There are some changes I made as I forgot to add them but now his olfaction(sense of smell), and audition(sense of hearing) are now 20x better due to the Kyuubi.

Naruto quickly accepted the quest and set out. He didn't know what Icha Icha paradise was but he was sure he could find it.
He slowed his breath, started walking heel to tip toes effectively quietening his steps, but most importantly tried to 'suck' his chakra as far into his stomach as he could.
Naruto had long noticed since his first prank that his stomach would 'absorb' his chakra causing him to almost disappear from sensei radars if he waited long enough to suck in as much chakra as possible.

Naruto was now looking up at the tall red building. He saw a window open on the second floor that had a tree close enough to hop inside.
He stayed in the shadows cast by the soft glowing of the moon. There was a light breeze causing the leaves to dance, which in turn made Naruto do the same.
He swayed, shifted his feet to flow with the shadows soft sways, changing in direction ever so minutely here and there to appear as if he was apart of the shadows himself.

Naruto paused ever so slightly but resumed his graceful dance with the shadowy undercurrent created by the leaves, moon, and wind. Once he was at the tree he placed his hand up the lowest branch but paused at what he saw.
'Why in the name of Kami's green earth am I wearing orange brighter than the suns asshole?! Who thought this was a good idea!? Oh screw it, who am I kidding I know it was me I remember it for Kami's sake!'
He crouched down and started coating himself in a lair of dirt...that hardly did anything to dampen the obnoxiously bright orange jumpsuit.
His upset mood exchanged itself with a calm one, however, Naruto still felt his great annoyance in the back of his mind. He thanked whoever gave him Gamer's mind because he knew he had a little bit of a temper.
He started to crawl up the tree from the side that was facing away from the Hokage's residence. Once up high enough he sat and waited for just a moment.
Listening closely and lightly smelling the air, he determined no one was in the room or close enough to see him enter the window. He made for the branch closest to it and jumped.
Completely unconscious of the fact his body has always had perfect control, meaning it moved exactly how he told it, when he told it, and where he told it, he developed a sense of understanding towards his movement that very few had.
It was the reason why even though he was taught all the wrong kata's for throwing and taijutsu, he had managed to barely pass them. Without this strange ability he would have failed everything except the written exam.
With this ability of perfect movement, he moved chakra into his lower limbs, unaware of the fact he could subconsciously reinforce his body with chakra that took great skill to do, giving him the boost he needed for this jump.
He landed and immediately recognized a smell that is forever etched into his mind due to his edict memory. This was the only reason he passed the written exam.
He sat there and a small grin encroached upon his lips. Some confusion slipped in but he would file it away for later when he wasn't in a mission that would decide his life's career.

He sat there in silence because although he should get this done quickly, speed is his enemy right now.
Now although he passed the written exam, he scored miserably on the written parts of it due to him not actually understanding what he 'knew'.
Sure he could remember every page he flipped through in the books they had you study at the academy in, but applying that knowledge correctly was what stumped him because no one...ever taught him correctly besides Iruka-sensei which was only this year.
Even that 'teaching' was half-heartedly for the first three-quarters of this year only turning into real teaching once he realized that Naruto isn't to blame for the death of his parent.
Naruto settled on the window seal even further holding himself in the dark corner caused by the small awning over the window.
'Oh wait damnit! I can use that sensing skill, [Life sensing].'
An inaudible quick intake of air left Naruto's lips. His eyes dilated and widened as he was hit with information...of the exact location of every single living thing around him in a ten meter radius.

There were bright, white 'lights'. One was below him to the left, one was in front of him in what he would guess is the next room, two were situated on the third floor, and five were surrounding the fourth floor concentrating around a single room.
In that room was a light that seemed to be laying down as the lights resembled very blurt humanoid figures.
'Hmm...that should be Jiji, and those other ones must be ANBU.'

This time Naruto felt something happen. His body seemed to literally blend in with his surroundings. When he sat still, his arms didn't physically dissipate, but it almost seemed like the very physical aspect of his arm seemed to...blend with the world.
If he hadn't been looking for it because of the skill level up he definitely wouldn't have seen and felt it. It was small but very much so there.
Naruto slowly set his sandal encased foot upon the floor looking for any type of tripwire or alarm that might go off.
Once we touched down he brought his other foot to caress the rugged floor hugging the wall encasing himself in shadows once more.
He slowly crept through the mansion, going door to door as quickly as he was willing to. His stealth went up another level netting him a 20% reduction in presence when activate.
He had spent little under half an hour sneaking around, and now had to approach the rooms with what he believed were ANBU hiding in them.
Naruto noticed that he could tell a subtle difference between the light laying down, the Hokage, and the ANBU hiding. The light was dimmer, noticeably so, when he focused on them fully.
He made his way to the door that had the two ANBU guarding the room from the inside. As he approached he finally got a notification that wasn't from [Stealth] or [life sensing].

