In the middle of the night, under the light of the full moon, an army composed of the followers of the AllHumanity cult could be seen.
All of them were advancing normally, like a military march, only it wasn't that, but an army whose only intention is to destroy their enemies.
On a hill quite far away from where the army was passing, stood, Rimuru, Naruto, the ninjas and Rimuru's troops.
"So those are from AllHumanity." said Sakura.
"Hinata, use Byakugan on them." said Tsunade, receiving a nod from the white-eyed girl.
"Byakugan!" shouted Hinata making the veins around her eyes stand out too much. "I see that more than half of them possess large amounts of magic."
"Which means they possess skilled mages among their ranks." said Shikamaru.
"How do we proceed then? If we jump or attack them directly, it's possible that the mages will activate some kind of shield to protect them." said Kakashi.
"That's why don't worry. I have a plan." said Rimuru.
"I guessed as much." said Naruto with a smile.
Soon after, Ranga stood next to Rimuru.
"Ranga, do what you know how to do." said Rimuru.
"Of course, master." said Ranga before a red aura surrounded him.
The next moment, Ranga let out a powerful howl that was heard from everywhere, even the followers stopped as soon as they heard the howl.
That caused the night sky to fill with clouds and before anyone could say anything, several tornadoes emerged from the ground and impacted the ground only around the area where the followers were.
The six ninjas were completely shocked when they saw how the tornadoes hit and absorbed some followers while others managed to defend themselves based on shields and protection spells.
"Unbelievable. So much power in a single attack." thought Tsunade.
"If that's the power of just one of them, I don't want to imagine the level of power that Lord Rimuru possesses." thought Kakashi.
"Wow. I didn't know he could do that." thought Naruto.
By the time the tornadoes were undone, a third of the army had been knocked down or annihilated.
"Now that they're baffled, ATTACK!" exclaimed Rimuru before they all charged towards the army.
"Huh? What's that?" asked one follower.
"We're under attack!" exclaimed another follower pointing ahead where they could see the army of monsters and ninjas charging towards them.
"Don't back down! They're just a bunch of monsters! We're fighting for mankind!" exclaimed another follower.
"All be for the salvation of mankind!" exclaimed the other followers before launching into the attack.
Both armies charged towards each other and when they were only a short distance away, the scene moved in slow motion and as it did, Rimuru charged a black lightning in his hand while Naruto waved his hands.
Several mages cast spells based on fireballs and lightnings, but Geld, with his armor and shield, managed to block all the attacks before charging towards them and knocking them down with a punch.
An axe-wielding follower tried to attack him from behind, but the axe couldn't penetrate the armor and not only that, but black snakes emerged from Geld's body and when one of them bit the follower in the neck, he dried up until he was dead.
Gabiru led an aerial squadron of dragonewts that launched their tridents as if they were drops of water, killing some followers while using their aerial advantage to dodge the arrows shot by the enemy.
It was then that Gabiru swooped down to the ground and when he impacted his trident against the surface, it caused an explosion that knocked down several followers around, followed by a huge crater.
Gobta and the Goblin Riders rode on the backs of the star wolves among the followers.
Thanks to the wolves' agility, they avoided all attacks launched by the mages.
When they approached a follower, they attacked him with daggers and swords.
With the speed of the star wolves, they had finished off several of them.
Hakuro stood in a corner while several sword-wielding followers surrounded him.
The moment they all rushed towards him, Hakuro unsheathed his sword and after a quick movement, sheathed it again.
The followers stood still for a moment before they fell to the ground due to huge wounds all over their bodies that killed them instantly.
Souei shot kunais at any nearby mage, stabbing them in the forehead, which meant instant death.
A pair of weapon-wielding followers tried to attack him, but Souei drew his swords and defended himself before killing them with a couple of slashes.
He then pulled several threads from his fingers that wrapped around several followers and, with a tug of his hand, the threads tightened and cut them into thousands of pieces.
Benimaru unsheathed his sword as he wrapped it in black fire.
Several followers prepared to fight him, but then, Benimaru moved so fast that he seemed to disappear and reappear elsewhere.
Every time he appeared next to a follower, the follower suffered a flaming cut that turned him into ashes.
It was then that some mages cast powerful water spells at him, but Benimaru shot a blast of black fire that evaporated the water and cremated the mages.
