"Come on, Mac! You got this!" Sora cheered.
"Let 'er have it, Mac!" Doc Louis cheered him on as well.
Little Mac smirked, completely squared up in the boxing ring as Twilight Chiaki stood before him. "I'm not giving up so easily."
Twilight Chiaki swiftly dragged her sword across the canvas as she ran to him, quickly slashing him but he weaved to the left to avoid it, then he counter punched, swiftly decking her in the face to send her careening into the ropes as he rushed forward and went for a haymaker, then slugged her repeatedly.
With a growl, Twilight Chiaki used Farore's Wind to teleport away. Little Mac shifted his eyes, then looked at the ropes, getting an idea as he charged straight for her. The simulation quickly used Din's Fire, but he ducked underneath her as her eyes widened, quickly getting out of the way from a Jolt Haymaker as he went right for the ropes.
However, this is what he planned for as he grabbed a hold of the top of the ropes and flipped himself around, pulling the ropes back and hopping over. He then charged up a Straight Lunge right as Twilight Chiaki charged up Din's Fire. Once the Straight Lunge was fully charged, he let go of the rope, launching straight for her.
She quickly blocked with her shield… however, thanks to the rocket styled Straight Lunge, the Hylian Shield was shoved into her chest, dislocating her entire shoulder as she writhed in agony as she tried to swing her sword, but clumsily swung it where Little Mac was able to easily dodge it.
Twilight Chiaki remembered her Triforce as she tried to raise it up to try to patch herself up… only for some leather to kiss her chin as he unleashed a KO Uppercut to knock Twilight Chiaki up in the air, dropping her gear as she fell out of the ring, disappearing immediately.

"Ha ha! Should've done that the first time!" Little Mac said, raising his fist up high.
Sora grinned. "Nice one!"
Little Mac turned to him. "Hey, you brought some hope back into us after that fight." He said, fist bumping Sora.
"Well, had to do something to make the fight look doable." He chuckled.
"That's my boy!" Doc raised Mac up on his shoulder.
Nyx smiled. "I think we're cracking the case here."
"The question is… are we ready for the real deal?" Xena wondered.
Nyx frowned. "Yeah… that might be another issue…"
Back with the others…
BGM: Prospect Hill: Alacala Highlands - Day (Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin)
"I think I'll call you… Duke." Kora said as they walked back to the village.
"How about… Bobo?" Yang asked as her Arzuros nodded. "Nice!"
Weiss rubbed her chin in thought. "Kiran?" Her Quropeco sang in approval. "That works."
"Uuuuh… mmmm… Puffy." Gloria said. Her Paolumu nuzzled against her. "Wow, really? That was the best one I had."
"Ya know, I never thought of asking this… but why didn't you nickname your team anyway?" Ruby asked.
Gloria rubbed her chin. "I'll be honest. I dunnae…"
"Really? Huh, guess it never crossed your mind."
"Mmm… you know, I'm curious." Navirou said. "What did you two turn into? Like, we've never seen anything like it!"
"Oh, our forms? My boyfriend who lives in Sky- er, Astera, found this book and gave it to me as a gift. This book was actually a magical book that had a lot of magical spells. One such spell basically unlocked a new form for me, the Zinogre form." Ruby explained. "However, it came with a side effect that I now have the Zinogre's sense of smell and hearing. Heck, I even got instincts too! Not to mention I have really good eyesight now."
"I see. I haven't heard of such a thing, but having some side effects of turning into a Zinogre would be-... wait, is this for when you're back in your human form too?" Alwin asked.
"Yeah!" Ruby nodded.
"Fascinating… that would make sense if it carries over."
"Boy, am I glad you're with us!" Kora grinned. "Do you have electrical powers in your human form too?"
"Sorry, only in Zinogre form. I suppose it balances me out." Ruby shrugged.
"Also a good idea. Wouldn't want a super human to stand out…" Alwin mused. "Now, Gloria, I must ask you the same question."
"Oh, found these curious looking items that said "Eat me". Long story short, I got what my best lass had gotten!"
"Items that said "eat me"?" Navirou wondered. "Some of that could be poisonous!"
Gloria hid a grimace, recalling how Dark Samus force fed her a Poison Mushroom. "I guess I just got lucky."
