Chapter 5: Shifting Tides: Death of Charles
Date: October 3rd, 2023
Goofy replies: "We'll see about that! I'm going to destroy you!" His original personality is gone. On another note, it's dark out here which means I must have been unconscious for quite a while earlier today. Anyway, Goofy and I clash with our main weapons. "I won't lose control of myself again! Haaaaaaa! Take this! Now that I am a dark knight, I can do a few more things than before! Piercing Darkness!" My attack has no effect. Instead, he counters with several high speed hammer swings that manage to grind off microscopic pieces of my armor. "Damn. If this keeps up, my armor will eventually break enough to open a wide opening to my body for you. I can't allow that to happen! Continuous Great Infernal Tornado Slash: 47! Just lay down your hammer and listen to me, Goofy!" "No can do!" My attack sends him flying and deals some damage. As he falls, he surprisingly does his iconic holler. That almost caught me off guard but I remained on guard. Once he finishes falling, he gets back up, dusts himself off, and moves at insane speed towards me while holding his hammer high the entire time. Once he gets to me, he hits me again before I could even swing with Graceful Protector. Several chunks of my armor fall off. "I'm not going to give in even as you destroy my armor, Goofy! I never saw this coming but this doesn't mean I will give up! I may be weak but I have the strength to at least take you on!" "I will destroy you! Gawrsh, you really got me back there but now, I'm going to win for sure!" I find it somewhat difficult to fight his hammer with my sword. But since my sword is far better quality metal wise than his hammer, I do manage to land several hits on him as well as his hammer. "No matter what you look like, I refuse to give up. I'm done running from fights I can't win. I must keep fighting even if I'm outmatched. My duty is to protect this multiverse and the innocent. This is it, come at me!"
"You're going to regret this! You'll see!" But his hammer is unable to make contact with my armor again because I really start taking our fight seriously. "Enhance Armament!" My sword transforms to have pink energy surrounding it as its strength increases greatly. "Gawrsh! You're going to be much harder to defeat than I expected! But my hammer will destroy you!" "I can't keep this up for long so I'm just going to do it until I destroy your hammer! Haaaaaa! Continuous Great Infernal Tornado Slash: 30!" I put all of my effort into breaking Goofy's hammer. I even put my back into it while also performing kicks to keep him back. At one point, I manage to hit him in the crotch as he finds out his hammer can't do much of anything to my cherished sword. Now that's he off guard, I shout as I perform several of my sword attacks: "Get ready! Drawing Devastation! Wind Break Slash! Air Slice Slash! You're losing because of the differences in our gear! I have no doubt that if my armor were damaged enough, you'd be able to defeat and destroy me! But since that isn't the case, I'm going to take out your hammer for good!" Goofy gets angry and starts channeling Barian power into his hammer, causing it to increase in size and durability. He starts pushing me back with it but I use my metal boots to stand my ground. "You won't beat me! I made sure that 2 of my biggest weaknesses are no longer in play in battle! My cape is beneath my armor as is the tabard like cloth that normally hangs from my waist. If you really want to hurt me, the only other big weakness is the area around my eyes and the eyes themselves. Why do I tell you this? Because I don't plan on losing!" I unclip my sword's scabbard and hit him with it before dropping it for now. I'll grab it later. This gives me an opening to get closer with my sword and force him back. Goofy tries to get my eyes with his hammer after performing a wild set of acrobatics. But I was expecting that.
I told him about the weakness in hopes he would try to exploit it. I performed a high force sword thrust against the handle of his hammer and ducked my head to avoid being hit. A crack formed in his hammer. But our fight wasn't over. Far from it. We continued to stand our grounds against each other, not allowing ourselves to fall to the other. We were giving very few openings to exploit as our weapons continued to collide over and over again. We moved around as we fought, causing us to eventually become so blind to our surroundings that we kind of end up making a hole in the exterior of Ashford Academy and find ourselves fighting inside the beautiful European style building. The screams of students alerted me to our surroundings. "Damn it! We're putting innocents in danger! This place is going to need a lot of work when this is over. Goofy, one of us is going to gain the upper hand at some point and that will decide who wins and who loses!" "I will destroy you! I'm going to win and you're going to lose!" I activate Artist's Eye and conjure something small as that's all I can do at this moment. That something was a Bop It Game. When it hit the ground, it started playing its audio. "I just thought of it randomly and now, it's here! I can ignore it but can you?" To prove my point, I focus solely on our fight while Goofy's original nature can't help but compel him to notice the Bop It Game. He looks over. That allows me to duck and roll below him. I turn around as he gets confused about where I am now. He sees me out of the corner of his eye but it was too late. I stab him in the gut before leaping into the air and directing an attack at him from above that I began as soon as I removed my sword from his gut. "Air Slice Slash!" He is knocked to the ground and is forced to let go of his hammer in order to get himself back up. Now on the ground, I effortlessly pick up the hammer with my non dominant left hand and throw it into a nearby window.
The window shatters, sending the hammer outside. Goofy starts regenerating as he stands back up before his gut can bleed out that much. He crushes the Bop It Game. "You got me again but you can't kill me now that I'm a Barian!" "I don't want to kill you, Goofy. Things don't have to be this way. You can simply switch sides. It's not that hard. Do you even remember your life before you became a Barian?" "..I had a life but I don't remember it nor do I care to!" "Is that really what you think? If I have to put you down, I will but I want to at least try to reach out to you. This is my only chance to get you to change sides." He starts using his fists instead of his hammer to fight me but against my sword, it doesn't go well. "Goofy, we don't have to fight like this or at all. You can just change sides. Don't you want to return to spending time with your son Max or your dear friends like Mickey, Minnie, and Donald?" "..Those names.. Gawrsh. They sound so familiar to me.. But I like who I've become." "But those who care about you don't like what you have become. I can only imagine how heart wrenching it would be for your son to see you like this. Ask yourself: are am I really happy the way I am now? Please, it doesn't have to be too late for you." Goofy refuses to return to his original self. "I will never change who I am now that I've become this powerful! Time to use my full power against you!" He starts punching a lot harder as his skin suddenly becomes a lot tougher. I find it difficult to defeat him now. However, that doesn't mean I will give up. I'm going to get him to stop causing destruction one way or another.
