We're back on chapter fifteen. Sorry I took a little long. I've took a break yesterday. Here's the final battle.

Meanwhile, at the Republic City skyline, the sky illuminated by spirit lights. Police airships and United Forces battleships were deployed to protect the mainland.

Air Temple Island, on the balcony where Past Pema and her four younger children were standing. Past Jinora stayed with her family since being in the Fog of Lost Souls never happened thanks to Jimmy.

"Ooooh... Pretty." Past Ikki said.

In a police airship where Past President Moon, Varrick and Chief Lin Beifong were in.

"This is like Jimmy and Korra said." Past Zhu Li picks up an intercom. "General Iroh, are your ships in position?"

"Yes, Madame President. But I need to know what kind of enemy we're dealing with." Past Iroh said.

"The being called Shadowbender." Past Zhu Li said.

The sky lights up and the Shadow Avatar plunges into the sea. The wave he creates pushes back one of the battle ships.

"Heeeeere's Shadow!"

The Shadow Avatar begins to walk toward the mainland. In Iroh's battleship, where he watches him approach them.

"Fire!"

United Forces firebenders attacked the Shadow Avatar with large fire blasts, but the ooze titan continues walking, unharmed. He retaliates his waterbending to create a wall to stop the blasts, before sending the wave toward the battleships, scattering them. He subsequently glides up to Avatar Aang Memorial Island.

On Air Temple Island, Past Meelo was scared.

"Monster attack!" he said.

"That must be the Shadowbender, Korra from the future talked about." Past Pema said.

"Not Shadowbender, Shadow Avatar." Past Jinora said. "I have to go and stop this."

Past Jinora meditates to do something to help stop him.

The Shadow Avatar wraps his tendrils around the statue of Aang, before bringing it to the sea.

"I'm ruler of all, baby!"

Multiple planes fly by Shadow Avatar before he catches a plane with his ooze tendrils. The pilot manages to eject before the plane was pulled down and slammed onto the water surface where was explodes.

"Godzilla can kiss my ooze." Shadow Avatar said.

On the airship where Past Zhu Li, Varrick and Lin watch the damage done.

"He's going to destroy the entire city." Varrick said worriedly.

"There's no way we can stop him now." Past Lin said.

"Jimmy and Korra won't give up." Past Zhu Li said.

The Shadow Avatar shoots out an energy beam at the airship, destroying the tail propellers. The airship begins spinning and hurtling toward nearby buildings. He shoots out vines which engulf the harbour and many Republic City landmarks.

He stands in the bay, her arms stretched toward the water as she controls the vines that were overtaking the city.

"Like UnaVaatu did in the original timeline." Shadow Avatar said. "See what I did there?"

Jimmy and Goddard were flying above, watching the Shadow Avatar fighting back. He was about to use his brain to think.

"Come on. Think. Think."

Inside his mind, all he remembered about Raava and Vaatu. The two of them are practically two halves of the same coin. One and the same. Both possess the same powers and abilities. Despite being opposites, why not join forces each other, by fusing?

"Brain Blast! We gotta get in the Shadow Avatar, Goddard!"

Jimmy and Goddard flew at super speed and went inside the Shadow Avatar.

Inside the ooze villain, Jimmy start searching for Korra's past self.

"Korra! Korra! Where are you?"

He finally sees Past Korra, trapped in the black ooze.

"Jimmy? Is that you?" Past Korra asked.

"Korra, you have to meditate to her inner spirit." Jimmy said. "It's the only way to Raava and Vaatu into one spirit."

"How?" Past Korra asked. "This thing's too strong!"

"Not for you. Let go of your attachment to who you think you are, and connect with them, and your inner spirit. Time, and your friends are counting on you. If you don't, time will not be the same as long as the Shadow Avatar wins."

"I don't even know you." Past Korra said.

"You didn't yet, but your future self did. Do as the ancients once did. Connect to the cosmic energy of the universe. Don't bend the elements, but the energy within yourself."

Past Korra felt brave. "I'll try."

Then an ooze tendril grabbed Jimmy and Goddard, and pulled out. Korra closed her eyes and meditated.

"Light in the dark. Dark in the light."

Outside, Jimmy and Goddard were pulled out and landed on the Shadow Avatar's hand.

