Spider-Man and Iron-Lad fight Superior Iron-Man.

Spider-Man swinging around and launching punches and kicking only to deal trivial damage as Tony deflects the attacks.

Iron-Lad charges in punching him, metal on metal clashing.

Eventually Ruby joins in to help fight Iron-Man.

She jumps over and slashes at him using her scythe.

Iron-Man blocks the attacks while saying "I don't believe we met, names Superior Iron-Man, you?"

"Names Ruby Rose and why are you called Superior Iron-Man?"

"I am now a far Superior being! I AM-!"

Tony is cut short by Dr Doom blasting him away.

Tony gets back up and charges at Doom and two clashing each-other.

Iron-Man then uses his suit to make drones and lifts up his arms, charging up his repulser blasts.

He fires the repulsers at high power and sends Doom flying away.

Ruby surprise attacks Iron-Man, by turning herself into flying rose peddles, and attacking in her real form.

He blocks her attacks and creates tentacles, wrapping them around her body and mouth, causing her to drop her scythe.

He then flies away to Stark Tower, therefor Spider-Man grabs her scythe and starts swinging over to save her.

He gets to the top of the building where he sees Iron-Man holding Ruby over the side of the building with the tentacles.

Ruby grunts, tries to talk, and tries to move but the tentacles are too strong.

"MMPPFF!" "MMPPFF!" Ruby tried to say

"You know it dose not have to end with her getting killed." Tony said

"You can just take this chip on the back of your neck and she will be safely returned to you."

Peter walks over to grab the chip, but does a back-flip kick into Stark's face and smacking the chip away from him.

Iron-Lad comes in to face Tony.

However the tentacles lose their grip on Ruby and she starts plummeting to the ground.

"RUBY!" Spider-Man yells jumping off the high Stark Tower to save her while Iron-Lad holds off Iron-Man.

While he is watching Ruby fall with fear in her eyes.

He makes his body arrow dynamic and falls faster and grabs Ruby, swinging to safety.

"Here this is your's" Spidy hands her scythe.

The two head back up to Stark Tower, Spider-Man swinging, and Ruby turns herself into rose peddles.

They arrive back at the tower and see Iron-Lad exhausted.

"You all can not defeat me! I'm all powerful!" Tony yells

Suddenly Doom teleports to up the building along with some help.

U.S Agent, Dark-Hawk, Weiss, Blake, and Yang.

"I thought you could use some help." Doom said

They get ready and charge at Tony.

Overwhelming him and attacking him from everywhere.

Eventually sends a shockwave sending them off of him.

Doom shoots Iron-Man with electricity hitting his chest shocking him.

Iron-Man lays on the ground and Doom gets ready to finish him off.

Iron-Lad stops him. "Let me talk to him."

He walks over to Tony saying "It's me your son."

Tony gets up "S-Simon?"

"Yea it's me." He says while his helmet reviles his face.

"SIMON!" Tony reviles his face and hugs Simon Stark.

"I thought I lost you!" He says sad yet happy

"I got so caught up in ruling the city I forgot why I was doing it."

He looks over and sees everyone fighting.

Tony taps his wrist undoing on the mind control chips.

Everyone who had chips on them are now free.

"This is all my fault. I have to turn myself in." Tony says

"You can't."

"It will be ok Simon, before I turn myself in, you want to finish the Iron-Man Zero suit we have been working on?" Stark asks

"I would love too." Simon says

He turns to Team RWBY

"Thank you for helping them stop me."

And turns to Spider-Man

"Thank you for protecting my son."

"No problem Stark."

Iron-Lad tells them goodbye and flies off with Iron-Man to finish a suit together.

The team return to the street and see everyone has recovered.

"So what do we do now? We don't have a way to return them back to their world." Blade says when suddenly.

Dr Strange and Brother Voodoo float down to meet the team.

"Hello everyone, names Dr Strange."

Strange wheres his black and red suit based on his animated movie, but still has the cloke.

"I am Brother Voodoo!"

"Where where y'all this whole time?" Richer asks

"We have been in alternate realities." Strange says plainly

"The main reason we are here is because of these girls." Voodoo says pointing to Team RWBY and Nora.

"They are not from our world and we can send them back, however it will require a lot of energy and a sample of hair." Strange explains

"Ohh, you can use my hair!" Ruby says exited

Strange suddenly pulls one of her hair off from behind and the two sorcerers start getting the portal ready.

While they do that Spider-Man takes Ruby to a nearby street.

"So you know how I said, I only revile my identity, to those I trust?" Spider-Man asks

"Yea." Ruby says

"Well..." He pulls off his mask finally showing Ruby what he looks like.

"My name is Peter Benjamin Parker."

The two hug each-other knowing they may not see each-other again.

Peter puts his mask back on and they return to the others.

Strange and Voodoo try thier best to open the portal, but it drains them of power two fast.

Dr Doom and El Diablo step in and use their magic to help open the portal.

But it is just not enough, The Eye of Agamato opens and Doom uses 100% of his power and they finally open the portal to the RWBY universe.

"GO NOW!" Stange yells the Nora and the others jump through with Ruby being the last one thorough, however they lose their energy and the portal closes cutting off a fraction of Ruby's cape.

Spider-Man grabs it.

Dark-Hawk is about to talk to Doom, however he and the Masters of Evil teleport away.

Later on Peter returns to his Collage room and finds a suit case on his bed with a note.

"Dear Spider-Man, I felt bad for damaging your suit so Simon and I deiced to make this for you. Signed Tony Stark."

He opens the suit case and in side is the Iron Spider Suit!

He puts it on and swings outside throughout New York next to Iron Lad in the Iron Man Zero suit!

"My name is Peter Parker, I am the Amazing Spider-Man, and got to meet some unique girls with their own special abilities, but for some reason even though they are in their world, I feel like we will meet again."

We find Dr Doom in deep Alaska looking for something.

He looks around with a device and finds he is above where he needs to be.

He punches the ground and jumps in.

He is now in a abandon laboratory deep under Alaska.

He walks around with a flashlight trying to find it.

Then he finds a metal box with something glowing inside.

He rips the lid off and finds it.

The white seventh infinity stone, THE ETERNAL STONE!

He grabs the stone and yells in pain with how much energy is flowing through his body an a huge explosion erupts.

Then Doom is wherein his white cloak and starts laughing manically.
