CH 13
"Mummy can I go on the slide?" George asked
"You but young, so how about I build smaller slide for you and you friends, would you like that?" he smile
"When?" sam laugh
"Soon I promise, soon" Every one watch, the one of the SG team member climb the snake ladder and went down it
"Dave you big kid" Jack yelled out, Dave laugh
"Why not"
"Well I better feed this little one before I get back to work" sam said
"Ok sweet heart" he gives her a kiss and his son before she walked back to the village.
On they way back, she was feeding Jake till she reach home and sat down in the rocking chair that Jack made when she was carrying George. Jake was still drinking happily while Sam was rocking back and fourth slowly till he had enough, then she put him on her shoulder and patted his back till she heard him burp which made her smile. She humming while he was still on her shoulder for ten minutes then he feel asleep there listening to Sam humming.
She careful got up and put him in the portable basinet and carefully picked it up and walked out side and over to her work area is and put him on a table that was under a gazebo so he would be put of the sun while sleeping. Her and the ones who are sign to her got started on the smaller water slides for the young kids and at the same time she was thinking of a bigger slide for the older ones.
When the small slide were finish and taken over to the swimming hole is the next day George wanted to try it out first so Sam let him, when he went down on all three of them, he loved it and went down them all again. There was one of the older ones there to catch them just as they go under. All they young kids play and lean in the mornings and after lunch they take a nap for couple of hours then they all go swimming for couple of hours, having lots of fun.
Over the next three weeks Sam and her group were working on the bigger slides for the older ones and for the adults to use. When it was finish, Sam got one of the jaffa's' to pilot the cargo ship to move the three big pieces over where the swimming hole is and help set it in place. Every one was watching what was going on and seeing Sam putting the pieces together her self while jack was holding onto Jake. Sam was using one of the vines as a rope as she dangles over the edge as she clip the slide pieces and legs into place.
Then climb up and over the slide to so the same on the other side ones it was all set up and the vines remove, she gives the guy on the ground the signal. So he gives the pilot the signal to move away since it was done. The job took all day to do, the last part they waited till the water fall stop so Sam could get the last part set up. She just finished getting it set up when the waterfall started up again. Every one watch and listen, they cheer when the saw the water going into the swimming holes and Sam was soak when she was hit by water spray.
She sat down and pushed her self off and went down the slide her self, every one was shock and waited, they could hear her go down the slide then saw her go in to the swimming hole. They all waited when she surface she was grinning and gave to thumbs up every one cheered then she swan to the edge and got out and stand in front of Jack
"Sam your crazy you know that"
"I know, but at lest we got a slide now"
"True, so how was it?"
"Great" she said smiling
"Good lets get you home and change into some dry cloths before dinner"
"Sounds good to me" they all head back to their homes for the night with smiles on their faces.
Over the next three months teams have been checking out caves and zating the creatures Jack and sam have been also sending gliders out to check different caves and zating any creatures if they can land the gliders of not. The ones where they can't land, they mark it by using a staff weapon firing it at a tree near the cave and when they return.
They let Jack know which ones they couldn't get to so he sends the cargo ship check it out three days later. They will ring a team down to check the caves out and zat and creatures they're before ring back up and head over to another area where the gliders couldn't land. Sam work it out Ruffy when they creature will waken up for there feed, mating and birth.
Sam work out that there was eight days to go before the creatures wake up when one of the jaffa who was on telescope duty spotted four ships drop out of hypo space, one was different from the others. He sounds the alarm and blew the whistle five times. Every one heard him and ran over to where he is. Teal'c got there first
"What is it?" Teal'c asked,
"Four unknown ships have drop out of hyperspace, one different from the other, I think it the Asgard ships, I've seen them once before" Teal'c check and was shock to see who it is.
"You are correct, it is Asgard and the other ship is Promethis, tau'ri ship" then Jacob showed up
"Teal'c what is it?"
"Promethis and three Asgard ships are in orbit"
"What, I let jack and sam know"
"Indeed"
"Teal'c six gliders have left the ship and heading this way"
"Teal'c you and me will take two glider and meet the six X-302" Teal'c follow Jacob to where they keep some of the gliders, word spread about the ships and who they are. Jack was in one of the gliders when Jacob called him over the radio
"Jack where are you?"
