We're back on chapter twelve.

Later that morning, Past Korra made her way back home, but she doesn't see any attacks or ambush. She was about to make her ultimate sacrifice if it's too late to close the portals. She flew to the southern spirit portal.
"No matter what, Vaatu. I won't let you destroy the world. Even if I have to trap you in me."
Meanwhile, the heroes and several United Military ships made their way to the Southern Water Tribe. At White Lotus compound in the South Pole. Past Oogi flies into view as Past Korra enters the compound on Past Naga. Inside the compound as Past Oogi lands and Korra's mother approaches.
Korra dismounts Past Naga. "Mom!"
Past Senna hugs her daughter. "I'm so happy you're here."
"Where's Dad?"
"Unalaq wiped out the entire southern resistance, but he was attacked by this thing, this Shadowbender. And captured him and your father." Past Senna said in sadness.
"He's somehow took over the tribe. He's growing too strong. The troops might not stand a chance against him. We have to make a plan." Jimmy said.
"Here's mine." Korra said.
Meanwhile, at Past Unalaq's compound, inside Past Unalaq's tent, where the Shadowbender, Beautiful Gorgeous and Raiko celebrated.
"The invasion was completely successful, and the Southern Water Tribe is under my control. The spirit portals are open." Shadowbender said.
"What plan have you hatched, great lord?" Raiko asked.
"Well, Maxie. Everything I achieved so far will pale in comparison with what I'm about to accomplish." the Shadowbender said.
"And what of the Avatar's past self." Raiko asked.
"I knew she would come alone, since she can't trust no one after her breakup with Mako. After today, when she fuses with Vaatu, there will be no more Water Tribe, no more nations of any kind. The world is about to be transformed into something evil, chaotic, and new. And I will lead this glorious era. Of the Empire of Shadow."
"What about Korra and Jimmy?" Gorgeous asked.
"Oh, come on, girl. They won't stand a chance."
Meanwhile, Past Oogi and the plane from Past Varrick's ship. Two Asamis and Jimmy's friends were piloting the plane. Past Asami gives the thumbs up to Tenzin.
Past Tenzin, who nods in return. The two groups splitting up. A scared Past Bolin hanging on tightly to the plane's wing.
"Are you ready?!" Asami asked.
"I'm an earthbender, strapped to the wing of a plane, hundreds of feet in the air, so, no?" Past Bolin said.
"I remember that." Bolin said.
"Don't worry, there's no way they'll be expecting this." Past Mako said.
"But if Shadowbender does, Goddard's the secret weapon." Mako said.
At the compound, spirits encircle the portal to the Spirit World from above. The robot soldiers ready to fight.
"I wasn't expecting robots!" Carl said.
The portal was surrounded by spirits. One of the bunkers as the robot soldiers stand ready. The compound as the plane flies into view.
On ground, the soldiers were watching. Inside a bunker as the soldiers begin their attack.
Outside of the bunker as the soldiers shoot icicles out toward the plane. At the compound as the plane manages to dodge the incoming projectiles.
"Asamis!" Bolin gets terrified.
"Get ready!" Past Asami said.
"Now!" Asami said. The plane was avoiding more projectiles.
The Makos begins to firebend at the compound below. Inside of the compound as the plane makes a pass. The plane was rising, avoiding more projectiles. Asami, her past self, Sheen, Carl, Libby and Cindy and a view from behind the plane. Back to the compound as the plane approaches again.
The Bolins, who begins earthbending. At the compound, as the plane makes another pass and the Bolins earthbends explosives onto the mecha tanks. The Bolins starts triggering the explosives, and there be the explosions.
At the compound, as the plane continues its attack. Past Oogi approaches the compound.
"There are spirits and robots everywhere. I don't see an opening." Korra said.
"Me neither." Jimmy said.
Past Oogi dives away from the spirit. Spirits now encircle Past Oogi. Some of the spirits have already managed to attach themselves to Past Oogi. As another spirit jumps on, but was quickly airbent away by Korra. Past Kya, who begins waterbending the spirits away. Past Oogi begins to groan.
"The spirits are weighting Oogi down! We're losing altitude!" Jimmy shouts.
Past Bumi begins kicking a spirit. "Get off of him, you sticky, nasty little blob of goo!" Past Bumi was tripped by the spirit, but he grabs hold of it before falling. "Woah! If I go, you're coming with me!"
As the shadow lets go of Past Oogi and both Past Bumi and the shadow begin to fall. Past Bumi and the shadow falling.
"Bumi!" Past Kya shouts.
Back at the compound as the plane continues its attack. Inside the compound of the soldiers sending another wave of projectiles. Then the plane as some of the icicles connect, damaging the plane. Mako and his past self responds with their firebending.
