Ryder was nervous to return to the village after falling under the Queens influence again.
Astrid stayed by his side until she was sure that he was in clear mind again.
Ryder ask "how long do we have to stay out here?"
Astrid grumbles "until I know that you won't attack anyone else! Now tell me how much you liked me before I broke your heart?"
Ryder sighs and sits down on the grass and says "I liked the way you shined in front of an explosion and make your body look beautiful like a goddess. I draw you in the forest throwing your axe.
I dream about wishing you would accept me for me if you would give me a chance to earn your love.
If we were forced to marry by our parents, I would ask to start out as friends and we wouldn't have to do all that married couple stuff until you were comfortable with it."
Astrid blushes and says "okay. Your babbling, Ryder. I get the message. I know your clear mind. Let's go home."
When they get to the Hofferson's house, Magnus ask "where have you two been?"
Astrid answers "Snotlout and the twins decided to jump Ryder here, who fell under the Queens influence again and cleaned house. I had to get him away, so I played the seductive card and had him follow me to the forest and kissed him senseless."
Magnus ask "you two didn't consummate, did you?"
Astrid shakes her head "no, dad."
Ryder heads to the forge to work.
Astrid leaves once Ryder was at the forge.
(In Gothi's hut)
Snotlout was getting treated while his father was at his bedside.
The twins woke up moaning in pain "I'm hurt. I'm very hurt."
Snotlout groans "ouch!"
Spitelout ask "who did this to you three?"
Snotlout answers "it was Ryder. He went feral on us for no reason."
Spitelout leaves the hut to go inform Stoick.
An hour later, Stoick and Spitelout arrived at the forge to see Gobber and Ryder working.
Stoick sternly says "RYDER! GET OUT HERE!"
Ryder walks outside the forge to see Spitelout and Stoick and sighs "what can I do for you?"
Spitelout scowls "you attack the heir and the twins for no reason! Your under arrest."
Ryder laughs "next time teach your son and those twins to keep their hands off me because next time Astrid may not be there to stop me from killing them! Now leave me the fuck alone!"
He turns around and goes back inside the forge.
Stoick sternly says "Spitelout, tell your son and twins that if I hear they attack Ryder again, Snotlout will not be named Chief of Berk because I'm giving Astrid the honor of marrying any boy she wants.
Her parents aren't allowed to accept any marriage contracts without her approval."
He walks to the Hofferson's house.
Once he arrives at the Hofferson's house, he knocks on the door.
Magnus opens the door to see Chief Stoick standing there and ask "what can I do for you?"
Stoick sighs "I was wanting to give your daughter a job of shadowing Ryder since she is so comfortable around him."
Astrid arrives back home and says "Chief Stoick, Ryder is your son but he isn't ready to come back as himself. He feels that he is unworthy of anything in this village and that was part of my fault."
Chief Stoick ask "Ryder is my son?"
Astrid nods her head "yes, but if you force him to come back than he wants too, we may lose him. I been working with him to make he see that he is worthy and I was wrong."
Stoick ask "how did you know it was my son?"
Astrid answers "his dragon name gave it away and I followed them into the forest three years ago. I accept the job."
