Character Guide:

Audrey: Windstar

Seymour: Gorse Fur

Windstar is losing her last life after getting hit by a car in the chest/stomach/side while chasing a Skyclan patrol off of Windclan's territory, and she manages to stay alive for a short while to symbolically transfer her leadership of Windclan to Gorse Fur and reassure him that she'll be with him as he makes their shared clan that has become a part of them stronger and that in a way he'll be keeping her and their relationship alive by doing this.

Part 1

You'll wash my tender leaves,

Gorse Fur is standing over Windstar as she bleeds out on a road, desperately pressing herbs that were growing to the side of it that are probably not the correct ones for this situation against her side in order to stop the bleeding and save her. Windstar reassuringly but firmly puts a front paw/leg across his, causing him to pause, before singing affectionately. She has gray fur between the claws of her paw.

Part 2

You'll smell my sweet perfume,

You'll water me and care for me,

Windstar looks longingly towards the grass of her beloved Windclan territory, inches from her face, and Gorse Fur gently moves her forward so that her head is resting on it rather than the road. She weakly looks back up at him thankfully without lifting her head.

Part 3

You'll see me bud and bloom.

I'm feeling strangely happy now,

Windstar does a very faint and sarcastic version of the grand sweeping gesture where someone makes a slight arc shape in the air with an arm, and Gorse Fur, slowly coming out of his denial that she is going to die, nods determinedly and angrily while shooting daggers at the far side of the road. He extends his claws and digs them into the road.

Part 4

Contended and serene.

Oh,

Windstar smirks/snarls as she sees Gorse Fur do this, weakly lashing her tail slightly in determination, before wincing through a spasm of pain. She extends her claws and weakly scratches them against the road, and Gorse Fur immediately drops to the ground, lovingly placing a front paw/leg over hers and staring concernedly into her eyes.

Part 5

don't you see?

Finally I'll be

Windstar weakly moves a front paw to his cheek, staining it with blood, and he lovingly buries his face into her neck and licks it comfortingly.

Part 6

Somewhere that's

Gorse Fur moves his head back to its previous position, and Windstar smiles in satisfaction as she sees that a blood-red and still blood-stained leader-mark has been left on his cheek. He touches his nose to hers for a second before she moves her head up slightly in order to look at something on the closer side of the road.

Part 7

(1:02-1:13)

green.

Gorse Fur follows her gaze and sees a barely visible cluster of embers gently moving towards them in the breeze. Windstar gathers her strength to reach towards them with a front paw before spasming in pain again, dropping it to the ground, and dying, 'looking' up towards the stars with glazed eyes. Gorse Fur forgets about the embers and presses himself into her immediately as she starts spasming and looks at her in immense grief and disbelief for a moment after she dies.

Part 8

(1:14-1:24)

(instrumentals and angst)

Gorse Fur buries his head into her neck, this time causing her head to loll backwards, and wraps his tail around her flank as if trying to not disturb her injuries as much as possible. Before the end of the part, he hesitantly moves his head upwards and looks upwards at the sky angrily and determinedly for a few seconds.