We continue to clash for another 20 minutes. However, I'm too strong and intelligent for him. And that's what sealed the deal. I implement the general idea of the Provoke technique primarily learned by Midgardian(Ragnarok Origin universe) swordsmen: doing something to piss off the enemy. I make mocking gestures and this causes Goofy to start attacking wildly and unpredictably instead of what he was doing before. His punches couldn't do anything to my armor. "I cast Repair! And now to end this, Goofy!" I catch one of his fists with my left hand and tightly hold onto it. Goofy is now unable to move away from me. I take full advantage of that fact to tighten my hold on him until his bones begin to crack. Once they do, I let go and his fist limps. After that, I kick him several times before equipping my shield to my left hand: "Shield Bash!" My attack stuns him for a couple of seconds which I use to stab his heart. My sword which I made sure stopped draining my energy with Enhance Armament not long after I spoke about how I didn't have long to use the technique quickly pierced his heart. I pushed through to the posterior side of his body before withdrawing my sword. Goofy collapses before me and dies. I sighed, retrieved my sword's scabbard, clipped it back onto my belt, slid Graceful Protector back into it, and picked up Goofy's body. I used Quantum Leap to take his body to the lab on BRAINS' space station and then went back to Ashford Academy. Or more specifically, where the fighting started earlier. I look around and see my comrades all standing triumphant over our now fallen foes. "Comrades, it seems we won here. Now then, we had better retrieve Lelouch as possible after someone teleports all of these bodies to the space station. After all, it might be possible to bring our foes back as new allies. This victory is bittersweet."
Blaze takes care of that. Once the wolf is done, we officially enter the school. It was thought best to have Sonic, The Flash, and Blaze in the front to help tell the students we actually don't want to do any harm to anyone. But many were still afraid. I put my helm back up over my forehead and start giving them reassuring smiles. "Don't worry, students of Ashford. We never wanted to hurt anyone today. We had no choice but to use violence to gain access to this school. But rest assured. You will be safe now. I promise. And I'm not alone. We will make sure you stay safe as long as we dwell here. Once our business here is finished, I'll make sure some of our comrades come here to take over the task of keeping all of you safe." Words like those were crucial in calming the frightened students. It took some time but we found an underground passageway leading to where Lelouch was being held. Suzaku was with him without the Zero mask on, revealing his light skin, green eyes, and short brown hair. I look at my comrades: "Stand back, all of you. I'll bust them out. For my bout of insanity earlier, this is what I must do." No one objects. I step forward towards the cage they're both in. Suzaku eyes me: "I know you. You're that armored knight from before.. I had no choice but to help stop the enemy. The Zero Requiem will have to wait until this is over." "Aye, that's me. I'm Swiftdrawer but let's save all of the introductions for later. Right now, we have to work together to stop our common enemies. Stand back, Suzaku. You too, Lelouch." Lelouch replies: "Why should I trust you or your comrades? We share a common enemy but what's stopping you from killing me, the most evil person in power in recent history? I saw your strength for my own eyes. It's beyond human."
"Well, you may be a manipulative one but I know what your goals are. And I'm willing to help your Zero Requiem still succeed someway somehow. It was going on perfectly until I showed up right before invaders from other universes also showed up and started attacking. I am not someone who betrays easily. Have I ever truly betrayed someone? I'm not really sure." I slice through the cage with Graceful Protector. Sailor Pluto(who recently gained super speed as part of an experiment to strengthen BRAINS members with the same kind of tech that has transformed humans into superheroes) speaks: "Now, please follow us. We're needed back where we just were not long ago. I'm Sailor Pluto. It is nice to meet you." "Lelouch?" "Yes, let's go with them, Suzaku. Just so you know, all of you. My Geass lets me make someone do whatever I want them to do. So I suggest you don't try anything to betray me." Asuna replies(there's a reason she was known as Lightning Flash): "Don't worry, we're well aware." Not even a minute later, we're back in that damn building. I quickly contact communications to send some of our comrades to protect Ashford as well as the entirety of Tokyo itself in case something else begins happening. Once I was done with that, I got approached by the FlimFlam brothers. They were erased from existence by Beerus over a year ago but Applejack convinced Beerus to bring them back. But it actually turns out someone else brought them back first. Still, Beerus brought em back to Equestria anyway upon Applejack's request. They returned there not long before the battle against Pmurt Nedib that led to Bray's murder at that monster's hands. And since then, they've been helped by many in order to embrace a more honest and kind approach to life. They have made such a major turnaround that they have volunteered many times to bring supplies to other dimensions since this interdimensional war began.
They hand me the supplies I specifically need before teleporting to another universe. I thank them and that was that. I consume a fresh Poison IV potion to recover physically as well as in terms of energy too. Suzaku puts on the mask of Zero and charges alongside Lelouch at Charles. I choose to back them up. I draw my sword and make sure to reequip my shield to my left hand. I had unequipped it after I had to kill Goofy as its hard to do some things with my left hand when it's on. "Zero! Lelouch! I'll make sure you succeed at this! Who knows how powerful Charles has-" I am pierced by one of Black Storm's tentacles. I forgot about him. Sakura punches through part of the tentacle that pierced me: "Chaaaaaaa! Don't worry about this bastard! We got him surrounded! He can't keep us down for long! Lady Tsunade, please help stop Charles vi Britannia!" "Thanks, Sakura. Everyone." "I don't object to helping stop Charles. Let's bring him down!" I pull the rest of the tentacle out of me and splash myself with a Lingering Potion of Poison to heal the damage done to my body by it. Tsunade and I flank Suzaku and Lelouch. Charles stares at us, unworried by this turn of events. "The two biggest traitors to Britannia have been freed of their imprisonment. Lelouch, Suzaku, you once again dare to oppose my power? You're insignificant children in this game. And the two following behind you are no better. All of you are disillusioned by your own lies and are too weak to see the true power of the strong. The Ragnarok Connection has been almost completely restored. When I win this battle, I will kill God and eliminate all masks and lies in this world. Lelouch, you can speak of lies as something essential as many times as you like. But it doesn't change the fact that you along with everyone else here are weak. Only the strong will survive. Violence is a game for fools."