"Wow! Wish I was that lucky…"
Kora smiled. "That's great to hear! Wish I could find a spell book or some items." She walked off. "Imagine me having an Anjanath form… or even an Arzuros!"
"I wouldn't mind having a Legiana form…" Alwin said.
"Me? I'd have… uh… I dunno what I'd want. A Tigrex, perhaps?" Navirou shrugged.
"Sooooo, how are we gonna explain the other forms?" Yang whispered. "I got really pissed off and Aqua just… embraced her inner darkness? Not to mention Weiss is pretty much a Ninja God… then there's Meryl with her Phoenix form."
"Look, I don't like lying as much as anyone, but I don't know what else to say!" Ruby whispered back.
Gloria let out a groan. "I hate sayin' Pocket Monster… it feels so wrong…" She mumbled.
"It doesn't sound that bad." Aqua said. "Pocket Mons… ter… no, you're right, it does sound wrong."
"Thank ye!" Gloria shook her head.
Pause BGM
BGM: At One With Nature - Rutoh Village (Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin)
"We're back!" Kora waved. "And we have more Monsties with us too!"
"Wait, Gloria? I never pictured you with a monster like that one." Blake said.
"Did you picture me with Golbat too?" Gloria asked, calling him out.
Blake whistled. "How are you… holding up?"
"A bit… better. Still a bit nervous, though…"
Blake smiled. "That's understandable, but I've a feeling you and this Golbat will make a great pair."
"An Arzuros?" Cardin looked at Yang. "I'll be honest, that's not the one I pictured you'd go with."
"...Dammit, I owe Coco twenty Lien now." Russel groaned.
Flashback!
"It's weird that Yang doesn't have a monster of her own." Coco said.
"Yeah…"
"Twenty Lien that she does get one, but it's not a Brachydios."
"You're on!"
End flashback
"I wouldn't give up just yet." Dove said, patting him on the back.
"Hmm… so you've defeated a Paolumu." Maolo mused. "Not to mention gained one for your own. Well done.. However, you are still inexperienced in order to form the Rite of Channeling in order to protect this egg."
"I was afraid of that…" Kora sighed.
"Dude. Really?" Ruby looked a bit annoyed.
"I would also say the same for Ms. Weiss, considering she is inexperienced as a Rathalos rider."
"Again?" Weiss sulked.
"Hey. I've seen Weiss raise that Azure Rathalos when he was just a baby and believe me, she's worked hard." Blake defended. "Those two have a unique bond and I'm proud to say that that she's highly qualified to be a Rathalos rider."
"Blake…"
"Yeah, we've all seen it!" Yang said.
Even I've seen her ride that Rathalos with pride. Zinnia thought.
"Hmph! You say that, yet you don't have a Rathalos with you now. You don't look like you can tame a Rathian either."
"That's enough!" Meryl got in front of Weiss, glaring at him.
"Let's simmer down now." Zellard said, getting between the two.
"Well, you got any other problems we can deal with? We can take 'em all on!" Navirou said.
"Well, some of our villagers have been reporting an increase in monster attacks on the Harzgai Rocky Hill. We suspect it to be the work of a monster camouflaging itself among the rocks and boulders."
"A monster that looks like a rock?! Ah… what was the name of it again…? It's on the tip of my tongue…"
"Basarios." Cardin said.
"Ah, that's it!" Navirou grinned.
"Hmm… we got some supplies… I wonder…" Kora wandered off to a blacksmith, where she was able to get two Lumu Horns and some Lumu Armor for herself. "Um… anyone need an extra Lumu Horn? I accidentally got two…"
"I'll take it!" Annette said, grabbing a hold of it with a grin.
"I'll come along as well. I feel like you'll need it." Alwin said.
"Okay!"
A minute later…
"We got a party. Let's move out!" Kora said, joined by Rosalina, Mahiru, Annette, Wendy, Terra, Luminary, Filo, Blake and Sienna.

Resume Prospect Hill: Alacala Highlands - Day BGM
"Harzgai is this way." Alwin said as he guided them through the highlands.
"Mmm… I dunno why, but I feel like my whiskers are tingling…" Navirou grimaced. "Seriously, I feel like something's out to get us!"