Shion jumped high in the air with her sword held high and when she reached the ground, she hit it with her sword, generating a wave so powerful that it knocked down several followers.
After that, Shion was surrounded by several mages preparing their spells to attack, but then, she began to spin around with her sword in hand, which caused a small tornado to form that sucked the mages in and threw them well away.
Tsunade nimbly dodged the mages' offensive spells.
When another spell was cast at her, she dodged it with a leap, but then, she fell to the ground with her leg stretched out and when she reached the ground, she hit it hard with her leg in an axe kick, which caused huge cracks to form in the ground, as if it were an earthquake, knocking down several followers in the process.
After that, a group of followers charged towards her with their shields and spears in position to try to defend and attack at the same time.
However, Tsunade, instead of retreating, charged towards them and when she reached them, she avoided the spear and hit the shield hard, knocking them all down like bowling pins.
Kakashi used his multiple jutsus to take down any follower he had nearby.
Shortly after taking down those wielding weapons, he came face to face with several mages preparing their spells against him.
It was then that he unleashed his Sharingan, allowing him to easily dodge the magical attacks before taking down the mages with his jutsus.
Several sword-wielding followers charged towards Shikamaru before they suddenly stopped and looking down, they discovered that, from their shadows, lines connected to Shikamaru's shadow.
Then, with a hand gesture, he caused, from the followers' shadows, shadow strings to emerge that wrapped around them and tightened until they were split apart, killing them in the process.
Sakura jumped high in the air and came down with her fist pointing downwards, causing a huge wind wave to be produced when her fist hit the ground, sending all the followers nearby flying.
After that, Sakura used her speed and agility to dodge the enemy attacks as she approached one by one and knocked them down with her powerful punches.
Hinata activated her Byakugan and with her defensive jutsus, she was able to protect herself from the spells of the mages.
When the attacks stopped, she went on the attack and with the help of the Byakugan hit them at precise and vital points, knocking down several followers in her path.
Naruto created several clones and they stampeded towards the followers.
Many of them were knocked down with punches and kicks and others through the Rasengan.
Every time they hit a clone with their weapons or magic spells, they disappeared in explosions of smoke.
It was like facing an army of one.
Rimuru moved like lightning to dodge some magical attacks while others of fire or lightning type let him hit them, as he was immune to any elemental attack.
He then drew his katana and set about attacking any follower near him, though others he trapped with his spider threads or knocked them down with his paralyzing gas.
After a while of fighting, Rimuru and Naruto reunited by standing back-to-back.
"It looks like this will be over soon." said Naruto.
"I don't know. I have a feeling something is wrong." said Rimuru.
That's when…
"WARNING!" exclaimed Raphael.
"WARNING, NARUTO!" shouted Kurama.
Hearing that, the two immediately saw a huge magic circle forming on the ground below the battlefield.
"EVERYONE TAKE COVER!" shouted the two in unison.
Without hesitation, both Rimuru's troops and the ninjas began to run to get as far away from the magic circle as possible, but alas, a few seconds later, a huge explosion erupted from the circle, creating a dust cloud so large it looked like a mushroom cloud.
"*Cough* *Cough* Is everyone okay?!" asked Tsunade as the smoke cleared.
"Ugh. Over here everyone's fine." said Benimaru getting up.
"There seems to be some injuries, but no casualties on our side." said Kakashi.
"It was fortunate that some of us had barrier spells to protect us from that explosion." said Hakuro.
"Wait, where's Naruto?!" asked Hinata.
"And Lord Rimuru?!" asked Shion.
They all looked around the field where only the few followers that hadn't been killed by the fight or the explosion were standing.
"You don't think that…?" asked Sakura.
"No way. Lord Rimuru wouldn't let himself be killed by something like that." said Souei.
"And I'm sure it's the same with Naruto." said Tsunade.
"Hey. I see something moving." said Shikamaru.
Everyone turned their gaze to the front to see a group of rocks shaking slightly before they moved out of the way, revealing Rimuru in his slime form.
"Phew. That was a close call." said Rimuru.
"Lord Rimuru!" exclaimed Shion as she and the others approached, though the ninjas were a bit shocked to see the slime's true form. "Are you all right?"
"Yes. Fortunately, I managed to protect myself from the explosion." said Rimuru.
"And what happened to Naruto?" asked Hinata with concern.