"Father! You bastard! I killed you once and I will do it again!" "And he will not be alone because I once again oppose your authority, your majesty. I am now Zero as well as the Knight of Zero. You will once again fail." I add: "To go so far to erase lies is alone enough to show how much of a tyrant you really are. You believe in Social Darwinism, a evil idea based on a twisted interpretation of Charles Darwin's theories and ideals. Survival of the fittest, huh? That's not always the case. Survival of the most cooperative is much more powerful. Communities of organisms are far more resilient than singular organisms. Why do you think humans, wolves, gorillas, and countless other animals form families and communities? To be strong by yourself can be crucial to a community's survival. However, that isn't the entire picture. In my timeline, Social Darwinism has done an incomprehensible amount of damage and harm. Humans choose to create their own destiny. We strive to do what we want and live happy lives. What's the point of being strong when there's no one to protect? We are all social creatures, we need love. We need social connections. You know what happens when a child never gets the love and support they need? They become messed up and often die young." "If your words were true, why is it that empires have existed? So called democratic freedom is worthless in the face of the truth and the strong." Tsunade speaks before I could open my mouth: "Empires exist because people like you are so determined to take all of the power and land for yourselves. It's unforgivable. As Hokage, it is my responsibility to make sure the people of Konoha are protected, happy, and safe. You don't prioritize that so what could you know about the people you allow to be hurt by what you do and don't do?" "I tire of this pointless conflict of ideals."
Charles raises his right hand to show the Code of Immortality and to use its power to push us back. It worked on Lelouch and Suzaku but Tsunade and I were prepared for something like that. We both stood our ground and helped Lelouch and Suzaku back up. "I have underestimated you. But I am not concerned for you are still weak and I am strong. Now then, it is time for me to start making all of you do my bidding." Lelouch smirks: "Father, you underestimate me as well. After all, I was able to become powerful enough to destroy your Ragnarok Connection and kill you in the process. Not only that but it is now much harder for your Geass to rewrite my memories at this point. Game over. You lose. Prepare to die! I, Lelouch vi Britannia command you. Die!" "Insolent child! That didn't work on me before. It won't work on me this time either." "Your majesty, don't forget about us. We're your opponents too." "Suzaku, the 11 who proved himself worthy to be a Knight of the Round. You will return to my side or face my Geass." "I cannot do that. I despise you even more than I did Lelouch. You're behind everything that's happened directly or indirectly!" Suzaku draws his sword and I draw mine. Tsunade readies her fists. Lelouch allows the full extent of his Geass to be shown: "You'll never be able to finish the Ragnarok Connection because C.C. isn't even here and you can't get to C.C.'s World from here. Like I said before, you lose!" "Foolish Lelouch. You can't kill me without destroying the Ragnarok Connection again first. You think I didn't plan for this confrontation? Behold."
Charles does something, revealing a doorway behind the throne with the Geass symbol on it. We widen our eyes. "You bastard. How did you even do this?!" "I'll answer your question as all of you will die soon or do my bidding depending on what happens. When I died, my consciousness spread through God, what we call the collective human consciousness. It's been several months since my Ragnarok Connection originally failed." "Then why the hell are you back?!" "My strength is so profound that I pieced my very conscious back together and thus was able to gain a body within C.C.'s World. With that done, all I had to do was escape. A doorway in another country remained intact. I found out and used it to return to this world. With my Geass returned along with the Code of Immortality, no one could ever hope to defy me. I managed to return to Homeland not long after my eldest son foolishly destroyed Pendragon. There, I began my plan to renew the Ragnarok Connection. Seeing this city come under attack, I took the opportunity to enter undetected. And now, all of you will be witness to be true power now that the gateway is opening." Black Storm speaks in a booming voice: "I won't allow a human to become far more powerful than me." He blocks the gateway with a bunch of his tentacles. Charles glares at him: "How dare you get in my way. First, you create destruction and take control of my newest loyal servant. And now, you dare to defy my plan by blocking the gateway? I can't allow that to happen. You will die or bow before me soon enough." Tsunade charges at Charles and delivers several punches: "I don't care about the gateway right now! We have to stop you! I refuse to believe that there's no possible way for anyone to harm you if they don't possess a powerful enough Geass!" "I'm the same way! *drinks another Poison IV potion* Continuous Great Infernal Tornado Slash: 48! Haaaaaaa!"
Our attacks don't do anything. Lelouch is shocked: "Those attacks were far more powerful than almost anything a Knightmare can do.. Father, just how invincible are you?! I'm going to kill you!" "Fools, all of you are fools. No level of attack is enough to harm me." "That's a load of crap! Phoenix Specter Punch!" Phoenix Ikki jumps in and delivers the mostly psychic attack. Charles widens his eyes as it affects him. We see his facial expression twist into one of horror as it expresses the anguish caused by the illusion created by the Phoenix Specter Punch. However, he soon returns to normal and grins. "A lie cannot defeat me. Your illusion was the greatest lie I have ever faced but against my Geass, it is nothing. You are too weak to challenge me. Give up and let yourself die peacefully very soon." Shaka appears, floating in mid air with his cosmo. "I will weaken our immortal foe! The gods will never forgive him for his actions! Tenbu Hōrin! *a illusion filled with Buddhist imagery appears around us* Charles, I will begin taking all of your senses away." For a minute or two, Charles is hit by blast after blast, each one taking one of his senses. But still, Charles remained calm and even speaks without any of his 5 core senses: "You're also too weak. You can take away all of my senses but my power is absolute." "In that case, I shall begin removing the rest of your senses as well!" Shaka eliminates every other sense possible including thoughts themselves. However, that still isn't enough to stop Charles from speaking. "I told you, you are far too weak to stop me." "This can't be! You must be speaking through your very soul! You're one of the few opponents who has withstood my entire technique to this point. But I'm not the only one here."