"I feel you. Sienna and I feel like someone's stalking us." Blake said.
"Indeed… although…" Her ears twitched. "I can't help but feel as if something bigger's approaching us."
"Mmm… you too?" Blake nodded as they walked through, where a few Ludroths and a Royal Ludroth swam in the waters… but nearby, a Tigrex had just woken up from a nap and spotted the heroes.

It let out a snarl, drool escaped its lips as it slowly stalked them. Food.
A Ludroth swam in the water and noticed the Tigrex. It let out a growl before disappearing into the water as several Jaggi avoided the predatory monster. It wasn't focused on them… it was more focused on these delicious looking humans.
Once it got close, it arched its back while hiding in some tall grass. It let out a soft growl… waiting to pounce.
Kora noticed her Great Jaggi letting out a few whimpers, as if it was sensing danger. "You okay?" She asked.
Shaulk also let out a few growls.
"Shaulk? You usually don't get agitated… unless…" Alwin's eyes widened, turning around. "Behind us!"
They turned around as the Tigrex launched out, ready to pounce with a fierce roar… only for Terra to swoop in and blocked the fierce beast's attack with his Keyblade. "You guys get going! I'll deal with this guy."
"You sure? Tigrex's are pretty fast!" Navirou warned.
Terra smirked. "Speed doesn't always mean a victory…" He said.
"We'll let him handle it. Let's go!" Annette said as they took off running.
The Tigrex snarled, circling around Terra as he did the same. "You're quite the predator, I'll give you that." He said as he smirked. "But let's see what you're truly made of."
He immediately tapped his shoulder pad, transforming into his armor as the Tigrex roared.
BGM: Rage Awakened (Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMix)
King of the Alcala Highlands - Royal Tigrex
Terra and the Tigrex lunged, both of them swiping as they clashed, then Terra quickly parried him away as he summoned some Bits, where they surrounded the Tigrex and shot at it with light lasers, but the Tigrex pounced and swiped at Terra, but he rolled out of the way and countered.
Terra's Keyblade formed into a whip as he proceeded to flick his hand and whipped the Tigrex around, but then the Tigrex bit down on the whip and yanked Terra forward. Terra quickly dug into the ground with his heels and let go of his Keyblade, quickly punching the ground as pillars of rock dug into the Tigrex from underneath as they exploded into darkness.
Terra resummoned his Keyblade as the Tigrex emerged from the shadows, swiping down at Terra as he parried him, but the Tigrex hit him with a point blank fire breath that knocked Terra back. He was then back handed into the water by the Tigrex.
A Royal Ludroth looked at Terra in annoyance for daring to disturb its tranquil swim, but when the Tigrex jumped into the water, the Royal Ludroth quickly hightailed it out of there as Terra swam to shore but was pulled underwater by the brute.
Rrrrgh! Terra grunted. Definitely a fighter! He thought as the Tigrex attempted to bite down on him but he used his hands to grab a hold of his jaws, then he channeled his darkness to use a point blank Dark Thundaga, which electrocuted the whole area around him that actually killed a few swimming Ludroth but stunned the Tigrex.
Terra punched it in the jaw right after and swam to shore. He got out and shook it off as he saw some bubbles forming up in front of him. He immediately changed the Keyblade into its cannon form right as the Tigrex launched out of the water and got a faceful of the blast that Terra shot it with.
However, the Tigrex let out a loud blood curdling roar that knocked Terra off of his feet. "Nnngh… what…?!"
The Tigrex launched out of the smoke and swiped at him, sending him careening over the water and slammed into an unsuspecting Great Jaggi. Terra got back up and chuckled as the Tigrex launched over the water and met him face to face. The Great Jaggi turned pale and quickly ran off.
"I haven't had this much fun in a while… so let's get wild!" He said as a red aura surrounded him. "HRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"
Blood poured out of the Tigrex's forelimbs, eyes and face, letting out a fierce roar as they both lunged. Terra quickly drilled into him with a drill attack as the Tigrex tried to parry him, but lost said parry as Terra came from all angles. The Tigrex breathed fire at him right as Terra used Blizzaga, both attacks hitting the other as the ice actually blinded the Tigrex.
