I'm not giving up guys, I'll wait until at least one of you leaves a review. Cheers!

Buddha Bob woke up the next day to soft slaps on his right arm.

"Bob! Bob, for Christ's sake, get up!"

Buddha Bob's eyes snapped open, and it took him a while to remember when or where he was. When it finally clicked in his brain, his eyes widened.

He stayed way, way too long.

He looked to his side and there was Jennifer, - Jen - the covers pulled up to her chest. She was hiding her body like they didn't discover every bit of each other yesterday and had a worried look on her face.

"Bob, you have to leave! Now!"

Buddha Bob nodded and got up immediately, getting dressed as quickly as he could while Jen got on a robe herself and stood guard at their bedroom door. Katie was still at Chelsea's and the boys were knackered from partying, but who knows when Katie walks in or when the boys wake up.

Buddha Bob looked at Jennifer and nodded: the coast is clear. He walked out of the bedroom, looking around suspiciously, but true to Jen's words, no one was around. He quickly tiptoed to the door and Jennifer followed him. Buddha Bob opened the door, stopping for a moment.

"Jen, I... last night was..."

"It was amazing, wasn't it?" Jennifer smiled, then leaned in to kiss him; Buddha Bob happily pecked her lips. "We should do this again sometime. But um... at your place. 'Cause you know, there's kids all around here, and..."

"Yeah, I know, I know." Chuckled Buddha Bob.

"So..." Smiled Jennifer. "See you around?"

"Definitely." They gave each other another kiss, then Buddha Bob left, quick as a mouse. As soon as he disappeared around the corner, Katie arrived with a backpack on her shoulder.

"Um... Mom?" She asked. "What was Buddha Bob doing in our apartment so early?" She asked, and Jen gulped, quickly trying to think of a lie.

"There was... a big clog in the toilet." That was the weakest lie she ever told, but there was no taking it back now.

"Huh..." Said Katie, and for a moment it seemed like she would ask more questions, but then just shrugged. "I'd bet it was Carlos and his Taco Bell."

Jen chuckled a little, relieved.

"Did you have fun at Chelsea's last night, baby?" She stroked her daughter's hair and she nodded, smiling at her mother.

"Her mom ended up falling asleep at around 8 pm, so..."

"Oh, you little rascals." Jennifer shook her head, but her voice was affectionate. "You didn't have any nightmares, did you?"

Katie shook her head.

"Nope." She popped the "p". "Slept like a baby."

"Good." Jennifer nodded. "I'm gonna go have a shower and then make some breakfast, how does that sound?" She asked, and Katie smiled, nodding.

"Alright."

Katie stood in one place, watching her mom close the bathroom door and then started running, crawling up the swirly slide as fast as she could. She ran to James and Carlos' room first, but no one was in there. Then she ran into Logan and Kendall's room, but only found Kendall.

Just the one person she needed.

She sat down next to her and poked his shoulder.

"Kendall..." He didn't respond, and now she shoved him, making him groan. "Kendall!" Another, harder shove later he opened his eyes, and groaned again.

"Ugh, what, Katie? I barely just fell asleep!"

Katie's nose was immediately filled with Kendall's breath, and she leaned back in disgust.

"Jesus Christ, Kendall, you smell like a brewery!" She complained, and Kendall's eyes widened.

"How bad is it?" He asked, sitting up, then groaned for the third time, holding his head. "Will Mom notice?"

"Absolutely." Replied Katie, then added. "If I were you, I'd open a window and brush my teeth, then tell Mom I didn't go to the party because I was feeling sick, and that I'm still feeling sick. And while that's a good alibi, Mom's not stupid so she might find out you drank anyway. What did you drink, by the way?"

"I don't know..." Kendall sighed. "Jungle... jungle juice, I think? I didn't know it had alcohol in it..."

"Oh come on, Kendall, everyone knows jungle juice has alcohol in it! Have you never smelled alcohol before?" She was honestly surprised.

"Okay, okay, so I might have known there was alcohol in it..." Kendall admitted, nervously running a hand through his hair. "I just wanted to try it out, you know, see what it's like... it was a bad idea. Remember that, Kates, it's a bad idea. Don't drink until you're 21." He lectured her, and Katie nearly laughed out loud at the fact that Kendall's big brother instincts were just as sharp hungover as they were sober.

"I won't." She replied quickly. "Kendall, I have to tell you something." She ran to the window and opened it, not bearing the smell anymore, then ran back to Kendall. "Buddha Bob spent the night at Mom's!"

"What?" Kendall was suddenly whispering, and his eyes were nearly popping out of their socket. "How do you know?"

"I saw him walk out!" Katie started whispering as well, simply because Kendall was whispering too. "Mom said he was just here to fix a clog, but he didn't have Plungie with him!"

"Plungie?" Kendall asked, confused as he made his way to the bathroom and put some toothpaset on his toothbrush.

"That's what he calls his plunger. Duh." Said Katie like it was the most obvious thing in the world. "The point is, he wasn't here to fix the clog! And he was wearing his clothes from yesterday!"

Kendall spat, then looked at Katie trough the mirror.

"You don't think that..."

"Oh, but I do. I definitely do. I'm really, really sure they... well... you know..."

"Ugh, don't even say it!" Kendall rinsed out his mouth. He looked at Katie for a second, then shook his head. "Ew."

"Tell me about it! Mom and I share a bed!" Said Katie with visible disgust. "How am I ever gonna sleep in there again?"

"There's a magical thing called a washing machine, baby sister." He sprinkled some water in her face, just to annoy her. "You'll be fine."

"Still." Katie wiped off her face. "How would you feel if Logan had sex in your bed with Camille?"