Saga walks toward all of us as Shaka's illusion vanishes. He raises his hand: "Galaxian Explosion!" The attack does nothing. Shaka tries his attacks too but nothing. Not even after he fully powers up. "Shaka, I will handle this from here. Rejoin the fight against Black Storm." Shaka nods. Charles grins as he opens his eyes to reveal the Geass alive and well in them. "You are all too weak. Not a single one of you has the power to defeat me right here and now." "Another Dimension!" Charles is shocked as he is forcibly pulled into another dimension by Saga's technique. "You! You'll be the next to fall under my Geass! This I promise. Your power will not keep me away from my Ragnarok Connection." Once Charles disappears into the other dimension, something happens to Saga. His blue hair turns white and his eyes turn red. Ikki exclaims: "Damn it! His evil half is back!" Saga grins: "That's right! I'm back! And now it's time to cast everyone here into that other dimension as well! Revenge will be mine at long last! You, Seiya, and his other friends are all going to pay for what you did to me! That includes Athena! If it weren't for her surviving my attempt to kill her thanks to the meddling of Aiolos, none of what happened to me would have happened! My chance to get my vengeance has come at last!" Don Thousand's forces end up showing up, complicating the battle raging inside the building we're in. Saga frowns: "Intruders! They dare get in the way of my revenge?! Very well, I'll destroy-" Suddenly, a paper with a Japanese symbol on it is placed on Saga's head with some kind of power. Sailor Mars comes to us: "Evil spirit, be exorcized!" Evil Saga screams as his very spirit is pulled. But then, his spirit returns to Saga's body. He grins and yells: "Galaxian Explosion!" This sends Mars back along with the paper she was using to remove him.
Hinata appears seemingly out of nowhere with Tenten backing her up. Tenten performs hand signs: "Summoning technique!" She summons a jar with a seal next to it. "Hinata! You're up!" "Right! I'm so grateful I was taught this! Evil Containment Wave!" Saga widens his eyes: "Noooo! Impossible! How many techniques do you people have to draw out souls?!" Ikki smirks: "More than enough to defeat you one way or another." "Damn you all! I'll get you for this! You'll see! You'll all see!" Evil Saga once again screams but this time, his spirit is extracted successfully and pulled into the jar Tenten summoned from one of her summoning scrolls. Once Evil Saga is inside, Tenten places to seal on the jar before reversing her jutsu to recall it back into the scroll she had it stored in. Lelouch is impressed, Suzaku is shocked, Tsunade is proud. Saga collapses to the ground as his hair returns to being blue. Ikki catches him. Sailor Mars gets up: "Is he alright now?" Ikki nods: "Saga will just need some time but it won't be long before he is able to continue fighting. We should all focus on defeating Black Storm now as well as our other enemies." Hinata nods: "That is what we have no choice to do. We just have to." But then, I feel something: "Wait! I sense someone bad coming.. Very bad. En garde!" The others become more alert as Charles reappears in front of us all. Saga coughs and weakly exclaims: "No! He escaped my technique!" Charles smirks: "I told you you were too weak." Tsunade grits her teeth: "I've had enough of this! Does anyone know if there are any innocent people nearby?" I nod: "There's none." "Then I can go all out and we will no longer have to fight in such a restrained space!" Tsunade uses her monstrous strength to create a massive crater that destroys the entire building around, above, and below us in the process. Now, the battle will continue in the pitch black darkness of night in one hell of a crater. The "Slug Princess" isn't finished. She uses her full strength on Charles but nothing changes.
Seeing this, Vegeta flies in, cracks his knuckles, and says: "Out of the way amateurs! Allow me, the Saiyan Prince show up how to deal with a bastard as bad as this human scumbag! *transforms into Ultra Ego* Galick Gun!" The power of the attack is literally off the charts. Barla yells from afar: "I bet the entire world felt that! Hell yeah!" When the dust clears, another crater appears but Charles remains standing still, completely unharmed. "Damn it! He can withstand more damage than even Black Frieza!" I sigh: "He really is immortal. It's a good thing we didn't lose anyone when Tsunade unleashed her full power the way she did. But our enemies didn't lose too many themselves. This battle is still far from over. It's like Charles is just stalling for time until we exhaust ourselves since he is unable to kill us with all of his powers." Charles smirks again: "Now you get it. All of you are far too weak to-" "HAIKAI." Beerus directs a purple energy blast at the tyrant. He avoids it with ease. Beerus groans: "Damn this mortal! His existence is an insult to Grand Zeno himself! Or rather, both Grand Zenos!" Tsunade replies: "There's only one option left. *Charles keeps avoiding every attack unleashed by Beerus with ease* He must be fought against in that C.C.'s World. It's the only choice we have now. But it will be some time now that I've destroyed the gateway to it that was here." Lelouch almost grinds his teeth: "Damn him! I'm going to kill him again! Just watch!" Charles just stares over at us: "You folks still think you can match me? How pointless: just as all forms of violence are. War and destruction are always the same. They will never change. My gateway that I had specially and privately built is now gone. I am forced to use a new ability I have gained: teleportation. So long, weak fools who will soon be consumed by the weak no way or another!" He teleports away. I yell: "We have to catch up to him! Let's go!"