Terra quickly slashed at the Tigrex at quick succession, knocking the massive Flying Wyvern back several feet as he used Dark Firaga, then quickly formed his Keyblade into a Glider and proceeded to ram into the Tigrex, shoving him into a rock wall as Terra then stabbed the ground as a rock spire shot out and pierced through the Tigrex's underbelly.
At that moment, the ice from the Tigrex's eyes had melted as it let out a snarl, some blood drooled out of its lower jaw as they both swung at each other again, but Terra would backhand him with the Keyblade, knocking the Tigrex on his back as Terra then jumped up and swung his Keyblade down at its belly, then hit it with a Dark Blizzaga that froze it over.
The Tigrex broke free of its icy prison shortly after as it stared directly at Terra. It roared as it charged forward as Terra did the same, both of them slashing through each other… and then the Tigrex fell to the ground in defeat.
End BGM
"Hah… hah…" Terra turned around and approached the Tigrex as it let out some labored pants. It weakly looked at Terra as he knelt down. "You were a fierce warrior…" He said, pounding his chest in respect.
The Tigrex gave him a weak smirk… seemingly acknowledging his own strength… before giving out one last snort.
Terra dismissed his armor and closed the Tigrex's eyes. He then walked off before stopping. "Wait… don't people harvest their organs for armor and weapons… or something?" He asked as he turned around with a grimace. "Well… shoot." He rubbed his head as he looked at one of the Tigrex's claws as he used his Keyblade to break it off and then looked at the Tigrex's stomach with said claw.
"Ooooh, this is gonna be gross…" He winced, closing his right eye as he turned his head away right as he cut through the belly of the beast.
Back with the others…
BGM: Towering Rocks: Mt. Harzgai - Day (Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin)
"Back then, I wasn't sure why Red was so grateful when I saved him from a Basarios. He got on my nerves, but… I couldn't help but feel a connection between us."
"Sooo, I'm curious." Annette said. "What do you guys usually do with dead monsters anyway?"
"Oh, we skin them for clothing and then use their body parts to use as weapons." Alwin explained.
"Do you guys gut 'em and use their organs?"
"What? No, don't be ridiculous. As far as I know, we're not savages." Alwin said.
And yet, you use their body parts as weapons? Mahiru raised an eyebrow.
"Come to think of it, I've never seen anyone come into the village with Aptonoth guts." Kora said.
Blake rubbed her chin in thought. "Come to think of it, I think Palutena disposed of the body as far as that Seregios was concerned back in spa-... er,, back in that one village once the armor was finished."
"You faced a Seregios and lived? Not bad." Alwin said. "Okay, this should be where that monster should be."
"I don't see it…" Wendy said. "It's camouflage is pretty well made."
"Well, it is a rock monster. I wouldn't blame you for noticing right away." Alwin said.
"Phew, I'm beat…" Navirou said as he sat on a rock.
"Wait, don't sit on that one!"
"Why? It's not like it'll come to life and-"
The rock slowly rose up.
"Aaaah, it's alive!" Navirou yelped, hopping off as a Basarios rose up from the ground and faced the heroes. It let out a roar and charged right at them.
BGM: Swaying Grasslands (Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin)
"Looks like we got its attention!" Kora said as the Basarios growled, proceeding to swing its tail at them, but they avoided it as Annette jumped in and swung her new hammer into the head of the beast, which was enough to leave a small crack as the Basarios batted her away after it got back up.
Mahiru hid behind some rocks, changing her camera into a sniper rifle and aimed, looking for a weak spot. Hmmm… surely there has to be an opening. She thought as the group fought the massive beast as Wendy used Sky Dragon's Wing Attack to knock the Basarios back a bit as Kora swung her hammer, knocking some armor off and revealing some soft tissue.
Aha! Mahiru thought as she pulled the trigger, hitting the soft tissue as the Basarios yelped as Blake and Sienna both attacked the spot as well where Luminary and Filo both attacked the beast head on, but did minimal damage as Rosalina unleashed cosmic energy into the Basarios.
At that moment, they heard another roar as a Tetsucabra came running in. The Basarios saw its chance and escaped, smacking the Tetsucabra with the tail for good measure. The Tetsucabra, however, was more focused on the heroes and charged, chomping down on them but they got out of the way as Kora and Annette both swung their hammers into the Tetsucabra while Duke jumped in and bit down at the belly.
