"Olly, Izuku told me about that run-in with Mind Weaver. Care to explain why you went giant?"

Izuku couldn't help it, the Origami Craftsman asked! He didn't expect the craftsperson to drop everything and run over like he had. Olly couldn't keep eye contact with him, and just continued to stare at the ground.

"Does Olivia know about this?"

Olly shook his head.

"Olly, you could have hurt someone! You're lucky those were bad people you hurt! What would you have done if Izuku had gotten hurt?"

"Stop treating me like a child."

"What?"

Olly finally looked at his creator, tears in his eyes. "Stop treating me like I have no control over my abilities. Stop treating me like a child."

"Olly, last time you went giant, you almost killed your sister! I'm not treating you like a child, I'm trying to protect you and those you think are special!"

"So you're still talking about that, huh?"

Izuku decided it would be best to leave them be, so he went to his room and shut the door.

"Why don't you just forget about it?"

Owen looked at the ground. "Maybe because you almost killed me too? Do you even care about me? I gave you everything, and you repayed me with anger and abandonment."

"You felt abandoned? I was the one you hurt and abandoned. If you really cared for me, you would have tried to change me. You know, like Livi did? But no, you didn't. You just sat in that creepy basement, folding origami all day like you didn't even care for me."

"Olly, I didn't want to agitate you further!"

"Well, you didn't then but you are now."

"What do you mean?"

"You gave me these stupid powers! Instead of being a good father and teaching me how to use them, you sent me to a school where absolute strangers could teach me instead!"

"Olly, I-"

"If you hadn't sent me here, that never would have happened!"

"Stop raising your voice, Olly!"

"You really care for me that much? If you did, you would have told me about that note sooner!"

"Olly-"

"So stop treating me like I'm still a villain!"

Izuku couldn't help but overhear that last line. After he had finished yelling at the Origami Craftsman, Izuku felt a surge of energy so strong that it shoved him over. He stumbled on his way out of his room to the Living room. Olly was in his mostly-human form that Izuku recognized, sitting on his knees. Izuku could hear the gentle rattling of his folds from his fearful shaking. As Izuku drew near, he could hear Olly telling himself "No" repeatedly.

"Olly? Is everything okay? Did your dad leave? What was that surge?"

"No, no, no...I-I'm so sorry. I didn't mean t-to. I-I..." His voice grew shaky as tears fell down his cheeks. He pulled his hands closer to his body.

"What's wrong? Why are you apologizing?"

"I-I never changed for the better...I just got worse." Izuku couldn't see his eyes, as a black shade was covering them.

Izuku walked in front of him and placed his hands on Olly's shoulders. "Olly. Tell me what's wrong. I can't help unless you-" He gasped.

In his hands, Olly held a small origami version of the Origami Craftsman.

"Olly, what have you done?"

"I'm such a bad person...Why can't I ever learn...?"

"Just unfold him," Izuku suggested.

"I already tried. He's nothing but paper in a world where he shouldn't be...I killed him...I killed my father..."

Izuku held out his hands. "Can I see him?"

Olly jolted to his feet, backing away from Izuku. "N-no! He'll get hurt or lost! I-I have to undo this on my own! Nobody can have him!"

"Olly, calm down." Izuku could now see his eyes through the shade. His eyes looked white against it. "Let me help you."

"N-no! I'm strong! I can do this by myself!"

"Look, I understand you're scared. But you can't do this alone and you know it. I know how to help you."

Olly loosed up a bit and began shaking again. "B-but..."

"I'll only help you if you want me to."

Olly looked at Izuku's welcoming hand. "Y-you can't...My father..."

"I won't touch the Origami Craftsman, okay? I won't help if you don't want it, okay?"

Olly hesitantly accepted Izuku's hand.

"Okay, now tell me what your Quirk is. All of it. I can't help until I understand what I'm helping."

Olly looked at his creator, who sat silently in his palms. "I...I used to..." He mumbled the rest, clearly unsure whether or not he wanted Izuku to know about it.

"Go on, no rush."

"I used to be a villain."

"What? You? Really?"

Olly nodded.

"Would you mind telling me what happened? Does it have to do with your relationship with the Origami uh...Craftsman?"

"I was faded and written on."

"Oh?"

"He meant well, but I didn't know." He placed the Origami Craftsman on the table and began taking off his sweater vest.

"What are you doing?"

"I thought he hated me. He even said he regretted using Fold of Life on me." He undid his tie.

"Olly, why are you taking off your clothes?"

