"Oh darling this is going to look amazing on you. I still can't believe all the things we found at the sale at the mall." Fifi says as she and Alexis are walking down the sidewalk while carrying some bags.
"I know right. I am loving this top too." Alexis says as she gestures to a light purple top she has on with white accents on it.
"It does look rather adorable on you. I am sure Buster will love it." Fifi says as she smiles.
"Fifi." Alexis says annoyedly.
"What?" Fifi asks innocently.
"We agreed to just be friends Fifi. I told you that. We both thought it was best if we just stay friends. Do I still like him? Yes. Do I want to ruin our friendship? No." Alexis says.
"Doesn't mean you can't look good for him from time to time." Fifi says.
"You are impossible sometimes you know that?" Alexis says as she playfully rolls her eyes.
"What are best friends for?" Fifi asks as she chuckles.
"Very funny." Alexis says as she playfully smiles.
"Hey Alexis, Fifi." A voice says revealing to be Buster and Babs.
"Hey Buster, Babs. What's up?" Alexis asks as she smiles.
"We were on our way to meet the others at the Loo Bru. Wanna join us?" Babs asks.
"Sure." Alexis says kindly.
"Sorry I can't. I got to take my bags up to our room. Alexis would you like me to take your bag with me?" Fifi asks as she looks at Alexis.
"Oh um sure if you want to." Alexis says as she hands Fifi her bag.
"I insist. Anyway I'll see you after dear." Fifi says before she walks off.
"Well I'm gonna head on to the Loo Bru. You two coming?" Babs asks.
"Oh uh yeah. We'll be there in a little while Babs." Buster says as Alexis looks at him curiously.
"Oh okay. See you later then." Babs says before she walks off.
"What was that all about Buster?" Alexis asks curiously.
"Well it's because I been wanting to talk to you." Buster says as he rubs the back of his neck.
"I kind of figured that. You've been acting weird for the past few weeks. But is it not something you can say in front of the others?" Alexis asks confusedly.
"No it's not. It's kind of personally." Buster says nervously.
"Oh well okay then. What's on your mind?" Alexis asks curiously.
"Well it's about how we agreed to just be friends a couple weeks back." Buster says.
"Yeah. What about it?" Alexis asks curiously.
"I don't wanna be friends anymore." Buster says.
"What?" Alexis asks in surprise and sadness.
"I lied Alexis. I don't wanna just be your friend. I like you. I wanna be more than friends. I lied about how I felt because you seemed to want to just remain friends due to all the aggravation Plucky caused. I didn't wanna make you upset. So I lied and said I was fine with being friends when I'm not." Buster says as he blushes.
"So you don't wanna just be friends?" Alexis asks as Buster shakes his head.
"No. I want you to be my girlfriend. But I understand if you don't want that." Buster says as he looks down.
"Buster are you certain that's how you feel?" Alexis asks.
"Of course Alexis. I like you. A lot." Buster says as he smiles while blushing.
"Than I accept." Alexis says as she blushes.
"What?" Buster asks in surprise.
"I accept Buster. I'd love to be your girlfriend. I just didn't want to press the matter before because I didn't think you felt that way." Alexis says in surprise.
"No I do. So does that mean you're my girlfriend now?" Buster asks as he smiles.
"I guess it does." Alexis says as she chuckles.
"Awesome!" Buster shouts happily.
"So has this been why you've been acting so weird these past few weeks?" Alexis asks curiously.
"Yeah. Sorry." Buster says shyly.
"Don't be sorry. You have nothing to apologize for." Alexis says.
"Thanks Alexis." Buster says as he smiles.
"You're welcome. So um should we go meet the others?" Alexis asks as she smiles.
"Sure. But do you think we could go get some ice cream together first? Just the two of us before we go? I'm sure Babs won't miss me that much." Buster says happily.
"Sure Buster. I'd like that." Alexis says happily before walking off with Buster.
