It's been a few months since my first encounter with Kurama and following that, I told Jiraiya about meeting him, which didn't shock him but he told me to be careful around him.

That led to me telling him and Hiruzen about the Masked man AKA fake Madara Uchiha controlling the Tailed beast, which shocked them so Jiraiya told me that he would get Tsunade to start training me as well when he's too busy.

Thanks to both Shizune, who decided to get involved in my training after learning about Fake Madara from Tsunade a few days later, I managed to learn [Medical Ninjutsu].

Medical Ninjutsu (Active/Passive) LVL: 5/50 [75%]

Description: Medical ninjutsu is a branch of ninjutsu associated with healing, as well as the manipulation of their own, or another's body, practised by Shinobi categorized as "medical-nin". The use of medical ninjutsu requires very advanced chakra control, as well as extensive knowledge of such things as herbs, medicines, the human body and even poisons.

Passive effect: Increase HP and SP regen by 10% when in battle.

Your HP and SP have gained an additional 1000 due to you learning medical ninjutsu.

This will help me heal my teammates in future battles as well as well as heal myself if I ever go to a [Dungeon].

I also went to Uzushiogakure with both Sannin a while ago to get the Intermediate scrolls on Taijutsu and Kenjutsu but what surprised me most when I got there was the Ninjutsu scrolls I got.

They were all Water Release Jutsus so getting them was pretty fun and I also got both a dagger that looked exactly like the Inverted Spear of Heaven from Jujutsu Kaisen and a chain that looked like the Chain of a Thousand Miles.

All in all, this was a fun trip but I'm more excited because I'm now level 5 after a long time.

Who knew doing chores and helping around the village got you EXP?

But today was a very special day 'cause it was finally time for me to start the Academy but with how smart and powerful I am, I expect myself to be easily taken out of there so I could become a Genin early.

"Oi, will you listen to your wife, damn it?!" Ino asks angrily, puffing her cheeks, which does make me chuckle a bit.

"There there, sweet wife of mine. Don't get angry, hmm?" I tease her while patting her on the head.

"You're not taking this relationship seriously!"

"I am taking it very seriously."

"Then let's play house after school. If you ditch me, I'll tell your mom, got that?!" She demands angrily.

Welp, it looks like I got a playdate with a future hot babe and I didn't have to try.

The main timeline Sasuke was right.

Don't chase them and they will flock over to you like a moth drawn to a flame.

"Sure sure," I say dismissively as we finally reach the place where legends are made, school or in other words, a child's mini hell.

'Remind me again why am I going to school when I can just endanger my life for money and fame?' I thought with a forced smile, walking into a classroom with Sasuke, Hinata, Ino and Sakura, with the latter arguing about who was going to sit next to me while Sasuke's just enjoying the vibes.

''Cause you wanted and I quote "More experience" before becoming a Shinobi.' Kurama thought back, making me chuckle a bit as I sat down next to well...

"Hah! I win losers. Only I'm worthy of Naruto's attention and love." Ino taunts them while the two throw raspberries, making me turn to Sasuke and mouth the words "Help me".

His response was a cocky smirk, which said "You're on your own".

"Tch, cocky little..." I start before being hit on the back of my head by Hinata.

"Be nice to your friends, Naruto!" She lets out in mock anger.

"Oh yes, my queen. Shall I kiss on the cheek to thank you for setting me on the right path?" I tease, getting a blush out of her as I let out a soft chuckle, amused by it.

It's so easy to tease this girl.

"Don't tease her, Naruto." Sakura chastises me, her hands on her hips to make it look like this was a serious team that it was then canon.

"Yeah, yeah. I won't tease you girls too much ya know." I say, cursing myself for using Kushina's verbal tic from when she was alive.

Guess I'm becoming more and more like her every day.

"QUIET! All of you take your seats if you haven't done so already." The man announces, stepping into the classroom alongside another man, who has white hair and a small toothpick in his mouth.

Thanks to my memories of the series, I know that these two are Iruka Umino and Mizuki, two people who would jump-start Naruto's career as a Shinobi.