He started unbuttoning his undershirt, ignoring Izuku. "I tried to kill him out of fear. And all the other Toads too, because they had the same face as him. They all looked like him to me." He pulled his shirt off.

Izuku saw black, blocky lines on his gut. He also noticed the scar from when Mind Weaver had stabbed him. The lines looked like unrecognizable words.

"Um...What is that?"

"It's the letter. He wished me well as the new King but...you can imagine how well that played out. I went crazy, folding innocent people into Folded Soldiers and trying to kill Mario. Strangely enough, I actually thought I was helping. Boy, was I wrong." He put his undershirt back on, leaving it unbuttoned. "Olivia teamed up with Mario and a Bob-om named Bobby. After they arrived at Sweetpaper Valley on their way to Scorching Sandpaper Desert, I...I tried to kill her. I crushed her with a giant boulder."

"Oof."

"Bobby was silling to sacrifice himself for her. He's fine, but still. After they killed Scissors though...I absolutely lost it. I had a horrible panic attack because I thought I was alone. I have a terrible fear of that."

Izuku winched. "Ouch..."

"Yeah. I folded Princess Peach into a window."

"Hang on a second. You folded Peach into a window?"

"Can you wait until I'm done?" Izuku noticed Olly was looking more like himself again. The shade had gone away.

"Yeah, sorry."

"Mario and Bowser battled me and I lost horribly. I used my Origami Sumo on Bowser and still lost. Only because Mario was helping him...I would have won if it weren't for him."

Izuku opened his mouth to question the Origami Sumo part, but remembered what Olly asked and shut it.

"I used Giga Olly against Mario and Livi. She had to resort to using her special attack to snap me out of it. I only use Giga Olly when I have no control over Fold of Life anymore. And I guess Manifold too, since that's also a Quirk. I have no control over him, and he quickly seeps away my energy. I can die from Giga Olly if I lose control too many times too close together."

"So, you managed to fold your dad and can't fold him back."

Olly nodded, his gaze turning to the ground. "I'm a terrible son."

"Then that's not Fold of Life."

"Pardon?" He looked at Izuku.

"You folded your dad in a world where he's not paper. Think about it. How could that happen if you only have control over paper?"

"Um..." He shrugged.

"You have Telekenesis, I'll bet."

"Tele...keh...knee sis...?"

Izuku nodded. "You're so used to paper, that you folded him instead of...well, you can kill people with Telekenesis. You can blow them up, I think."

Olly looked disgusted.

"Sorry. Anyways, you have more than paper folding magic. You have world controlling magic. I know how to help you know. Come on."

Izuku led Olly outside. He led him to an empty field.

"Okay...You think you can only control the elements with the Vellumentals, right?"

"Not think, I know."

"Well, when you fought Mind Weaver, you could control fire without Seraphina. Your fire was purple. Why was it purple?"

"Well, I'm not sure about the fire, but I know why it was purple."

"Go on."

"Magic has a certain essence to it. Sometimes, it has a color to match. My color is purple." He closed his eyes. "Yours is strange. It's not yours, yet is at the same time. It speaks 'power' and is very energy-focused. Too powerful. Careful with your Quirk, Izuku. You could smash your bones with it."

Izuku covered himself the best he could with his hands. "Uh...you can't see through my clothes, can you?"

Olly opened his eyes. "Your clothes weren't involved whatsoever! I can sense your energy, your magic. I can't see through your clothes. Gross."

"What...?"

"Everyone has a system of energy. Sometimes the magic is so powerful that I can sense it. To me, it appears as a maze of colorful lines that come from the energy buildup in your heart. It's also known as your energy core. When I sense them, I tend to get drawn towards them...I honestly don't mean to. That gets me in some troublesome situations sometimes..."

Izuku slowly moved his hands to cover his chest. "Well, can you stop staring at me?"

"Oh, I can't see your organs or anything. Just your energy. And I stopped sensing it when I opened my eyes. Usually, I can choose when I sense energy or not. Energy Sensing actually comes in handy when I'm trying to find Livi in a crowded area. Anyways, what are we doing in this park?"

"Oh, right. Turn Origami Sumo."

"What?! But last time I-"

"Trust me. You still have control when you do that, right?"

"U-uh...Yes?"

"Was that a question?"

"N-no!"

"Don't question with me and do it!"

Olly gulped. "I should tell you what happened last time I used my Origami Sumo..."

Izuku raised an eyebrow.

"Reality? I folded it."

"Um, yeah? You're origami..."