Those of us who have tried to defeat or kill Charles all end up standing face to face with him at another gateway. He activates it and we chase him into it. Once we do, we travel to C.C.'s World right after him. "Lelouch! Now that you're here, I can begin finishing my 2nd Ragnarok Connection! With my expanded power, I have no need of C.C. or your mother to be present here as well! I will now destroy all masks and lies in our world! All hail Britannia!" "Big Bang Kamehameha!" "Pegasus Comet Punch!" "Rozan Hundred Dragons!" "Continuous Great Infernal Tornado Slash: 35!" "Shira Tensei!" "Final Flash!" "Dead Scream." "Pegasus! Galaxy Nova!" "Art is an explosion!" "Tailed Beast Bomb!" "Chidori!" "Chaaaaaaaa!" Unexpectedly, a lot of BRAINS members followed us into C.C.'s World. All of our attacks came at Charles consecutively. In the chaos, Lelouch was still able to stare at Charles once things calmed down. The surprise attacks stunned our foe. As if that weren't enough, Black Storm even got some of his tentacles through the gateway to restrain the emperor. "You lose, father! I, Lelouch vi Britannia-" "So foolish. My Ragnarok Connection has already begun. It's too late for you to stop-" Eraser Head wraps his scarf around Charles and stares at him for 15 seconds without blinking even as doing so is clearly draining his energy. He yells: "Do it now! I can't use my quirk Erasure for long against someone who doesn't even have a quirk!" That is a new ability that was granted through advanced ancient magic to the teacher and pro hero. Lelouch smirks: "I wasn't expecting this to be what it would take to end you once again, father. But you lose! I, Lelouch vi Britannia command you. Die!" Eraser Head and Black Storm release Charles. Lelouch's Geass compels the emperor to pull out a gun from a pocket, aim it at himself, and fire. Before our eyes, Charles dies once again. Right as he died, Yuzu of all The Lancers ends up turning Charles into a card, ensuring his soul will remain trapped forever.
Lelouch picks up the card and prepares to rip it in half. Suzaku however says: "Don't do it. Let him stay trapped there for eternity, your majesty." "I trust you, Suzaku. I won't do it." We all exit the dimension and soon return to the battle in Tokyo. Once there, Lelouch laughs and yells at the top of his lungs: "My father, Charles vi Britannia is dead once again! And this time, he will stay dead!" The Britannian forces that were fighting my comrades as well as Don Thousand's forces somehow managed to hear what Lelouch said. They stop fighting and some of them run to him and bow before him with fear evident in their expressions. I turn my attention to Don Thousand's forces and Black Storm. We have to stop them all. I tighten my hold on Graceful Protector before running into the fray of battle: "I'm not going to stand around any longer! Now is the time for action! We can now focus so much more of our attention on Black Storm! Huzzah! Not even the darkness of night will impede our efforts! So many of us have become adept at fighting in this kind of darkness!" I was right. I easily brought down a lot of Obelisk Force members and trashed some of their monsters on my own. I couldn't knock them unconscious or get them to yield. All I could do was swiftly put an end to their lives. Kill 'em so quickly that there would be so little time to feel the pain left behind. It hurt to do but not as bad as it could because I've been forced to get used to this kind of thing during and after our battles across dimensions. Black Storm is still proving to be an incredibly hard challenge to overcome. His control over Yappa Yappa has not wavered a single bit. He has perfectly combined his and Yappa Yappa's powers in order to become truly powerful.
Now, the Britannians are fighting on our side. Not only that but many Black Knights show up in various Knightmares. The message that we aren't their enemies has really reached across to them. Now, they are willing to fight by our side without question against our common enemies. I hear Yuma shout: "Black Storm! Number 96! Do you really have to kill all of us? I thought you wanted power! Why can't you just work with us to eliminate our common foes?" Black Storm laughs: "Foolish as always, Yuma! I will never do something like that! I was locked away for too long over and over! I'm not going through that once again! I don't need to work with anyone. I'm through with that now. I have nothing to gain this time. ALL of you here will die at my hands tonight! No matter who you are, I will destroy you!" Roget appears through a Barian portal and smirks: "Black Storm, Im here to crush you to get back in Don Thousand's good graces! Traitors like you must be dealt with like all trash. Like the people of the Commons of Neo Domino City in the Synchro Dimension! Attention all One Supreme World forces, I am Roget. You will cease attacking all foes except Black Storm. The elimination of Black Storm following his expulsion from Yappa Yappa's body is our top priority. Disobey and I will personally see to it that you are placed to work in the underground of Neo Domino City for the rest of your life. I will not tolerate any defiance." Some Sector Security officers show up next to his on duel runners before starting to drive around with their eyes on their allies. Roget unleashes a devastating aura once he transforms into a Barian. His logical smirk shows that he's ready to win at all costs,
Black Storm glares at him: "Will you all ever stop trying to kill me?! I should have seem you coming, Roget! You'll be the first one I truly destroy today! Prepare for so much suffering that what Yappa Yappa can do alone will be nothing by comparison!" "I think not. You can't defeat me. These troops are like pieces on a chess board. Only that all of them are under my control one way or another. See? They're all obeying my orders for them. Where is Reiji Akaba? I'm going to get my revenge on him soon enough!" Black Storm lashes out, sending attacks in all directions. Not a single Knightmare stood a chance. A lot of OSW/Don Thousand's troops are killed or destroyed in his rampage. I try cutting through one of his tentacles but nothing happens. Aki shouts: "I don't enjoy having to work with the enemy but we do have a common foe who is unwilling to work with any of us for any reason!" Glass does her usual thing and gets ready to use the full power of her Vassal Fan while Aki prepares to unleash her powers as a Signer and psychic duelist. However, a red haired man with an interesting hair style that has 2 pointy bangs on either side of his head and a big portion that sticks out to the right over the right side of his head, light skin, a white outfit, and grayish dark green eyes appears from seemingly nothing. He grins: "Akiza! It's so good to see you-" "Divine! I won't forgive you for what you did to me and everyone else you used and/or harmed!" "That doesn't matter! You will be mine again soon enough!" With his psychic powers, Divine brings some of his cards to life. However, Aki forces him to the ground with her powers, Glass destroys all of his summons, and Sakura effortlessly holds him down. "Let go of me! I surrender! I give up! I'll do anything you want, Akiza! Just tell them to stop!" "Will you give up on me and leave all of us alone forever?" "Never! Go, Barian-" He is cut off as Aki commands Black Rose Dragon to finish him off. He is obliterated in an instant.
