From This Moment On-Ch 15
When Penelope walked back over to her apartment she stopped in the door and smiled, she was smiling because the team was all sitting close to her son, they were talking to him and he was loving every minute of it, he was cooing right back at them, she shook her head and said, "he's a big flirt like his father" as she walked into the room.
Derek said ,"heyyyyy, am I really that bad?", JJ, Emily, Reid and Penelope in unison said, "yesssssss" causing Dave and Hotch to burst out laughing and nodding their heads yes. Derek said, "welllll, maybe in the past but from this moment on I'll only flirt with my fiance", everybody looked at Derek and then at Penelope and back to Derek before saying in unison , "fiance".
Penelope said, "yep, he proposed to me last night and I accepted soooooo soon I'll be Mrs. Derek Morgan". Reid leaned in and whispered into Derek's ear, "where's her ring?", Derek said, "it's coming with momma, don't worry pretty boy, it's coming", Reid smiled and nodded his head as he glanced down to his nephew that was now sleeping in his arms.
Derek said, "how did things go with Sheila, she okay?", Penelope said, "yeahhhhh, she's okay but I'm gonna miss her and Monica like crazy, they are two of the best people that I've ever met in my life and now I have to say goodbye to them", Dave smiled and said, "don't worry kitten, I'm sure that you'll see them again after you go home".
Emily looked at Dave and wondered what he meant by that, it seemed to have more meaning than them just coming to Virginia for a visit, when he said that it sounded permanent. Penelope said, "is anybody hungry, I can order out?", Derek said, "don't worry sweetness, food is on it's way", she said, "it is, from where?", Dave said, "FRan and the girls are bringing it, they should be here anytime".
Penelope smiled and said, "waitttt, you mean Fran, Sarah and Desi are on their way here right now?", Derek said, "yep, Dave called them early this morning sooooo they should be here pretty soon", Dave said, "they're coming on my private jet, so that way we will have plenty of room for everybody".
Penelope said, "everybody, you mean us plus Fran and the girls right?", Dave said, "uhhh, yeah, that's what I meant kitten", Penelope looked at the huge smile on his face ane wondered just what he meant, was somebody else coming with us, if so, who, she was pulled from her thoughts by somebody knocking on her front door.
She walked over and opened the door and saw three smiling women, she said, "come in, come in" and the three women walked into the room and put the food down before pulling Penelope into a group hug, when she pulled away she had tears streaming down her cheeks, she said, "I've missed you three sooooo much, you have no idea how much".
Desi said, "ohhhh but we do Penelope, we do because we've missed you just as much", Fran smiled at Penelope and said, "and I hear that I have a grandson, where is the little angel?", Penelope said, "his uncle Reid is holding him right now", Fran said, "not for longgggg" as she walked past everybody and straight over to Reid who happily handed the baby over to his grandma;
Penelope smiled as she watched the scene in front of her unfold, they were all together, well not everybody because Jack and Henry were still in Virginia with there nannies but soon, ery soon they would all be one big happy family again, just like they were before she left over a year ago.
Dave and Hotch sat talking in the corner, Hotch said "Garcia is going to be so happy when she learns that you've talked to Monica and Sheila and they are both coming with us back to Virginia", Dave said, "wellllll Monica wants to switch from a diner to a bar soooo guess who just happens to have a bar that needs a new owner?", Hotch said, "hmmmm, let me guess, you?", Dave said, "correct" and they both laughed.
Penelope looked up at them and said, "what are you two up too over there?", they both raised their hands and in unison said, "nothing", she said, "uh huh, sureeeeeeee you're not". They both have her their most innocent smiles as they got up and walked over to join the others so that they could enjoy their first mean together in over a year.
