From This Moment On-Ch 19
After the BAU family finishing enjoying the delicious pizza they quickly got all of Penelope's things unpacked and put where she wanted them, they were currently relaxing in the living room watching movies, well the adults were watching the movie but the three kiddos were fast asleep.
Derek carried his sleeping son and placed him gently down into his crib, he stood there watching him sleep for a few minutes before turning the night light on and walking quietly across the room and exiting into the hallway, he then smiled as he thought of the beautiful baby boy that his baby girl had given him.
When he got back down to the living room the others were getting ready to leave, Hotch and Reid were carrying their sleeping sons while JJ and Emily pulled their friend into a sisterly hug, when they were done, next came a motherly hug from Fran, a fatherly hug from Dave and two sisterly hugs from Sarah and Desi.
Derek walked up behind his girlfriend and wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed the side of her neck before saying goodnight to his guests, he thanked everybody for everything they had done to help get Penelope, Hank and Sheila moved in, they told him that they were more than welcome because Penelope, Hank and Sheila were family.
They were going to help Monica get her stuff moved in tomorrow and she agreed to sleep at Derek and Penelopes tonight, she said her goodnights before turning in for the night, Derek and Penelope walked their family to the door and stood watching and waving as everybody pulled away from the curb.
Derek smiled and said, "how about I lock up down here and you go ahead up and get ready for bed?", she yawned and nodded her head and said, "sounds good, I won't argue with you there hotstuff, this oracle is exhausted and ready to get some sleep", Derek kissed her lips gently and sad, "welcome home sweetness, welcome home".
She hugged him tightly and said, "it's good to be here, I've missed you so much Derek, I missed you every single day but I couldn't come back, I couldn't come back and watch you happy with Savannah so it was easier for me to just break off contact with everybody", Derek hugged her tight and said, "I want you to promise me one thing".
She looked up at him and said, "anything handsome, anything", he said, "never leave me again, never go to where I can't find you, please don't do that to me again", she said, "never my love, never, leaving you once almost killed me so I'm afraid that you're stuck with me for the rest of your life" as she waved the hand wearing the engagement ring in the air.
He laughed and said, "I'll hold you to that sweetness", she stood on her tiptoes and kissed his lips gently and said, "please do hotstuff", he then picked her up causing her to wrap her legs snugly around his waist, he said, "I thought you were tired?", she said, "I am but making love with the love of my life is what I need tonight, that is if you're up to it".
He swatted her on the butt and said "ohhhh I'm up to it sweetness, I'm up to it", as he locked the door and turned the lights off with her still in his arms, she smiled and said, "what am I gonna do with you hotstuf?", he said, "funny you say that because I do have a few ideas on that subject", she giggled and said ,"I bet you do my love, I bet you do" as they took the stairs two at a time