"Don't worry. I managed to get him safe from the explosion." said Rimuru.
"Where?" asked Kakashi.
"On me." said Rimuru before spitting at Naruto.
"Ouch, ouch, ouch. Next time, let me know when you're going to do that." said Naruto.
"You're welcome for saving you." said Rimuru with a bead of sweat.
"What the hell was that earlier?" asked Naruto as he stood up.
"It was probably a ruse by the enemy. They had an intuition that we would go after them and in case that happened, they set up some sort of self-destruct system to kill us all." said Shikamaru.
"Even at the risk of annihilating their own troops." said Sakura before Rimuru returned to his human form.
"Either they were willing to sacrifice themselves for their crazy cause or they didn't know about the magic bomb." said Rimuru.
"Who would think of using such a tactic?" asked Naruto with a frown.
"Me."
Everyone turned their gaze forward to see someone suddenly appearing.
That someone was none other than…
"Let me guess, you're the leader of AllHumanity?" asked Rimuru.
"The very same. Allow me to say that it is a pleasure to meet you, Demon Lord Rimuru Tempest." said the leader.
"Enough with the greetings. Why did you do that? Can't you see you have killed many of your own?" asked Naruto.
"Their sacrifice is little compared to the outcome of our plan." said the leader.
"Your plan is insane." said Souei.
"Yes. You can't kill some children simply because they were summoned." said Hinata.
"You say that because you don't see the truth, but I'll be sure to show you all." said the leader before causing a magical barrier to form that enclosed him, Rimuru and Naruto.
"Huh? What did you do?" asked Naruto.
"Just something that will keep Lord Rimuru and I from having a little chat. Though I didn't expect you to end up getting caught too." said the leader.
"What do you want to talk about?" asked Rimuru.
"I know you want to build a city where humans and monsters can live in peace. I can help you with that goal. You just have to help me wipe out the summoned ones. That way, you'll be able to protect your own much more than you can do now." said the leader.
"As if he…" began Naruto before Rimuru put his arm in front of him to stop him.
"You say you can help me?" asked Rimuru.
"That's right. I have old contacts that could help you and prevent a war from happening. Don't you think that's the last thing we all want?" asked the leader.
"In that case, this is my answer." said Rimuru before shooting a huge blast of black fire towards the leader, enveloping him completely.
"Yeah, way to go!" said Naruto with a grin.
"Wait, something's not right." said Rimuru stopping the burst of fire.
It was then that the two saw the leader standing in the same spot without any wounds or burns.
"What? How did he survive that?" asked Naruto very surprised.
"I thought I could convince you, but I see I have no choice but to act." said the leader before taking off his robe, revealing that he had a bodybuilder's body.
"My goodness. What muscles you have for your age." commented Naruto.
"This is the result of my extremely hard training." said the leader.
"Warning. The leader's magic power is near S-Class levels." said Raphael.
"Naruto, be careful with him. He's more powerful than he looks." said Rimuru pulling out his katana.
"Roger." said Naruto preparing to fight.
Meanwhile, outside the barrier, Shion, Sakura, and Tsunade were all taking swipes at the barrier.
"Agh. It's useless. We can't knock it down even by joining our blows." said Sakura.
"But there has to be some way we can get through and help Lord Rimuru." said Shion.
"If what you told us about him is true, then he can manage just fine." said Kakashi.
"On that I agree." said Souei.
"Plus he has Naruto inside, so they'll be able to help each other." said Shikamaru.
"Yes, we trust him the same way you trust Lord Rimuru." said Hinata.
After that, they had no choice but to stand to the side and watch the upcoming fight.
"This is nothing personal. You are simply an obstacle in my way to save mankind." said the leader.
"Save mankind from what? I see no reason for the summoned to be the cause when they didn't even ask to be." said Naruto.
"What they want isn't relevant. Well, let's begin." said the leader before clasping their hands together, leaving a gap between them.
Suddenly, a sphere of energy formed in the gap between their hands before, from it, a huge beam shot out towards them, but they managed to dodge it in time.
Rimuru took the first step shooting black lightnings, but the leader simply raised an arm that blocked the lightnings with no problem.
"What?" asked Rimuru surprised by that.
"Shadow Clone Jutsu!" shouted Naruto gesturing with his hands, which made many clones of his appear around him through smoke explosions.