"Hill number twenty nine why"
"Have you just landed?"
"Nope taking off why what's up?"
"Jack we going home, Promethis and three Asgard ships are in orbit"
"Home" he was shock with the news
"Yes Jack, they just sent six X-302 down, shell we great them?"
"Hell yeah, meet you in a minute" Jack flew the glider over to where Jacob would be, when they meet they saw the six ships heading towards them
"This is Colonel O'Neill, do not fire copy over" when the gliders were close enough
"Colonel O'Neill this is Major Mitchell sir which one is you sir?"
"I'm the one who doing the loop Major" then jack did the loop
"Copy that sir, sorry it take so long to get here"
"You have no idea major how long it been, can you send a signal from here and tell Promethis that every one is alive and different and you can tell them that they can come and land on the planet, tell them to follow your beacon, make sure it is turn on" he said smiling
"Sir"
"Just do it and follow us"
"Who in the other two gliders sir?"
"Teal'c and Jacob Carter"
"Yes sir send message now"
"Ok now follow us"
"Yes sir" after the message was sent the six X-302 follow Jack, Teal'c and Jacob to where they can land
"Land here guys" so they land on the ground and follow the gliders to where cargo ship was waiting for them. They all got out and the six pilots were shock when they saw them for the first time
"Your not colonel o'neill" they pulled out their guns and pointed at them "
"For crying out loud yes I am, I'm just younger" one of the pilots step ford
"If you are Colonel O'Neill what did you do on the first mission to Major carter?" Jack smiled
"For one Major Carter was a captain back when I first meet her, second I push her through the worm hole"
"Why did you do that?"
"Her tec no babble about the worm hole, so one way for me to shut her up is to push her through it, she almost throw up on the other side after having a big lunch before the trip" the guy smile and nodded
"Lower your weapons guys it is Colonel O'Neill, it good to see you sir but I feel Jealous"
"You to Reynolds" they shook hands and the others lower their weapons.
"So how long have you been here for?"
"Over five years" they were all shock
"Five years, it only been four weeks when you walk through the gate"
"We know" then Sam walk out
"Major Carter, wow, you look younger"
"Thanks" she wrap her arms around Jack and he did in return
"Sir"
"Later, ok"
"Yes sir, so now what?"
"We wait"
"Ok"
"Jack" Jack turn to look at Jacob
"Shit" they pulled out there zats
"Guys use you zat, not the nine mil unless you want the rest of the family know"
"Sir that are… big "
"We know and they have cause problems, them and another creature"
"Sir"
"Slowly work your way to the cargo ship, at lest we can be safe in there" sam said
They slowly work their way to the cargo ship, just as they got to the open door, the wolfs ran towards them Jack, Jacob and Teal'c fired the zats at them while the others got in the ship, then they got in and sam close the door
"That was close" one of the guys said
"Yeah"
"You all look younger"
"Thanks" Jack said smiling. Teal'c went up the front and look out the window
"O'Neill we have got a problem" they walk up the front and look out side to see more wolfs showing up.
"Teal'c get on the radio and let the village know we got a wolf problem here" Teal'c sat down and use the radio
"This is Teal'c calling home base, come in home base"
"This is home base what the problem Teal'c"
"We are needing assistance, when got Promethis coming in for landing in hour but we are surrounds buy packs of wolfs we can not kill our selves alone"
"Copy that, where are you?"
"Landing strip"
"Copy that we will send back up strait away home base out"
"How long will it take for them to get here sir?"
"Ten minutes"
"Ok"
"Sam, Teal'c, dad when the others get here we will cover these guys asses, you guys get to your gliders and get read to take off and warn the ship not to land till every thing is all clear"
"Yes sir"
"Good" Few minutes later they heard four cargo ships show up and landed
"Ok get ready guys" then they heard zat firing and yelping
"Ok now" Sam open the door and they ran out side and around the ship with the guys behind them. They were firing at wolfs that were running towards them till they were all in their X-302. Then they ran back to the cargo ship and close the door and waited for the others to distract the wolfs when four gliders showed up and went low scaring the remaining wolfs back into the woods
"You got a clear run now, Promethis has just shown up"
"I've sent word they going to wait till you given them the all clear to land"
"Copy that, we will be waiting for them" then they took off one by one and headed to the ship. Then the cargo ships took off and started ringing up all the dead wolfs. Half an hour later they it was done
"Will you be ok jack?"
