Only to be interrupted by Izuku saying "You would've done the same thing if you were in my shoes, h#ck Gran Torino confirmed it." All Might didn't want to confirm it but knew he was right so said so "You got me they kid but next time don't do it, seriously. Now to get your mother on board with this." All Might said, only for Izuku to say "Yah, about that."
"He's not going back to U.A." Ms. Midoriya said standing firm on the decision, only for All Might to say "How am I supposed to guide him as a mentor if he's not at U.A?" "That's not my problem and frankly I don't see how you being his mentor would stop this problem, it didn't when she was your student." Ms. Midoriya said, only for Izuku to say "But mom..." Only to be interrupted "But nothing, I don't want you fighting bad guys until you're ready" Ms. Midoriya said, only for Izuku to say "But I was already fighting the forces of evil before U.A." "Wait, what? You were already putting yourself in life ending situations before going to U.A!" Ms. Midoriya said "Actually they were finding me at first." Izuku said "And you wanted more? Ugh, if only you hadn't gotten that wand, then none of this would be happening." Only for Izuku's answer to surprise and shock her "Yah and I'll still be a quirkless loser who thinks about suicide, huh is that what you want? For me to think about suicide!?" "What I didn't, I wouldn't, no Izuku that's not what I want. I'm just worried about your safety is all." Ms. Midoriya said, only for Izuku to say "That's fine and all but at the cost of me not wanting to live, mom?" "Izuku I'm, I'm sorry I shouldn't for saying that. If this wand is the reason for you wanting to live then I'm glad it came into your life and I'm sorry I wasn't there for you when you were thinking about suicide. I'll be better I promise, I'll even support you in this dream of yours off wanting to be a hero, no matter what it entails." Ms. Midoriya said, only for Izuku to say "Does that include letting me go to U.A?" "Yes, it does honey" Ms. Midoriya said "Alright, thank you mom." Izuku said while hugging her mother "Your welcome, Izuku. My beautiful girl" Her mother said back while hugging back and happy crying "Oh, Mom." Izuku said while happy crying herself. "Oh you guys" All Might said while starting to happy cry himself from what he was seeing.
They (class 1A) stand in front of the U.A school campus where Katsuki forces Denki to use his quirk to get Katsuki money "Here, Eijiro using your money night vision goggles." Katsuki says, only for Eijiro to say "I would invite you to dinner but I know you and Izuku are a thing."
"If we're going to be boyfriend and girlfriend then you need to know the whole truth and believe it this time." Izuku said while getting out her dimensional scissors. A while later "So what you said about magic and other dimensions was true." Katsuki said reeling from all the information he just received, only for Izuku to say "Yep" "And All Might gave you his quirk which explains why its vanishing." Katsuki said still reeling "It does." Izuku said, Katsuki didn't know what to think of all this information he had gotten, only to be interrupted out of his non-thoughts by Moon saying "So this is your boyfriend but he..." "Only to be interrupted by Izuku who said "No, Moon. I'm not giving him up for some stupid tradition bullsh#t, I'm putting my foot down on this one and if you have a problem with that then I be happy to magically fight you on it." Katsuki was stun with what he just heard 'Izuku is willing to fight a magic master for me. Wow and to think he I was jealous that she got All Might's quirk while I didn't. I need to be a better boyfriend; no, I WILL BE A BETTER BOYFRIEND FOR HER, SHE DESERVES IT! SO IF THAT MEANS GOING THROUGH SOME ROYALTY BULLSH#T THEN I'LL DO IT' Katsuki thought "That's what I was hoping to hear, do you know how many hops I had to go through for River and he was/is royalty. Of course, he will have to take on some etiquette classes." Moon said, only for Katsuki to say "I have to do what now!? I mean it's the least I can do, I'll do anything for you Izuku." He said while putting his hand over his heart and kneeling on one knee. Izuku couldn't help but blush at this. Moon thought 'This boy is a good one.' she thought refuring to Katsuki and then Moon said "Alright now that that's settled you will be taking etiquette classes on the weekends like Izuku used to."