He and his clones rushed forward and proceeded to punch and kick him from all sides, but the leader seemed to resist the attacks perfectly despite only being able to block his face with his arms.
It was then that a bright green aura surrounded him and before anyone could react, a tornado formed around him, sending Naruto and the clones flying, most of whom were blown away by the tornado.
Rimuru took advantage of the smoke left behind by the eliminated clones to launch himself towards the leader with his katana at the ready, but the leader was able to react in time and raised a magic shield that protected him from the attack, although he ended up being dragged backwards.
Rimuru then proceeded to create around him various icicles of ice which he shot towards him, but for some reason, he stood still in place as the icicles that impacted on him shattered like glass.
Rimuru was getting more and more confused with that and decided to try one thing, so he moved quickly from around the leader at such a high speed that it seemed like he was in one place and then another in a matter of milliseconds.
Every time Rimuru was in one area, it launched a cutting water wave, but the moment it hit the leader's body, the attack acted as if it didn't hit anything.
After a few seconds performing that, Rimuru stood next to Naruto.
"I don't understand. Why doesn't any of your attacks affect him?" asked Naruto.
"It's because magic doesn't affect him, right?" asked Rimuru to the ninja's surprise.
"Hehe. I see you've noticed. Worthy of a Demon Lord. That's right. My unique ability, anti-magic, allows my body to be totally immune to any magical attack, elemental or otherwise." said the leader.
"Now I understand how you survived that fire attack from Rimuru." thought Naruto.
"Yeah, but that makes the battle more difficult, since Rimuru can use magic." said Kurama.
"Wait, that's right. That guy said he's not affected by magic, right?" asked Naruto.
"Yeah and I think I know what you're implying. Which I like." said Kurama.
"Listen, Rimuru, I have a plan that will make his advantage ours." whispered Naruto.
"I hear you." began Rimuru before Naruto whispered the plan in his ear. "That's not a bad idea. Let's do it."
"What are you two whispering about?" asked the leader.
"Oh, nothing that might interest you, old man." said Naruto.
"In that case, it's time to finish you off." said the leader preparing to run towards them.
"None of that." began Naruto rushing towards him. "We won't let you defeat us." said Naruto before gesturing with his hands. "Shadow Clone Jutsu!" shouted Naruto causing several clones of him to form around him through bursts of smoke.
"The copying trick again? That won't do you any good a second time." said the leader preparing for the barrage of blows he sensed was coming.
"Maybe, but this time it will be different." said Naruto before waving his hands, causing him and all the clones to be engulfed in bursts of smoke.
By the time the smoke cleared, instead of Naruto and clones of him, there were several blonde women with pigtails, mustaches on their faces and completely naked.
"Harem Jutsu!" shouted Naruto.
Needless to say, everyone watching the fight, including Rimuru, was shocked and blushing (some more than others).
In fact, Gobta bled so hard from his nose that he fell backwards to the ground in a faint.
"Wow. When he told me he was going to distract him, I didn't imagine that at all." thought Rimuru blushing when he saw the blonde women standing around the leader and petting him while talking to him in a flirtatious manner.
"Does your friend do that often?" asked Benimaru slightly blushing.
"You could say it's his personal trademark." said Shikamaru.
"Good thing I made sure he didn't teach any of that to my students." said Souei.
"Yeah, you did the right thing." said Kakashi.
"Oh, so that's how it's done, huh?" asked Shion as she was taking notes in a notebook, as the thought of acting that way with Rimuru crossed her mind.
"Wait, why are you writing it down?" asked Sakura with surprise and confusion.
The leader had been shocked at such a move and was about to do something when suddenly the blonde women disappeared in bursts of smoke and then Naruto shot out of the smoke with a blue energy sphere in his hand.
"Rasengan!" shouted Naruto slamming the sphere directly into the leader's chest causing him to groan from the pain before being thrown backwards.
However, before he could go any further, a spider thread shot by Rimuru wrapped around his waist.
"You may be immune to my magical attacks, but not to those that aren't natural attacks!" said Rimuru giving a strong tug, causing the leader to be thrown upwards before, with another tug, he was sent straight to the ground, where he left a crater from the impact.
"Ha. See? I knew it would work." said Naruto.
"Despite the… distraction you set up, everything went well." said Rimuru.
Soon after, they heard a groan and focused their gaze on the leader who was getting up.
