Two weeks later Izuku's latest session with Miss Heinous wasn't going anywhere. This was due to her spending the entire time ranting and raving about a princess Turdina which Izuku was sure was a made-up name. Izuku was about to leave haven written today off as a waste of time, when Miss Heinous finally snapped herself out of her rant and said "Oh, look now our time is finished. What with your constant babbling." Izuku was about to object but decided against that as she know that wouldn't get her anywhere instead, she just sighed done with today and just left
Meanwhile on Ludo's side of things, his plan of attacking once a week for the wand just helped Izuku with her training of magic. Something that the other monsters toke note of eventually after weeks upon weeks of trying and failing, they booted him out for the more smarter Toffee (which given that this was Ludo we were talking about, that wasn't such a hard thing to achieve). Toffee had Izuku's mother kidnapped and offer Izuku a trade, destroy the wand and her mother will be sent free. Luckily for Izuku she had called in backup from the mirror Moon had given him and soon Moon herself plus Star and Marco showed up to kick Toffee's butt. Luckily the battle between the four was enough of a distraction for Izuku to free her mother. with magic "Izuka, what's going on? Who are these people?" Ms. Midoriya said, only for Izuku to say "I'll explain everything later, for now let's get out of her." With that the Midoriya's left, meanwhile the battle between Toffee and his army vs. Star, Marco and Moon was still waging on. Star kicked Big Chicken in the nether area then punched him out with a punch to the face while Marco used a karate chop to knock out Potato Head while Moon was busy fighting Toffee using spell blast after spell blast, well she tried but he was to slipper for her. That was until Izuku returned, she used an invisibility spell to sneak up behind him and whisper very quietly the words "Ice Blast!" Freezing Toffee in a block of ice, this immediately got everyone's attention and all the monsters fled after that. "Good job Izuka, you're already a hero in my book." Izuku smiled as a warm feeling was now gathering in her chest.
Toffee was imprisoned in a crystal prison by Rhombulus. As for Ludo he went on to become a street rat, scavenging the streets of Mewni for food. As for the other monsters they were never found despite everyone looking for them, meanwhile Izuku had told her mother the truth "So, let me get this straight. You are telling me that magic and other dimensions are real and you're now a magical princess from one." "Yes, mom. It feels so good to tell somebody the truth. I'm sorry I lied before; it's just the truth is so outrageous that no one in their right mind would believe it." Izuku said, only for her mother to say "Your right, if I didn't see it I wouldn't believe it. I'm sorry you had to keep this secret inside by yourself for so long." "Hey, Izuku I need to talk to you." said Star who went on to say "You should really look up Mewmen history, you'll find something very interesting in there. It's in the first battle of Mewni." Star whispered that last part, only for Izuku to say "Okay?" Unknown to the fact that by doing so will change the fates drastically. For she found that Mewmen were the bad guys in that story, using the newly discovered wand to help themselves attack an innocent monster colony. Izuku knew he had to fix it but how do you fix an incident that happened years ago was the question on Izuku's mind. But he couldn't dwell on that for long as he had to get back to his life on earth, at least he was comforted by the thought that his mom was now in on it.
A month went by ever since that day and Izuku was still no closer to finding out what to do about the problem but he did know one thing he was excited for today, for today was flag day. A day which all of the members of the butterfly would meet for corn (Izuku still didn't get their obsession with corn) and Izuku was excited to meet the family (even do technically they weren't family) but his excitement was quickly replaced with dread as he found out that all of Moon's relatives on her side of the family were just as snooty and uptight as her, heck even more so than her. The Johansen's were no better than them, being made up of an annoying group of literal barbarian savages. Izuku now couldn't wait for this to be over, at least he could talk to Star about the problem he discovered in the first battle of Mewni and dang it was she sitting at the kiddy table. Welp there goes that idea, things only got worser from there as the two families started to scrabble. So, it was decided that things would be settled with a game of flags whatever that was. 'Good thing I won't be participating' Only to have that hope dashed too when Moon announced to the crowd that "Sunny will be participating this year, Star will not." "What, but mom." Star sayed "No, buts now onto the game." Moon said "But I don't even know what we're playing." Izuku said, only for Moon to say "Ugh, Star will tell you how to play." Izuku looked towards Star who was still stewing in anger over not being able to play game of flags, which Izuku didn't get.
"Okay, here are the rules. Whoever gets their flag onto the top of the hill first wins." Star said still angry, only for Izuku to say "Good, good now about the first battle of Mewni." "I know, totally one sided." Star said, prompting Izuku to say "That's not what I'm talking about, I'm talking about how Mewmens totally attacked a defenseless monster colony. Kicking off a war that's still going on to this day." "I, I didn't realize that. Wow we really sucked huh." Star said, only for Izuku to say "Yah, we did. Glad someone finally agrees with me." "The competition about to begin, everyone get in their places." Moon sayed, this got everyone to the starting line (except for herself, Star and Marco) "And begin." Moon sayed, this got everyone who was at the starting line to start moving towards the hill with the exception of Izuku who quietly snuck away using an invisibility spell. She went to Star to talk to her more only to discover that it was a corn duplicate, three guesses to where she really was. Izuku would've told Moon but know that would've given away that Izuku wasn't participating besides Moon eventually figured it out for herself anyway, so it was fine. That's what Izuku kept telling herself anyway, turns out Star was trying to make everyone win which was strangely mature for her.