The Tetsucabra shook off the Great Jaggi and dug up a boulder, crunching down and sending pieces of rock at the group but Rosalina put up a reflective barrier and sent it back, hitting the giant beast as Blake shot it with Plasma Beams as Alwin hit the eyes with arrows, then Kora switched to her blade and slashed through it while Mahiru shot at it from behind, which in turn, defeated the giant beast.

"It got away… stupid Tetsucabra." Kora mumbled.
"It was smart. Let's go." Alwin said as they walked off, but as they did, they saw another Tetsucabra, but it was taking a nap as they walked past it, however… Blake had an eye as she gently nudged Sienna.
"Think you can tame one of those?"
Sienna smirked. "Well, wouldn't hurt to try…"
Back with Terra…
"What the hell is this?" The blacksmith asked.
"Tigrex organs."
"You dumbass! We skin 'em and tear off their limbs for weapons and armor! We're not savages!"
Terra sweatdropped. "Now you tell me…"
"At least you brought the Tigrex body too… hand it over…" He grumbled as Terra handed it over and then walked away sheepishly.
Nearby, Aqua was chatting with Ruby when the scent of organs filled her nose. "...What's that awful smell?"
"Uuuugh, thank you! I thought my nose was acting up…" Ruby's face turned green. "Uuuugh, it's so pungent too…"
Back with them…
An Arzuros attacked the heroes, which in turn, caused the Basarios to run away again. However, the Arzuros was quickly taken care of. The bad news was that the Basarios was out of sight again.
"We picked the wrong rock and then an Arzuros wanted to pick a fight with us. Good grief…" Annette sighed.
"We should be cornering it soon though." Alwin said as they walked through the path until they reached a clearing that had a lot of rocks. The group walked around and checked each rock, but then Mahiru walked up to one in particular, causing the "rock" to shake.
"Found it!" Mahiru said as she quickly went to cover while everyone else got into positions as the Basarios came up once more.
"There's nowhere to run this time." Alwin said.
"Ride On! Let's take it down!" Kora declared.
BGM: Earth Fissure (Monster Hunter)
The Basarios roared, unleashing a poisonous gas that enveloped Annette right as she swung her Lumu Horn. "Uuugh, what…?" She asked with a cough as the Basarios batted her away.
"That's a poisonous gas!" Alwin said, shooting at it.
"Now you say something?!" Annette said as Wendy healed her up. "Thanks!" She smiled as the Basarios charged and tackled Kora, but she rolled out of the way, thankful that the Basarios was slow as she looked at the wings. She whistled for Duke who proceeded to eagerly tear into the wings as Rosalina raised her hand up and threw down a comet on the Basarios.
The Basarios growled, glaring at Rosalina and unleashed a fire laser, but she deflected it back and hit the rocky creature… not that it did much damage to it as Mahiru aimed at the soft flesh that was exposed and fired, hiding behind the rock as the Basarios turned to see what just hit it.
It then turned around and tried to get the Jaggi off of its wings, while Kora flanked it and together with Luminary, he slashed at the other wing with Filo jumping in with Wind Sickle, cutting through the other wing as Luminary then used Kacrackle Slash.
"Wendy, give me a boost!" Annette requested.
"Right!" Wendy nodded, unleashing a Sky Dragon's Roar that caused Annette to fly and smashed her hammer into the Basarios, destroying more of its rock armor that gave Mahiru more room, firing at the soft tissue that was exposed.
At that moment, they heard a roar as a Tetsucabra jumped in and shoved the Basarios away, with Sienna on top of it and Blake had rode in on her Nargacuga. "Hey, we late for the party?" Sienna asked.
"Nah, you're right on time!" Annette smiled as Rosalina unleashed some cosmic lightning bolts that hit the Basario's soft tissue as the Tetsucabra swiped at him, and then Sienna used her chain whip to smack it in the head.
"HAAAAAAAAAH!" A voice cried as Terra dropped in from his Keyblade Glider and slammed on top of the rocky beast, slashing down and destroying more of its armor right as Kora and Luminary took care of the wings.