"How is that possible? My ability makes me immune to any magical attack!" said the leader.
"Last minute, old man. I don't use magic, I use chakra." said Naruto with a smirk of superiority.
"Chakra? Grrr. Okay. That may complicate things, but I still have more power than an ordinary human." said the leader.
"Before we continue, answer me this. Why do you think the summoned will bring about the destruction of the mankind?" asked Rimuru.
"It's simple. When summoned ones come to this world, they gain vast amounts of magical power that would normally kill an ordinary human of this world, which makes the summoned ones the strongest of the mankind." said the leader.
"Is that why you want to kill them? Because they have so much power?" asked Naruto.
"Yes! No one can guarantee that they are capable of handling such an amount of power or that they would use it for good. No, they will either lose control or use it to cause chaos that will bring about the destruction of mankind. But I don't intend to allow that! For that reason I founded this order to wipe out all summoners there are or will be in this world!" exclaimed the leader.
"Your idea is absurd! That doesn't mean that all summoners are going to be evil! There are some who just want to live!" said Naruto.
"Exactly! And to help them with that, we'll stop you right here and now!" said Rimuru.
"You can try if you want." said the leader before placing both hands on the ground, causing earthen tentacles to emerge from the ground before heading towards them.
Rimuru and Naruto started to move from one side to the other to dodge the tentacles that were following them while attacking them from different sides.
Rimuru managed to finish off the tentacles on his side by cutting them with his katana while Naruto, stopped when he saw several tentacles preparing to skewer him.
However, before they could reach him, he created a clone to which he extended his hand as the clone tore through the air at full speed.
Before long, he came to form a huge sphere of energy.
"Cho Odama Rasengan!" shouted Naruto impacting the huge sphere of energy into the tentacles, destroying them all and causing a smokescreen.
It was then that Rimuru shot out of the smoke and lunged straight at the leader with his katana ready to strike, but the leader managed to dodge the slash in time, though he did manage to give him a small cut on his cheek.
"Your body can resist my magic, but it can't resist the cut of a normal sword." said Rimuru.
"Hehehe. True, but I have many aces up my sleeve." said the leader when suddenly, the wound magically healed, much to the surprise of the human slime.
"Healing factor, huh? I certainly didn't expect that." said Rimuru.
"And you weren't expecting this either." began the leader before a magic circle formed behind him. "Come to me, Volcan Gnome!" shouted the leader as behind him emerged a massive being made of rocks with rivers of lava running down its body, plus it was wearing armor, sword and shield of the same composition.
The lava creature lunged towards the human slime with its sword ready to strike, but then, Rimuru wrapped his sword in black fire and performed a vertical slash that hit the lava creature, cutting it in half as fire covered the wound before it spread throughout the creature, eventually calcining it to ashes.
Needless to say, the leader was surprised.
"Actually, I did expect it, though I was expecting something tougher." said Rimuru.
The leader was about to say something when…
"Hey, don't forget about me, old man!" shouted Naruto running towards him with two energy spheres in each hand. "Rasenrengan!" shouted Naruto impacting both spheres into him, sending him flying rapidly backwards until he impacted against the barrier.
"Nice hit, Naruto." said Rimuru.
"Thanks, but I guess that wasn't enough." said Naruto as they both saw the leader get back up.
"Now you've really pissed me off! Die at once!" exclaimed the leader before causing several mirrors to spring up around him and then, the mirrors shot out huge beams of light that forced the ninja and the human slime to move quickly to dodge the various beams.
Despite how fast they were moving, it seemed that the beams were going at the same speed as them or faster.
In fact, one of those beams managed to cut Rimuru's arm, although it regenerated in less than a second and another one managed to make a small cut on Naruto's cheek.
They knew they couldn't stay like this forever, so Naruto created a pair of clones that charged towards the leader, but a beam quickly shattered them.
Seeing what his friend's intention was, Rimuru came up with a plan to get out of the situation, so he generated black lightnings in his hand before shooting a huge lightning directly at one of the mirrors, managing to break it, something that caught the leader's attention.
Rimuru took advantage of that moment to throw his katana at him like a javelin, managing to stab into his shoulder, which caused the mirror spell to be undone, to the relief of the other two, who gasped a little.
"We can't go on like this forever." said Rimuru.
"I have an idea, but I'll need a few minutes of time." said Naruto.