Naruto also noticed that [Stealth] leveled faster when he was closer to the ANBU. It was by a wide margin to as it would gain an experience point toward leveling every two or three seconds while when he was further away, it was about ten to fifteen seconds.
He placed his hand on the door handle and moved the slowest he ever had in his life. He turned the handle for what felt likes minutes, until it would go no further.
Giving it a slight push, again moving at the pace of but a whisper, he slid his way in between the narrow gap of the door and it's frame.

A much bigger effect this time was prevalent then last time. The shadows seemed to stick to his skin, the already almost inaudible patter of feet was now pretty much nonexistent, the ruffling of his clothes seemed to only whisper if any noise at all.
This was going to be his best skill he decided, because without he could sneak up on anyone. Well except maybe a Hyuuga but he'll cross that bridge when he gets there.
'Focus.'
He paid every drop of attention he could to his surroundings, what little he could see was enough to navigate properly leading to many book shelves around the room.
He looked around and noticed a locked cabinet with the kanji for 'forbidden' on it like Mizuki said. He flinched slightly when he noticed that the light that once was in the Hokage's bed was now making its way down the hall toward the direction of the scroll room he was in currently.
He quickly and quietly made his way towards the cabinet. He pulled out a set of lock picks and started piddling with the key pins.
*Click*
He lightly flinched but got the first one done noticing that neither of the ANBU noticed. He chalked it up to the adrenaline and his sensitive hearing making it seem overly loud.
*Clic- click*
The second pin false set so he released some tension on the keyway getting before applying pressure again to the pick getting a solid click this time without the over extension.
Naruto was starting to sweat minutely as the Hokage was getting closer and closer.
*Click*
His hands still stayed absolutely steady thanks to his unique ability to move his body perfectly. This time there was a serrated pin that caused the keyway to bit into it taking even more time to open.
He released tension again very slowly and reset the pin correctly. He knew he couldn't use a comb pick simply because of the first pin. It was atrociously short and wouldn't match any of the other pins in length to pop them up.
He moved to the forth pin. Thankfully it was the last one which he could tell by the back wall of the keyway touching the tip of his pick.
*Click*
With a small smile he turned the lock-
'WHAT RHE FUCK?! Shit, what kind of pin is that?!'
He clearly felt the pin click into pace and the keyway turn quite a bit but then stopped. He retracted the tension just enough to try again.
The same thing happened.
*Click*
'COME ON!'
He showed no signs outwardly of frustration, his hands remained steady, eyes focused, and calm glaciated back in. He set it again but this time he gave a little more force and he felt it.
*Click-SNICK*
'Shit it's a drunken spool.'
This was arguably on of the hardest pins to by pass. One had to completely release tension on the keyway and time it perfectly so that both sides of the spool came up and then reapply immediately and quick enough to twist the core of the lock to open it.
"*Inhale*-*Exhale*"
*Click-Click-Clickclik-SNICK*
He held his shout of victory, twisted the lock open, grabbed the scroll locked the lock, and pulled the door closed behind him as he hid behind the scroll.
He felt Hokage-Jiji walk up to the cabinet open it and look at the scroll. Naruto held his breath and with all his might tried to slow his fast heart down- and it did.
He seemed to disappear into the back of the cabinet, almost like he was never there in the first place.
"*Sigh, I must be going senile in my old age. I thought I felt Naruto's chakra signature here."
Hiruzen closed the cabinet door, locked it, and started to walk away. Naruto continued to hold his breath, long while the Hokage was was out of the room almost at the end of his sensing range.
He exhaled as quietly as he could and grinned fox-ishly making a certain lady he knew very happy. He quickly undid the lock from the inside, lipped the door of the cabinet open, closed it and started his arduous trek back to the window.

The forbidden scroll of seals.
When certain types of jutsu were deemed forbidden following the end of the Warring States Period, the First Hokage placed the information about these jutsu within the Scroll of Seals. These Justus have been deemed too strong, dangerous, or simply deadly for the average shinobi to use. A perfect example is the famous multi-shadow clone jutsu, recorded for people actually dying when attempting to use it due to insufficient chakras reserves. More Jutsus included in this scroll are the Flying Rajin, Edo Tensei, The Reapers Death Seal, and the 8 Trigrams Sealing method.
