we proceed to the common room the 5th year prefect said the password was " serpent's coil" he spoke it and the wall began to shift into a hissing snake that soon opened its large mouth revealing the common room they walked in and the prefect gave a speech " boys to the left 1st and 2cd years bottom level 3rd, 4th, and 5th 2cd level and 6th and 7th years get the last row same goes to girls but they go to the right no fighting in the hall but the common room is safe don't let the other houses think we're all divided " they all herd the last part " now go upstairs to bed" they all went to their common rooms the others boys started stashing stuff in their beds and in the floor while nobody was looking but they all collectively knew to Severus proceeded to go to bed
Severus woke up and the other boys were still asleep he checked the clock input to the wall it was a couple minutes into breakfast he got up and and brushed his teeth and then threw on his 2cd pair of robes and walked down to breakfast he saw lily and she waved he waved back and sat down next to Leviticus " so we're are you from " he said as Severus put some bread and eggs on his plate and grabbed some bacon " I'm from near Manchester up around spinners end street " Severus said Leviticus looked at him " near the lake and the local logging company " Severus looked at him with his mouth open " yes do you live around there" Leviticus nodded yes while taking the bite out of some sausage but before they could continue their conversation their head of house passed out schedules Severus got his and turned to Leviticus they compared what classes they have when a loud bell rang they got up and left Severus met up with lily and they had the same classes they walked to their first class
Severus and lily sat down together at defense against the dark arts their professor Markoes called roll " alright today we'll be going over the gnome or the Garden gnome now how many of you know any alternative names for the gnome" 4 hands went up Severus included the professor called on him " Gernumbli gardensi sir" the professor looked at him with approving eyes " correct mr snape 10 points to Slytherin" Severus looked at the rest of his notes " they are distinctive in their features they have Sharp biting teeth and brown skin they infect gardens" but Severus was too focused on lily's crimson red hair and glossy green eyes he thought that finally he had 2 friends and was at Hogwarts what could go wrong he was snapped out of it as they were dismissed from class and walked to charms the long winding stairway suddenly switched as soon as they got of it but then they heard some voices as a ghost walked into a wall they ignored it just wanting to get to class quickly
They walked into charms he sat by lily a few minutes later Leviticus walked in and sat by him they greeted each other and proceeded to focus on professor Flitwick " alright children today we will be preparing our wand work for the spell Wingardium Leviosa "
Severus was walking down Diagon alley with lily and her parents they walked into a old building that read " Ollivander's" they walked to the counter and waited a old man came out " ah new arrivals for Hogwarts well let's see you first boy " he grabbed a couple of boxes that looked like wands " alright let's see let's try this one yew with dragon heartsring core" he said while handing him a wand he moved up and down like a sword large sparks came flowing out setting the box on fire before water came frome wand extinguishing the fire " no no not at all " he said " try this one ebony with phoenix, feather core" he handed the wand carefully Severus repeated the motion he did before this time a light came from the wand it circled around him then disappeared " that's the one"