"I'll give you as much time as it takes." said Rimuru before Naruto went into a lotus position to meditate with his eyes closed.
With a groan of pain, the leader removed the katana stuck in his shoulder and tossed it aside as the wound was healing.
"It will take a lot more than that to finish me off." said the leader.
"Then I'll go with more." said Rimuru before lunging towards him and appearing in front of him in less than a second with his fist ready to strike.
However, just as he threw his punch, the leader covered his own fist with titanium plates and struck Rimuru's fist with his own, eventually generating a wind wave.
After that, the two got into a fist fight, trying to hit each other while dodging or blocking each other's attacks.
They went on like this for a while until, when Rimuru ducked to dodge a titanium punch, he threw a side kick that caused the leader to back up a bit, though he then tried to smash Rimuru with his fists wrapped in titanium plates, but Rimuru jumped back to avoid it.
It was then, when Naruto opened his eyes, revealing them with a yellow iris, a toad pupil and orange pigmentation around the eyes.
The leader lunged towards Rimuru with his fists ready when then, Naruto, at a faster speed than before, appeared in front of him with his fist ready to strike.
Seeing it coming easily, the leader managed to dodge it, but despite that, the force of the punch managed to hit him with a wind fist and sent him backwards.
Needless to say, Rimuru and the other monsters were shocked.
"Analysis. Naruto's power has increased to higher levels than before." said Raphael.
"What?" asked Rimuru in surprise.
"What was that?" asked Gobta.
"It's the Sage Mode of Naruto." said Tsunade.
"Sage Mode?" asked Shion.
"It's when you unite your own energy with that of the surrounding nature, making your abilities more powerful than normal, though it has a certain time limit." said Kakashi.
"Mmm. Interesting technique using the environment's own energy to your advantage." said Hakuro.
"Wow. Naruto. Just when I thought you couldn't impress me anymore, you do it again." said Rimuru who had managed to hear everything.
"Hehe. What do you want me to tell you? I'm the type to surprise people often." Naruto said rubbing the back of his head.
"Don't let your guard down. We're not done yet." said Kurama.
"We're not done yet, Naruto." said Rimuru turning around to see the leader get up again.
"Tsk. Damn that healing factor of yours." said Naruto.
"Yes, but I was able to analyze him and saw that even though his wounds heal, he still retains the pain before it goes away." said Rimuru.
"Then, we just have to give him such a beating that he won't be able to get up even if he heals." said Naruto cracking his knuckles with a toothy grin.
"You read my mind." said Rimuru with a grin.
"Damn you!" shouted the leader as he created thousands of green fireballs around him and launched them all towards them.
Lightning fast, they managed to dodge easily as they maneuvered for the balls to impact each other before Rimuru launched a huge wave of black fire that annihilated all the balls.
Fortunately, Naruto was at his side to prevent the wave from hitting him as well.
It was then that Rimuru launched a pair of cutting water waves followed by several icicles of ice.
All of those attacks hit both the leader and around him, but while the leader was unaffected by the magical attacks.
"I told you I wasn't affected by any magical attacks." said the leader.
"I know, that's why I thought of distracting you like this." said Rimuru with a smile.
"Huh?" asked the leader before looking up, only to be shocked when he saw several Naruto clones, all of them carrying an energy sphere in hand.
"Rasen Cho Tarengan!" shouted Naruto as he and his clones impacted all of the spheres into the leader, causing a huge explosion that generated smoke that filled the entire field covered by the barrier.
By the time the smoke dissipated, a huge crater could be seen and in the center was the unconscious leader even though his wounds were healing thanks to his healing factor.
"It's certainly been too painful for his body to endure." said Rimuru.
"Yes. We finally took him down." said Naruto with a smile.
They were just about to leave with the others when…
"Warning. Summoning process has been detected." said Raphael.
"What?! Summoning process?" asked Rimuru with wide eyes of surprise.
"What's going on?" asked Naruto in confusion.
"Back up! Quick!" said Rimuru before he and the jinchuriki backed up.
Just then, a magic circle appeared in the crater, just below the leader who raised his head slightly in a sign that he wasn't quite unconscious.
"I-I didn't think I'd have to use this, but if it's to finish you off, I'm up for it. Great beast of the underworld, hear my plea and come to me! Finish off everyone in your path!" shouted the leader before he was engulfed in a bright light.
