Hey, Fred. It's been a crazy week!

I haven't been making good on my promise to write daily, but I try.

I've been spending a lot of time with Woobat, which I still haven't nicknamed(to the chagrin of mom and Jason). I want his name to be something fun and unique!

They say you can't have too much of a good things, but the week since I got Woobat was so different to anything I have ever experienced before.

His presence is calming, and he has this weird thing where he lands on my back and makes these adorable suckling noises with his nose. Jason told me they do that in the wild to stick to cave walls.

I do have to go out, since Pokemon can't just stay inside all the time the way I do. So I take walks with Woobat around the neighborhood. He'd usually fly around me or just hang out on my shoulder, and I'd talk to him about this or that.

Today during our walk I found a fifty Pokedollars bill!

I used it to buy Woobat a nifty colorful ribbon. He seems really happy about it. I think he looks cool.

We haven't met many people since I intentionally take us outside during less busy times, usually in the evenings.

Some of the very few people we encountered – with which I haven't interacted – gave us weird looks, like they're plotting some kind of action towards us. I found it creepy, but with Woobat around me, I feel more confident than ever.

I wonder, though…

How long is this high going to last?
Surely everything that goes up has to come down at some point.

When is it gonna happen this time?

I'm starting to get a little scared. Thankfully I have Woobat around, so it's not too bad.

Smell you later, Fred!
