Aright this was sort of a hard chapter to write. Filled with lots of action. I hope you enjoy it. Let me know what you think by leaving me a reveiw.
Chapter 6
Harvey sits at his desk unsure of what he wants to do about the phone records in front of him. On Marcus's phone he finds many deleted calls to several numbers. One of the calls on there he recognizes as Scotties number.
"Harvey? Are you okay?" Scottie asks as she walks in the room. Harvey did not see her standing there. But he knew that if she was in on it she would not tell him the truth.
"No, I am not," Harvey says.
Scotties walks farther into the office. Harvey puts the paper in his folder and tucks it in his stack of paper on his desk. As Scottie sits on his desk she runs her hands through his hair.
"Your bruising looks to be going down," She says. Harvey wants to be sick, he wants to come out and ask her about the phone calls but he is a little more interested in one of the others one on there. New York county jail, if there was someone who had an axe to grind with him and Donna it would be Stephen Huntly.
"Hey listen its 4 and I have to go do some digging into this case for Marcus," Harvey says. Scottie tries to say something but they both hear Harvey's computer go off. Harvey walks back around his desk and sees the same type of file from the video before.
"Donna," Harvey says quietly. He opens that file and watches. He see's Donna in really rough straight. Barley conscious, he watches as she falls over onto the ground where her eyes begin to close. "Alright that is it," Harvey says as he slams his computer shut.
"Harvey where are you going?" Scottie asks.
"Like you care," He says as he walks out of the room with a stack of files. He walks right past all of the offices and down to the lobby. He gets in the car and heads to New York county jail.
Somewhere in New York
Donna woke up, she could barely move. Her whole body hurt, from her head to her toes. When she looked down she could see all the red marks along her arms and she could feel the bumps on her neck. She pulls herself up and leans up against the wall. She just stares at the one way mirror, she has no idea if there is anyone behind there looking back at her.
Her only hope is that Harvey will find her soon because she has no idea how much more she can take of this. She suddenly hears the unlocking of the door. "Oh good you're awake, I have this for you. I figured you might want some clean cloths," Marcus says as he throws down a dress next to her.
Donna grabs it and opens it, it is one of hers. He went to her apartment. He was inside her home. Marcus stands there and gestures for her to get changed. Donna looks at him, she realizes he wants her to do it right now.
"And what if I don't want clean cloths?" Donna snaps back.
"If you don't I will change you myself," Marcus says. Donna just continues to sit there processing it. Marcus begins to grow impatient. He then grabs her arm and yanks her off the bed. She finds herself weak in the legs and falls to the ground. Marcus watches as she struggles to find her composure.
"You have lost your strength," Marcus says.
"I don't know what you're talking about," Donna says. She cannot look at him while she is laying there on the ground. Marcus grabs her arm and pulls her up. He begins to unzip the back of her dress. Donna fights back with the little strength that she had. Marcus yanks her back towards him.
"Hey, do not fight me. If you are refusing to change your dress I am doing it for you," Marcus says. He knows what Donna is thinking but it is not his intention. The thought did cross his mind but he is finding other ways to break her.
He then slips the straps of the dress off her arms. Donna flinches as she feels his hands sliding it off. She begins to breath heavily as more of her dress slips down. In this moment she needs to decide if she wants fight back or expose herself. As she feels more of dress comes off she finds that he has his back to her now to grab the other dress. She turns around and with every bit strength she has she punches him in the back of the head. He smacks into the corner of the bed. She takes that chance to get up and run through the door. Her dress is only half on so allows it to fall off. She runs through the door and goes down a long hallway.
It is dark, she has no idea what direction she should be taking. As she rounds a corner, she finds a door. She sprints for it, running as fast as she can even though she is out of breath. She reaches the door but it will not open. She see's that there is a panel on the side with a keycard to get out.
"Oh no, no no no," Donna says as she tried to push the door open. She begins the hear fast footsteps running through the empty hall. Donna takes off from the door and down another hallway. She knows that if she gets caught by Marcus she will be in a lot more trouble than she already is. As she runs she finds a control room, in it she sees her cellphone laying on the counter. She grabs it and continues running. As she runs she finds Harvey's number in her phone. It begins ringing but there is no answer. All she gets is voicemail.
"Harvey, it's me. I don't know where I am, but I need you to know something, it's-" Donna tries to say before running into Marcus down the hallway.
"No, get off of me," Donna yells out. Marcus grabs the phone and see's who she dialed.
"You're in for it now you little bitch," Marcus says before he hangs up the phone. She knows that he meant to say it through the phone for Harvey to hear when he checks his phone. Marcus grabs he and drags her back in the room. He throws her down to the ground.
"I was going to play nice with you in this moment but you took advantage of my one courtesy to you, now I am not going to play the nice guy in this moment," Marcus says. He grabs her hair and pulls he back up to her feet. Marcus turns Donna to face him he pushes her up against the well and moves his hands up and down her arms.
