EXIT WOUNDS :: CHAPTER THREE
The plan had been discussed until it could be discussed no more. Hope felt dead inside. She was curled in the fetal position on the mattress without his body keeping her there. He stood near the counter. She was avoiding him, the only way possible in the tiny trailer they were stuck in.
"Hope, one more time," Bo demanded.
"Screw you Bo," Hope mumbled. She was exhausted. She was scared. She was mad.
She was startled when his full weight bounced her on the mattress and his large hand pulled her bicep to force her onto her back.
"What did I tell you about acting like that?" Bo questioned, "You don't get to do that. Not tonight."
Hope rolled her eyes. She kept her face away from his. Bo's hand on her jaw once again forced her to look at him.
Desperation got the best of him once more, and his lips found hers like the magnets that they were. She didn't protest. In fact, her tongue sought entrance into his mouth immediately. She moaned at the contact. Bo knew he shouldn't be doing this. He knew this would only make everything more difficult. This was exactly why he disappeared. He knew if he saw her. If he heard her voice, he wouldn't be able to complete the mission. Everything was at stake, but she was here in his arms. She was soft and pliable. She responded to him like they hadn't missed one second together. His bones ached for her.
He pulled back for air, "I need to touch you."
Her chest rose and fell rapidly. She searched for a clear thought, and found none.
"Please," Bo begged, as if he hadn't been touching her all night. He searched her eyes. She knew this was different. She nodded and lifted her head, urging his lips back to hers.
His hand instantly traveled up under the torn silk. He found lace panties, wet with her need for him and he involuntarily groaned. Her hips bucked against his hand. She cursed the cuffs on her wrists, desperate to get her hands out from behind her and on him. As she continued to buck against his motionless hand that cupped her between her legs, her thigh came in contact with his erection bulging against the denim that separated them.
"Bo, please," Hope breathed. She needed his touch. She needed release. She needed this one last moment. If she did what she was told, it was quite possible she would never see him again. If this was a dream, she didn't want it to end.
She felt his fingers then. One inserted to test the waters, then two dipping deep inside. A moan from deep in her chest erupted and Bo's hand flew to her mouth.
"Shh," Bo quieted at her ear. He soothed her with more assaulting kisses to her neck.
It was a reminder of where they were. That they were not safe. That their lives were on the line and this situation was very real. Her spine shuddered.
His fingers continued to thrust and curl in and out. In and out. She was a writhing mess beneath him. She didn't know the last time she was touched this way. She didn't care. She could let Bo touch her one last time, danger be damned.
His palm put just enough pressure on her clit and she felt the pull deep in her belly. The climax was coming. She gasped for air against his palm. Her eyes closed.
"Look at me." Bo ordered. He needed this. He needed this one last time. The opportunity to see her fall over the cliff of ecstasy at the touch of his hands.
Her eyes locked on his just as her walls began to flutter around him. When he was sure she would be quiet, he kissed her through the last wave of her release.
She watched as darkness clouded his eyes, her release softening the blow, "Bo?"
Her eyes asked him what's wrong. He looked down then back up at her, "I don't want this to end."
"It doesn't have to," Hope replied quietly, "It never had to."
She still didn't understand. Frustration overwhelmed him, "The plan stands."
She said nothing. She rolled away from him, tired of arguing. She was either about to die or play dead tonight.
"CHRIS!"
Bo's senses went on high alert. Hope's skin prickled. Their time was up. They looked at each other in fear.
"No matter what happens," Bo whispers, "Do exactly what I say. Promise?"
Hope gulped, reality setting in, "Promise."