"Yes thanks get every thing set up for the party you guys"
"Copy that, see you soon" then they were gone
"Promethis this is Colonel O'Neill it is safe for you to land"
"Copy that colonel"
"General Hammond, is that you?"
"Yes colonel, it is"
"Well I'll be, come on down every one in the village is putting on a big shing dig for you guys, you all welcome"
"Colonel we only came to get you and you other teams"
"Sir you got plenty of time, trust me and you guys are in one hell of surprise" jack said smiling
"I bet" they watch the ship land in front of them
"Shell we" they walk out and waited then the rings were activated when the first group were ring down, they were all shock with what they saw.
"Colonel, Major, what happen to you?"
"Jealous?"
"Yes sir" Jack laugh they moved out of the way and more were ring down. When the fourth group was ring down George was one of them.
"Hi sir" jack said grinning
"Colonel… Major… Jacob, you all look, well younger"
"We know George, come on" then cargo ship showed up and landed then Daniel walk out and over to them
"Hey, sorry I'm late"
"Dr Jackson"
"General Hammond, shell we, how many more are come back with us?"
"This is it, we will be leave crew behind"
"Ok shell we" they all got into the two cargo ships and gliders, then they took off and headed to the village. Ten minutes later they landed and walk out to see the rest of the missing teams there all looking younger and some of them with kid in their arms. When Jack, Jacob and Teal'c join them.
"Well sir you can relax and forget about time"
"Colonel we haven't got much time"
"George what Jack is saying is we been here for over five years" Hammond and the others were all shock
"Five years" they were all shock
"Daddy" they all heard and turn to see a young boy running towards Jack and he scoop him up in his arms.
"Colonel"
"Every one this is sam and my son George Charlie O'Neill first Tau'ri born on this planet"
"You and Major Carter?"
"Yes sir"
"George they know the rules, but there is a flower on this planet that makes all women, well, sam" he look at her
"It like we were affected my the land of the light virus sir but only the mature women who is affected by it and well they pick there mate for ten days. They kiss the first time and the guys is under her spell and they made out for ten days morning noon and night"
"And this is the result of what happen two you both"
"Well we weren't the only ones sir" then Janet showed up with Christopher in her arms.
"Dr Fraser"
"General Hammond"
"How many women were affected?"
"All of us sir" sam said he look at them all
"I don't know what worse dealing the land of light virus or this"
"Well George when we return back home it going to be the longest briefing in the SGC history"
"True"
"Come on it lunch time and the ladies have put on a feed, afterwards we will show you all around" Jack said
"Ok" they all walk over to where the picnic tables were and sat down to eat. Sam and Jacob went to get the three boys before joining every one else. When they sat down Sam was holding Jake in her arms; she was sitting next to Hammond.
"Are these other three your and colonel also Major?"
"Yes sir, this one in my arms is Jake, the one on dad left is Adam and one on the right is Mat, short for Mathew"
They all started eating and talking while having a good feed. Jack was telling them all about the creatures on the planet and how destructible they are but didn't tell them cause they will end up losing their lunch. He told them about the wolf problems, how old some of the people are there. Daniel told them about other villagers they meet and about the tok'ra, when a cargo ship showed up and eight men walk out.
"Is that Bra'tac" Hammond asked in shock
"Yep" Jack said Bra'tac was shock to see who was there, he walk up to them
"Hammond of Texas, it is good to see you, it been a long time" He stood up and they both shook hands in jaffa hand shake
"Bra'tac I've been hearing about what been going on so far and you look younger" He chuckled
"Indeed"
"Sit down you old coot and gab some lunch" Jack said
The others told Hammond few other things that been going on including the death of four goa'uld, blown up ships
"When we came out of hypo space we saw derby every where"
"That was me sir sorry about the mess" jack said smiling
