Dexter, Sheldon, and Xander, the alien experts, corner them.
"Halt, alien filth! We will stop you before you cause any harm to yourself or anyone else. We need to do further research on you." Dexter says
"Not here. There are far too many witnesses." Sheldon says.
"You are correct. This isn't the place for it." Xander concurs
The news cameras start rolling.
"Oh my gosh a news team is here!" Logan panics and stops even trying to whisper.
"The aliens are aware of what is going on." This is incredible." Dexter says.
"Don't be alarmed, everyone. We'll handle this." Sheldon says.
"Cease using that camera." Xander says.
"Why?" The cameraperson inquires.
"Simple. The high frequency infrared beam it generates will greatly interfere with the cerebral structure of the aliens." Sheldon expresses himself.
"What?" The cameraman responds befuddled.
"I'll explain it in a way that even a small child can understand." The strength of the camera will have an effect on the aliens' brains." Xander claims.
"You're not aware of that! Let them be! You leave them alone!" Carlos says this while standing guard in front of the "aliens."
"This has nothing to do with you, little child! Step back right away!" Dexter says angrily.
"Stop speaking to my son in that manner!" Officer Garcia yells.
"If you even so much as get the tip of your pinky on him, you're going to have to deal with the law! Understand it?"
"All right, but he needs to move still." Says Sheldon.
"I'm not leaving! Furthermore, I recently turned 13 years old, so I'm not a little child! Compared to the three of you, I'm a more guy! You guys are so dumb! My pal Logan is far smarter! He'll work this out! I'll give him a call."
As he presses the button on his phone, Carlos says. The theme tune from Bill Nye the Science Guy serves as the ringtone. When he cautiously turns to face them, he sees that one of them is also holding a phone after realizing that the sound is coming from behind him.
"Logie?" "Confusion beyond comprehension," he remarks.
"We need to go down to the station to clear this up." Everyone else should leave. Especially you three." Officer Garcia says, staring at Dexter, Sheldon, and Xander.
After everyone has left, he drives Carlos and the other youngsters to the police station.
"I know exactly what's going on. I got it out right away, but they should explain it. You're probably not going to believe me."
"What's going on?" Carlos says, looking around at his now-unmasked companions.
"We made the whole thing up, but Logan was against it." He didn't want to do it. "James and I forced him." Kendall admits it.
"Why would you do this to me?" Trick me? Scare the neighbors? Almost make the news?" Carlos is still perplexed.
"You needed to put an end to your alien fantasies. You're 13. Belief in aliens, unicorns, and other mystical beings is reserved for children Katie's age. You've reached the age of adolescence. It's time to mature." James puts it bluntly.
"Oh, now I'm insane to you?" "How would you explain the article I discovered?" Carlos expresses his dissatisfaction at being disrespected.
"He made certain you found it on purpose. He made everything up." Kendall describes.
"He made it at school." "Unsupervised and without approval."
"So you're telling me instead of supporting my beliefs in unworldly creatures like you said you have earlier this week you make up an article and cause chaos in the neighborhood just to prove how stupid and immature you think I am?" Carlos sheds a tear.
"We're so sorry Carlos." Logan says as he offers him a tissue.
"You're my sole genuine friend Logie!" Carlos says this while crying and hugging him.
"You were never thrilled about doing this. You're the most remarkable kid I've ever met."
Feeling very terrible, Logan replies, "Thanks Carlos, but I still feel really bad for joining in on their antics. How can I be a good friend if what we did made so sad?"
Carlos responds, "Because Logie, you tried your best to avoid all this trouble and I appreciate that."
"Kendall and James" I no longer want guys to spend the night at my residence. When we return to our neighborhood, you must pack your belongings and return home." Carlos states.
"You're kidding right?" James inquires.
"No, I'm not kidding. "I don't want you there." Carlos says this without even a single smile.
"Let's talk this out." Kendall says, sensing the lingering tension.
"No! You both embarrassed me! I'm not interested in speaking with either of you!" Carlos, yells loudly.
"Take a deep breath mi hijo." Officer Garcia, gently says.
"You're stressed out."
"Yes, Papi, I am really stressed out!" claims Carlos.
"I feel angry and depressed because I can't trust them anymore! I'm flapper trasted!"
"Flabbergasted." Logan, kindly corrects him.
Carlos responds, "Yes, what he said."
Everybody heads home. After gathering their possessions, James and Kendall head to their homes. Logan remains behind to assist Carlos in becoming calm. It is dawn at the time of all of this, and no one has gone back to sleep.
The two young teenagers head downstairs to watch SpongeBob in the living room.
"Carlos, are you feeling better?" As he eats grilled cheese, Logan queries.
"No, I have the same feelings. My spirit was truly broken by James and Kendall. " In response, Carlos gulps down an orange juice.
"They had no intention of hurting your feelings, buddy. Their techniques were terrible, but they had no malicious purpose." Logan states.