"No, no. I folded reality."

"...What?"

"Ugh, just watch the sky and let me know if you start feeling weird."

Olly took a few steps away from Izuku. Then a few more. He decided that was good and he began glowing.

"You might want to hang onto anything in danger of blowing away," Olly warned.

Izuku grabbed his phone from his pocket and held it tightly.

"Alright, Olly. You can do this. Just like last time."

He floated from the ground, the glow forming into a spherical shape around him. He unfolded himself like before, except he somehow kept unfolding.

"What the?! How are you doing that?!" That was the moment when Izuku realized Olly couldn't talk when folding.

Izuku's foot slipped a bit, so he moved more towards Olly. He looked and saw they were on a patch of grass floating in a void of nothingness.

"Huh?!"

Olly tudded to the ground, panting. "I think it's more exhausing making my Origami Sumo match my human-like form..."

Olly stood to his full height. Izuku gasped at his giant size. Of course, it was nothing compared to Giga Olly, but it was still surprising that he was that large for being such a small sheet of paper. His hair had been put into a bun. Izuku was a little confused why Olly had a breastplate and a tare.

"Um, I expected you to actually look sumo-"

"That's disrespectful to my image! Also, Origami Folk can't gain weight, remember?" Olly's eyes were just slanted lines again, except they slanted downwards rather than upwards. "Anyways, you didn't feel off or anything, didn't you? I want to make sure you didn't get any strange side effects for entering into an Origami-powered void of a shattered reality."

"Ohh...You folded reality. I get it now."

"Izuku, answer the question."

"No, I'm good."

"So, you wanted my Origami Sumo. Now what?" He put his hands on his hips.

"Are you still wearing your boots?" Izuku asked, looking at Olly's mauve legs.

"No...that's just the color of my legs. Same with my arms; they are forever light grey."

"Where did the writing go?"

"In this form, it's hidden in some folds."

"Kick me!"

"What?!"

"I'll attack you back. Just kick me!"

"Um...if you go into that void, there's no coming back until I exit this form. You know that, right?"

"Shut up and kick me already!"

"Alright then..." He kicked Izuku at one of the fortune-tellers that made up the border around them. "Aah! Izuku!"

"I wasn't ready for that..."

Izuku screamed as the muncher attempted to eat him. It failed and tossed him back onto the grass. Olly gently scooped him up.

"Oh Izuku...We can't fight like this. It's unfair for you."

"What are you suggesting then?"

"Let me fold you!"

"What?! But you folded your dad, and now look at him!"

"That was an accident. This one will be done with intention. I'll be sure to not hurt you, okay?"

"Uuuhhh..." He floated from Olly's hands. "Are you sure this is safe?!"

"Nope! But there's only one way to find out!"

"I don't wanna be your guinapig!" Izuku exclaimed, sobbing.

"Okay...how to apply Origami Sumo to a non-paper being...First thing's first, I need to make you paper. But, ooh...How did I do that last time?"

"You're making me more unsure about my idea the longer you do this..."

Izuku glew green for a second, then lost all feeling in his body. He screamed.

"Aah! That's not right! I'm so sorry!"

"What did you just do?!"

"I just crushed you! I meant to fold you, not flatten you like a pancake!"

"Fold back! And fix me!"

"Sorry, sorry!"

"So there's no horrible damage," the nurse explained, "but your organs and bones are thin like paper..."

Izuku shot Olly a dirty look.

"Sorry, Izuku...I really didn't mean to! At least we know it kind of worked..."

Izuku kicked him in the shin.

"I said I was sorry!" Olly rubbed his shin. "I mean, that kind of what you wanted, right? You wanted to see my power?"

"That means no origami powers for you," Izuku said, "until you can figure out how to fix this."

"Nothing was damaged!"

"Careful with your words, Olly. You don't want to lose your legs."

"Okay! I said I was sorry!" He held out his hand. "I bet I could fix it now..."

"Don't." He pushed Olly's hands down. "Just don't. I don't want to be flattened."

Olly hugged his knees. "I always mess things up...And now you're mad at me."

"Maybe we can try some other tactics from the rest of the class?"

"I don't know...Livi might be upset about this."

"We'll never know unless we try."

"True..."

"So we'll meet at the park again and discuss."

"Mm...but what about that thing I told you? About me...? I don't just want everybody knowing about it. It's kind of personal..."

"You think I trust you to be alone anymore?! You are not flattening anyone else!"

"You wanted me to!"

Izuku sighed. "Let's just go."