Roget looks unconcerned: "And that is why Don Thousand sent him here with me in order to test him. He failed. Divine has now been disposed of. Charles vi Britannia would have enjoyed seeing him get easily destroyed like that. With Divine's death, the Arcadia Movement is now gone once more." I focus on trying to damage our common foe to no avail. I am forced to recuperate using a Poison IV potion once again. "Continuous Great Infernal Tornado Slash: 48! Take this! Maybe I'll actually deal some damage!" With Yappa Yappa's powers his to command, Black Storm's tentacles haven't just gotten faster and more flexible. But they have also gotten stronger and gained the ability to transform just like Yappa Yappa's limbs. But any transformations don't appear to make much of a difference in how dangerous all of the tentacles are. Barla yells: "Hell no! I'm about ready to blast this bastard again with another antimatter weapon! But I won't because I don't want to hurt anyone else in the process of stopping him from causing even more damage!" Ghost Gal yells too: "Now would be a great time to try combining all of our attacks into one! Let's end this as soon as possible!" Roget smirks: "What an excellent plan. It's too bad you aren't on our side." I resist the influence of darkness within me to lose control and go berserk just like before. It was stirring again due to my current condition and the circumstances before my comrades and I. Suddenly, a bunch of my comrades all start throwing what seemed to be random things at Black Storm only for the mages amongst us to all chant: "Possessive Spirit Removal!" And just like that, Black Storm is now screaming as light comes from those objects, forcing him to begin being pulled out of Yappa Yappa's body. Julia yells: "Oh yeah! Studying more spell books eventually led us to this awesome spell that we're now using! So sorry about that!" The spell continues to pull Black Storm out of Yappa Yappa. It was taking longer than you'd expect if it weren't for the fact that Black Storm's full form is much bigger than any human's.
To add to that, Yappa Yappa stirs, no longer under the influence of Geass since Charles is dead once more with the Ragnarok Connection destroyed all over again. He screams: "Black Storm! Get out of my body! I can't wait to slowly and painfully kill you once you're out! But I won't thank anyone who was responsible for this situation in which you are being pulled out of my body!" "Damn you all! You miserable humans and other creatures! I'll destroy you all! Everyone here is going to perish by my power! And once I destroy this world, I will destroy the next world and on and on until this entire dimension and beyond are no more! Don Thousand has deemed me a traitor. I will take his power for myself when the time is right! But first, I'll take the power of Zexal from Yuma and Astral! Just watch! None of you will be able to defy me much longer! Yappa Yappa, I still have use for your body and I refuse to let go of it! Now be a nice host and surrender to me!" "Never! I want to kill you so badly for controlling me! It'll be as slow and agonizing for you as possible!" Yappa Yappa and Black Storm struggle against each other. Neither one is giving an inch, causing a stalemate of sorts despite the magical force trying to pull out Black Storm. Roget shouts: "Black Storm must be removed at all costs. I do believe it will be useful if all of us despite our various goals and conflicts work together to help pull out our common enemy. It will be beneficial for all of us that this succeeds along with his elimination." Uraraka yells: "Someone has to say it even if we don't like it so I will! He's right! We have no other option right now!" Varmudnt nods: "You are correct. The mana powering the spell pulling Black Storm out will soon run out if we don't do something. If it runs out before Black Storm is removed from Yappa Yappa, he will regain control and we will all be in grave danger."
All Might, Tsunade, Sailor Jupiter, and Superman are amongst those who begin pulling out Black Storm by using his exposed tentacles first. I'm among those who were next to join in in doing that. I pull with all of my strength using both of my hands. "Come on! We can do this! We must do this! For if we don't, we will all be in for one hell of a fight with a completely overpowered Black Storm!" Applejack yells: "Y'all, let's put our all in this! I'll be darn touting if we manage to succeed!" Efforts increase to pull Black Storm out. The villain is not pleased: "This can't be really happening to me! I'm being pulled out! No! No! NOOOOOOOOO!" More and more of his tentacles are successfully pulled out. Even the likes of some of our 4 legged animal friends who aren't from Equestria help out in our efforts. Hell, even mechs and other machines like duel runners are used to help in the process. Several minutes pass when finally, Black Storm is finally removed from Yappa Yappa. Yappa Yappa laughs manically: "Isn't it so ironic that it took TEAMWORK to get you out of me?! Oh well! Get ready to die, Black Storm! At last! I can make you suffer! But we better make sure you can't use your ability to easily alter your shape against any of us! Try this new move I've been working on! Freezing Pitchfork Blades!" He catches Black Storm by surprise by stabbing him repeatedly with the blades of his pitchfork which have been surrounded by ice magic. The attacks don't do anything noticeable to Black Storm at first. However, he tries retaliating by surrounding Yappa Yappa with tentacles only for Roget to destroy them with an Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem. Our common foe's movements start becoming more limited very quickly.
