God I hate the fact that Fanfiction isn't keeping track of Traffic Graph, so I can't tell how good the story is doing. Anyways, here is the second chapter. These two first ones were originally one, but I decided to split them.

Riku opened his eyes, noticing he was in an alleyway. "Either I'm in Traverse Town or it worked." He said as he overlooked his surroundings. "Better take a closer look."

Using Flowmotion, he quickly ran up the wall and landed on top of the building, overlooking his surroundings. It looked like an ordinary city. Buildings as far as the eye could see, starry skies, the moon was shattered, what was probably a castle in the distance…

THE MOON WAS SHATTERED!?

Riku looked up, seeing a full moon. Or like, ¾ of a full moon, considering the rest was broken off, the bits still connected, probably due to its gravity.

"I do not want to meet whatever caused that. " He said, shivering.

He began checking his pockets, checking if he had everything with him. Obviously, his keyblade, Braveheart, was still with him, as well as the other items he obtained.

The group spared no expense in acquiring items for his journey, ranging from Potions to Megaelixirs. The group at Twilight Town did a few shifts at the Bistro and gave him some food as well.

Do not ask him where he is keeping everything without a backpack...

Also, Ansem and the rest of the group at the castle gave him a small amount of Munny. Well, small from their perspective. With the Munny he had, Riku was sure he could buy this entire block.

Something interesting he found out is that Munny is a universal currency, but not that every world uses it in that form. In case you're confused, don't worry, Riku was as well. If the world does not accept Munny, the currency will automatically change forms into the one that is accepted in that world.

And thankfully, those rules also apply to this realm as this world's currency is a bunch of cards called 'Lien'. "Well, at least I'm not going broke anytime soon. Seriously Ienzo, this is not 'ice-cream Munny'..."

He took out his Gummiphone and realizes he can't contact the others after a few minutes of trying. "Not like it matters since we expected this to happen." He stated, not all disturbed.

"I should probably start looking for some people. Maybe get some info on this world."

With that finished, he began jumping across rooftops.

The streets were full of citizens. All enjoying a night out on the town. Whether it be drinking with colleagues or enjoying a quiet walk with their loved ones. But many began to disperse as a group of men walked down the street. At the front of the pack was a tall and lanky man with slanted, dark-green eyes with eyeliner and bright, long, orange hair, with long bangs that covered his right eye. He walked in the front of the pack, adjusting his bowler hat when a gust of wind blew it slightly off center. He quickly fixed it with his black gloves and tugged at his gray scarf tied around his neck. The cigar in the orange haired man's mouth extinguished. He paused and quickly relit the cigar without touching it. He continued on his path and looked down the street he was walking and smirked when he saw a dust store still open, the sign above the store reading From Dust till Dawn .

The man entered the shop with his henchmen and walked up to the counter. He looked at the elderly shopkeeper before taking his cigar out of his mouth and began waving it around. Ashes dropped onto the counter, annoying the shopkeeper. "Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a Dust shop open this late?" He asked the shopkeeper.

One of his henchmen pulled out a gun and aimed it at the shopkeeper, sending the elderly man into a panic. He quickly raised his hands in surrender "Please! Just take my Lien and leave, Roman Torchwick!" He pleaded

The criminal named Roman shushed the man repeatedly. "Calm down. I don't want to hurt one of my fans." He told the shopkeeper before turning to his goons "Grab the Dust."

The Henchmen wandered around the shop, taking all the Dust they could find as the boss waited. One henchman walked towards a tube containing Dust, but paused when he noticed a small, kid-sized, red cloaked cloaked figure, reading the latest weapon's magazine.

He unsheathed his sword and pointed it towards the figure. "Alright, kid. Hands where I can see 'em." He ordered, but the figure did not react to his words.

"Hey! I said hands in the air! You got a death wish or something?!" He shouted at her. His frustration only grew when the figure didn't react again. He walked towards the figure and tapped it on the shoulder. The figure turned around and lowered their hood, allowing the henchman to see it was a young girl with black hair with red tips and silver eyes. But what caught the Henchman's attention were the headphones covering her ears. He motioned for her to take them off, which she did.

