Chapter 3 Meeting Crusty

Looking over the arcade machine at Shigaraki who inserted more tokens in his machine as I did insert more as well. Currently we had a score of 5:5 neither of us being able to take a steady lead at all. Each time he would win then I would win the next and vice versa.

It was especially incredible that each game we played we almost always killed the other but from either a mistake or better playing from the other is what got them the point.

At this point we settled that we wanted to have someone win and at 10 wins would be the amount to gain first.

"You're going to fucking lose!" Shigaraki said competitively and I returned it with a smirk as the game started once more.

"How about this one." I say having my tongue out with my full concentration on the game as I hit a combo as I hear an audible sneer.

"Bastard!" He said as he dodged an attack and countered.

"Tch"

"Um sir's you guys are making a ton of noise if this continues I would need you to get rid of you." A staff member from the side said as I turned to face them and Shigaraki used it to attack me and kill me as I quickly returned my gaze towards the machine to see [Defeat] written there with electricity sparking in each word.

"That was cheap as hell" I groan as I fully turn and pop my knuckles and neck.

Last point wins.

"Got to tell ya that you're the best I've played against but this won't end in a victory for you." He said with a smirk as I didn't bother responding to him as i exhaled a shaky breath and concentrated on the game.

Obliterated is the word used in this game when you beat someone and you didn't lose half of your health bar as I look towards the screen and saw my character still standing while his health bar was still at a green color as the body on the floor was Shigaraki's character who had a fully blacked out health bar.

"How the hell!" Shigaraki yelled as he clench his fingers into a fist.

"You cheated!" He accused as he pointed a finger at me.

"Maybe you shouldn't use the same moves they get predictable after a couple and even then I could have beaten you a bit but you seemed to be getting the hang of my moves so I had to switch it up on you at the end." I smirked as I felt a great pressure to my right as both of us look to see an Angry Manager.

Getting forcefully thrown outside of the arcade as I stood up promply and so did Shigaraki know scraping at the place the manager grabbed his hoodie as I brushed off dust off the floor myself.

"Come on I had so much tickets!" Shigaraki said as he looked towards the arcade.

"It was my first time going to an arcade like that and I'm already banned from one what the hell." I verbalize my thoughts as I brush my hair in annoyance.

"Well it was a good match but could I ask why you don't use one of your fingers when you play. Is it your quirk?" I ask not looking over to him as to not make him feel like he needs to answer.

"If so…I saw you were carrying a U.A uniform you're a junior high student then." He said as he looked at me and I looked his way. I nod and pick up my bag now strapped to my shoulder bag.

"Yea I took the entrance exam…it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be." I say as I look at the sky some light still in the sky.

"Your quirk judging by how carefully you move your fingers it activates from all five touching…must cause problems." I say as he looked over to me with some annoyance in his face.

"It's none of your busine-" he said but I cut him off.

"When you drink tea…" we stare at each other weirdly.

"What the hell…drinking tea? That's the least of my worries." He said as he turned the other way.

"Well why don't you just buy some gloves…I mean one where you could cover like two fingers as it doesn't come to contact with the other fingers." I say as I start to walk away until I felt a grab at my wrist with four fingers.

"W-what" he said as I turned to him as he looked a bit shocked.

"Yea I mean it sucks you can't control your quirk so who's really going to fault you for an accident plus I think I saw in accessory shop over here c'mon" I say as I grabbed his own wrist as he flinched but I didn't let go of him as I continued to drag him.

"W-why the hell are you helping me…" he asked as the hair and hood covered his eyes as I look back at him then back to where I was walking too.

"Can I not…you don't have to be a good guy to do good things…" with that I felt a sudden tug as I turned and saw Shigaraki lift his head as the hood fell down as he stared at me.

"C'mon we should get going before they close." I nudge my head towards the direction of the shop as he just nodded and followed as I let my hand go as we fell into an awkward silence.

After a minute of walking in complete silence I wanted to break but had trouble finding out what to ask as I turned to him as he was looking around, more specifically at the people as I saw in the direction his head was looking two random people crash into each other dropping there stuff and both of them helping each other.