"Trying to get Korra outta me? Really, Jimmy? And here I thought we were family. We would have made some creator-creation bonding, but you really ticked me off. Once you're outta the way. I'm gonna be first in line in front of other baddies. The Wicked Witch of the West, Voldemort, Maleficent, Freddie Kreuger, and Darth Sidious. Not to mention the multiverse's Dark Avatar, KorRaavu! They can both wait in line! And I am going to be the all-powerful being IN THE EXSISTENCE OF ALL! AT LAST… THE POWER IS MINE!"

He laughed evil as he was about to crush Jimmy and Goddard to kill them. But, a ball of light descends from the sky.

Past Ikki looked through a telescope, and she notices Past Jinora in the light.

"Mommy, it's Jinora. She's... beautiful." Past Ikki said.

"What? Let me see." Past Pema takes the telescope, gasps in surprise. "Be careful, sweetie!"

"What the hell is this, a fairy party?" Shadow Avatar asked sarcastically.

Past Jinora descends toward Jimmy, holding with her a small ball of light. She opens her palms, releasing the light, which illuminates Republic City. The Shadow Avatar, who was shielding his eyes from the glare of the light, releasing Jimmy and Goddard who fly. As he recovered from the glare, a ball of light emerges from his chest.

"What?"

It started to grow around his body, as Past Korra was connected to the universe.

Jimmy was surprised in amazement. "Korra's merging Raava and Vaatu and connecting her inner spirit to the cosmic energy of the universe."

The Shadow Avatar was struggling and groaning as the light was growing in him.

"How can this be?! This isn't fair! No… NOOOOOOOOOO!"

The bright light dissolved the Shadow Avatar's entire ooze body, exploding him into the sky in a golden light. It was the end of the Shadowbender, once known as the Shadow Avatar. However, Past Korra was free. Jimmy grabbed Past Korra.

"Harmonic Convergence is nearly over. We must return to the Spirit World." Jimmy said before Past Korra nodded.

Jimmy pressed a button and teleported away back to the South Pole.

Meanwhile, the Tree of Time, where everyone was forced to retreat into the hollow. The spirits soon swarm the hollow, darkening the interior. But, the spirit portals, where a beam of light descends from the center, illuminating the Tree of Time and dissipating the dark spirits. Jimmy, Goddard, Past Korra and Jinora returned to the Spirit World.

Past Jinora glides to her father. "I'll see you soon, Dad."

Past Tenzin reaches out for Past Jinora, but she disappears before he could do so.

At Air Temple Island, Past Jinora woke up before her family hugged her.

"Korra did it. She killed the monster." Past Jinora said proudly.

Back at the Spirit World, Pat Korra hopped on Goddard, and subsequently soars to the overlapping portals. Past Korra reaches out for the portal, which releases yellow bolts of energies from the overlapping portals.

As Harmonic Convergence passes, the portals separate again. The spirit lights retreat. The portals now stranded upright, and Past Korra, who glows violet with a pinkish purple combined imprint of Raava and Vaatu on her chest, before descending.

She descends back to the ground, using an air spout to slow her fall. She opens her eyes, which glow momentarily before fading. Within a minute, Korra re-appeared as her time was saved.

"It's over."

Asami ran to her girlfriend and kisses her. "Jimmy did it!"

Mako, Bolin, Sheen, Carl, Libby ran to her and make a group hugged. All the future and past selves of each other hugged and celebrated, except Past Unalaq, who know realized that his timeline as the Dark Avatar was erased.

Cindy hugged Jimmy. "Jimmy you did it! You destroyed the Shadowbender."

"Not me. It was the Avatar of the past." Jimmy said.

"I love this world." Libby said. "And I'm loving Raava and Vaatu.

"Raavaatu." Raava and Vaatu said in Korra's body with purple eyes. "We are one now. Great Spirit of Light and Darkness."

Korra felt a shiver for a minute. "Wait, then that means…" Korra sees an image of Aang appeared.

"Hello, Korra." Aang said.

"Aang." she said happily.

"You are finally reconnected with us. The connection, and the old Avatar Cycle has been restored." Avatar Aang said.

Behind Aang. Kyoshi and Roku materialise behind him, followed by Kuruk, Yangchen, Szeto, and many others, including Wan, stretching far into the distance and all looking at Korra. The eyes and, in the case of the Air Nomads, tattoos of the other Avatars glow as well before they all fade away.

Korra looked at Jimmy. "What about the space time continuum?"

"Well, I figured, what the hell."

Korra hugged Jimmy while shedding tears of happiness. "Thank you, Jimmy. Thank you so much."

So, Jimmy's changed the timeline. Korra is reconnected to her past lives.