I'm gonna have to be careful around Mizuki, especially since my [Negative Emotion Sensing] is going off the charts due to the amount of hatred I'm getting from him.

I catch him glaring at me so I give a wave just to annoy him.

REP decreased with Mizuki for existing and being in the way of his great ascension.

Dude, Canon hasn't even started and you're going to hate me right off the bat?

Welp, I'd better not catch you trying to do something to my friends 'cause the moment you do...

Your ass will be grass, believe it!

"Gods damnit! Why do I keep using these verbal tics? It doesn't even make sense." I mutter angrily, not noticing that class has already started.

"Quiet Naruto," Mizuki yells out angrily, though his tone of voice is anything but angry.

Ha ha, he's starting to annoy me.

It's bad enough I have to go to school but I'll be damned if I have to entertain his bullshit.

'Kurama, what would be the best way for me to go to Fire Country? I'm gonna go find your chakra.' I ask my partner, who I know is smirking like a damn demon.

'I could cast an illusion on the whole class to make it seem like you're here when we're going to reclaim my lost power.' He replies.

'Wait, aren't you saying that you're going to use a Genjutsu?'

'No, there are two differences between your Genjutsus and a Kitsune's illusions. The first one is that you don't use any Sage Chakra when using a Genjutsu whereas mine does use Sage Chakra to dull all five of a human's senses. Think of it as me having the evolution of that accursed Sharingan.' He says, leaving me to ponder more on what he just said.

This... could very well work, granted we time it right.

Otherwise, I'm gonna be in deep shit.

'Alright, I'll switch out so you can cast it. Get ready.' I tell him.

'Got it and it's already done.' He says as I notice Iruka looking in my direction but he goes back to teaching the lesson, making me sigh in relief.

I do have the best Tailed Beast in the whole world.

'Do keep praising me. It feels nice to be worshipped like a god.' Kurama boasts, making me chuckle a bit and I head out of my class without making as much as a noise in fear of being caught.

I made it out of the Academy but now, there's a new problem just arisen.

How the heck am I gonna go to Fire Country and make it back in time for school?

"Naruto, what are you doing outside of class?" A voice asks so I turn around, fearing the worst.

"Sorry Sensei, the class was well... pretty boring so I wanted to go to Fire Country to reclaim something," I tell him, not finding a reason to lie to him.

"Ahh, we talked about this Naruto. You have to" Jiraiya starts.

"I know I know, I have to do my best to make it seem like I'm an actual child but here are two problems with that. Number one is that I am the son of the Fourth Hokage, meaning I could potentially become a target due to Iwa's need for revenge after what Father did to them in the Third Shinobi War. The second one is important, I have half of the Kyuubi's full power, meaning that I'm not always at 100% unless I reclaim his full power and form a bond with him." I explain, exasperated by the fact that there are more problems than there are solutions.

"I know how you feel, trust me I do but we have got to respect the rules Tsunade set out for you. We agreed for you to keep on training as as you made the effort to be at school." He says solemnly.

"It seems we are at an impasse," I say, resolute in finding my partner's lost power.

"We could be or... I could help you get to Fire Country and get back the Kyuubi's chakra if you promise to get in class and stay put until the end of the day." Jiraiya says.

"Alright! Full power here I come!" I scream in joy, giving him a hug in the process.

REP increased with Jiraiya for the kind gesture.

Huh, that's cool but more importantly, I get a boost in power.

"Alright then, let's go. Body Flicker technique!" He calls out as we disappear whilst surrounded by leaves.

We then reappear near a random house in Fire Country and I have to resist the urge to puke out my breakfast and what I ate yesterday 'cause DAMN does this Jutsu give you vertigo.

"You'll get used to it. Now, let's go get that chakra." My sensei says, brushing off as we make our way to where Kurama's chakra is.

It's almost faint but the energy is getting nearer.

"You good for nothing BASTARD!" A voice yells out as a child is thrown into Jiraiya and catches him with one arm.