"Hey do you come here often." I look back at him as he just shakes his head.

"Hey is there something wrong?" I ask not having a real way to bring it up other than just straight up asking for it.

"Why would you help me…you don't even know me." He said as he looked away sorrowfully.

"Then let's get to know each other then." I say as I smirked at him as he looked shocked.

"But let's hold off for a second we just made it here." I pointed towards the shop as he followed me inside.

The cashier at the counter greeted us as I waved at the guy and passed him as we seemed to pass another boy with green hair as I shook my head feeling like I was seeing things and I looked around at the aisle.

It was filled with All Might memorabilia.

I looked fully back to see Shigaraki glaring at the many All Might's and Midoriya looking back at me just as surprised.

"Kaachan?" He asked as Shigaraki turned to him and then to me.

"Your name's Kaachan?" He smirked as I felt an embarrassment seep inside me making me blush.

"No that's not my name! Bastard." Shigaraki continued to chuckle covering his mouth as Midoriya looked puzzled at me probably getting made fun of and not utterly destroying this person.

"The gloves are over here." I growl as me and Shigaraki walk away from Midoriya as he wonders if he should follow.

"Here is one." I say as I point at the package advertising Artist Gloves. I grab one and forcibly open the packaging and gave Shigaraki one of the gloves as he took it looking at me strangely.

"Are you going to steal it?" He asked unbelievably. I shook my head at him and he proceeded to put on the glove.

"Soo does it work?" He asked as he just flicked his fingers now two covered.

"Let's see" I grab his hand with my own as he flinched back at the sudden movement as he looked at my arm as if it was going to disappear only for nothing to happen.

"Name's Katsuki Bakugo and don't you forget it." I shake his hand and he looks bewildered when I pointed at his chest.

"Uh my name is…Shigaraki…" he said dismissively but I could see that there was happiness he's trying to hide as he gave his hand a once over as he put on the other glove on.

He started to grab a nearby cup as he held his pinky away until he didn't and he felt natural.

"Feels better." I say as I walk up to him as he was starting to move away from me bit by bit.

"Yea feels…nice." He groped the cup until he gripped it to hard as it started to bend as we looked panicked.

"Here we go!" I say throwing the cup at the very back of the shelf it was on disguising it with other items in the same shelf.

We walk away acting like nothing happened as I grabbed a bit more gloves and we walk to the counter.

Quickly leaving the shop before they find out the broken cup we walk towards the exit of the mall and when we walk towards the entrance of the mall we look at each other.

"It was nice meeting you Shigaraki I smirk at him and he smiled himself.

"Do you have a phone?" I ask getting out my own phone as he just shakes his head as when I caught that my phone almost hit the floor due to my surprise.

"What the hell everyone has a phone nowadays!" I say as he sweat dropped and started to scratch the back of his head sheepishly.

"I have an Email…and other stuff…" he looked away feeling my dissatisfaction.

"Whatever." I grab a piece of my new notebook as he looked at the costume as I ripped a piece of paper writing on it.

I passed the paper to him as he read it as he looked towards me as I put my stuff away.

"Your going to U.A to become a hero? huh" he said stuffing the paper in his hoodie pocket.

"Yea looking to help people that need to be helped instead of just advertising myself." I said as I just look up to the sky.

"Yea well…" Shigaraki couldn't find the words to say as he just stared up at the sky.

"You know this guy told me…if you're looking to change the world then…you must become the God of the new world." I said it as I felt Shigaraki's gaze on me.

"Oh and going to so change this world when I become the Number One Hero!" I yell to the skies as my drive multiple folds.

With the silence I turned to Shigaraki and I waved at him while he awkwardly waved back. "Make sure you contact me…we'll if you want your ass kicked again" I smirk as I turn and start jogging back to home while Shigaraki just saw me in the distance he had a smile on his face as well as he turned and went in to a alleyway with a dead end.

"Tomura Shigaraki that's where you are we should get home it's about time you showered." A black hole looking individual said as yellow eyes showed as Shigaraki started at it.