It was during homeroom when Aizawa announces to the class "Your next challenge will be obtaining your provisional hero license, it will be tough as the exam only has a passing rate of fifty percent and that's why you will be spending this class working on your ultimate moves." The class change into their costumes and enter gym gamma. The class the start training against Ectoplasm clones, Izuku's ectoplasm clone suggests she work on her handle of One For All. So, she charged it into her arm at one percent and hit her Ectoplasm clone. Destroying it and most of the surroundings causing everyone to cheer thinking she found her ultimate move but the soon stopped when they saw it broke her arm. "Don't worry, I can fix it. Healing Rain." Izuku said and her arm was instantly healed but that didn't stop the looks of worries her classmates gave her especially her boyfriend's (aka Katsuki) especially since he knew the truth. "Hey, are you really okay? It never did that with All Might" He asked, "I know right but I don't know what I did wrong." Izuku said truthfully "Maybe I can help with that." An Ectoplasm clone said as it approached the two "I leave you two to it." Katsuki said as he started to walk away "Okay, now let's try to figure out what went wrong. Tell me exactly what happened." Ectoplasm said, only for Izuku to say "Well I put all of One For All into my arm and..." Only to be interrupted by Ectoplasm saying "Okay, I'm going to stop you right there because I think I know what went wrong. You put One For All into just your arm, correct?" "Yes but, oh I get what you're saying. I should've put One for All into my entire body instead of just my arm. I get it." Izuku said starting to charge One For All at one percent again but this time running it through her whole body evenly. This time green electricity started to come out of Izuku's body "I think that's a sign that it's working, now try hitting me" When Izuku hit him the clone disappeared again and the surrounding got smushed again but this time Izuku's arm didn't brake but before she could celebrate she say a piece of debris from the punch, fly after All Might. Izuku acted quickly, combining One For All with Gran Torino's teaching's and got to the debris before it could hit All Might and punched it with one percent of One For All. "You should be more careful in your true form." Izuku said, only for All Might to say "You shouldn't emulate me so much, make up your own style. We don't want to give away that you're my successor" He whispered on that last part "Make my own style, got it. I got an idea but first I need to make some changes to my costume." Izuku said, after class she, Tenya and Ochaco went to the Develpoment Studios for a costume upgrade. Suddenly an explosion from the Develpoment Studios blows away Izuku and when the dust clears Izuku finds Mei on top of her "I have a boyfriend." Was the first thing out of Izuku's mouth disheartening Ochaco and Tenya who both thought 'Ah man she has a boyfriend, no, no. Shouldn't think like that, I still got to try.' "Oh, I see you're bisexual." Mei said will rubbing her boobs on Izuku who said "Please stop that." "Okay, okay fine but I'm going to let you know I'm getting that fine as# of yours." Mei said "Okay." Izuku said nervously "I'm sorry for the explosion, it was one of my babies being unruly. Who are you guys again?" Mei said "Please don't be talking about an actual baby." Tenya said "No, she's not. She just referees to her inventions as babies." Power Loader says "Phew, thank God. HI, I'm Izuku. We were teammates during the cavalry." Izuku said, only for Mei to say "Yes, I remember you. How could I forget such a beautiful face." "I'm Tenya and I'm the guy you tricked into wearing your inventions for a show." Tenya said, only for Mei to say "Oh, it's you. The robot guy." "What did you call me!?" Tenya said angerly, as Mei walks away to fix her invention Izuku says "We're here to get improvements on our costumes." "Oh, that's great I think I have just the babies for you three" Mei said, only for Izuku to say "I don't want any inventions, I just want paige knee pads, paige arm pads, reinforced gloves and reinforced boots and oh instead of stocking I'm going to by wearing a body suit under my costume that's the same color as the stockings which are yellow" Mei forced Izuku into one of Mei's inventions anyway, a power suit "Tada!" Mei said "But I don't want this, plus it's moving without my control" "Well I figured you needed something to fall back on whenever your wand runs out of power" Mei said, only for Izuku to say "Yah but I already have something for that." Mei then gave Tenya Arm Engines which sends him into the ceiling causing Tenya to say "I would be rather using my feet" This gives Izuku an idea on his own style. Four days later Izuku is wearing her suit upgrade and implants her own stye, kicking. She makes it her ultimate move Full Cowl, she would've used it to kick the debris that was about to hit All Might but figured he got this and he did. He quickly turned into his buff form and smashed the debris using One For All.