Wait a second...

This kid...

This kid is the one holding the chakra of Kurama.

I didn't even think about how I get it back into my chakra coils.

'Just put your hand on him. I'll do the rest.' My partner tells me so I do exactly what he just told me to do and this...

This... feels way too good.

Getting a huge amount of dopamine is kinda good.

"Do you think I'm done with you, you good-for-nothing bastard child?!" The man yells out as he makes the to slap the child in front of Jiraiya and me but suddenly, a shadow stops him in his tracks.

That person is none other than Jiraiya, whose eyes hold nothing short of hatred.

"What do you think you're doing to that child?" He asks menacingly.

"What does it look like I'm doing? I'm teaching my son respect when speaking to his betters." The man says angrily.

"Hum, sir, your son is already-" I try to say but almost immediately, I have to dodge an upcoming left hook to the head so I decide to use [Observe] and turns out that this man is named Kazuma, which is probably Sora's father.

"Stay quiet, boy! The grown-ups are talking. Isn't that right, Jiraiya of the Legendary Sannin?" The now-named Kazuma asks arrogantly, acting like he didn't try to attack me just now.

"No, we are not talking. I'm just about done here. Naruto, take the boy with us, he'll need a new parental figure in his life." Sensei says calmly, turning around so we can leave.

Skill [Detect Negative Emotions] has levelled up!

"Sensei, watch out!" I yell out in fear and a red arm made out of pure chakra erupts from my body and punches Kazuma in the face, knocking him out cold.

As he falls to his knees, we use that opportunity to leave this place, still holding onto Sora as we get to Konoha.

The moment we get back, I sense some struggling on my back so I let down Sora gently as he wakes up.

"F-father...wait, where is he? Who are you?" He asks rapidly, looking scared out of his mind.

I do something that I used to do when Naomi or Adrian had a problem and put one knee on the ground to better listen to him since I am much taller than him.

"In order, your father is in Fire Country, knocked out and for who we are, I'm your newest friend, Naruto Uzumaki and that's Pervy Sage," I say, pointing one finger at my Sensei, who looks at me in disbelief.

"Naruto, we talked about this. Just because Tsunade said something, doesn't mean it's true." He says with embarrassment in his tone of voice.

"So we're gonna forget about that time you Henge'ed into me and stepped into the shower with her just to catch a peek?" I ask with a deadpan expression on my face.

"Tch, sometimes you know too much for your good." He mutters angrily, with anime tears falling from the corner of his eyes.

"Have you two forgotten about me? I need to get back to my Father. Otherwise, he'll-" Sora would then say as I hugged him and not before long, I felt a few droplets of water fall on my shirt.

"It's alright, we'll go visit him when you feel like it," I tell him soothingly.

"If it's alright with you, I would like to wait a long time before seeing him." He says while still crying into my shirt so I was the only one who could hear him properly but I made sure to transfer the message to Jiraiya.

"Wait a second, where is he gonna go?" He asks, making me wide my eyes in shock 'cause I didn't even think about that one.

"Well, he could stay with us, seeing as I'm kind of the reason he's not with his father anymore," I answer easily to him.

"Yeah, no, that's true, you did cause a family to break up." He says while nodding his head like sage.

"What the heck?! You could be at least gentle about it. How was I supposed to know that he was being abused daily?" I retort.

"Well, how about we go for food and then get Sora here registered for the Academy?" Jiraiya asks as we go to Ichiraku Ramen to eat and once we're done, Jiraiya drops us off at the Academy.

We enter the classroom together and I switch to Kurama, who dispels the illusion and allows us to be seen by the entire class.

With that, we continued the rest of the day learning about the history of Konoha and the first four Hokages.

Once the day was over, we went back home and told Tsunade about Sora's history and after a very convincing argument, she decided to let Sora live with us, which made us ecstatic.

With a new friend made, I lay on my bed and soon enough, I fell asleep.

I know some people are going to be pissed about how I included Sora but rest assured, I have minor plans with him.