Back inside the compound as the Makos creates a wave of fire. The plane flies away and makes another run. A bunker as Bolin and his past self bends more explosives down and blows up the compound.
"I wish Varrick was filming this! We could call it 'Nuktuk: Sky Warrior'!" Past Bolin said.
"That's what I said before!" Bolin said.
"There's Beautiful Gorgeous and Raiko!" Mako said.
Gorgeous and Raiko appears in the compound with mecha suits, who begin their attack. The two villains were sliding on the snow. The evil duo managed to destroy the tail of the plane. Behind Beautiful and Raiko as they watch the plane begin to fall.
"Brace yourselves!" Past Asami shouts.
"Not again!" Asami shouts.
Jimmy's friends screamed in fear. The plane begins to fall and crash. The crash site, showing Bolin, Mako, Asami, their past selves, Cindy, Libby, Sheen, Carl, unconscious. Past Oogi and the others came.
From the ground as Past Oogi begins to fall and crash due to the spirits. Korra, Past Tenzin, and Kya were lying on the ground. Robots approaching from the compound. Korra passes out. But Jimmy and Goddard were the remaining ones.
"Goddard, Decimator!"
Goddard transforms into a gigantic robot. He takes down at least fifty robots who tried to attack him. He blasted twenty robots with lasers from his mouth and eyes.
"Go, Goddard! Go!" Jimmy cheered.
Then, Beautiful Gorgeous threw a disc on Goddard's chest, and it shut him down.
"Goddard!"
Ten robot soldier surrounded Jimmy, capturing them.
At the tent, Korra regains consciousness, showing Past Tonraq tied up.
"Dad..."
"Korra... I'm so sorry. I failed you." Past Tonraq apologizes.
"Don't give up. Harmonic Convergence isn't here yet. We still have a chance." Korra said.
Korra turns to Jimmy, Past Tenzin and Kya all tied up. Mako, Bolin, Asami, their past selves, and Jimmy's were thrown into the tent, also tied up.
"We tried." Mako said before Korra and Past Tonraq looks sad.
"Time traveling stinks." Sheen said.
"Time traveling?" Past Tonraq was confused.
"It's a long story." Jimmy said before he sees Past Unalaq and his children tied up.
"So, it explains a lot. You and the Avatar travelled through time, did you? Then it means I've already become a Dark Avatar in the future. But, that's not going to happen now, thanks to you, Neutron."
"That's him, right?" Cindy asked.
"Yeah, that's the guy." Jimmy, Sheen, Carl, and Team Avatar replied.
"That's the guy who fused with an ancient spirit of darkness, and tried to kill Korra? He really is messed up." Libby said.
"Your also knows who I am, too, huh? I can't say I seem impressed with your ways from your world, Neutron."
The Shadowbender, Beautiful Gorgeous, and Raiko entered the tent.
"Congratulations, everyone." he said. "You've all got front row seats for the beginning of a new world order for my Shadow Empire."
"How are you enslaving spirits to your will?" Jimmy asked.
"Direct memories and skills from UnaVaatu. That's what you made me to have." Shadowbender answered.
"Una-UnaVaatu?" Past Tonraq asked.
"Yeah, that's what Unalaq turned into when he fused with Vaatu." Korra said.
"What are you gonna do, Shadowbender? Use Korra as a weapon for your evil goals?" Asami demanded.
"A weapon? I don't need her as a tool. I need to take her powers." the Shadowbender said.
"Then why did you tell her to fuse with Vaatu?" Korra demanded.
"WHAT?! I was supposed to fuse with him and become a Dark Avatar!" Past Unalaq roared.
"True, when the last Harmonic Convergence happened 10,000 years ago, Wan fused with Raava to become the Avatar, and on the second one of your time, Unalaq fused with Vaatu, and they became the Dark Avatar. But this time is about to change, Korra. Once your past self merges with Vaatu as I planned, I will consume both her, Raava and Vaatu and become a new and very powerful Avatar. A Shadow Avatar. Soon, all peace and harmony will cease to exist. And I'm going to enslave humanity and spirits. First Republic City, then Retrovile, then the universe, then the multiverse, then who knows? Perhaps even time itself! Well, maybe that'll be enough. And guess what, no one can stop me."
"You won't get away with this!" Jimmy shouted.
"Yes, I will. I'll bet she's in the Spirit World right now. I'll just be on my way. Seeya in the new era, Jimbo."
The Shadowbender glided out from the tent to the spirit portal while laughing evilly. Gorgeous and Raiko were guarding the heroes to make sure they won't space.
A SHADOW AVATAR?! Will he succeed? Stay tuned.