"Yes?" The girl asked, unsure of what the man wanted with her.

"I said, put your hands in the air now!" The man ordered her

"Are you... Robbing me?" The girl questioned.

"Yes!" The henchman cried out, exasperated.

"Oh."

Roman waited for his henchman to finish when, out of the corner of his eye, he saw one of them go flying past him. He looked towards his henchmen and motioned for them to handle whatever was causing the disturbance. A henchman walked to where the knocked out henchman used to be and aimed his gun at something. That something quickly kicked the man through the shop's window and followed him out onto the street. She pulled something out of her pocket and the item began to unfold, eventually forming into a giant mechanical scythe. She pulled a few tricks with it before slamming it into the road, causing it to crack. A silver rose emblem jangled on her belt illuminated by the moonlight. Her name was Ruby Rose.

Roman just stared at her before sighing. "Okay." He quietly muttered to himself, annoyed, before turning to the rest of his henchmen. "Get her."

The Henchmen began to run out of the store and charge the girl. Ruby quickly dodged the first hit and spun around with her scythe before kicking one of the henchmen back through the broken window. She knocked one enemy behind her. The last henchman quickly tried shooting the girl, but she disappeared in a burst of rose petals to dodge the bullets before speeding towards him and knocking him into the air. Ruby then used the scythe along with her momentum to swing her body around to the henchman before delivering a fierce kick that sent him flying towards the boss. She landed gracefully.

She heard a groan from behind her and turned to see the henchman she knocked behind her get back up and charge at her.

"You damn brat!" The henchman behind her shouted running up to her. She prepared to intercept his attack, but in the blink of an eye, the man's back was attacked by some kind of black fire, sending him to the floor and knocking him out. Ruby slowly looked up at a building, seeing a faint shadow standing on the edge, their arm outstretched.

The shadow landed on the ground next to the unconscious thug and that was when everyone got a good look at the newcomer.

It was a teenage boy with silver hair with bangs, pale skin, green eyes. He wore a black, hooded jacket that he kept unzipped, with short sleeves, gold buttons, and a checkered pattern at the hem. Underneath, he wore white shirt with a V-neck. He wears blue cropped trousers that are hemmed with the same checkered pattern as the jacket, black gloves on each hand, and black high-top boots. The girl judged that he was probably around her age.

Ruby stared at the weapon in his hand and it was an odd one (this was coming from the girl who had a scythe that could turn into a gun by the way), since it resembled a… key?

The blade is silver, with two parallel grooves running the length of the blade at the center; several circular intents are etched along each edge asymmetrically. The blade juts out and then cuts back in just before it connects to the guard, which is black and blocky. There was a chain near the base connecting to some sort of symbol.

"You were worth every penny. You truly were." Roman said to the unconscious henchman before looking back at Ruby and Riku. "Well, this is not how I expected this night to go…"

"And what were your plans tonight?" Riku asked Roman, trying to get more info. "Why did you attack this place?"

"Gee, why would I want to rob a Dust shop?" Roman asked sarcastically. "Maybe because I wanted Dust?"

"Dust?" Riku asked under his breath, with only Ruby hearing him.

"Well, Red, Silver, I think we can all say that it's been an eventful evening." The criminal said, taking out his cigar and throwing it to the ground before crushing it with his cane. Police sirens echoed in the distance, getting closer with every passing moment. "And as much as I'd love to stick around…" He lifted his cane and pointed it at the girl. The bottom flipped open, revealing a hollow inside, but the cane now had a telescopic sight. "I'm afraid this is where we part ways."

Ruby quickly aimed her scythe downwards, preparing to dodge the bullet, but she was caught off guard when Riku stepped in front of her, raising his blade to block the attack. Was it just her or did she see a barrier for a split second?

She looked away and saw the criminal climbing a ladder to the roof Riku was on before. She turned to the shopkeeper. "Do you mind if I go after him?" She asked and the shopkeeper gave her a nod, prompting her to chase after the runner.

Using her Semblance, she quickly got up to the roof in a burst of petals. She glanced briefly behind her to see the other boy and was surprised to see him literally walk up the wall.

