Optimus then says, "Dwojra, Stonejumper, Voltbreaker, Tyra Kinetic, Rave Electro, Ivory Gale, Dana Stick, Malak Steel, and Maura Wind, all nine of them were innocent children and full of happiness, an innate ability to learn quickly, an innate ability to work hard even despite their young ages, and an innate ability to melt even the coldest of human hearts. When they arrived to this planet at different times, they proved that they not only had the hearts of children, but also the hearts of warriors who fought with honor, bringing blasters to a blaster fight and bringing swords to a swordfight. They had all fought Megatron alone, and this proves that they had innate courage that is hard to be common these days for humans, Autobots, Maximals, and Predacons. And on the day of their final moments, they fought nineteen of the Decepticon army's latest additions, nineteen out of two million of the most dangerous Decepticons known to Autobot generals and lieutenants. These two fights showed that they have the capability to serve the Autobot cause and fight for Earth, for their freedom, and for the safety of the human race while also proving that something unsaid on Cybertron is true: that courage and bravery comes in all shapes and sizes like everything else. As of today, only we four quadrillion, two thousand, nine hundred and sixty-three Autobots, Maximals, and Predacons remain on this Earth. We owe it to ourselves, to the memory of Cybertron, to any further Autobot forces seeking safe harbor, to humankind, and we owe it to the memory of these nine young spirits to survive, and we are the last line of defense against the Decepticons. We must make sure that no further tragedies befall our people or the people of this planet."

After Optimus finished, Agent Fowler returned to the Pentagon and the Iron Legion and Uniend cluster native techno-organics were taken home.

In the command center, Fortressimus in his human form was breaking clones of things and trying to increase his rage. But for what, Optimus had a feeling that if he doesn't tread carefully, he'll end up on the receiving end of finding out the hard way.

Optimus then says, "Fortressimus."

Fortressimus growls as he whirls around to look at Optimus, and Optimus actually looks like he's scared for his life, because Fortressimus' optics were a blazing scarlet red, his face was starting to turn white with black scars, his lips started turning to black, the corners of his lips started to form black scars in the form of a Glasgow smile, and he started to manifest a crow-themed armored battlesuit in the same style as the 2018 Marvel's Spider-Man video game iteration of The Vulture combined with the armor that The Shocker wore.

Optimus gasps as he recognizes the symbolism of the armored battlesuit, having seen the original 1994 film iteration of The Crow with the late Brandon Lee as the eponymous title character, and he now realized what he was about to find out the hard way if he didn't tread carefully: Fortressimus' vengeful undead dark angelic form manifested, and he was now on a mission to get his revenge.

But when Fortressimus flew off to the Ground Bridge, his armor transitioned to fit his Cybertronian form combined with his appearance for when he reverts to his Predacon robot mode for every time he transforms to his dragon mode, with his dragon mode resembling a combination of Predaking, Dragonstorm, Optimus Exprime, Grimwing, Hun-Gurrr, and about all other four-legged dragon Transformers.

Fortressimus activates the Ground Bridge, and Optimus says, "Fortressimus! Whatever is troubling you, revenge will not solve anything. Remember, you and Paywind once said that with great power comes great responsibility. You exacting your revenge will only cause more pain and will only provoke further retaliation in back and forth directions."

Fortressimus replies in a robotic version of Eric Draven's voice, "I don't give a s(bleep!). Point is, those nineteen Decepticons won't stop until they fulfill their missions to break me, Paywind, and our sparkmates until we commit suicide. I can't lose Downshell to self-murder. So, whether you along with the Primes and Primus like it or not, I ain't stopping until I'm assured that those Decepticons are permanently destroyed and unable to be resurrected by even Unicron."

Fortressimus leaves and the Space Bridge powers down.

Optimus ex-vents before saying, "God, please help Fortressimus and Paywind through this grief."

Primus comes up and asks, "Exploring your human religious faith, Optimus?"

Optimus answers, "Not just to be adventurous, but also because praying to you wouldn't make sense since you are here on Earth, Primus."

Primus nods in understanding.

In the Lincoln National Forest on Mescalero Apache land east of Alamogordo in New Mexico, Fortressimus snarls, "Let them come, for Judgement Day has come early for them."

The End.

(Author's notes: Ooh, dear, Fortressimus is pumped full of rage and is eager for revenge. But will he come out alive, or will even his new demigod form prove insufficient to accomplish his goals of eliminating as many irredeemable Decepticons as he can before Predacons Rising happens?

See you all in chapter 111: Forest Battle, The Crow Style.)
