Angela was born out to Angel Dust and Cherri Bomb, due to a one night stand. The two planned to put the kid up for adoption but the two were enamored with their baby girl and kept her. Angela became close friends with Charlotte and was hired onto the Hellhound Hotel staff as a cook.