Naruto and Rimuru were forced to cover their eyes from the immense glow, as were the others.
By the time they cleared their eyes, they were all in shock when they saw something in place of the leader.
It was some kind of giant hydra with a tail, wings and seven heads.
Four had black scales, two had gray scales and one had white scales.
The seven heads let out a bestial roar.
"What the hell is that thing?!" asked Naruto.
"Whatever it is, it's powerful." said Kurama.
"Raphael, analyze it." thought Rimuru urgently.
"Analysis. It's an S-Class summoning beast and it possesses different magical attributes." said Raphael.
"Looks like that guy wasn't willing to die in vain and used his life to summon that beast." said Rimuru.
"Damn coward. He has preferred to commit suicide and bring that thing rather than surrender." said Naruto.
"Now is not the time to think about that." said Rimuru.
In the next instant, the four black scale heads opened their mouths and concentrated energy spheres in them that turned into huge energy beams.
Naruto and Rimuru began to move quickly to dodge the beams.
While moving quickly, Rimuru shot a huge black lightning that hit one of the heads, destroying it in the process.
Thinking the same thing, Naruto paused before extending his hand upwards, causing a huge sphere of energy with spinning blades to form.
"Odama Rasen Shuriken!" shouted Naruto throwing the huge sphere of energy that impacted in the space between the other three heads, generating a huge explosion that when finished, it is revealed that the three heads were totally destroyed. "Yeah, way to go!"
Suddenly, the head with white scales let out a roar before the four heads that were destroyed were quickly regenerated.
"WHAT?! THAT'S NOT FAIR!" asked Naruto.
"It seems that head possesses very advanced healing magic." said Rimuru.
"Yes. No matter how many times we destroy those heads, as long as that one exists, they can regenerate." said Kurama.
"Then, we have to finish off that head first." said Naruto.
"I was thinking the same thing." said Rimuru before launching a cutting water wave that was going at high speed.
However, before it reached the white scaled head, the gray scaled heads got in the way and raised a barrier that blocked the attack.
"Damn. What was that?" asked Naruto.
"It looks like that beast has a very intelligent system. The black-scaled heads attack, the white-scaled head heals it, and the gray-scaled heads protect it." said Rimuru.
"Then we can't finish off the healing head without taking care of the protecting heads first." said Naruto understanding the system.
"And I doubt the attacking heads will let us get close." said Kurama.
"So what do we do then?" asked Naruto.
"I have a plan, but I'm going to need your help." said Rimuru.
"Heh. You didn't even have to ask me." said Naruto with a toothy grin.
The seven heads roared loudly before the four attacking heads launched their energy beams again.
As he was dodging the beams, Rimuru swiftly moved to where his katana was and once he retrieved it, he wrapped it in black fire before launching a wave of black fire at one of the heads.
Unfortunately, before it reached her, a protective head blocked the attack.
"Tsk. Looks like it's smarter than I thought." thought Rimuru.
"Hey, ugly faces, over here!" shouted Naruto drawing the attention of all the heads who looked up to see him along with a bunch of clones, all carrying a huge energy sphere in their hands. "Choodama Rasen Tarengan!" shouted Naruto directed the spheres towards them.
But then, the protective heads stood in front and completely blocked the attack.
However…
"Now, Rimuru!" shouted Naruto.
"I get it." thought Rimuru before wrapping his katana in black fire. "Thank you, Naruto!" exclaimed Rimuru before launching a wave of cutting black fire.
Because the protective heads were focused on the jinchuriki's attack, they couldn't stop the wave of fire from decapitating one of the heads and covering the stump in black fire.
By the time the jinchuriki's attack was over and the other heads realized what was happening, the healing head let out a roar trying to heal the missing head, but nothing was happening.
"Why won't it heal?" asked Naruto.
"Those black flames prevent it. They burn and disintegrate at the same rate it regenerates." said Rimuru.
"It's similar to Sasuke's Amaterasu." thought Naruto.
The remaining six heads let out a roar of anger before the three attacking heads prepared their attacks.
"We have to finish off those three remaining heads." said Rimuru.
"Leave them to me. I know exactly what to do." said Naruto.
"And so do I." said Kurama.
All three heads shot their energy beams at the same place, generating an explosion and a smoke screen in the process.
