"I am Thomas H. Norstein. I am a man of science, but even I couldn't believe what I saw. It was completely unreal to me."

"This happened to me when I decided to go camping on my own. Being out there on my own would have been relaxing, and I've always been self-efficient. I drove up to the woods and it looked like there wasn't going to be anyone else around. I decided to camp next to a lake. It felt soothing, relaxing, and I could enjoy a nice swim."

Deciding to go camping on his own, Thomas went up the woods and was alone up there. He set his camp near a lake and thought he was going to have a relaxing time.

"I'm a little embarrassed to admit this part, but it was a nice day and I thought I was alone out there. That's why I decided to go skinny-dipping. I removed all my clothes and jumped right in the water."

Feeling like he was alone, Thomas stripped down to nothing and dived right into the water to have a nice swim. The water was nice and soothing.

"I emerged out of the water, but then I saw I was wrong. There was someone waiting near my camp and it was a woman dressed in black clothing with a parasol and blonde hair. Since she was a lady, I had to try and keep myself covered and stayed in the water."

"No need to be shy. We're both adults here." The lady said.

When Thomas had his filled with swimming, he was heading back to camp, but he wasn't alone as he thought. He saw someone waiting for him up on his camp.

"Who are you?" Thomas said as he remained in the water.

"Pardon my intrusion. My name is Nanami."

"She told me her name and told me that she was hear studying the plant and animal life of the region. I was getting the feeling she was attracted to me. As far as I know, she probably did see me without my clothes. However, she didn't act on it. After talking a little, she just turned around and walked away from my camp. I thought that was rather weird because I couldn't shake the feeling there was something different about her. She wasn't like most women."

Thomas kept himself in the water the whole time, but after having a small talk with this Nanami, she just left the camp. He wasn't sure why, but he had a feeling there was something about that woman. He just wasn't sure if that was good or bad.

"I made sure I couldn't see Nanami anymore before coming out of the water to dry myself off. I had to be extra sure there was no one around as I dried myself off and put my clothes back on. After that, nothing out of the ordinary really happened. I made myself some dinner and then went to sleep when it got dark."

...

Later

"I don't know how much time passed, but I woke up and it was still dark out. However, there was something very wrong. I got up and became aware of my surroundings. For one thing, I didn't have my clothes with me. I was standing in the middle of the woods in nothing. On top of that, I was still near the lake but I wasn't at my camp. I was near different part of the lake."

Thomas thought it was going to be a normal night, but he found himself somewhere different and had no clothes. This made no sense to him.

"How did this happen to me? As I was trying to figure out which way to go by studying the stars, I saw someone else facing the lake. It was actually Nanami."

"Hello again." Nanami said.

"Being a gentleman, I tried to keep myself covered in front of her. She was acting like it didn't really bother her."

"I told you there's really no reason to be shy." Nanami said.

"What is this? What's going on?" Thomas said. "Did you bring me out here? Why, and like this?"

"It's a beautiful night, you're a handsome man, and you're just what I was looking for." Nanami said as she dropped her parasol and started to undo her clothes.

"I was getting the sense she wanted to get intimate, but that was crazy to me because we don't even know each other. She began to undress herself. I looked away, but that was really a mistake. Next thing I knew, something coiled around me. It wasn't her arms, but felt more like a snake. However, it was coiling around my whole body. I also did feel a pair of hands as they cupped my face and caused me to look. I couldn't believe what I was seeing."

Thomas looked away as Nanami stripped herself down, but he really shouldn't have. He felt something grab a hold of him and he almost couldn't believe it.

"It was Nanami, but her body was different. She had the upper body of a regular person, but the lower body was that of a serpent. It was like she was a snake and she wrapped herself around her prey: me. She had me looked into her eyes and they were the eyes of a snake as well. As I looked into them, I felt a little mesmerized. I did my best to resist, but my body wasn't exactly responding. I couldn't move around that much with that tight hold on me anyway."

Things were looking bad for Thomas. It was like he was the prey of a snake with no way to escape.

"Nanami brought her face closer to mine and I couldn't quite resist. I thought maybe she was going to kiss me. Before anything happened, we saw the light of a flashlight and it was getting closer. That seemed to have scared Nanami as she let me go and dived into the water just as a hunter showed up with her disappearing. I began to come back to my senses and I was completely shocked at what happened to me. I've never encountered something like that before."

Thomas had some sort of close call. If that hunter hadn't showed up, Thomas wasn't quite sure if she was going to please him or please herself...not physically. When that hunter showed, Nanami dived into the water and disappeared. Just what was she?

...

The Next Day

"Thanks to the hunter, I was able to get back to my camp and get my stuff. Thankfully, nothing was stolen or missing. He didn't really see Nanami, but he found it weird I was naked. I just simply told him I was attacked by some sort of homeless psycho. Once I got back to my camp, I got all my stuff together, grabbed a spare set of clothes and went straight home."

Thomas had enough after that encounter, so he gathered all his stuff and went home. Still, he couldn't forget about what happened to him there.

"I tried to do a little research about what happened to me. I needed to make sense of what happened to me. Through my research, I believe what I saw was a lamia. Of course, all I knew was just from myths. From what I could tell, lamias are creatures that seduce men, but then they devour them. Being creatures from mythology, there was no clear answer as to what happened to me. Did Nanami like me or did she like to have me for dinner? Other than what I saw, I have nothing to prove what happened to me. I just hope I don't encounter her again."

Thomas wanted to put the whole thing behind him and just thought he was glad he was able to get out of there. He thought it was done and over, but not quite. As he was sleeping in his own room, Nanami was able to track him and licked her lips. She wasn't done with him just yet, but is it just for pleasure or for food?
