Here we are, chapter 5. There is a lot of things in this chapter but it is begining to pick up. Let me know what you think by leaving me a review.

Chapter 5

"Looks here is the thing. I do not care about any of that, I get that we are a law firm and we have cases crawling out of our asses but I will not distract myself by taking on a case," Harvey yells to Jessica.

"Harvey, as I told you the other day we have the deposition today, this is a case that I think you should sit in on. I get that you cannot focus, and quite frankly neither can I, but there is a man who is saying that he did not kidnap this young girl and I think we should grant him the courtesy of hearing him out," Jessica says as she slams a folder onto his desk.

Harvey picks it up and flips through it, some of the details of the case seem familiar. "Is this for real?" Harvey asks.

"You don't think I would hand you off a random case to keep you distracted, would you? Conference room in 15 minutes," Jessica says as she walks out of his office.

Harvey leans back and reads through the file a quickly as he can. He then gets up and walks into the conference room.

A man walks in, on his own. "Ah Marcus, thank you for coming," Jessica says.

"No problem, it feels great to be here at Pearson Specter," Marcus says as he looks right at Harvey.

"Okay, so going over the facts in this file you were accused of this but when you went back to try and prove it wasn't you the video footage has the face of the attackers blurred out," Harvey says as he reads through the file.

"That is correct, but there is no way I could have been there because I have a time stamp of me checking into and event about 10 minutes before that happened on the other side of town. There is no way I could have been in two places at once," Marcus says. He knows that the facts of this are getting to Harvey. He made sure that this case would keep him occupied in order to make his head spin in circles.

"Okay, so do you have any idea why they pointed at you?" Jessica asks. Marcus shakes his head.

"I have no idea, I am a simple guy that lives in the heart of New York in a really crappy apartment, I have no idea how to do it. Plus I wouldn't know how to pull it off if I did" Marcus says.

"Okay, well we will look through all of this and see what we can do. In the meantime we need to go through your phone records, purchases around that time," Jessica says.

Marcus sits straight up and looks around the room. "Why do you need my phone?" He asks. Jessica and Harvey both look at each other. If he had nothing to hide why would be worried about handing over his phone?

"Just a way to prove that you did not do this," Jessica says in response. Marcus nods, he knows that if they look at his phone that they might find his phone calls to Dana.

"Before I do, can I make a phone call first, just to let one of my friends know I will not have my phone on me for a while?" Marcus asks.

Jessica nods. Marcus grabs his phone and steps outside of the conference room. When he tries to dial his phone he sees Dana walking down the hallway.

"We have a problem" He says to her.

"Not here" Dana says.

"They are taking my phone," Marcus says.

"You told me that this would throw them off and have them focus on something other than where Donna is" Dana says.

As Harvey is walking down the hallway he stops to see his girlfriend in a heated conversation with Marcus. He watches as they talk for a little bit. He watches as Marcus goes through his phone. Harvey walks back to the conference room and shuts the door.

"Scottie is talking with Marcus," Harvey says. Jessica puts down her paperwork and looks at him.

"What does that have to do with any of this?" Jessica says.

"If he is really not guilty, why is it looking like he is changing around things on his phone and talking to Scottie in a heated conversation?" Harvey says.

"You want to look into it?" Jessica asks.

"What I want is to take his phone in and see if there are things that he has deleted," Harvey says. Harvey stands there and waits till Marcus comes back in.

"Okay we are good to go, here is my phone. Any of my card transactions will be sent to you by the morning, I just sent over an email to my bank to release those transactions," Marcus says as he walks out of the room.

Harvey shakes his head. "I do not like that guy," he says.

"Okay, well what do you want to do?" Jessica asks.

"Find the skeletons in his closet, in the meantime we need to keep him close," Harvey says.

Both of them walk down into Harvey's office. As Harvey sits down his laptop chimes. A new message. Open right away.

Harvey looks up at Jessica, both gather around the computer and watch the video file that popped up. Harvey is appalled by the first part of the video. He watched all the way through. He watched as Donna looked right at the camera and said his name. Harvey slams the computer shut. "Harvey-" Jessica begins to say.

"Don't, just don't. I do not want you to say anything. I need to get that phone in to be looked at and I want Scottie in here right now," Harvey says.

"If you really think she is in on this because of what you think you saw, do not provoke her," Jessica says.

"Then what do you suggest I do?" Harvey asks.

Somewhere in New York

Marcus busts into the room where Donna lay sleeping. He pulls her up startling her awake. "Alright sweetheart, we have some work to do," Marcus says.