On the morning of the Professional Heroes Licensing Exam or the P.H.L.E, class 1A travels to the National Dagobah Arena. Minoru is nervous about getting his license but Aizawa encourages his student to do his best. Aizawa then says "If you manage to get your license, you'll be semi-pro." Eijiro gets hyped up and says 'Come on everybody let's say the U.A chant..." Only to be interrupted by some guy (Inasa) from another school saying "PLUS ULTRA!" Inasa's classmate (Seiji) says while dragging him away "You shouldn't barge into their conversation like that." Inasa apologizes by slamming his head into the ground and saying "I'm sorry" Aizawa immediately recognizes the student from Shiketsu High School "What? I love U.A and I just wanted to say it's motto once." Inasa says, only for Aizawa to say "I remember you from the U.A's recommended tests, you got the best score out of anyone but turned us down." Izuku is surprised that there is someone whose power is greater than Shoto's
Yo leads the attack on 1A as his peers throws balls at them (1A), Izuku immediately counters with an air kick using One for All and his classmates defend themselves with their respective quirks. Izuku leads his classmates in battle and says "Keep fighting." Shikkui and Itejiro use their Quirks to attack Class 1-A. Shikkui makes the balls hard with his Stiffening Quirk and Itejiro sends them at their rival students using his Boomerang Quirk. The balls travel underground so Kyoka uses her Heartbeat Distortion technique combined with her new Amplifier Jacks to break up the ground. The balls travel toward Minoru but Mina uses her Acid Veil technique to put up a defensive wall that melts the projectiles. Fumikage says and uses "Black Abyss" and Izuku says "I noticed the name change". Fumikage uses another super move of his and says "Piercing Twilight Claws" (which is what the super move is called), to attack Tatami but she evades using her Telescopic Quirk. Impressed, Yo says "U.A has grown quite a lot since the sports festival." Only to hear the announcement "No one has passed the first event yet." Izuku deducts that "We are all in a stalemate trying to see what the other will do." Yo says and uses his super move "Tremoring Earth" to break up the ground beneath 1A Other students notice the tremors, including Shoto. Inasa makes his presence known in the city-replica area and uses his Whirlwind Quirk to take the balls of the surrounding students. He says "I was inspired by other students battles and wanted to participate." After using his Quirk to take the balls from the other students, he reigns them down onto them. When the dust settles, It is announced that "Inasa is not only the first student to pass but he also eliminated 120 competitors alone." Izuku uses One For All to escape from the debris caused by Yo's earthquake and Izuku notices Emi managed to separate class 1A. Izuku uses the invisibility spell on herself and barely manages to avoid an attack by Camie and outs her instead using a combination of One For All speed and the invisibility spell, she manages to oust two more people like this.
