A/N For anyone who knows Charmed, three things happen in the episode I'm detailing now. The sisters are exposed as witches on tv, Phoebe sacrifices herself to the Underworld trying to save them, after getting trapped there while trying to find Cole when he goes undercover and Prue dies. Phoebe won't need to sacrifice herself, because Xander convinced them to vanquish Balthezor alot sooner then happened in canon. What else can Xander's presence change?

Prue, Piper and Phoebe came bursting in the front door pulling a man with them.

"I take it you found the guy from Phoebe's premonition?" Xander asked, when he saw them.

"Yeah, this is Dr. Griffin." Prue said.

"What is going on?" Dr. Griffin. "You said someone is trying to kill me. Why?"

Before anyone could answer, a blast of wind knocked the front doors open. A large grey man like figure wearing flowing clothes and moving oddly appeared in front of them.

"Who are you?!" Dr. Griffen gasped out.

"The end." The creature said and blasted him thru a wall. Xander hurried to check on him as the sisters used their powers to fight off the demon. He snarled and flowed out of the doors.

"We have to get him!" Prue hurried after the demon, Piper and Phoebe following. Xander, having finished healing the human, dusted him with whitelighter forgetting powder and hurried after the sisters. That demon had survived a coordinated attack and could hurt them. He saw them confront the demon and then saw something that scared him even more. A news reporter, complete with camera. Any second now she was going to see the girls and the demon. San Francisco didn't have a Hellmouth and Sunnydale Syndrome. Thinking quickly, Xander grabbed a rock and thru it at the camera, smashing the lens. Startled, the reporter and her cameraman looked in his direction. He ducked down and desperately wished to be any where but here and to his surprise, he orbed for the first time, reappearing in the Manor. He shakily sat down.

The sisters came in a few minutes later.

"Xander? Are you alright?" Prue asked, concerned when she saw him.

"You guys were nearly exposed and I just orbed for the first time."

"What? How were we nearly exposed?!" Piper exclaimed.

"There was a news reporter with a cameraman out on the street. I thru a rock and hit the camera lens, thank you little league. I was almost seen myself and was wishing I was any where else and then I orbed. I ended up back here. Not sure why."

"Because your powers, like ours respond to emotions. You were scared and you needed to be somewhere you felt safe. Nice to know the Manor makes you feels safe." Phoebe said.

Xander smiled. "It reminds me of Jesse's home. My friend, who was turned when we were sixteen. When things got bad at my house, I knew I could go to his and he would let me in and I'd feel safe. You guys let me in too. Thanks for making me feel safe. So, did you get the demon?"

"We're kinda debating that. Prue thinks she did, because it disappeared, but we're not sure."

"It survived a coordinated attack from the three of you. It could have timed an exit with Prue's attack. Doesn't this demon have a specific vanquishing spell?"

"Yeah, it does." Phoebe said. "Which is why we're not sure. Unless it attacks again though, we may never know."

"Well, we need to get Dr. Griffen out of here. I healed him and dusted him with the whitelighter forgetting powder. He saw that demon before it threw him thru the wall. And unlike Sunnydale, San Francisco doesn't have a Hellmouth that makes humans oblivious."

Piper nodded and yelled. "Leo!" He appeared in a swirl of bright lights.

"What's up?"

"Xander orbed for the first time, we were nearly exposed on tv, but Xander's quick thinking saved us and we have an innocent that needs to be returned safely and quietly to his home. Xander healed him and dusted him with whitelighter forgetting powder because he saw the demon that attacked him." Piper smiled sweetly at him, as the information flooded over him.

"Oh. Okay. We'll talk later, Xander. Good job. Be back in a bit." A dazed Leo laid a hand on the unconscious human and orbed out.

"You do that on purpose, don't you?" Xander asked with a grin.

"I don't know what you're talking about." Piper denied.

"Yeah, she does it purpose." Prue agreed. "Leo always looks so funny when she overloads him with information."

"Well, if there's nothing else, Cordy'll be here soon for our prom date and I need to get ready. I'll be the only guy there with a date that flew in just for the date." He hurried upstairs to get ready.

"We're not going to see them again until tomorrow, are we?" Phoebe asked. "I'm pretty sure Xander rented a motel room for the night."

"Technically speaking, Cordelia is our baby sister. I really do not want to think about her and Xander having a sex life, anymore then I want to think about the two of you having one." Prue said and headed off to double check the Book of Shadows for anything else on that demon. She had an uneasy feeling that Xander was right and they hadn't seen the last of it.
