From This Moment On-Ch 20
The next morning Derek woke up to find himself alone in bed, he rubbed his hand across and felt that it was cold, letting him know that she had been up for a while, he threw the covers back and quickly grabbed his clothes and took a shower before heading downstairs to join Sheila, Penelope and Hank.
When he stepped off of the bottom step he heard the beautiful sound of his baby girls laughter, he walked closer and saw her playing with their son while Sheila was preparing him a bottle, when she was finished making it she handed it to Penelope and then sat down at the table with her so they could finish their conversation.
Derek walked into the kitchen and kissed her on top of the head and then kissed his sons chubby cheek before walking over to grab himself a cup of coffee, he said, "good morning ladies", Sheila said, "good morning", Penelope looked up from Hank and said, "good morning hotstuff, how did you sleep lastnight?", he winked at her and said, "amazingly well".
Sheila smiled as she took a sip of coffee, she then said, "Derek, before I forget Dave called and said that they were going to meet at Monica's place at 10 so that they can help her unload her stuff", Derek nodded his head and said, "thanks Sheila", she said, "no problem at all, she then stood up as Hank was finishing his bottle.
Penelope burped him and said, "Sheila can you take him for me, I need to get dressed so that we can head over to Monica's?", she took the little boy into her arms and said, "sure thing", she then said, "how about me and you go spend some time in the bouncy chair?", Hank started cooing at her and she said, "that's what I thought too, yes it is" as the two walked out of the kitchen leaving Derek and Penelope alone.
Derek wrapped his arms around his girl and said, "last night was amazing", she sighed and said, "that it was handsome, that it was", he started placing butterfly kisses from her lips down to the curve of her neck where he gently bit her, she said, "handsome, if you don't stop that we're not going to make it to Monicas".
He said, "that wouldn't be a bad thing now would it?", she said, "absolutely not my love butttt she's done so much for me and Hank so I would like to help her", Derek said, "alright, alright, let's go", she winked at him and said, "that's my sexual chocolate" he shook his head and said, "woman you and those nicknames of yours" as the two then walked toward the living room.
Sheila looked up as Penelope said, "we're heading out Sheila, if you need anything don't hesitate to call", she said, "will do, will do" as the happy couple walked hand in hand out the front door and down the steps that led to their car, Sheila smiled and said, "your mommy and daddy look so happy", Hank looked up at her and started cooing again, she tapped the end of his little nose and said, "I know, I know, that's what I thought too".
A few minutes later Derek and Penelope arrived at Monicas, they got out of the truck and headed inside to join the others who were just starting with the first of the boxes, Penelope hugged Monica and said, "good morning", Monica siad, "good morning Penelope", Penelope looked around at her friends and said, "alright, where do we start?", JJ and Emily looked at her and smiled as Monica said, "anywhere you want to honey, anywhere you want too".
Over the next several hours the family worked hard helping their friend get everything unloaded and when they were done she ordered them some delicious italian ood and they all sat down together and enjoyed it as a family, it was her first meal in her new house and she couldn't think of better people to enjoy it with.
