A good-natured and charming young man, Kell is far from demonic and is implied his mother is an angel. He is very smart and well-mannered, especially around higher authority. He is also a sharp dresser.

Background:
Kell was born to Alastor alongside his twin sister, Aethea. Kell was spoiled by his father and was taught to always hold a smile on his face. Hearing how Charlotte was working on an idea on building a hotel/rescue facility, Kell wants to help and convinces his father to be their business partner. He later becomes a scout and the head of the rescue team at the hotel.
