Brooke flipped the sign of her store to closed. Left and locked up.
She drove home with the windows open. Taking deep breaths as the cool night air hit her face.
She let herself get all worked up over this. Her and Lucas had their life exactly how they wanted it.
Yet seeing the negative pregnancy test made her sad.
"Dinner smells amazing." Brooke said. As she put a smile on her face. Once she entered the entryway.
"Of course we're celebrating. You're new teen line is a huge success. Anything my wife does well she conquers it."
"I bought only the best. Drink up. I got that dessert you like too." Lucas said.
Brooke glared at the glass of wine. But didn't drink it.
"I took a pregnancy test at my store and thought i was pregnant."
"It came out negative. And i'm starting to realize."
"I want to have a baby."
"You're writing career is stable. My fashion line is only growing more successful. This can just be another adventure for us to go on together."
"Becoming parents. Luke have you really never thought about it for us.?" Brooke questioned. Looking to her husband.