"Hmm well, this going to be fun, for me," Marcus says as he starts brushing her hair away from her face.
New York County jail
"Mr. Huntly you have a visitor," a woman says. Stephen walks into the interview room and finds Harvey.
"To what do I owe this pleasure Mr. Specter?" Huntly asks in a smug attitude.
"I want to know where Donna is, I see the calls from Marcus to you here in jail, I also know that that you know where she is and up until the other day you were talking with him," Harvey says as he paces.
"You know Harvey I would love to tell you, but I am in here and everything that is happening is out there," Huntly says.
"If you cared about her at all, you will tell me before Marcus does something that cannot be undone," Harvey says.
"He won't hurt her," Huntly says. Harvey pulls out his phone and slides it across the table. Huntly watches the most recent video of Donna covered in red spots falling over on the ground.
"Hmmm, she must have pissed him off," Huntly says as he slides the phone back.
"He is hurting her, if you, this guy, or Scottie wanted to take me down you should have done it to my face instead of using Donna to get to me," Harvey says.
"Using Donna? You think that I would just throw her fate to the wind over nothing? She is one of the ones who threw me under the bus. I warned her about what would happen if she did and she did not listen. She is no innocent in any of this," Huntly says.
"No she's not, but she is the women you also lied to while you screwed until you got caught," Harvey says as he packs up his stuff.
"You will have to dig a little harder Harvey," Huntly says. Before Harvey can make another comment he hears his phone chime. As he goes to open it he sees a voicemail from Donna's cell phone. He slowly holds it up to his ear. "Harvey it's me, I don't know where I am but I need you to know something it's- no get off me," He hears Donna yell out. "You're in for it now you little bitch," The line goes dead. Harvey looks back at Huntly.
"You think he wouldn't go too far, listen to this," Harvey says as he puts the voicemail back on speaker phone. Huntly listens to the message. He looks down at his hands.
"Even if I wanted to tell you where she is, I can't because I asked not to know, and Marcus will not tell me. So you are on your own. If Donna tried to get away before he was done than she deserve what she gets," Huntly says. Harvey walks out the door. He furious, there is not shred of humanity in that man. As he looks at the voicemail and realizes that since it is a recent message it might be possible to track where it came from.
Harvey heads back to the office, as he gets off the elevator he sees Scottie talking to Louis by Donna's desk. "Hey Harvey, Scottie had a great idea about how to find Donna, you got to hear this," Louis says. Harvey stands there and looks at both of them.
"I am good, I need to talk to Jessica," Harvey says as he turns around and walks towards her office.
"Harvey what can I do for you?" Jessica says.
"I need to know if your friend in the force can trace a voicemail," Harvey says.
"It is possible, why do you ask?" Jessica asks.
"Listen to this, it's from Donna," Harvey says as he hands the phone to her. Jessica listens to it.
"She almost got away, she is a fighter for you," Jessica says. "Let me see what he can do, I will let you know," Jessica says as she sits at her desk. Harvey walks out and shoots straight passed Scottie and Louis.
"Hey, Harvey, can I talk to you?" Scottie asks. Harvey stares at her through the doorway. He cannot even believe that she would be a part of all this.
"Scottie I am really not in the mood," Harvey says.
"What is going on with you, everyone is working hard to find Donna," Scottie says.
"You know what Scottie? I do not believe that everyone is working hard to find her, I am sitting here completely fine and she is somewhere out there being hurt by someone who has it out for me," Harvey yells. He didn't want to provoke Scottie before but he does not care now.
"Look Harvey I don't-" Scottie tries to start saying before being interrupted.
"You don't what? Know what to say? I think you do, I think you know exactly what is going on and until you begin being honest with me, we are done. I do not want to see you, or talk to you, unless it is about where Donna is," Harvey yells back.
"You know what, fine. But just so you know, no one intends to hurt her," Scottie says as she walks out of his office.
"Mike, get in here," Harvey yells.
"What is it?" Mike says as he walks in.
"I need you to follow Scottie, wherever she goes, whatever she buys, talks to, anything," Harvey says.
"I don't get it, why would I do that?" Mike asks.
"Because Scottie is part of this, she is working with Huntly and Marcus about taking Donna," Harvey says. Mike looks back as Scottie gets on the elevator. He nods his head and walks out of the office. Mike heads down to the lobby and watches as Scottie gets in a black SUV. He whistles for a taxi, and gets in.
"Hi do me a favor, follow that black SUV as a safe distance," Mike says.
Alright here we are. There was a lot in this, and she almost got out of it. I am still watching suits so some of the information does not always line up to the events of the show. I hope you all enjoyed the chapter, let me know what you think of the story so far. Is there things you want to see more of? Less of? Let me know.
