Three days later, Astrid was still laying in bed heartbroken that Hiccup rejected her marriage proposal.

Snotlout been coming to the Hofferson's door to give flowers to Astrid.

Astrid would shut the door on him.

Hiccup/Ryder visit Valka in Dragon Sanctuary.

Valka ask "why don't you go back and talk to her? Find out why she was angry with you."

Hiccup shakes his head "why?"

Valka comments "rejection to marriage proposal for a girl means they are unworthy for a Chief's son."

Hiccup and Valka leaves on their dragons to go home.

Two hours later, they arrive at Berk.

Hiccup comments "I think dad would be happy to see you back home."

They land by the Haddock house.

Valka ask "are you sure about the dragons being unharmed.

Hiccup comments "Ryder is the dragon Prince and the Hoffersons are the only ones who know I'm Ryder."

Gobber arrives at the Haddock house to see Ryder and a mask dragon rider and says "let's go inside and discuss somethings."

The remaining villagers go back to their things or chores.

Once inside the Haddock house, Gobber ask "why hide, Hiccup?"

Ryder takes off the mask and ask "who told you?"

Gobber grins "Astrid's axe that you made her. You forget, I know your work."

Hiccup sighs "it was the last thing I would make her."

He puts the mask back on and opens the door to leave.

Gobber comments "Astrid is heartbroken. She won't come out of her house. Snotlout been dropping flowers off to her. And Ingrid says she's having nightmares of you dying in the wild and blames herself."

Hiccup grumbles "oh for the love of dragons" and runs down the hill to the Hofferson's house and knocks on the door.

Ingrid opens the door to see Ryder back from somewhere and says "Astrid's upstairs hiding."

Hiccup sits in the couch.

Ingrid walks upstairs and knocks on her daughter's bedroom door "Astrid? Your betrothed returned."

Astrid gets off the bed and follows her mother downstairs to the living room to see Hiccup sitting on the couch and ask "Hiccup?"

Hiccup takes off his mask and ask "are you still mad at me for no reason? Because I can leave and go serve the-"

Astrid tackles him on the couch "HICCUP!"

Hiccup gaped "oof, woman."

Astrid stares down at him and kisses his lips deeply.

After the kiss, she lays on his chest and cries "I'm so sorry, Hiccup for getting angry at you for no reason. I was upset because you weren't at my house making me breakfast.

I wake up and you weren't there. I crave to go to bed with and wake up with you. Your everything to me!"

Hiccup rubs her back to comfort her.

Astrid sniffles in sadness.

After an hour, Ingrid walks in the living room to see Astrid asleep laying on Hiccup with his arms around her back sleeping too and decided to cover them both up.

Valka stop by to see Ingrid watching Hiccup and Astrid asleep on the couch.