"Kurogiri could I just go one day without showering…I have a lot to think about…" Shigaraki looked down stuffing his hands in his pockets as Kurogiri's eyes widen just a bit.

"If that's your wish."

Shigaraki walked into the portal disappearing into it as the portal dissipated like it was never there before.

10pm

Laying in my bed with the lights off as I lay down thinking over what had happened today as when I got home i immediately ate dinner and cleaned my own room finding a spot for my uniform. It was a long day but also a good day I didn't expect it to go like this at all.

I cover my eyes with my forearm as I yawn when I heard a ring from my phone as I turned to the illuminated screen.

Rolling towards the other end of the bed as I grab onto the phone powering it on as the screen blinds me for a quick second until I found a message from an unknown number.

[Its Shigaraki] it simply read as I smirked and unlocked the phone and started typing.

[Yea I got it Shigi] I typed as a smile formed on my face as I grab my phone and unplugging it as I roll to the other side of my bed.

[Shigi? And are you asleep because if not I'm ready for a change of pace] I read as I get up from my bed.

[Yea I can spare till 12 so what you think we should play huh?] I typed as I went to my door and opening heading to the bathroom leaving my phone in my room as it rang again.

[I got this one game it's an MMO we can play]

Next Day…

Waking up to a headache as I grab my head as I get up and get ready for the school day.

'Maybe I shouldn't have stayed up playing with Shigaraki' I shake my head at my own decisions as I leave my room heading down the stairs to see my parents already eating there breakfast with an extra plate filled with Rice and a side of eggs.

"Itadakimasu" I said as I started to lick at my food.

"Katsuki did you sleep at a good time?" I turned to my Dad as he asked me as I quickly shook my head as I saw his mug and I gasped.

"Is there any coffee left?" My Dad laughs a bit and points towards the electric kettle already steaming.

"Alright"

Leaving my home now looking more energetic due to that magnificent coffee now made me want to go to a café maybe another time. On my way to school I get a text on my phone indicated by the flashlight on my phone brightening up as I checked on it and it was Shigaraki again.

[Hey after school I wondered if you wanted to do something?]

[Sure but I have to get back home earlier my parents where pretty pissed when I came back late]

[Yea I get you my guardian the same way]

We continued texting each other until I made it to school and that's when I put my phone in my bag in silence as I typed one last message before.

[Talk to you later school's about to start]

[yea Later]

1 Month Later…

It's been about a month since then and I have been meeting with Shigaraki and going to school during the time but the time seems to fly by when not looking at a clock or being at school. Weird isn't it.

But having to ignore someone like Midoriya who is so consistent and wanting to talk to you I always usually air him out and walk away leaving defeated most times but there was something else with him.

'He probably thinking something bad happened and trying to help me' I sigh I was completely right as each time I saw him again he looked more motivated so there's nothing really to do but just ignore him more.

"Hey you just going to ignore me all day?" A voice brought me out of my trance as I looked at the person as he had a fry in his fingers as he guided it towards his wide open mouth.

"Yea sorry I'm just a recount the events of the last month.." I say rubbing the back of my head sheepishly.

He sighs as he leans his head on the glass leading towards our left.

"Shigi are you just mad your paying." I smile as he looks away annoyed.

"It was bullshit and you know it!" He lightly hit the table with his fist as I look away amused.

We were currently at a burger shop where we had a simple rock-paper-scissors match which upon my winning 3 rounds he stomped inside quite angrily and now where here.

"So I'm ready to beat your ass now so get ready." He said as I looked back at him and I smirked.

"You can try but I've been training, training in the mountains." I swiped my hand across the air to make it more exaggerated.

"And what does going to a mountain to train even matter?" He replied as he pulled out a new phone he bought with probably his Sensei's money. I pull out my own phone.

"Yea well in the mountains that's where you usually find monks….or what the internet says now…" I blank as he stars weakly at me.

"You need to get it in your head that I'm stronger." He held a smug smile on his face when my phone illuminated to show a notification.