"Did you just run up a building?" She asked. "Is your semblance sticking to things?"

"Semblance?" Riku asked, raising an eyebrow, before reminding that he needed to keep the World Order. "I mean, sure."

"Then what was-"

"Bad guy, 12 o'clock." He interrupted her as they both looked in front of them.

The orange haired criminal made his way to the roof and ran across it, but halted when he came to the edge of the roof. He turned around to try and find another way down, instead he saw the girl on the roof. "Persistent…"

A loud noise broke the silence permeating the air. A Bullhead rose behind the criminal. The boy and girl held their ground as the wind blew past them ferociously. A hatch opened on the side, allowing Roman to climb inside. He turned back towards the duo and smirked.

"End of the line kids!" He yelled before throwing a red crystal at the pair. It landed in front of Ruby and the criminal quickly raised his cane and fired at it. Riku quickly jumped in front of the girl and held his weapon in front of him to protect himself before the bullet hit the crystal, causing it to explode.

"Whoa-ho-ho!" He laughed with a wide smile on his face. But that joy quickly turned to confusion as he saw a purple glow on the roof. "Huh?"

A middle-aged woman with very light-blonde hair tied back in a bun stood in front of the two with a purple shield protecting them all, most likely coming from the riding crop she was holding out. As the ashes cleared from the explosion, the shield slowly faded away.

Ruby looked at the woman in awe while Riku looked at her for a brief moment before looking back at the ship. The woman pushed up her thin ovular glasses. Suddenly, purple streaks quickly flew at the Bullhead and slammed into it, causing the ship to rock side to side. It slowly began losing altitude, prompting the man in the ship to run to the front.

The Bullhead slowly regained altitude, but dark clouds appeared over the ship. With a wave of the woman's riding crop, jagged purple hail began to rain down on the ship, impaling the Bullhead's exterior.

A woman cloaked in shadows stood in the hatch. Her arms and chest began to light up in a brilliant orange before a fireball was launched at the blonde. Said woman quickly raised her riding crop, ready to deflect the attack, but was beaten to the punch. She felt something cold come from behind her and she saw a ball of ice go by her eye and collide with the fireball, turning it into mist. She turned around to see Riku holding his blade up.

Ruby, not wanting to miss out on helping out the blonde woman, raised her scythe before it shifted into a gun. She shot bullets at the Bullhead, but the mysterious woman blocked all her shots before creating glyphs under all three of them. The Blonde quickly waved her riding crop, causing Riku and Ruby to telekinetically get shoved away before she rolled out of the glyph before it exploded into flames.

The Bullhead began to fly away, but it turned out one of them wasn't finished. Riku ran up, muttering something before raising his blade out towards the Bullhead. The skies above roared before thunder rained onto the Bullhead. The engines roared loudly, turning on and off as the ship tried to not crash.

The woman seemed unfazed by the ship being turned into a lightning rod as she held her open hand out to Riku and an orange circle appeared under him, but he did not move a muscle, most likely trying to take down the Bullhead first. Ruby not wanting to risk him being turned into barbecue, she tackled him out of the way in a burst of petals just as the ground beneath him burst into bright orange flames. But in doing so, Riku lost focus, causing the thunder to stop, allowing the ship to quickly fly away before Riku could regain his bearings.

Seeing that they escaped, Ruby turned her head to see the woman looking at the boy with a curious, but untrustworthy gaze. "You're a Huntress!" she squealed, running to the woman and looking at her with stars in her eyes. "Can I have an autograph?!"

Riku began to back away, hoping to escape, but he suddenly found himself unable to move. He managed to glance at his body, noticing it was surrounded in a purple aura. He figured it was probably the blonde woman's magic, or what people called it, Semblance. "Any chance you can let me go for helping out?" He asked.

All get got as a response was a raised eyebrow. He sighed. "I thought so..."

Not one hour in this new place and he is already in trouble.

Sora must be rubbing off on him...

Well, Riku is about to have the interrogation of a lifetime.

I'm still deciding on who to ship Riku with. I narrowed it down to just Team RWBY. I could go for the nuclear option and have him date all of them because good lord does the boy need some love. But what do you think?
