This is also going to be a short chapter. Yeah…this is gonna be a really short book.
Class 1A came back to the classroom after a very eventful training session. Bakugou and Josh were arguing about it.
"Bakugou, if you didn't go running off on your own, we could have won!" said Josh.
Bakugou smirked. "Don't blame me," he said. "If you were a better team leader, I wouldn't have had to do things myself."
"I know DAMN well you're not talking about bad leadership," Josh replied, his eyes glowing red.
Yeah, Josh's eyes glow red when he uses his quirk.
"So what if I am? What are you gonna do about it?" asked Bakugou. Suddenly, a familiar scarf wrapped around both of them.
"Drop it, you two," said Mr Aizawa. "Y'all are about to go home, there's no need to start problems." He released both of them.
"Why are you two always arguing?" Kaminari asked. "If it was one us, Bakugou would of probably murdered us by now."
"Well," Josh replied, "Bakugou knows that I'm stronger than him." He was still smirking as Bakugou glared at him.
"Cut the bull!" Bakugou snapped back.
"What do you mean?" said Josh. "We had a one-on-one yesterday during class and you lost terribly."
They didn't get into a random fight, it was a training activity.
"That's because I held back, you idiot!" Bakugou shouted.
"Oh, like how you held back years ago, right?" Josh replied, still smirking.
"Josh, calm down," Midoriya chimed in. "We don't need to take it there."
"Nah, because he wanna be talking about 'holding back'," said Josh. "Let talk about when I held back and still beat your @ with literally a flick on the face."
"What's he talking about, Bakubro?" Kirishima asked.
Josh spoke before Bakugo could reply. "Well it's a funny story, actually. Do you want to hear it?"
"DON'T YOU DARE TELL THEM THAT!" Bakugou shouted.
"Now I want to know even more," said Kirishima.
"Me to," said Kaminari
"Alright then," said Josh and began.
SOME YEARS AGO*
Midoriya sat there on the floor, crying as usual. Bakugou smiled cruelly.
"What's wrong, Deku?" Bakugou asked? "Can't fight back?"
"I…I don't like it…when you treat me like this…Kacchan…" Midoriya stammered.
"Or what?" questioned Bakugou. "Are you going to use your flashy quirk on me? Oh, wait…"
"Hey, leave him be!" said a random voice. Bakugou and his friends turned around.
There, walking towards them from the other side of the park, was a boy. He had brown skin and black hair.
"What did you say?" Bakugou asked.
"Are you deaf?" the boy replied. "I said leave him be." At this point, the kid was standing right in front of Bakugou.
"Man, who even are you?" asked Bakugou.
"That's irrelevant," he replied. "What matters is you bullying this kid."
"Oh yeah?" said Bakugou confidently. "What are you gonna do about it?"
The kid chuckled. "Nah, bro, you don't want it with me."
"Oh please," Bakugou scoffed. "I'm going to be the number one hero when I grow up. I can take you out in my sleep!"
"Oh really?" the other kid said, now hyped up by Bakugou's words. "Okay, kid. I challenge you to a fight, right here, right now. Whoever loses has to buy the winner mochi."
"Alright, you're on!" Bakugou replied. "You better get your money ready. I plan on bringing some of my friends. Deku, make yourself useful and count down from 3."
"W-wait, guys! There's r-really no need to fight!" said Midoriya.
"Nah," said the kid, his eyes now flashing red. "Spike-hair here needs to be dealt with."
"O-okay…" Midoriya replied. "3…2…1."
Bakugou expected the kid to charge right at him. However, he slowly walked closer towards Bakugou. Bakugou laughed.
"What? Too scared to throw the first punch?" he asked.
The kid did answer. He just raised his hand and flicked Bakugou in the face.
Within a second, Bakugou was sent flying to the other side of the park. He finally landed in the bushes. He got some scrapes and scratches, but overall he was okay.
He looked up. He suddenly saw the kid, staring seriously down at him. His eyes glowed scarlet red.
"Don't let me catch you bullying that kid or anyone else again," he said to Bakugou. "Or next time I won't be so nice. Got it?"
Bakugou didn't answer. He rushed to his feet and ran away. The kid walked back over to Midoriya.
"Thank you for that!" said Midoriya.
"No problem," he replied. "Deku, was it?"
"No, my name's Izuku Midoriya. He only calls me that to make fun of me. What's your name?"
"Oh," said the kid. "My name's Josh."
"So that's how I met Bakugou and Midoriya," said Josh.
"HAHAHA, YOU GOT YOUR ASS BEAT SO EASILY!" Kaminari laughed.
"Keep laughing and I'll beat your ass!" Bakugou snapped.
"Listen, Bakugou," Josh said smugly. "It's okay to be weak. Just admit that you'll never come close to the level of power that I have."
"Just you wait," said Bakugou. "I'm gonna get stronger than you and I'm gonna get a rematch!"
"I guy can dream, I suppose," Josh chuckled.
"Damnit I hate you!" Bakugou shouted.
Everyone laughed. It looked like everyone, expected Bakugou, was enjoying their new classmate.