Donna tries to fight back but Marcus is too strong for her. He throws her down the floor. "Do not try that shit with me, you will not win," Marcus says. He pulls he back up and walks her out of the room.

"Today we are trying something new," Marcus says. Donna does not like the sound of that. She is moved into the same room she has been before. In the middle of the room stood the camera.

"Why can't you just stop?" Donna asks.

"Well, let's see. I just got back from your firm where I am being fake accused of kidnapping. Unthinkable really and our special guest will be joining us very soon," Marcus says. Donna looks up at him.

"You were at the firm?" Donna asks. Marcus nods and moves around the room. She looks around and does not see anything else in the room. Yesterday she noticed a tool box, a hospital bed, and a large box. Marcus walks over to the camera and turns it on.

"Okay, well by now it should be figured out who I am and what I am doing, but this one is going to be a little different," Marcus says. Donna looks right at Marcus who is staring right at Donna. He hasn't been in front of the camera before. Something about today feels different.

"What are you-" Donna tries to say, she stops trying to ask her question as soon as Marcus walks behind her. He begins to brush his hand on her shoulder.

"Harvey gets to watch as I take my anger out on you. He took my phone and I know for sure he will be looking into every detail, much like my deleted information. What he doesn't realize is, I have you. That is the only thing I need," Marcus says.

Donna does not like the sound of that. She fights every part of her to not start crying. She does not want to give him the satisfaction. "You do not get to-" Donna is stopped by a sudden strike across her face. She looks down towards her feet and gives herself a second before looking back up at him.

"You do not get to speak until I tell you. Do you understand?" Marcus says. He backs up a little bit and heads over to the corner of the room. Donna watches him grab what looks like a block out of a box. As he comes closer she begins to see it is not just a block. Marcus holds a taser in his hand.

Donna takes a deep breath and tries to stand up away from the chair. She was not quick enough; Marcus grabs her arm and sits her back down. "Sit and stay," Marcus says. He puts the taser up to her neck and presses the button. She tries very hard to not make a sound. The only things she cant manage to hold is the grunts from the pain.

As he takes the taser away Donna's head drops. She lets out a shaky sigh. She lifts he head up and looks back to Marcus.

"That is enough," a voice says. Donna looks over to see Scottie. Marcus turns off the camera.

"Scottie," Donna whispers. She watches as Dana walks towards Marcus.

"You really think that doing this and sending to him is smart? He may not have any idea. You can't just send him a video exposing yourself," Scottie says.

Donna hears this and cannot believe it. Scottie is in on this. Donna keeps looking towards her until they lock eyes.

"What are you doing?" Donna asks.

Scottie walks away from her. "You do realize that you are hurting Harvey, you have hurt Harvey. Do you not care about him?" Donna yells out.

"I do, but his unresolved feelings about you and a phone call from an old friend from Darby's firm about what you did set this whole thing in motion," Scottie says.

"Phone call from an old friend? Wait do you mean?" Donna asks. She thinks back to something she could have done, but the only thing she can think of is Stephen. "You've talked to him?" Donna continues.

"I have and he told me all about how Harvey beat him in the bathroom, and how Harvey protected you from him," Scottie says. "Harvey plays dirty, he screwed everyone over and so now I get the chance to fight back against him," Scottie continues.

Scottie walks away and Marcus comes back to Donna. "Hold on, can I keep doing this?" Marcus asks Scottie as he points to the taser.

"Yes but keep it off camera. In a little while we will put her back on but she will look in worse condition and that will drive Harvey crazy. In the meantime, I am going back to the firm. At four send the video over. I will be there when he receives it to see what he may know," Scottie says as she walks out the door.

"Alright, let's continue," Marcus says as he turns on the taser.

Donna shakes her head, but Marcus pays no attention to it. He continues to press the taser up against her. Her eyes start to feel heavy, she can barley keep her head up. She starts to see a red blinking light in front of her. She starts to feel herself fall over onto the ground.

Marcus watches as she falls over barley conscious, he makes sure the get that one video. He looks at his watch, it reads 3:30. He walks out of the room and hands the camera to Finch to upload.

"Send it over at 4, Scottie will be waiting with Harvey for the video to come through," Marcus says. Finch gets to work uploading the video. Meanwhile Marcus walks back into the room where Donna still laid on the floor passed out. He picks her up and carries he back to the room he keeps her in and lays her down on the bed.

He can see the marks on her neck from the taser and that he face is really pale. Marcus stands up and walks out of the room locking the door behind him.