He is no longer as hard to keep up with as he has lost a lot of his flexibility. The flexibility that has existed and allowed his Number card version to change shape in the past. Yappa Yappa smiles: "It's time for you to die! I don't even care about killing you all by myself anymore! After all, it will be so satisfying to watch you die because we all want to defeat you! So many attacks hurting you at once! It gives me goosebumps! And now that your main advantage is as good as gone, you're in for so much pain that I can't wait to savor all of your screams!" I speak up: "Something even I neglected to pay much attention to is the fact that you, Black Storm were able to move just like a liquid but with the speed of someone who can move really fast. Most of your defensive power has relied on that property of your body. It reduced the damage you took substantially but wasn't always able to stop your tentacles from being severed one way or another. Because you lose control of just about any part of you that gets completely severed from you, you aren't as invincible as you thought! With that property now almost completely gone, we will now be able to stop you for good! I don't enjoy working with the enemy but since you refused to temporarily ally with our side, you left us with only one side to side with in the end against you! This is the result of your own mistakes and flaws!" Sailor Moon adds: "I'm saying this late but oh well! How dare you use another's body and power to try to destroy this world and beyond! That's unforgivable! In the name of the Moon, we'll punish you!" "Gentle Fist Art: Twin Lion Fists!" "Eight Trigrams: 64 Pongs!" "Shira Tensei!" "Chaaaaaa!" "KAAAAAAAAAAAME HAAAAAAAAAAAMEEEEEEEE HAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" "Haikai!" Hundreds of other attacks are unleashed against Black Storm at once. Not only that but lots of explosives are set off by various individuals. Black Storm tries to escape all of the attacks by using his power to quickly levitate high above the ground.
However, Barla smirks and shouts as a missile approaches our foe: "Hell yeah! You fell for it! Face another antimatter weapon! If the last one didn't hurt much, this one will definitely hurt a lot!" Black Storm as unable to get away as the missile hits him and destroys a huge chunk of his body, sending him free falling to the ground in time for the attacks to meet him. He is instantly obliterated. There was now nothing left of Black Storm except the parts of him that were severed earlier and rendered to be liquid like black stuff on the ground. Orochimaru gleefully collects a few samples: "My my, this will be valuable for my research!" Roget laughs: "And now that Black Storm is dead, we can get back to the real battle! Our truce is over! Die, enemies of Don Thousand!" The card for Number 96 is quickly enchanted with a sealing spell in time for the first shot to be fired. Yappa Yappa turns to stare at me from afar. He grins: "Swiftdrawer! Now I can finally set the score with you! Prepare to be destroyed after I torture you for as long as possible!" Before I could reply, Lelouch runs towards him with Suzaku as well as Kallen backing him up. All Knightmares have been destroyed but it seems the Black Knights aren't finished yet. Kallen has light skin, a red, white, and brown outfit with parts of her arms and legs showing as well as her shoulders, a red headband, gray eyes, and magenta ish hair that almost reaches down to her shoulders with bangs styled in a style I don't often see. Suzaku isn't wearing the Zero outfit anymore. Instead, he is wearing an outfit that reflects the colors of the Lancelot Albion instead of the outfit he was given as the Knight of Zero. Lelouch yells: "I've seen what you can do and you must die! I, Lelouch vi Britannia-" "Ultimate Obligatory Obedience Pummeling Pitchfork! No, you will all die for getting in my way!"
Roan runs in with his massive shield: "I don't think so! Reflective Shield!" The paladin's shield takes the hit. However, Temari yells: "That won't be enough to hold against his attack!" She jumps in with her fan and uses its full power to divert some of the force of Yappa Yappa's attack. I run in next: "Don't forget about me! I'm the one you want, Yappa Yappa! But I'm going to back up Lelouch as well!" I get in front of Roan's shield and block with my own shield as well as Graceful Protector. My gear doesn't take all of the force head on. Some of it still gets in contact with Roan's shield. But then, Alice runs in: "Release Recollection! Go, my flowers!" Even with her help, it was clear that we wouldn't be able to hold out against Yappa Yappa's attack now that he is far stronger than he was during the final battle with Pmurt Nedib. Nagato arrives with his Pains behind him. Deva Path and Nagato absorb some of Yappa Yappa's attack. The Sailor Guardians intervene too and create a barrier with their combined powers. Yappa Yappa widens his eyes: "My attack! It's being resisted and nullified! So be it, I'll just have to kill-" Lelouch gets close to him: "I, Lelouch vi Britannia command you. Die!" Nothing happens except Lelouch gets stabs in the gut by Yappa Yappa's pitchfork. Suzaku yells: "Lelouch!" That's when Edyn arrives while riding Ugger. "Not so fast! I won't let anyone fighting alongside us die! I cast Healing Spell!" Edyn saves Lelouch's life. Several veins in Yappa Yappa's head look ready to burst.
"ALL OF YOU! Get out of my way and let me finally destroy Swiftdrawer! I will finally get what I've wanted for so long! Keep getting in my way and I'll make sure all of you are left on the ground completely immobile! This I promise! I'm going to enjoy all the death and destruction I'm soon to create! And in no time at all, this world will belong to Don Thousand and be added to his growing empire of worlds that have been merged together!" Suddenly, our other enemies start getting a lot tougher. Roan shouts: "Damn it! I can't help here anymore! I must protect Yufa along with everyone else!" He wasn't the only one who had to go. We could hear Roget laugh as he shouts: "That's it! Let's show them all what we can really do now! I'm about to kill someone and I can't wait to finish the job! This is even better than using people to do my bidding in Neo Domino City!" I say: "Comrades. I'll hold off Yappa Yappa. Go help the others. If I'm destroyed, I'm destroyed and that's that. But don't worry, I'll do my best to keep Yappa Yappa from hurting anyone as long as I remain his target!" My comrades have no choice but to heed my words and leave Yappa Yappa to me. He laughs once it's just the 2 of us: "Swiftdrawer! Oh how I've waited for this moment! This time, I will properly defeat you before I torture and ultimately destroy you! Now that there's no one around to interfere, I'm going to enjoy this so much! Go ahead, recover as much as you need to before we fight! I want to hurt you at your best! Destroying you will be so much more satisfying that way! Attacking me now is pointless! You know I'm far more powerful than you are at this point!"