"There you are!" Navirou smiled and then sniffed the air. "...Why do you smell like monster guts?"
"Long story!" He said as Mahiru continued to nail the Basarios. The monster slowly turned to the sniper in question and with a growl, it unleashed a powerful fire laser. However, Kuro sprang into action and saved Mahiru, placing her on his back.
"Thanks big guy!" Mahiru said as she was within a safe distance, then continued to shoot at the beast's exposed skin until she fired a piercing shot, together with Alwin's arrow, into its neck, which was enough for the Basarios to fall in defeat.
End BGM
"We did it~!" Filo cheered, high fiving Luminary.
"Alright, time to salvage the parts of this beast before we head home." Alwin said.
Mahiru spotted a den nearby. With a tilt of the head, she curiously walked into it. Blake noticed this and decided to follow her, keeping her company in case of an ambush until they discovered a nest.
The Ultimate Photographer climbed into the nest with Blake having her back turned to her, weapon at the ready in case if some monster got way too curious.
"Ooof, this is quite heavy…" Mahiru grunted, picking it up as she found one that caught her fancy and then it started to hatch. "Oh!"
Blake turned her head as Mahiru put the egg on the ground as the egg shell broke apart, revealing to be a Basarios. "Awww! You look so cute~!" Mahiru gushed.
The Basarios turned to Mahiru and proceeded to affectionately rub against her leg.
"Aww, little guy loves you."
"Yeah, he sure do- hnnngh!" Mahiru winced.
"What's wrong?"
"Aheheh… little dude's got some sharp rocks." She winced, as her leg was scraped and bleeding a little. She let out a chuckle shortly after, patting it on the head and walked off with Blake and the quickly growing Basarios accompanying her.
Meanwhile, at the Mushroom Kingdom…
"WHAT?! Pyrrha's gone?!" Jaune exclaimed as JNR and Jinx was at Sojiro's.
"Yeah… I was hoping you guys would know where she was." Erza said.
"She's been… quiet ever since we saved her." Ren said.
"Do you guys know where her favorite spot is?" Athena asked, handing them the note.
"I just need to be alone for a while. I'm heading over to my favorite spot. - Pyrrha"
"Favorite spot…" Jaune said as he looked over the note. "Oh! I know where. Her favorite spot in the Mushroom Kingdom is Yoshi Falls. She always feels at peace over there."
"But with her not being herself…" Nora's eyes widened. "She's heading to Yoshi Falls alone with her not being herself! OH NO!"
Erza paled, grimacing at the thought. "Oh no…"
"Hmm…" Jinx folded her arms as she looked over the note. "Quick question. She's been possessed, right? Do we know anybody that had also been possessed that could relate to her issue?"
JNR looked at each other as they nodded, then Jaune turned his head back to Jinx.
"We know a guy."
Meanwhile… in Twilight Chiaki's universe…
"Rrrrgh…"
BGM: Villains of a Sort (Kingdom Hearts)
Twilight Chiaki walked through the track field. She felt someone had entered her domain. She let out a growl as she stopped walking. She saw nobody there as she looked around, unaware of an invisible America in front of her along with Clint, Kate and Yelena.
Despite them being invisible thanks to Strange, they were still on guard. America had squared up, Clint and Kate aimed their bows at her head and Yelena readied her Black Widow's Bite just in case if Twilight would do something to get rid of the spell.
"Rrrrgh…" Twilight Chiaki growled. "Show yourself!" She ordered, using the Triforce to see if she could reveal anyone that came into her universe. "I swear, if you're from that skank's universe…"
Luckily, the four weren't revealed… though the two archers were ready to fire arrows between her eyes in case Strange's spell went wrong.

Twilight Chiaki relaxed, rubbing her forehead with a sigh. "Hey, you feeling okay, headmaster?" A voice asked as she turned to see some athletic students approach her with a bit of concern.
"No no, I'm okay." She reassured.
"Alright then. Stay awesome, hot stuff!" One of the female students saluted as they went back to what they were doing.
"...She brainwashed the entire student body." Yelena said in shock.
Kate looked on to see a club nearby, seeing the words "Chiaki Nanami is Awesome club". "...Forget that, they're practically worshipping their overlord."
