Background:
Charlotte is the daughter of Charlie Morningstar, founder of the Happy Hotel. Charlie has always dreamed of giving the Happy Hotel to Charlotte and her brother, Samuel. However, Charlotte secretly didn't like the hotel and thought it was creepy. Charlotte meets and befriends V, a young hellhound who has grown tired of the regular stereotypes about hellhounds. Inspired by this, Charlotte convinces V to start up their own rescue facility for hellhounds and demons alike.