"Ew!" Said Kendall, looking at her disapprovingly. "You know what? I don't feel like talking about sex with you. You're ten, for heaven's sake, this is abnormal."

Katie rolled his eyes, but he ignored it.

"Get out now. I gotta take a shower." He gently pushed Katie out of the bathroom and closed the door, leaving her on her own.

"Breakfast's in 15 minutes!" She shouted through the door, just before she could hear water running.

Katie sighed. Boy oh boy, there will be further conversations about this.

She waited for Kendall to get out of the bathroom. He still looked exhausted - and hungover - and Katie was almost sure he was going to get grounded.

Oh well.

Kendall let Katie slide down first before he did, and the smell of pancakes made his stomach turn.

Katie's idea is brilliant, he thought. I'm definitely telling Mom I'm sick.

"Hey Mom!" Said Kendall as he sat down at the counter, helping Katie do the same.

"Good morning, sweethear-" She stopped as she looked at him. "What's wrong, baby? Are you feeling sick?" Then she rose an eyebrow. "Are you hungover?"

He and Katie quickly shared a look, and Katie barely noticably shrugged.

"No, no, I'm not." Kendall lied, hoping his mom wouldn't notice his shaky hands. He was a terrible liar, merely because he almost never had to lie to his mom. "I didn't even go to the party, I was feeling sick. It could have been something I ate, I don't know." He scratched his head. "I'm still feeling kinda sick. Headaches, nausea... you know, all the good stuff."

Good, thought Katie. Details. I taught him well.

Jennifer scanned his face for a little longer before nodding.

"Alright, I'll make you some soup this afternoon." She smiled warmly at him, and Kendall immediately regretted lying to his incredibly sweet mom. He felt undeserving of her. "Where are the other guys, by the way?"

"Probably passed out at Jo's, who knows." Said Kendall, then added. "That rhymed."

"Before we have breakfast though..." Jennifer pulled away the plate as Katie reached for a pancake. "Wanna tell me about this?" She reached into her pocket and laid the infamous envelope on the table, staring at her kids. "Start speaking. Now."

Dead silence.

Kendall looked at Katie, who looked at her Mom, who looked at Katie, who looked at Kendall, who looked at his Mom.

Finally, Katie spoke up.

"We love you?" She gave her mom her sweetest and most innocent smile. The corner of her mom's lips twitched - she wasn't mad. Hell, she wasn't even disappointed. She was just curious.

"Yeah, um..." Kendall cleared his throat. "We love you... very, very much?" He flashed the same smile as Katie, and Jennifer broke into a smile.

"Kids, you really didn't have to..."

"Clearly, we did." Katie lost her patience and quickly stole a pancake, stuffing it into her mouth immediately. "Look at yourself, Mom, you're glowing! And it's all thanks to Buddha Bob!"

"Yeah, Mom." He watched his sister eat, then turned towards his mom. "How was the date, by the way? I really hope you each took advantage of your two hundred dollars."

"Fine, fine." Their mother leaned on the table, giving a sheepish smile. "We did, actally, we ordered the most expensive meal on the menu." She paused a bit, and her smile softened as she stared into space. "And Bob... Buddha Bob, I mean... he was a dream, you guys. He really was." She first stroked Katie's cheek, then reached out for Kendall's. "Thank you." She whispered. "Thank you both."

The Knight siblings smiled and high fived each other.

"Who's idea was this, by the way?" Asked Jennifer, and Katie looked at Kendall, who smiled at her.

"It was a team effort." He winked at his little sister, who giggled. "And it seems like it was worth it. Right, Mom? Will there be a second date?"

They both stared at their mom curiously, and she smiled back at them.

"Definitely." She said, then added. "You guys did a great job with the letters, too. I didn't recognize your handwritings."

"Well..." Said Kendall proudly. "Like I said, team effort."

Jennifer nodded.

"Alright guys, I'm gonna go hit the gym, I'll be back in about half an hour. Kendall, you have fun at the studio, Katie, don't hustle people today, okay?" She looked at her seriously, and Katie nodded obediently.

"Alright." Jennifer grabbed her gym bag and walked out the door.

Kendall let out an exasperated sigh, asif he were holding his breath the entire time their Mom was there.

"Aw, thank you so much, baby sister." He pulled her close and kissed her head, rubbing her back gently. "For the idea, I mean. I'd be definitely grounded if it wasn't for you."

"You're not out of the woods yet." Said Katie, and Kendall froze. "The guys are getting home soon and if they get grounded, which they most likely will because they're idiots, they'll tell the truth to Mom about you."

"What?" Kendall asked with a desperate look on his face. "Why didn't you tell me that before?"

"I thought we'd cross that bridge when we get there." She replied, munching on another pancake. "I suggest bribery."

Kendall snorted.

"Really? I have to pay my best friends off for them not to tell on me?"

"Hey, don't look at me!" Katie held up her hands in defense. "They're your best friends, not mine!"

Kendall sighed.

"Okay, okay." He buried his face in his hands, then looked at his watch. "Okay, Kates, I've gotta run. Be good, alright?" He ruffled her hair and she nodded, watching him walk out the door, smiling to herself.

It was time for some online poker.

~ 6 weeks later

Jennifer tried not to think about it at first. She kept telling herself that it was nothing. Just a few more days, and everything will be back to normal.

But everything didn't go back to normal. Days, weeks passed, and nothing happened. Nothing at all. She had serious worries.

Finally, there was nothing left to do - she went to the drug store and waited anxiously at the check-out - the woman behind the counter looked at her sympathetically, but that didn't ease her nervousness.

Finally, she got home and went straight to the bathroom.

She was right. Unfortunaly or fortunately, she was right.

She was pregnant.
