In the offices of the Daily Bugle; WHIH News was playing on a monitor with Will Adams and Christine Everhart co-hosting a segment talking about the events of the prison riot. "While a good chunk of Ryker's inmates escaped; New York's super powered vigilante superhero Spider-Man and cat burglar the Black Cat helped to restore order as well as prevent the entirety of the prison's inmates to escape. Also credited with the capture of career criminal Mac Gargan who had been using the identity of the super powered monster Venom. Many of Ryker's staff credit the two for saving their lives." Christine said.

"A tip from Spider-Man led the authorities to Gargan's hideout in Joe's Pizza leading to many arrests. Including former salvage worker Phineas Mason & Stark Industries scientist William Ginter Riva. Mr Mason admitted to having worked with missing supervillain Adrian Toomes the Vulture and Mr Riva admitted to his part in working with Mysterio and setting up Spider-Man to be framed for the terrorist actions that they took part in. Even providing evidence including this video message right before the man known as Mysterio; Quentin Beck's death..."

"Riva; if this goes south; send this message to the Daily Bugle... Spider-Man will take the fall and Mysterio will go down as a hero! Trust me; the Bugle is run by a loudmouth sensationalist conspiracy theorist who doesn't bother checking his sources closely if at all! He will do anything to get a story to make himself and his stupid site big!"

"Also on the servers were further evidence though mysteriously it seemed that despite the evidence; they took the time to clear the search history..." said Christine's voice as Jameson slammed his office door open to face his employees.

"I get lambasted while thanks to Spider-Man teaming up with a criminal; there was a riot and many prisoners loose in our city forming gangs... Where is the justice; get that crap off the screens! Brushing my teeth for an hour to get the web taste out of my mouth!" Jameson snapped out loud causing his workers to scramble.

Peter was at the cemetery looking at the newly replaced gravestones of his aunt and uncle; He glanced at the direction of the road when he heard the sounds of an expensive car coming up. Out came Felicia in a coat and she was followed by her mother Anastasia who embraced her daughter.

Felicia then went into the cemetery and ended up walking to Peter's side; "So is your mother proud of you?" Peter asked with a smile and she returned it.

"Yeah... Told me that after I got home and she scolded me for worrying her and making sure that I was safe... Then when the news hit of the treasures that the Black Cat stole returned to their owners; she wanted to talk to me about that and I explained about how I wanted to be a new Black Cat and not the one that Papa wanted to mould me into. I still got the skills he taught me and a part of me will still remember the good times but... I wnat to start doing it for the right reasons now that I have a good influence." Felicia replied and Peter smiled.

"I don't suppose you have anythign to do with the paid for deliveries of furnitre I got in my apartment?" Peter asked as Felicia smirked.

"I could help you find a full job for your bills." Felicia said as Peter smiled.

"Well for me... Checked MJ and Ned's posts to make sure that they are doing good but... Gargan was right about one thing; even if they do believe me when I tell them; there is no way to restore what we had before. Just have to move on and rebuild my life as Peter Parker; not be just Spider-Man!" Peter said as Felicia looked closer towards the graves.

"They would be proud of you..." Felicia said as Peter looked at him gratefully. "What's next for you rebuilding your life?" Felicia then asked as Peter faced her.

"Maybe asking a beautiful girl if she wants to take a chance at a science geek who likes movies out on a date?" Peter replied and Felicia took him closer.

"Idolised the Spider but never thought the man behind the mask would become so appealing and besides... I used to wonder if dating a geek would be like; flustering them with my charms!" Felicia smirked as they pulled in for a kiss.

All the way in California; at the Department of Damage Control Supermax; Gargan was crying about his lost armor as he was being taken to a special cell; one of the Damage Control agents accompanying him as he was being given to the guards went up to his ear. "Mr Fisk contacted me and told me about how you wanted the VIP treatment and how about being sent to the Supermax because only exclusive inmates gets sent here..." whispered the agent and then faced a grey haired man in a suit surrounded by guards. "He is all your's Warden Marsh!" said the agent to the Warden Truman Marsh.

"We will be ready if you have any of that alien goo left in you Gargan!" Marsh told Gargan was he was thrown into his cell.

At night on top of a building perched Peter was on his wall looking at social media:

Did you see the footage of Gargan crying when Damage Control took him in? I thought Venom was supposed to be cool...

Peter heard a figure fly down behind him and he got up to see Sam Wilson there in his Captain America uniform. "Cap!" Peter said with a salute as Sam looked at him.

"Spider-Man; heard about how everything went to hell in New York with all the prisoners escaped and formed gangs in your city but it seems that you got the alien monster covered." Sam told Peter and he nodded. "Listen; I was sent here to help put things under control again with all the criminals... Been giving in calls for help; you want to do this side by side?" Sam asked as Peter shook his head.

"Thanks for the offer Cap but I got my partner to help; will call if we really need you..." Peter said as he jumped down to start web slinging and was joined by Felicia in her black Cat suit using her whip to swing around. "Hope it's alright that my partner is a former cat burglar?" Peter asked as Sam got his wings extended to start flying.

"Why would that bother me? My old partner worked with a former assassin and I was partnered with another former one... See you both later..." Sam said as he flew off.

"You know I heard that you stole the first Cap's shield when you first met..." Felicia told Peter and he laughed as they went forward.

"Maybe we should see if we can find Daredevil; I found him the other day and he said that some unlucky guys thought they could raid his friend Luke's club..." Peter then suggested as Felicia smirked.

"Should see about coming there for dinner; last one to the nearest gang has to pay..." Felicia challenged as they found police cars speeding on with sirens.