[Duststorm challenged you to a battle]

I pressed the accept on him as a few minutes later the conclusion showed on both screens.

[Ground Zero Winner] Shigaraki shoved his phone on the table as I almost burst at him as he just looks away I'm impatiently.

"I guess you really are paying even for dessert huh?" I teased and I felt his stare at the glass turn to a glare.

He mumbled rather obscene things that had really shocked me but with him being the equal maybe worse to a League of Legends player I couldn't be surprised at his rather colorful language.

Eating the juicy burger after being what a couple of months since I had eaten it. It felt like a whole new mesh of flavors that I had to let out a delightful groan which was returned by Shigaraki who munched hungrily himself.

"Hey Shigi I wondered if could help me." He raised his eyes away from his burger to look at me as I look back us being similar heights and all.

"With?" He asked continuing to look at me.

"Training." I said as I took another bite of my burger.

"Why? And what would I know about training?" He asked having to look away as he tried to think about it.

"Well you can like always sneak up to me when you want to could you help me with…teaching me how to move quietly!" I slammed my fist to my plan now having dropped the burger to do so.

"…sure…just because you're my friend…" he said after a little as smile went on my face.

"Thanks Tsun Tsun" I smirk even more as he wilted and went to grab at me across the table.

"I'm not a Tsundere bastard" he yelled quietly trying to not get us kicked out another store.

"Hrrgh tonight we start…" he said finnaly as a smirk settled on my face for the rest of the time we had until we finished our food.

I pull out my phone as I texted my mom that I was going to be home late as I followed Shigaraki to a store as he excused himself quickly and told me to wait here for him.

I sit next to the water fountain as I watched him he water jumped up and eventually fall down back to the water pool. Swiping my pointer finger feeling the water I was totally tuning everything else out other than the noise the fountain made and the noise of my finger in the water.

"Kaachan!" I flinch at the name as I grab a pocket full of water in my hand as I threw it to the source of the voice as I turned towards the person to see Midoriya covering his face as water splashed him.

My eyes widen as I look at the person next to him as he looked like a human skeleton.

"Midoriya! What the hell was that." I say as I was alarmed as Midoriya looked sheepishly.

"Sorry to startle you young man." True form All Might apologized for Midoriya as the green head bowed multiple times to show it.

"But it seems like you where doing something…we're we interrupting something" I look away embarrassment seeping into me.

"No I was just waiting for a friend is all." I say still looking away.

"Oh really then we should get going Young Midoriya I've already given you too much time on your break." He said pulling out a scooter out of seemingly nowhere as Midoriya just followed on with lightly jogging out into the sidewalk.

'Right..' I drop of sweat came to my head as I just shake my head.

"Right I'm back hope you didn't wait long." A voice cut through the air as I turned to see Shigaraki walking back as his pocket seemed bigger.

"Come with me" he said signing me over as we walk to a shop across the street.

Late Night…

We were situated on top of a building as me and Shigaraki where wearing clothing all black.

I had on a black turtle neck tracksuit as it covered me as if I was wearing a mask. While Shigaraki had just ordinarily black hoodie and black pants

"There's a couple of steps you need to do and master so everyday where meeting here so poor you but I know you have good grades so you'll be fine." I glared at him and I sighed.

There was about a month and a bit till the year started and I'm not counting my bets that where going to be lucky with some things.

"I might as well teach you more about stealth as a whole then."

"Walk like an animal. You know how forest animals like deer and mountain lions can move through the woods without causing a stir." He said as we started for the day.

Day 2

"Notice your surroundings if you get hit by a bench while trying to be stealthy you'll get your cover blown"

Day 3

"Walk where there's cover be it anywhere trees, building, walls or furniture just like an animal would. Don't walk in open areas that's a sure fire way to get found."

Day 4

"Have steady Movements…think of a cat and how it moves when it stalks a mouse, a steady rhythm so that sounds that you do make when your not good enough yet will be steady too and not too noticeable."

"This isn't about me and so!"

Day 5

"Repeat till mastered at a practitioner level."