It's the next and final event which is rescue operations rescuing fake victims known as the H.U.C (the Help Us Community). Izuku says "This scenario was inspired by the Kamino incident, wasn't it." "That incident did have a lot of many casualties." Tenya says, only for Izuku to say "We need to do our best." Later when the event begins Izuku and the others find a crying boy when Izuku says "This situation is bad, we need to..." Only to be interrupted by the boy saying "You didn't comfort me first, you lost points." 'I didn't do the one thing All Might taught me first, to smile which says "I am here, everything going to be fine".' Izuku thinks she then smiles with that glowing smile of hers and carries the boy off to safety. A while later Gang Orca attacks when Yo tells Izuku "Evacuate the first aid station while I hold the villains back." Yo manages to keep the first wave back by creating tremors with his Quirk to break up the ground. Gang Orca surprise attacks Yo using his Orcinus Quirk to paralyze Yo with an ultrasonic wave attack. Before Gang Orca can attack Izuku and the other students trying to evacuate the first aid area, Shoto stops him with an ice wave. Mashirao, Mina, Fumikage and other students arrive to help the evacuation effort. Gang Orca uses his sonic waves to destroy Shoto's ice attack while his men are frozen in place. Inasa arrives at the scene and uses his wind to blow the villains away. Shoto and Inasa are immediately irritated by the sight of each other. Proctors watching the exam are impressed the students prioritized the first aid station and agree that Shoto and Inasa are best suited to fighting the villains. Shoto tells Inasa to "Help with evacuation." But Inasa refuses. Shoto and Inasa try to attack at the same time (using fire and wind respectively) but both miss Shoto says "Gang Orca blocked my ice attacks." Only for Inasa to say "Nice try, you're just trying to hog the glory because you're the son of Endeavor." Shoto said "I'm not trying to hog the glory, I'm nothing like..." Only to be interrupted by one of Gang Orca's sidekicks, Cement Gun attacking Shoto. Gang Orca states "It's outrageous for students to be attacking each other during a high stakes situation like this." Gang Orca's men attack with their cement guns. Shoto blocks the incoming attacks with ice while Inasa dodges them, but they continue to argue with each other. Inasa and Shoto use their quirks at the same time again (wind and fire respectively again) and miss again but this time they put Yo in danger who is saved in the last minute by Izuku using and saying "Cloud Block!" Angry with their (Inasa and Shoto) lack of focus, Izuku says "What do you think you doing, Shoto!?" Gang Orca gets close to Shoto and then surprise attacks Inasa while he's dodging the cement guns. Then Gang Orca grabs Shoto and paralyzes him with the same hypersonic wave attack. It doesn't have quite as strong of an effect on Inasa because it was used at long range, but it's enough to immobilize him. The sidekicks rush to attack the evacuation effort. Inasa realizes 'My hatred has made me become the type of hero I dislike.' Both Shoto and Inasa decide to rectify their mistakes, Yo recovers and uses tremors to keep the villains back, Yo explains "My brain is used to being shaken because of my quirk, so Gang Orca's attack didn't have that much of an effect on me. Izuku, split up and help the remaining evacuees." Gang Orca drops Shoto and goes to finish off Inasa. Shoto knows that 'I can't become a top hero competing with others in vain without teamwork.' Shoto thinks, he stakes the battle on whether Inasa feels the same way and unleashes his flames at their full power. Inasa combines his wind with the fire and they manage to trap Gang Orca inside a spiral of fire. Gang Orca states "Your combination attack won't make up for your foolishness but your attack is a good one. I know your both are trying to make up for your mistakes and I commend you two for it." His sidekicks know that he's weak to extreme heat and they attack Shoto while he's on the ground. Shoto is able to use his ice at the same time to defend himself because his body can't move. Izuku and Mashirao stop the sidekicks from helping Gang Orca using Neat Trap spell and Tail respectively. Mashirao confirms "All the injured have been evacuated and reinforcements will arrive soon." The announcer states "You guys have just three H.U.C people to rescue before the exam ends." Nagamasa, Fumikage, Mina and Tsuyu arrive to help suppress the villains. Gang Orca commends Shoto and Inasa on their hot wind prison and says "A normal villain would've submitted. However, you two need to plan ahead after playing your hand." He uses water to cool himself off and then blasts apart the flaming twister using sonic waves. He asks "What do you have next?" and prepares to finish them off. Izuku tries to save them and delivers a powerful kick that nearly breaks Gang Orca's defense. Then the test suddenly ends after Denki and Eijiro rescue the last of the H.U.C employees.
Izuku passes the exam and gets her professional heroes license.
