Can i just stay here with you for awhile?
It seems everyone is moving on.
I don't really feel like talking.
"Before i make any decisions. Why exactly do you need a place to stay i didn't even think you were in Tree Hill anymore?" Lucas asked.
"I mean i wasn't i left to go film a movie but long story short gor fired and i'm kind of out of money at the moment." Alex explained.
"We can work out a payment plan of some kind."
"You know i hang out here for a few weeks and maybe a few months and then in return i'll do whatever you need. I can't cook and i'm not exactly good at cleaning but i can baby sit. I remember you said you have kids."
"Or we can keep things hidden hot and sexy. I see no ring on you're finger and i follow celebrity gossip. I would know if you were in a relationship." Alex explained.
"I will think about this. Talk to Brooke and see what we decide." Lucas replied.
Alex rolled her eyes. "She spilled a drink on me. You and her aren't anything. Why does what she think or how she feels matters.?" She questioned.
"Brooke isn't just my ex wife. The mother of my kids. She's alot more then that. She's important to me." Lucas replied.
"My cellphone number is the same. Feel free to text me or send me pictures with you're shirt off." Alex replied. As she got off the porch.
...
"Daddy did you come by to see me?" Sadie asked.
When she saw her mom let her dad into the home they shared.
"I did. But i need to talk to you're mom first." Lucas said.
"I want to show you all the things i got at the bookfair." Sadie explains.
"I'll be right up there." Lucas replied.
And with that Sadie went upstairs.
"We only had that dinner a few days ago. You can't possibly miss me already." Brooke teased.
Lucas leaned over and kissed her.
Brooke kissed him back. Taking his hand in hers.
As they made their way into the living room.
There was alot of pink pink white and black.
"Do you remember someone i mentioned named Alex Dupre.?" Lucas asked.
The smile on her face faded. "The name and face are familiar. Why?" Brooke quesioned.
"She showed up when i got home from hanging out with Haley."
"She told me she was fired and came back to town. She doesn't exactly have friends in town. And she's asking to stay at my house for a few weeks or months. She's out of money. Isn't close with her family."
"I wouldn't feel comfortable making a decision without knowing you're thoughts and feelings." Lucas explained.