"Yappa Yappa! Damn it. I can't refuse the chance you're giving me. I've pushed myself so hard since Charles was finally killed all over again. I'm beginning to run out of the supplies I need to heal myself and restore my strength once more. Very well." As I recover, he continues: "I've only come to despise you more and more over time! I could choose to despise so many of your friends at the same level as I do you but you have captured my full hatred now that Pmurt Nedib is dead! That's the only state fit for him! We've fought so many times and yet, I could never kill you to the point you could never come back! And you killed me! You're also among the first enemies I've really taken a dislike to! Remember the day we met?! It feels like yesterday, doesn't it? I almost got you! You heart was as good as destroyed!" "You think I want to fight you even though you hate me so much? Yappa Yappa, I want peace, happiness, equality, and freedom for all. I didn't ask to fight for a better future. When I was little, I wanted to be a construction worker just like Bob The Builder. That was my dream. When I got older, I wanted to create Twisted Land but in my own world and have it be a world class theme park full of so many roller coasters. I also wanted to own it with my brother. But now, I see how rotten my world is as are many other worlds. And I'm here to fight. I won't hesitate to kill you again but I'd rather bring you to the side I'm on. The side that truly cares about the innocent as well as the integrity of space and time. We don't have to be enemies. We could be good friends. I just want to live a good and chill life. But I can't have that without ignoring everything that's wrong in not just my world but the multiverse itself and doing nothing about it. That's unacceptable. I must fight. I'm now ready to fight you one on one. If you still desire to destroy me, I'll fight to prevent you from destroying me and try to guide you to a better path."
"Hahahaha! How cliche! This is going to be so much fun! I'm going to make you experience so much torment that you will regret everything you just said! Ultimate Obliteratory Obedience Pummeling Pitchfork!" "I shall not fight you with offense. I must hold you back so my comrades can focus on our other enemies. Therefore, I will fight to defend and protect my comrades, our dreams, and those we are obliged to defend. I will fight even though I'm weak. I can't fight like this in my other body. But I can here in this one so that's exactly what I'll do! I'll show you what I can do and the ability to risk my very existence it all grants me! Haaaaaaaa!" I do my best to block, dodge, and defend against everything Yappa Yappa throws at me. I only use my mana to keep my gear in perfect condition through the Repair spell. I use my Ki to increase my speed and the Sharingan to read Yappa Yappa's movements better before he can make them. I'm unable to do that for long so I take full advantage while I still can by provoking him into attacking me over and over at a rapid pace. All to make him waste time and effort. Our fight takes us around the crater the entire battle is being fought in. "Attack me, Swiftdrawer! Do it! This isn't fun! It's boring that you aren't fighting back! Let me feel negativity so I can relish it! I'll even let you land a critical hit on me that makes me feel the same pain I'm going to inflict on you once you start running out of strength again!" "No! I refuse! I won't do as you wish! I'm going to keep this up because I am no match for you. You have made that painfully obvious so many times by now! As a knight, I am honor bound to pull something like this! Knights are supposed to be experts at defending themselves and others! It's why we often wield shields and wear heavy armor!"
"If you won't attack me, then I'll make you attack me!" He opens a Barian portal with Twisted Land on the other side. He then raises his hands up to the portal and charges a massive energy blast: "There! Your precious Twisted Land will be destroyed if you don't attack me in time!" "Damn you!" I run towards him. He laughs: "That's more like it!" To his surprise, I leap to be in front of his massive energy blast: "You thought I was going to try to redirect your blast, right?! Not quite! Haaaaaaaaa! Go right ahead, fire away! Do it!" "Why you! You'll destroy yourself by staying there when I fire!" "That's right! So just finish me already! I dare you!" Yappa Yappa is torn on what to do next. He ends up canceling his energy blast before attacking me with his pitchfork. I simply block and dodge: "You tricked me! I'm now even more driven to destroy you! I'm going to have so much fun once you finally begin to suffer!" "I won't yield anytime soon! You'll have to try harder to make me experience pain!" "Damn you, Swiftdrawer! I'll make you regret more than just your words! I'll make you regret ever being born! Maybe if I use my full power in one attack, you'll finally have no choice but to attack me! Enjoy this new attack! Death Pitchfork!" "You get what you want now but that doesn't mean I'm going to let you hurt me! Continuous Great Infernal Tornado Slash: 48! Haaaaaaaa! I'm at my best in a one on one fight! And I'm not done! Feel the force of all my other special attacks sent out repeatedly at a rate of 15 times each!" My attacks briefly hold back Yappa Yappa's. I use the chance to get as far from his attack as possible. As a result, much of its force misses me but it still hits me enough to break all of my armor and tear what I'm wearing underneath it. I also get severely injured as a result.
Yappa Yappa is shocked: "No! You were hurt far more in that attack than I wanted! I wanted to slowly defeat you! Not this! Not this at all!" "You did it. You managed to nearly defeat me. That's not good enough for you, huh?" Roget and our other enemies start retreating out of nowhere. Yappa Yappa sees this and screams: "Roget! Where are all of you going?!" The man laughs: "Yappa Yappa. It's time to leave! Come with us! We don't have to fight anymore now that the fake number cards will be soon raining down on this entire world!" "No! I won't leave! My business with Swiftdrawer isn't done!" "Very well! Stay behind! Let Don Thousand remember you as a traitor! You will lose if you don't leave with us!" "Why you! All I've ever truly cared about is killing! Don Thousand gave me so many chances to kill! That's why I'm loyal to him! If he can't see that, then I will resolve to kill him myself just like I did with Pmurt Nedib!" Roget laughs as he vanishes through a portal: "You can't say that I didn't-" He is cut off as Yappa Yappa quickly charges an energy blast and fires it at him. Roget is pulled out of the portal and knocked all the way down to the ground. Without warning, the sadistic killer runs at him and begins stabbing him over and over with his pitchfork with a twisted and angry expression on his face. Roget screams as Yappa Yappa manically laughs and continues to hurt him. "I've had enough of you, Roget! I just want to put an end to you as quickly as possible! Hahahahaha! Yes! The agony! The screams! So beautiful! Music to my ears! Die! DIE!" To be continued..
