That night, Enid had snuck out of the house while avoiding wolfing out.
"There you are," said Enid while standing in the woods looking over at Carla who was standing next to her car.
"Of course I'll be there," said Carla while on her phone.
"Have I ever missed a party before?" she asked while walking up to her car at the same time she fished around in her purse for her keys. Suddenly, something landed on the hood of the car, causing the girl to fall back and scream.
"Wh… what are you?!" asked Carla while looking at Enid's werewolf form.
"Carla… Carla, what's going on?!" asked Melanie who had been on the phone. Enid then ran away at the sound of people approaching, leaving the terrified girl laying there on the ground.
"Lets see you pick on someone after this," thought Enid while rushing back to the house.
"Where have you been?" asked Wednesday who had been waiting outside the house in the backyard when Enid got back.
"Um, I…," said Enid while turning back to human and putting her clothes on. She had taken them off before transforming into her wolf form and then managed to grab them before leaving the area.
"The people around here have no clue about us, Enid," said Wednesday.
"And how could you go out to scare someone without me?" she asked.
"Are you mad I went out, or that I scared someone without you?" asked Enid while looking at the goth with a stunned expression.
"Both," said Wednesday.
"If you had gone with Creepie and I earlier then you would have been part of this, but you're the one who decided to stay behind," said Enid before brushing past the raven and into the house.
"Just what happened to that ball of color?" thought Wednesday as she watched the door close behind Enid.
