Ben was bloody after the stones and mountain exploded. His clothes were also tattered due to the stone bullets. But he was grinning with excitement because it's been a long time since he was injured like this.

"As B-Class creatures, your magic isn't so bad. It seems fighting you with magic weapons will make this less interesting." Ben said.

"Humph, so humans like to boast when they lose." Grossalia said.

"Boasting or not, you can see it later. Heat Body: Scorching Body!" Ben shouted while forming his magic.

A red magic circle appeared above his head. It went down and passed through Ben's body until it reached his feet. When the magic circle reached his feet, Ben's body started to glow red.

PSHH*

Steam came out of Ben's body, showing that his body temperature was rising. His body temperature kept rising until the ground he was standing on turned red. The blood on his skin dried up and his wounds were closed by the heat.

This is Ben's Heat Mode: Scorching Body, it allows his body temperature to rise to 3000 degrees Celsius. It's one of his basic transformation modes that utilize one of his basic elements, heat.

Ben spread his legs and hands, then gathered more magic power in his body. "First, I'll fry the small fries. Energy Release: Heat Wave!"

As he said that, Ben released a wave of heat from his body. The wave that he released had a bright red color. Ben released a heat wave with a 3000 degree Celsius temperature and spread it out to envelop the underground room.

The heat wave spread and hit the remaining creatures. Ben killed 56 of the E-Class Metepedes, but there are still 132 of them. This attack will hit every one of them, including the higher ranked ones.

SWISH*

Ben's heat wave reached the creatures and hit them.

The higher-ranked creatures covered their body in magic power. The E-Class ones try to do the same, but their magic power was too low to protect their body from the heat wave.

Ben's heat wave raised the temperature in the underground room a lot. It dried up the wet ground and caused the room to be enveloped in mist. Now, even the Metepedes who were used to darkness can't see anything.

The heat wave lasted for a half a minute, but it was enough to cook the E-Class Metepedes to death. The B-Class Metepedes survived, but they had been burned. Only the low S-Class Metepedes and Queen Grossalia were unscathed.

"MY CHILDREN! DAMN YOU, HUMAN! HOW DARE YOU KILL MY CHILDREN?! I WON'T FORGIVE YOU!" Grossalia angrily shouted.

"Shouting at me won't change anything. If you want to kill me, then just do it! Plasma Mode: Radioactive Body!" Ben shouted while deactivating his Heat Mode.

A bright orange magic circle appeared above Ben like before. Then it passed through his body and went to his feet again. Ben's body then started to glow bright orange and bright orange flames also came out of his body.

Plasma Mode is the combination of Heat, Fire and Light elements. It used more magic power than the basic element mode. But it also has more power, so if Ben used it, that means he was serious about winning.

This mode has a high temperature like heat mode at 3000 degrees Celsius. It has a lot of firepower like Fire Mode and did more damage. It made him faster like Light Mode, although it wasn't as fast as Light Mode's max speed.

But the unique feature of Plasma Mode was it's radiation. This mode creates radiation that can damage living beings if they got too close to Ben. Of course it was a magical effect, not physical, so it can be blocked with stronger magic.

The underground room was filled with mist, but Ben's location can be clearly seen as he was glowing bright orange. Grossalia commanded her remaining children, which were 17 B-Class and 2 S-Class to attack Ben.

They do as she commanded and rush Ben. The B-Class Metepedes move while firing stone bullets from their front legs. As for the S-Class Metepedes, they fire dark element bullets.

Ben couldn't see the incoming bullets thanks to the mist, but he can sense their magic power. He ran to the right at high speed and dodged the bullets.

Ben sensed a B-Class Metepede ahead of him, so he ran toward it. The Metepedes kept firing their bullets at Ben who was easily seen in the mist. But Ben was moving too fast for them to aim properly.

In a short amount of time, Ben reached the B-Class Metepede who was now his target. He leaped to it's head from below and turned his fingers into claws. Ben then swiped his claws up toward the Metepede's lower head.

"Sun Dragon Plasma Claw!"

Ben's spell created 5 sharp, red flying blades. It hit the B-Class Metepede and moved towards it's head. The red blades are very sharp and hot to the point they cut and burn the 1st Metepede into 6 pieces, killing it.

After Ben cut the 1st Metepede, the ground he was standing on shot up. He was pushed up by a stone pillar towards another B-Class Metepede who had been waiting for him. The 2nd Metepede jumped down from the ceiling towards Ben who moved up.

Ben took a stance and lowered his body. He cocked his right hand back and formed a claw again. The 2nd Metepede also prepared it's attack. It covered it's head in a thick layer of stone that looked like a mask to hit Ben.

"You want to turn me into mince meat? How about you become it yourself? Sun Dragon Plasma Fist!" Ben turned his claws into a fist and put more magic power into it. When the 2nd Metepede reached him, Ben punched it really hard. He hit the thick, stone mask with his glowing hot fist.

BAM*

The clash created a loud impact and a small shock wave. Ben's punch hit the thick, stone mask and it started to crack. Then he sent the energy from his punch outward to destroy the stone mask and the 2nd Metepede completely.

Ben looked down and saw the other Metepedes crawling up to him through the pillar. He grinned and opened both of his hands to form claws again. Then he jumped down to meet the closest B-Class Metepede.

The 3rd Metepede created a big stone bullet in it's mouth and fired it at Ben. He just used his right claw to swipe the stone to the side. The 3rd Metepede created another big stone bullet, but Ben reached it before it was finished.

Ben grabs the already formed stone bullet from above and slammed it into the 3rd Metepede's mouth. The stone bullet is magical, so it didn't really get into it's mouth, but it disappeared because the spell was canceled out.

However, the sudden cancellation of the spell created a backlash. The 3rd Metepede received the backlash, which caused it's magic power to become unstable for a moment. Ben took advantage of it to attack the 3rd Metepede.

Ben stood on it's head, then went to the segment between the head and body. He slipped his hands into it and grabbed both sides of the carapaces. Then Ben used his strength to open it up and sever the 3rd Metepede's head.

The dead Metepede fell to the ground with Ben standing on it's body. He looked around at the other Metepedes who were a little wary of him now. Their late reaction made Ben grin and he held his hand up to taunt them.

"What's wrong with you? Aren't you going to attack me?" Ben mockingly asked.

"SCREECH!" The Metepedes scream as they rush at Ben.

The Metepedes fell for the taunt and they attack again. Ben grinned because this battle had become a lot more exciting.