It was then that Naruto jumped through the smoke, only this time, he had entered his Kurama Chakra Mode, with his yellow suit and cross pupils.
Stretching his hands out to either side, he formed in each, a sphere of energy with spinning blades.
"Wind Style: Rasenrenshuriken!" shouted Naruto throwing the energy spheres towards the attacking heads, but the protective heads managed to block the attack. However, that wasn't the end of it, for as soon as Naruto landed on the ground, a black energy sphere formed in his hand. "Bijuudama!" shouted Naruto turning the sphere into an energy beam towards one of the attacking heads, managing to shatter it due to the protective heads being engaged.
"What was that?" thought Rimuru.
"Analysis. Naruto's energy has combined with the energy of the being inhabited inside him." said Raphael.
"So now, he and Kurama are working together. Amazing." thought Rimuru in awe before refocusing on the battle now. "I won't let their effort be in vain." said Rimuru before charging towards the beast.
With a roar, the two attacking heads prepared to launch another attack, but Rimuru nimbly dodged the attacks while still advancing towards the beast.
A protective head tried to get in his way, but Naruto, with a giant chakra arm, struck the head, knocking it out of the way.
"I'll clear the way for you, buddy." said Naruto.
"Thank you." said Rimuru as he continued on his way.
The other protective head lunged towards Rimuru, but he transformed into his slime form to dodge it with ease and when he finally approached the attacking heads, he returned to his human form and with his katana wreathed in black fire, decapitated the other heads, leaving their stumps covered in black fire.
The healing head roared trying to heal the head Naruto shattered with his earlier attack, but Rimuru shot a blast of black fire that covered the head stump, preventing its regeneration.
"And that was the last one." said Rimuru before the remaining heads roared at full volume from anger and pain.
"Well, we got rid of the attacking heads now, shall we go after the others?" asked Naruto.
"That would be the logical thing to do, but I have a feeling that even if we cut off the healing head, it might regenerate soon after. We need a faster method." said Rimuru.
"Analysis. Detected a weak point located at the back of the body. Right between the two wings." said Raphael.
"Perfect." thought Rimuru with a smile. "I found a weak point. If we attack his back, we'll finish him off right away."
"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go there!" exclaimed Naruto before taking a big leap while Rimuru took out his wings to fly.
While they were in the air, the remaining heads swooped down to try to catch them with a bite, but they easily avoided it and in no time, they found themselves on the beast's back.
"Let's make it count." said Rimuru.
"Okay." began Naruto before creating on his raised hand a huge sphere of energy with spinning blades. "Wind Style: Choodama Rasen Shuriken!" shouted Naruto throwing the sphere downward.
As it traveled towards its target, Rimuru shot a blast of fire and black lightning from his hands that combined with the jinchuriki's attack.
That created a sort of shuriken of flames and black lightning.
"It's like the attack Sasuke and I did." thought Naruto, as that attack was similar to when he mixed his attack with his friend's black flames.
The attack impacted directly on the beast's back, causing the beast to roar in pain before it was enveloped by a powerful explosion, whose wind wave was so strong that it ended up destroying the barrier, allowing the others to feel the force of the wind, so they lowered their heads to keep the dust out of their eyes.
Looking up, all they could see was the smoke raised by the explosion.
Before anyone could say anything, they saw two figures walking through the smoke and when all the smoke in the area cleared, they saw that it was Naruto and Rimuru.
"Hey." said Rimuru with a smile.
"Were you expecting someone?" asked Naruto with a smile.
"Haha. Unbelievable. They're definitely a powerful duo." said Shikamaru.
"Yeah. Not bad for a mere human." said Benimaru crossing his arms with a smile.
"Well, technically, Naruto isn't a normal human." said Kakashi.
"But we all love him like that, right?" asked Sakura.
"Yeah, I like him just the way he is." said Hinata before blushing heavily at the way she said it.
"Not to mention that despite his appearance, Lord Rimuru has proven to be very skilled and intelligent." said Tsunade.
"We wouldn't follow him if he wasn't." said Hakuro.
"That's true. He earned our respect." said Souei.
"As well as our affection." said Shion with a wink.
"It's finally all over." said Rimuru.
"Yes. We certainly make a good team, don't we?" asked Naruto extending his clenched fist towards the human slime.
Rimuru nodded at him with a smile before colliding his fist with his.
"Yes, we do." said Rimuru.
