As the three stood on the roof, Batman removed his mask at the same time that Ivy walked over to the edge but further down from him and Harley.

"I told you that I would keep my word about incorporating more of The Green into the city, and I have to say that I'm honestly surprised by how well it was received by the citizens," said Bruce.

"Guess the surprises never stop with you, and I have to apologize for joining Grod and trying to help him," said Ivy.

"Over the past several years a lot of people have made mistakes," said Bruce.

"But they can still make up for it as long as they try," he said.

"After all, there's no one on this planet as bad as what Joker was," said Harley.

"True, but you shouldn't count me in as a full member of your new Justice League just yet," said Ivy.

"I'm happy with my new life in the swamp lands and I don't want to leave them much but I'll be there for you if you call," she said.

"At least take this communicator in case we need to reach you or something happens with the swamp lands," said Bruce while holding out a small watch-like device. Ivy took the device from him before turning to leave.

"Ives, wait a minute," said Harley as she finally moved away from the edge.

"Have you ever thought that we could maybe try again?" she asked.

"Sorry, Harley, but that ship sank a long time ago, and I don't think anything can salvage it," said Ivy before leaving on a giant vine.

"So, you and Ivy, huh?" asked Bruce while putting his mask back on.

"You didn't think I batted for only one team, did you?" asked Harley.

"No, not really, and I'm sorry that it didn't work out for the two of you, I know how it can be hard to juggle two lives," said Batman.

"Thanks, I'm going to walk home so see you tomorrow," said Harley as she walked over to the fire escape. Later that night at Wayne manor.

"Welcome home, Master Bruce," said Alfred as Bruce came out of the secret entrance to the cave.

"How was your night?" he asked while Bruce walked by.

"Could have gone better," said Bruce while grabbing a bottle of bourbon and a glass.

"You had better make that a double," said Selina Kyle who was standing in the doorway in a black silk nightgown.