Day 10

"Stay somewhat nearer to the ground , it's easier to be more quiet when you use less force but again when your better you don't need to worry about that but for now you Do"

Day 11

"Maneuver your feet in a way that minimizes sound like this." He ran making almost no noise but still ran really fast.

Day 12

"Flow with your terrain avoid things that naturally make noise and stay invisible."

Day 13

"Know when to be still you can't just go in like a juggernaut when you try to be stealthy. It defeats the whole purpose."

Day 14

"Repeat Day 10 to Day 13 till Mastered to an practitioner level."

Day 20

"Control your breathing, breath slowly and quietly but still able to use full functionality of your breaths while keeping your breaths silent."

"Practice till mastered completely."

Day 30

"Test runs." He said while jumping as I followed him jumping into a building as I jumped as well making minimal noise as I followed quickly behind him noticing I was faster as well while using my breaths moreover.

Day 42

"Test battle" with that Shigaraki left the area getting cover from his clothes as I calm my breathing and do the same.

A punch sounded out as another punch and another as they where all caught by us or missed slightly as we jumped back away from each other before sliding back i into the darkness.

A couple of hours pass unknowingly as our fight continued as we didn't stop lucky it was a week end Friday.

? POV

Running on top of a building while on my patrol as I blended in the darkness as I look over the city and even though I mostly patrol Musutafa but here I am in Shizuoka to cover Yamada. What a pain he is.

Jumping on another building I hear a couple of grunts as I followed the sounds to see two dark figures battling but neither seeming to gain an edge as I continued to look at the two battle until an appropriate time to strike and capture them both.

I threw my capture scarf in the way as the slightly smaller one tackled the other one avoiding the scarf.

Upon seeing the scarf the both of them scattered running in two different directions as I took a choice and Perseus the smaller of them.

Running towards the smaller boy and after a rather lon chase I managed to capture his foot making him fall as I jumped on the kid and restrained them and activated my quirk Erasure.

"E-eraserhead" the boy said as I took a closer look to his face lowering the turtle neck showing a boy I somewhat knew.

"Katsuki Bakugo…what we're you doing." I ask as I looked a bit strangely at the boy.

"Ohh umm we were having a spar…yea and I was working on stealth this past month…" he looks away embarrassingly as his face started to turn red.

"C'mon brat your in trouble still it's curfew in the first place." At the aww look on his face made it more clear that he wasn't lying even if he tried he isn't a good liar upon things like this.

"C'mon I'll have you call your parents and lecture you." I dragged the boy down the building as we went into the nearest police department.

"Katsuki" POV

"Well you better call your parents kid" EraserHead sighed out before continuing "already getting in to trouble when your not even my student yet.." he said under his breath which I caught.

"I'm your student?" I ask as he looks at me and away.

"Yea I am your teacher when you come in to U.A in about 2 weeks but I could already see you're a problem child." He said wiping out his brow with his sleeve.

"What's that supposed to mean?" I ask but I was completely and utterly aired by the man as he left.

After…

Getting picked up by an angry mother and a worried dad was kinda the worst thing that could happen as now I was getting beaten around the head as I was trying to defend myself but key word on Trying.

"Help me this is abuse abuse I tell you!"

The next day I had a couple of new formed bruises not caused by the guy I was sparring not that it's because my mother used me like a punching bag and even my dad had a couple bruises himself trying to get the woman of me he got hit in the process.

'Sorry Dad I send these prayers to you." I palm my hands together to pry for my angelic father as I walk outside my home door heading to school.

Heading inside the classroom where everything was lively stopped when they saw me all beat up that no one dared say anything. Or almost everyone.

"Kaachan what happened to you? Who hurt you?" Izuku Midoriya asked his heroic spirit showing again. I just turn my head not wanting to hear him.

"It was my Mom okay I did something not that cool so she beat me up…" I turned to the side upon more peoples's stares.

I saw Midoriya back off as I fell slightly more relived but that made me wonder if we where going to still spar today.

[I think we should lay low with the training but we should play sometime when your done with school] I seem to get the message now.
