Jacklynn slowly became aware of herself...she felt heavy again, the air she breathed no longer feeling thick...she took a deep breath and slowly opened her eyes, glaring at the bright lights above her.

With a groan, she sat up, a hand going to her aching head...she could feel something twitching in her hair...curious, she ran her fingers slowly along her scalp and jumped as they hit something...and she could feel that something being touched. When she jerked, the thing, and its twin to its left shot up and out of her hair. She could feel the muscles along her skull work to make the movement possible.

"You have antennai!"

She heard Zim not with her ears, but with the things she'd just discovered.

She jerked around to see him coming over to her slowly. Her eyes looked to the top of his head where his antennai were...And reached to her own. Long hard stalks coming from her skull, about the width of a pencil. She must have grabbed a little too hard as she hissed in pain and pulled away from her own hand. That hurt.

"Careful Jack Lynn...they are sensitive. Let me see."

Before she could say anything, Zim was inspecting her. He ran his fingers along the afflicted antenna gently. The touch making her eye twitch and a shiver run down her spine...as he continued, she started to purr...She shook her head loose and pushed Zims hand away.

"Zim stop thats too much."

Zim blushed a bit and nodded.

"Sorry Jack Lynn...let Zim see..."

He cupped her chin in his hand and looked into her eyes...he looked in awe, his large red eyes glistening, his antennai perked up.

"Your eyes have changed...was hoping they'd be green still"

Jacklynn panicked...did they look like Zim's.

"Mirror. I need a Mirror. Now!"

Gaz came over to something in front of her. something with a sheet over it that she pulled off to reveal her own floor length mirror from her apartment.

Jacklynn slid off the exam table she'd been laid on and hobbled over to the thing. Her joints hurt, her muscles hurt, her bones hurt. Her legs felt like jelly and unstable. She walked through it and made it the few feet to the mirror. It was angled so that she couldn't see herself as she approached. Before she could reach out, Zim stopped her.

"Just try and be calm."

" You're going to be alright Jack. We're here to help...but the changes are ...well, it's still you."

Jacklynn nodded. Her anxiety was threatening to turn to anger...she was trying to stay calm.

"Okay. just...just let me see."

Gaz turned the mirror to face her ...she was relieved to see that she was now dressed...wearing what looked like Zim's red shirt. it was long enough to end just short of mid thigh.

firstly...she was green...a milder tone than Zim...more of a baby mint green than his powdered green apple tone...Then of course the antennai...She tried to control them, making them move out from her hair so she could inspect them.

Zim's resembled scythes where as hers started out that way, but continued in a squared off semi spiral...She supposed that if she had to be stuck with antennai, at least they were pretty...

next were her eyes...larger than they were before in general, her eye sockets seem to have widened and her eyes had a slight upward angle to them now...instead of green, her irises were now the same red as Zim's, her pupils a rounded slit, almost like a cat's eyes. The whites seemed to have a pink tint to them. Her nose was barely a nose...it looked like a baby dolls nose, but thankfully didn't look too strange on her face. Her ears were just...gone.

She took a shuddering breath...and swallowed. The rest of her body seemed normal...She noticed that aside from her hair, eye lashes and eyebrows, she had no body hair...silver lining? Her limbs appeared more toned... her fingers ended in claw like nails...almost like a stilleto manicure ... another silver lining?...but her feet...her feet...

Where five toes were previously, her feet ended in only four thick pointed toes, almost like a gecko. She flexed them upon inspecting them and groaned...she definitely wasn't human anymore.

She turned to Zim and looked at him. She could see the similarities between them... thankfully there weren't many. He allowed her to inspect him, letting her turn his head this way and that...he even opened his mouth when a curious finger touched his lip.

His teeth were fang like, but dull...his tongue was worm like and segmented...he stuck it out to its full length...nearly eight inches...it was almost prehensile in movement. Jacklynn gulped and tried to feel her own mouth. Turning to the mirror, she opened her mouth. Her teeth were mostly normal, but had the addition of four Zim like fangs on the top and bottom where her canines were previously...her tongue was definitely longer and she had more movement...but instead of worm like, it was biforcated.

She shut her mouth with a snap and felt behind her for the table...she beeded to sit down.

"You ok Jack?" Gaz said Timidly.

"Y...yeah... it's just...a lot to take in."

"We will help Jack Lynn."

She nodded. She looked to Zim and slumped forward into his chest. Her stomach gave an unsettling rumble. He chuckled a little.

"Let us get you fed...then we discuss plans, yes?"

"Okay Zim...but what do I eat now?"

He laughed.

"Whatever you want."

"I want waffles. and sausage." She sounded like she was pouting...maybe she was.

Zim nodded and gathered her in his arms, pressing a kiss to her forehead.

"Whatever you want Jack Lynn"

~~~~~~~Zim
Zim sighed as he carried Jack Lynn and led Gaz to an elevator rather than take a transfer tube. They emerged in the kitchen through the toilet. Gaz was the only ine to notice as Jack Lynn had burried her face in Zims chest.
"Dude...why is there a toilet in your kitchen?"
Zim sighed as he set Jack Lynn down at the table. He began searching through the things stocked on the shelves.
"Like I said Gaz. Zim's AI is inferior. Made the mistake when erecting the base."
"Is that...a dog? Is it dead?"
He looked at Gir, still slumped on the table. He sighed.
"Is that what he's supposed to be? No, that is Gir...he is... robot assistant. But he is broken. Dog is bad disguise."
Jack Lynn and Gaz shared a look. Zim sighed in defeat.
"No waffles or the sausage. Gaz, where can we get them?"
"We can go to waffle house...Jack has her car."
"I can't go out looking like this!"
"Dude...Zim has been an alien this whole time! Obviously you're going to need a disguise too."
Zim nodded. Might as well do it now.
"Computer, program disguise module for Jack Lynn...depict her as her original human appearance."
In just a few minutes, an arm extended down from the ceiling, giving Jack Lynn a watch like device. Zim came over and helped her put it on, then adjusted the controls. Jack Lynn flickered between hybrid and human, before it settled on human. However, the same issue Zim had with his hologram, Jack Lynn was having with hers. Her skin appeared to have green undertones.
"Well...you look like you're going to throw up ...but you look like a himan whos going to throw up."
Jack Lynn sighed with relief...part of her thought that shed never be able to go out again.
"Okay...so, waffle house? I'm starving."
Zim nodded. Yes. Let's go.
